(Opening)

Darkness fills the screen as the camera slowly zooms out, revealing a vast expanse of stars and planets scattered across the universe. The faint sound of cosmic hum fills the air.

"It started when an alien device did what it did"

It cuts to a flashback of Izuku reaching for the Omnitrix as he looks on in wonder.

"It stuck itself upon his wrist with secrets that it hid…"

The Omnitrix leaps onto Izuku's arm in a liquid-like fashion, wrapping itself around his wrist. Izuku panics, waving his arm wildly as the Omnitrix's dial pops up, pulsing green.

"Now he's got superpowers, he's no ordinary kid…"

Cut to Izuku transforming into HeatBlast in a flash of fire and molten rock. Flames burst from his body as his form takes shape, igniting the scene with glowing embers.

"He's Deku!"

The screen bursts into cosmic energy, transitioning into a wide view of the galaxy.

"So if you see him, you might be in for a big surprise…"

One by one, each of Izuku's aliens flashes onto the screen, striking action poses.

Gray Matter hops in!

Ripjaws chomps his teeth!

Diamonhead fires shards of crystals!

Heatblast turns up the heat!

Stinkfly spits his goop!

Feedback shoots electricity out his cords!

Ditto wrestles with his clones!

Ghostfreak unleashes eldritch horror upon the Dittos!

Fourarms flexes his muscles!

XLR8 dashes past!

"He'll turn into an alien before your very eyes!"

Cut to another transformation: Izuku's body twists and distorts as he horrifyingly morphs into GhostFreak. The screen darkens as GhostFreak suddenly grabs the camera, his piercing eyes glaring into the lens.

He's slimy, creepy, fast, and strong—he's every shape and size!"

Ripjaws lunges forward with razor sharp teeth, Ghostfreak jumpscares the camera, XLR8 speeds past as a blue blur and FourArms lifts a massive boulder with ease.

He's Deku!"

Cosmic energy explodes in vibrant green, sweeping across the screen as the Omnitrix symbol pulses.

"Armed with powers, he's on the case…"

Izuku runs toward the screen, a determined grin on his face. Just before reaching the camera, he flips into the air and transforms into HeatBlast, his body igniting with flame. A Number 1 flashes beside him as he hurls a fireball.

"Fighting off evil from Earth or space…"

Number 2 appears as DiamondHead forms a crystal shield just in time to block a laser beam. Number 3 flashes as Ditto multiplies into a crowd of clones, each one running in a different direction.

"He'll never stop 'til he makes them pay…"

Number 4 shows StinkFly, firing a gooey projectile directly at the screen, splattering it. Number 5 showcases FourArms flexing his powerful muscles, the ground shaking beneath him.

"'Cause he's the baddest kid to ever save the day!"

Number 6 is GreyMatter, hopping like a frog side to side before smacking into the screen. GhostFreak appears as Number 7, creeping into view for another jumpscare. Number 8 is XLR8, who skids to a stop, leaving a burning streak on the ground before zooming off again.

"He's Deku!"

Number 9 flashes as RipJaws bursts through the water, baring his teeth in an attempt to scare the viewers. Number 10 introduces Feedback, arms crossed with a confident smirk, electricity crackling from his tendrils, his power charging up the air around him.

"Deku!"

Deku lands from above in a classic superhero landing, his fist cracking the ground beneath him. Dust rises as he stands tall, ready for battle.

"D-D-D-Deku!"

The screen flashes between clips of Izuku's battles, showing him in intense fights, both past and future. Uraraka spins gracefully in zero gravity, while Tetrax unleashes a flurry of laser blasts, each shot precise and powerful.

"D-D-D-Deku!"

The final sequence shows Izuku standing tall, his aliens rapidly absorbing into the Omnitrix. With a green glow, Izuku holds the watch high, power emanating from him. Tetrax and Uraraka stand by his side, ready for the next battle.

"AHHH!"

"RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!!!"

"HELP US SOMEBODY PLEASE!"

Civilians screamed in terror as venom spat from the Serpent's fanged mouth, sizzling as it splashed against cars and buildings. The noxious liquid narrowly missed the panicked crowd, leaving scorched marks on the surroundings.

