The next day, at Middleton Mini-Golf...
The Knights of Rodegan are being punished with community service at the Middleton Mini-Golf course:
To help balance Middleton High's budget after a certain someone lied to a attorney that he was Mr. Barkin.
The real Mr. Barkin and Wallace the Third signed off on the punishment.
Two of the Knights of Rodegan are rebuilding the golf course by hand.
The third Knight of Rodegan is chasing animal pests away from the golf course with his laser mace.
While he's trying to zap away a animal pest... He accidentally zaps a boulder into a dust cloud.
When the dust settles? He sees a secret underground passage.
He goes down into the passage to check it out.
A sign carved in stone says "Middleton Labyrinth of Doom".
A medusa-minotaur statue is by the sign.
The third Knight of Rodegan laughs.
He assumes, "labyrinth of doom? This is child's play for any knight. There's got to be some treasure left here."
He walks further into the passage. It gets darker and darker.
Several minutes later...
The third Knight of Rodegan comes running out of the passage.
And... He frustratedly calls out to himself, "this is the most frustrating labyrinth I've ever seen! Moderate sigh. Forget this madness. Even Castlevania isn't this hard!"
