Chapter Two
Heads up I am only posting this because of feel bed to leave it alone in the darkand it is Yom Kipper again so full circle.
—
So I am really struggling with this one because I am participating in a regatta this weekend (sailing race) and last week I was sick so I had work to catch up on, there was testing, and this weekend was book fest at our public library so we spent the week revisiting and practicing the script. Applause to Abi for actually participating!
At least there was more time to practice than when we had to do the 9/11 memorial performance. That was depressing and stressful I literally cried after doing the research.
I am going to shut up now!
Thank you so much for reading and Abi for editing. I don't own anything and happy Yom Kippur to anyone that celebrates! 3

Annabeth stopped on the stairs and made a slight groan.
"Babe? Do you need me to take the bag?" Asked Percy concerned tone.
"No, I'm fine you already have Lada and the cooler, I'm fine."
"Okay."
When they got down Percy started to load thecar and Annabeth started trying to coax Lada into the car.
"Come on sweetie, it's not far."
She got the easy reply of, "Okay mommy, will William be there?" from Lada as she began to climb up.
"Yep, and Aunt Piper and Shel's twins will be there."
"Didn't Hazel and Frank just get engaged?" Percy asked when he hopped into the Driver's seat.
"Engaged and Hazel is pregnant. Meg will be there will be there and she may even bring peaches." Annabeth said buckling Lada in. "I don't know who else is coming though."
"I'm sure it'll be fun whoever's there." Said Percy.
Annabeth sighed. "I know. It's just been so long…"
Percy placed his hand over Annabeth's as he backed out of the spot and merged into traffic. Annabeth plugged in her phone to play Angel in Blue Jeans by Train.
Percy immediately hummed the first verse, then Annabeth joined in, and finally Lada tried to do her part.
And though I never got her name Or time to find out anything loved her just the same
And though I rode a different road
And sang a different song
I'II love her till my last breath's gone
Like a river, made of silver
Everyone came running to the
scene
I was shot down, in cold blood
By an angel in blue jeans
Late that night she got away chased her to the turnpike
Then lost her where the music never plays
And though I rolled upon the stones
And fell into the water
I'II love her 'till my judgement day Like a sunrise, made of white lines
Everything was nothing as it
seems
I was shot down, in cold blood
By an angel in blue jeans
Oh-oh-ohh oh-oh oh-ohh (hey)
Ooh oh-oh oh-ohh (hey)
-o-oh oh-oh oh-ohh
Ooh-oh-oh oh-oh oh-ohh (hey)
I hear voices calling all around
I keep falling down
I think my heart could pound right out of me
I see a million different ways
To never leave this maze alive
I woke up in somebody's arms
Strange and so familiar
Where nothing could go wrong
Barely alive or nearly dead
Somehow awake in my own bed
And there you are
Like a highway, headed my way
Life is but a dream
I was shot down, by your love
My angel in blue jeans
Oh-oh-ohh oh-oh oh-ohh (hey)
Ooh oh-oh oh-ohh (hey)
Oh-oh-ohh oh-oh oh-ohh
Ooh-oh-oh oh-oh oh-ohh (hey)
Ah-ah-ahh ah-ah ah-ahh (hey)
Ah ah-ah ah-ahh (hey)
Ah-ah-ahh ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ahh
Ah-ahh ah-ah ah-ahh (hey hey hey)

"Annabeth!" Piper screamed. She ran up the hill toward the SUV.
"Piper!" Annabeth exclaimed. She hoisted Lada onto her hip. "How are the twins?"
"Great! When are you going to reveal this one?" She said, pointing to Annabeth's large stomach.
"Soon, soon."
"What do you think about today?"
"What do you mean?"
Percy came up behind Annabeth, "I told her we would be okay if she wanted to do the reveal. You're eight months pregnant and we still haven't done it."
Annabeth reached up and Percy ducked (he had learned from the first pregnancy that Annabeth's reflexes and strength never went away) but she just chuckled and leans her head back brushing his hair out off his face to kiss him. "Maybe my seaweed brain thought something through for once."
"Maybe," Percy replied kissing her again, his hands drifting farther down her waist before Piper grabbed one of the bags and began to yell and Percy and Annabeth, saying they were no longer sixteen.
They approached the bottom of the hill. Lada, always the daddy's daughter, ran towards the water as soon as she was set down, and Percy ran after her throwing his shirt off, hitting Piper in the head and running out of his shoes going after her.
"Percy!" Shouted Piper and Annabeth in unison.
"Well, she can swim just fine," Annabeth sighed, and sure enough Lads was causing the water to float around her in animals and shapes.
She picked up Percy's clothes and shoes and went over to see the new twins.
"Hi!" Exclaimed Shel.
"It is so good to see you," replied Annabeth hugging her. "How are the kids?"
"Doing so well."
Just then Will and Nico walked over hand in hand. They had come back from Tartarus stronger than ever just like Percy and Annabeth though scars like that would never truly heal Annabeth could tell their boned could never weaken.
"Where is William?" Asked Annabeth, "Lada couldn't wait to see him."
"Already playing in the water with Lada and your husband," replied Nico. Who was wearing an orange camp T-shirt that had actually become not that unusual for the dark natured father.
William was a strange combination of the two. One of Will's siblings that looked a lot like him had offered to carry the child, so William actually did have both powers. He had a sunny complexion and Will's natural healing ability along with Nico's ability to control the underworld.

After chatting for a while, Annabeth decided to get in the water along with a Piper, Shel and Will volunteered to look after the babies. Hazel and Frank are running late so they decided to wait to start the picnic of course the kids snacked though.

I know that was a terrible ending, but I might have gone on forever explaining everyone's backgrounds. and I really have to go to bed. Because I still have to sail tomorrow. I love you guys so much!
Thank you for reading!
Please, please, please review it. I really want to have some feedback good or bad I just want to know how I am doing.
P.S. Okay so Abi edited this this morning but I was already at the regatta so I couldn't post. I did get third place, which I am very proud of and I will post as soon I get home.