"HE'S MINE!" Death Arms yelled confidently as he picked up a destroyed car. He smiled, excited to be finally back in the field and catch up on some long awaited action!

He wasn't the only one happy though as the civilians paused in their panic, excitement and relief flowing through them.

"It's Death Arms!"

"He's back!? No way!"

"I thought he was injured? What a badass!"

The Villian hissed, his tongue tasting the air.

Death Arms didn't hesitate. With a grunt, he hefted the four-ton vehicle over his head and hurled it with all his might. The air cracked as the car tore through it, aimed straight for the serpent-like villain. A brief smile crossed Death Arms' face—until Serpent slithered to the side at the last second, the car smashing harmlessly into the ground behind him. Death Arms cursed under his breath. "Damn it…"

Acting quick he smashed his hands into the concrete ripping out two large chunks, the Villian closed the distance slithering his way with surprising speed. Death Arms launched his concrete blocks to no avail as they were dodged effortleffortlessly.

The Serpent slithered forward, his tail smashing into the ground with a resounding thud. He hissed with malevolent glee, his eyes locked on Death Arms, who was catching his breath, trying to steady himself for the coming fight.

Death Arms clenched his fists, trying to focus despite his fatigue. "You're going down villian!"

Without warning, the Serpent lunged, his tail whipping through the air. Death Arms barely managed to dodge, the force of the strike creating a shockwave that rattled nearby debris. He retaliated with a powerful punch, aiming for the Serpent's midsection, but the reptiles agility allowed him to coil around his thick arm and evade the attack.

The Serpent's speed was far superior . He darted around Death Arms, striking with his tail in a relentless barrage. Each hit was precise, aiming for vulnerable spots. Death Arms tried to block and counter, but Serpent's relentless assault wore him down. With each strike, Death Arms' defenses weakened.

His tail lashed out again, this time catching Death Arms off guard and sending him crashing into a pile of rubble. The villian loomed over him, eyes glowing with triumph. "Isssthissall aherocan mussster againsstthe great Ssserpent?"

Death Arms struggled to rise, his strength nearly depleted. He glared at Serpent, determination still burning in his eyes. "I won't… give up!" he grunted, trying to push himself to his feet.

The Serpent's eyes gleamed as he darted forward, his tail lashing behind him, leaving cracks in the pavement. His body undulated with a hypnotic rhythm, a predator sizing up his prey.

'Damn this injury! If I was fully recovered I'd be able to keep up and take this bastard down... I should of listened to Kamui.'

Death Arms grimaced, pain shooting through his ribs. His earlier bravado felt distant now, swallowed by the reality of his injury. 'Damn it… I thought I could push through this.'He glanced at the panicked crowd. For their sake, he had to keep fighting.

Serpent's tail lashed out, wrapping around Death Arms' torso with terrifying speed. Before he could react, the villain yanked him backward, slamming him between two parked cars. The metal crunched under the force as Death Arms grunted in pain, his vision blurring from the impact.

Death Arms shakes his head not expecting such an impact, before shakily pushing himself back to his feet. Only to freeze as his form is overtaken by a large shadow, he narrows eyes fearing the Villian may already be attempting a follow up attack! ... Instead it's something far more infuriating to him.

"Need a hand? I've got four."

Four Arms grinned, extending a hand to Death Arms. The older hero slapped it away, gritting his teeth in frustration. "I've got this," he growled, though the pain in his ribs told a different story.

"Woah!? The Omni Force is here?!"

"It's the big guy! Four Arms!"

"We're saved!"

Death Arms' jaw clenched in irritation. With a frustrated grunt, he attenpted to get up, struggling to his feet. Pain radiated through his ribs, making him wince as he braced himself against the wall.

'"Dont tell me I'm injured again!?" Death Arms growled out in annoyance and pain. "I knew I should of took more time off to recover..."

"Don't worry about it!" Four Arms said with a thumbs-up and an overly cheerful grin. "I've got this covered. You just take it easy."

Death Arms looked to the Vigilante who was now holding a thumbs up and a big goofy smile. Shaking his head disappointed with himself.

"I'll deal with this guy Mr. Death Arms sir." Four Arms gave his best smile before turning around and facing the troublemaker. "Alright scales, it's on!"

"Not scaless, iamSsserpent, the snake that walkssslike a mann." Serpent hissed out and rose to his full height, he had the body of a snake, the head of a cobra, his dark mossy green scales glistened as his golden eyes narrowed in on its pray, his long noodle like arms circling Four Arms, the mouths on the hands snapping in his direction threateningly. "Who areyouto challenge the might ofSsserpent?"

"They call me Four Arms, Issstoppeople who cause trouble." The muscular red giant confidently joked, the underlying threat very clear.

Serpent leaned in closer, his fangs on full bare as he hissed viciously. "And you think youpossessthe power tossstopme?"

"Yup, kinda do." Four Arms, showing no respect whatsoever crossed his lower arms.

Serpent hissed in rage as he rose to his full height once more. "YOU WILL BE MY EVENING SSSNACK!"

Flinging his arm jaw towards Four Arms neck, Serpent readied himself to tare this red meat bags jugular out and shower in his blood.

"Nope."

Only to fail as Four Arms effortlessly caught it by the wrist with a cheeky grin.

Blinking out of his surprise and instead becoming Infuriated Serpent struck again!

"Strike two," Four Arms said casually as he caught the Serpent's strike with ease, his massive red hands clamping down firmly.

Serpent tugged and pulled to no avail as his arms stayed caught, letting out a hiss Serpent made eye contact with his foe. "We appear to be atSsSomethingof aSstalemate..."Flaring his cobra hood in annoyance.

Four Arms let out the cheesiest smile this entire fight.

"I don't reallySsseeit that way."

Finally uncrossing his lower arms Four Arms effortlessly picked up the two cars he was in-between and that had been damaged by Death Arms and slammed them together effectively sandwiching Serpent.

"...i'd like to go home now...Pleases's's" Serpentwheezed out as his eyes drifted to the back of his skull as consciousness left him.

The crowd cheered as Four Arms crossed his arms in victory, his ego appreciating the sudden praise. 'No wonder Kachaan's always showing off...this is pretty nice.'

"Tch, I should arrest you right here." Death Arms hissed out, leaning against a wall. "But not only isSACTprotecting you, but that damnrataswell..."

Four Arms awkwardly chuckled trying to ease the tense air. "Ehe we'll I'm just trying to help...You definitely needed it."

A massive vein popped out Death Arms forehead as he went almost as red as Four Arms. "WHAT YOU SAY PUNK!?"

"EH? NOTHING!"

The sound of a helicopter caused the panicked and angry muscular heroes to pause in their antics. Four Arms tensed, recognising the vehicle immediately...SACT.

Not only that, but a large containment vehicle used for Villians pulled up aswell, parking next to Serpents body. Four Arms however was more focused on the man hopping out the helicopter as it landed.

Lieutenant Steel.

The man stood shoulders wide, his eyes searching before finally finding Izuku's own, his glare hardening.

"Get thatthingout of that rubble and we'll ship him back to base boys." Steel ordered his men, Izuku not liking how he referred to Serpent as athing, villian or not.

As his team worked on freeing the limp body of Serpent from his car prison, Steel stood arms crossed behind his back next to Four Arms.

Izuku blinked, nervous and confused as the man stayed silent, his eyes on his men. '...Maybe I should just go?'Afterall, it's not like Steel was allowed to capture him.

But just as Four Arms went to move, Steel finally spoke, his tone low. "He can't protect you forever, you know that right?"

Four Arms paused, a grimace forming as he remembered that conversation with Nezu the night he and Steel fought.

One Month ago

Izuku couldn't believe it, The principal of UA was sitting right Infront of him! Talking to him! The owner of the biggest hero school in the world! Not only that but also...

"MR NEZU SIR, YOU'RE A PLUMBER!?" Izuku yelled in disbelief, there was no way he was hearing correctly.

The rat took a sip of tea from his cup before smiling gently. "I am!"

He heard correctly!

"Woah! This is awesome!"

Nezu chuckled at the young man's excitement. "Not only am I a plumber, I'm the Magister of this entire Quadrant!"

Izuku's eyes sparkled at the knowledge. "WOAAAH, so you're like what? The deputy?"

"In a way..." Nezu chuckled as he sipped his tea. "You're quite lucky I discovered you when I did young Midoriya. SACT would have been quite the problem, to a certain extent they still are..."

Izuku paused at this, a bad feeling in his gut. "What do you mean...?"

Nezu stirred his tea, his eyes never leaving Izuku. "Thanks to my position, I was able to convince SACT higher ups in the government to hold off on you by saying your alien forms are all plumber cadets."

Izuku blinked at this information unsure what to say. "So I'm off the hook?"

Nezu chuckled. "Midoriya, SACT is stillveryskeptical about you and your recent activities, and to allay their concerns, I've devised a plan." Nezu leaned in. " You'll need to temporarily engage in plumber work, to convince them you're affiliated with the plumbers."

Deku blinked in disbelief. "Plumber work? But I want to be a hero, not a plumber!" A brick of panic htting him hard.

Principal Nezu smiled. "And you still very well shall be. But for now until the UA exams unconventional measures are necessary. SACT officials needs assurance that you're not a threat. Consider this a temporary assignment, and once SACT's suspicions are cleared, you can stop. If you want just consider this as...training."

Izuku sighed as the news hit him. "I suppose if it helps clear my name and shows I'm not a criminal, I'll do it... But how does plumbing even relate to being a hero?"

Principal Nezu bristled. "Plumbers among the universe deal with far greater and extraterrestrial matters. It's a unique skill set that can prove valuable in unexpected situations. Embrace the challenge, Midoriya, and view it as an opportunity to learn and develop skills."

Izuku nodded.Maybe this won't be so bad afterall, this sounds kinda...cool!excitement brewing. One thought however made him worry. "Um... but sir what about the fact I have 10 different transformations? And not to mention my friends!"

Nezu nodded, having already considered this. "Mm it would be rather difficult convincing them not to go after you if they knew of your ability to transform into multiple alien species. Henseforth they'll be told this is a experimental new plumber recruit team."

Izukus eyes widened in awe at Magister Nezus next words.

"Omni Force."

(Now)

"He can't protect you forever, you know thatright?"

Fourarms clenched his Four fist tightly. "Im a plumber... you're unauthorised to detain me sir." Grumbling out roughly what Nezu told him to say.

Steel remained unfazed at the information, of course this knowledge isn't anything new to him. "Perhaps not yet... But your little partner in crime is still open season."

Deku clenched his jaw tight, even now after a month of constant run-ins with Lieutenant Steel, his strict and authoritative demeanor never wavering, would confronthimwith a threat...

"You can't keep him safe forever,Fourarms. No matter how hard you and yourteamtry, sooner or later, he'll slip up, and when that happens, the consequences will be dire."

"He's just a kid."

Steels face remained stone, although his eyebrow raised a amused smile slowly growing. "How about a deal? You get me thisDiamond Headfriend of yours and I'll drop all charges on the brat."

Izuku looked into man's eyes, seeing how determind he was to find his crystal form. Unfortunately Deku was just as if not more determined and confident in himself to keep his friend safe. "Good day, Lieutenant. "

Steel watched as the red behemoth turned and leapt into the air, clearing blocks almost immediately. His eyes never leaving the retreating figure of Four Arms.

'Can't keep your Diamond friend hidden from me for long.'

Deku grumbled as he walked among the empty train tracks, having come down one the entrances Kyushu showed him. It was a bit of a walk but Izuku didn't mind, he needed to clear his head.

'Why can't that Steel just lay off! It's been a month, Nezu says the government have started to trust me a bit more and heck even two the guys on his team don't mind me!...well they did shoot that weird blaster thing at me last time.. BUT STILL!'

Izuku huffed out an annoyed breath, glancing at his still red glowing hourglass before shoving his hands in his pockets. "Better question...why does he want Diamond Head?...wait."

Pausing Izuku remembered Tetrax mentioninghe had a ran in with SACT before...what happen again..?"OH! That's right he...uh oh." Remembering Tetrax mentioning he was the one who scarred him Izuku groaned...

"Great...now it's personal and he's gonna think I'm the guy who used his face like a cutting board."

Deku sighed in frustration, wondering what he could do before pausing, a smile lighting up his face as he rushed forward excitedly as he had finally reached his destination.

Walking into theWorkshopas Kyushu calls it, Izuku let a Cheshire grin grow as he spotted Kyushu working underneath the hood of his project car, tinkering away at something. Stalking forward quietly Izuku took a deep breath.

"JUICHIIIIII!!!!!!!"

"WHAA?!BONKGAAH."

Izuku winced whilst holding his laughter, poor Kyushu had startled so hard he slammed his head into the bottom of the car. Pulling himself out Kyushu looked towards the intruder, his face furious as he spotted Izuku.

"NOTFUNNY!"

That seem to only make Izuku crack up harder though much to his annoyance. "Ahaha! Im-im so sorry hahaha!"

Getting up and rubbing his head Kyushu delivered a friendly but stiff punch to Izukus shoulder.

"OW!"

"THAT'S WHAT YOU GET!" Kyushu huffed closing his eyes, until suddenly a light bulb lit up in his head. "Guess...you owe me."

"Eh?"

Kyushu smirked. "Cmon you know what I want! Do it."

Izuku grumbled, he should've guessed. Kyushu has asked him to do it many times since they've started hanging out. Gripping his Omnitrix he tapped the dial up and twisted it until he got what Kyushu wanted.

Kyushu smiled closing his eyes from the blinding flash of green. Upon opening them he pumped his fist. "Alright Midoriya!"

Grey Matter smiled smugly at the praise.

"Today's the day 'doriya! We're this close to getting the engine to start." Kyushu pumps his fist, this being a huge moment for his precious project car. "It's just uhh... well." Kyushu is scratching his head, clearly stumped.

Gray Matter sighs. "What is it?"

"Ugh, this thing is giving me a headache," Kyushu says, staring at the mess of engine parts. "I'm not even sure where this part is supposed to go."

The tiny alien quickly scurries over to the engine parts scattered across the workbench.

"Alright, Juichi, let's figure this out," Grey Matter says, his voice high-pitched but eager. He jumps up onto the workbench and starts examining the parts with his tiny yet big for his body eyes.

Kyushu watches as the small frog like alien moves knowing exactly what to do. "Man, you're really getting into the details. How do you even make sense of all this?"

Grey Matter, replies, "It's all about understanding the design. This part goes here—" He points to a specific spot on the engine block, "—and this one connects to it."

He begins reassembling the engine, directing Kyushu, carefully fitting parts together and using his knowledge to make sure everything is aligned correctly. His small size allows him to maneuver into tight spaces and handle delicate components with ease.

Kyushu, following Grey Matter's instructions, helps by handing over tools and parts. "I've been trying to put this together for hours. I didn't realize it was this complicated."

Grey Matter continues to work swiftly. "It can be tricky, but with the right approach, it all comes together. And done! Let's see if it fits."

They place the reassembled engine back into the car's frame, securing it into place. Kyushu steps back and wipes his brow. "Alright, moment of truth. Let's see if it starts." hopping into the mess of a car with a eager smile.

Kyushu turns the key, and the engine roars to life, running smoothly for the first time in weeks. Kyushu's face lights up with a broad grin. "Yes! It's working!"

Grey Matter climbs out from under the car, dusting off his tiny hands. "Looks like we got it. This project car is one step closer to hitting the road."

Kyushu, excitingly pats Grey Matter on the back with a gentle but appreciative pat. "Thanks, Midoriya, this would of taken weeks maybe months by myself. You're the man!"

Grey Matter shrugs modestly. "Just doing my part. Next time, maybe I'll help you with something that doesn't involve so many greasy parts!" gesturing to his now oil covered body.

"Deal. I'll keep the projects less complicated. Or at least, minimize the grease," Kyushu added, feeling a little guilty.

As they look over their handiwork, the garage feels like a place of achievement and teamwork. Kyushu and Grey Matter share a satisfied smile, knowing they've made significant progress on the project car together.

"Really man. Thank you."

Midoriya smiles, he glances towards Juichi, his face never leaving the car, the look on his eyes telling it all...he's happy.

"It's no problem dude. I should be thanking you to be honest." With a flash of red, Izuku stands rubbing the back of his head.

"Huh? For what?" Kyushu ask in confusion. What could he have done to be thanked?

"For being my friend," Izuku said, his eyes warm with genuine happiness.

Kyushu blinked, slightly taken aback. "Oh..." He hadn't expected that.

Kyushu's chest tightened as he realized just how much their bond meant to Izuku. A grin tugged at his lips, and he tried to play it cool. Kyushu's grin widened, but he felt a warmth settle in his chest. He wasn't one for sappy moments, but this one... well, it felt good. He shifted awkwardly on his feet, trying to think of something clever to say.

"Well...You're welcome for getting to hang with someone as awesome as me," Kyushu joked, rubbing the back of his neck.

Midoriya shook his head, smiling softly as he leaned back against the car. "I mean it, Juichi. You're my best friend."Especially recently...

Kyushu blinked, taken aback again. He opened his mouth to respond, but no words came out. What was he supposed to say to that?

"You're such a sap, Midoriya," Kyushu teased, though there was no bite behind the words. He crossed his arms, leaning against the garage wall. "You better not get too emotional on me. We're supposed to be working on a car, not filming a drama."

Midoriya laughed, a sound full of genuine amusement that filled the small garage. "Alright, alright."

The two shared a moment of easy silence, the sounds of the garage—tools clinking, the hum of a fan in the corner—filling the space between them.

The silence stretched between them, comfortable but heavy with unspoken words. Kyushu shifted, glancing at Midoriya out of the corner of his eye. His mouth opened, closed, then opened again.

"You're my best friend too," he mumbled, barely loud enough to be heard. He stared straight ahead, pretending the words hadn't just left his mouth.

Izuku smiles.

Kyushu excited turns the car keys again. But instead of the engine roaring to life like before, it stuttered painfully before groaning as the hood puffed up as smoke erupted.

"...Shit."

The Next Day.

"Good morning Harangue Nation!

The camera cut to Harungue at his news desk, his expression sharp and disapproving as he leaned toward the camera, ready to stir the pot. The headline at the bottom of the screen read: "Vigilante Gang—Dangerous Criminals or Deluded Heroes?"

Harungue began with his usual fervor, his voice dripping with disdain. "Good morning, Harungue Nation! Harungue here, bringing you the unfiltered truth about this so-called 'vigilante team' that's been plaguing our streets. Now, I know many of you have heard about them—this group of these mutants causing chaos wherever they show up. But make no mistake, they are no heroes. They're a gang of dangerous, unlicensed vigilantes who are doing far more harm than good."

The screen cut to shaky footage of Four Arms in his recent battle with Serpent, the towering red alien throwing punches that sent debris flying. Harungue's voice played over the clip, his tone full of contempt.

"Look at this mess! Here we have... Four Arms, a towering brute with no regard for the destruction he leaves in his wake. This so-called 'hero' took on a villain, Serpent, but in the process, left the streets in ruins! Buildings shattered, cars destroyed, innocent lives put at risk! Where are the Pro Heroes when this happens, sitting around watching like Death Arms? This gang of vigilantes is out of control, and the damage speaks for itself."

The footage then shifted to Heatblast from a previous incident, showing the flaming alien shooting fire to contain a spreading blaze. Harungue wasn't about to let this heroic act go unchallenged.

"And then we have Heatblast, another member of this so-called vigilante crew," Harungue sneered as flames erupted across the screen. "Sure, it might look like he's helping, but fire like this? A walking fire hazard, folks. One wrong move, and he could burn down half the city! And yet, this gang operates without oversight, without consequences."

Next, the screen switched to Diamondhead from another altercation, using his crystal body to shield civilians from incoming bullets. But Harungue twisted it with ease.

"Here's another one—Diamondhead. A walking, talking rock with no concern for the destruction he causes. Sure, he stopped a few bullets, but at what cost? Look at the streets behind him—destroyed, cracked from his attacks. You really think these vigilantes care about the damage they leave behind? Or are they just showing off their powers, with no thought to the consequences?"

Harungue leaned in closer to the camera, his tone growing more severe. "And here's the worst part, folks—we don't even know who they are. They come in all shapes and sizes, hiding behind their STUPID code names. Who are they working for? What's their real goal? And why are they allowed to run rampant, unchecked, across our city?"

The screen switched back to Harungue at his desk, his expression grim. "These criminals claim they're here to help. But if they're really heroes, why aren't they licensed? Why aren't they working with the authorities? I'll tell you why—because they're not heroes at all. They're a bunch of menaces. A group of dangerous vigilantes playing hero, leaving destruction in their wake. How long before one of them makes a mistake that costs lives?"

Leaning back slightly, Harungue delivered his final jab, his voice filled with righteous indignation. "Citizens, we need to wake up. This so-called vigilante gang is not protecting us. They're putting us in danger. And until the authorities step in and put a stop to this madness, we're left to deal with the fallout. How much longer can we allow these rogue aliens to terrorize our streets? Stay vigilant, because with them on the loose, none of us are safe."

He leaned forward, speaking directly into the camera, his voice laced with indignation. "Now, folks, I know there are rumors floating around out there—ridiculous claims, really—that I'm only against this so-called 'vigilante team' because they're mutants. Let me set the record straight," he said, dramatically holding up a hand as if to ward off the accusations. "These claims? Absolute nonsense! Some people on the internet have been spreading these lies that I have some sort of personal vendetta against mutant Quirks. It's absurd!"

Harungue paused for a beat, a practiced, almost offended look crossing his face. "One of my best friends is a mutant!" he declared, a little too loudly. The words hung in the air for a moment, almost as if he were trying to convince himself more than the audience. "That's right, folks. I've got plenty of mutant friends. So, don't even think about accusing me of being biased against them!"

He shuffled his papers unnecessarily, clearly trying to fill the awkward silence that followed. "Now, as for those other rumors," he continued, his tone becoming defensive. "Yes, I've heard about the ridiculous claims going around online. Some people are trying to say that I'm affiliated with an anti-mutant Quirk group." He gave a short, uncomfortable chuckle, waving a dismissive hand. "Come on, people! Really? Anti-mutant culture? That's just... well, that's just stupid. Let's not get carried away here." His smile was forced, and for a moment, it looked like he wasn't quite sure how to dig himself out of the hole.

"Sure, I've attended a few meetings here and there. Just gatherings, you know. People talking about issues. Healthy debate. Im a news Reporter, its my job to interview the unique minds of our world." He leaned back, his hands spreading out in front of him as if trying to show how innocent and casual the whole thing was. "But to say I'm 'affiliated'—come on! Let's not be ridiculous. Let's focus on the real issue here."

Harungue quickly shifted back into his usual rhythm, his voice regaining its forceful edge. "The truth is, I genuinely believe these so-called vigilantes—these aliens—need to be stopped. And it's got nothing to do with their Quirks or them being mutants! It's about their actions. It's about the danger they pose to our society, to our city!" He jabbed a finger at the camera, the intensity of his words punctuated by his increasingly erratic hand gestures.

The screen behind him flashed footage of Izuku's various alien forms: Four Arms smashing through a building during the fight with Serpent, Heatblast shooting flames to contain a fire, and Diamondhead blocking bullets during a previous battle. Harungue's voice overlayed the footage, dripping with accusation.

"Just look at this chaos! These are not coordinated, licensed heroes, people! These are unregistered, unaccountable individuals wreaking havoc on our streets! And what's worse? They hide behind their silly fake names. They're making it impossible to know who they really are. Is that the behavior of a hero? or a criminal trying to cover their tracks?"

He leaned forward again, his voice lowering as if he were letting the audience in on a secret. "These vigilantes—this so-called 'team' —they want you to believe they're helping. But let's be honest here. What happens when one of them slips up? What happens when their recklessness costs someone their life?" He paused dramatically, giving the camera a hard, condemning stare.

"And don't think I'm alone in this!" Harungue added, his voice rising with conviction. "People across the city—hardworking, law-abiding citizens—are tired of watching these freaks tear apart their neighborhoods. I've been getting letters, emails, messages from concerned people just like you. They're afraid. And they should be. Because if the authorities don't step in and stop these vigilantes, I promise you—it's only a matter of time before their so-called 'heroics' turn into a real disaster."

The camera zoomed in on Harungue's face, his expression grim and unwavering. "I've said it before, and I'll say it again—this vigilante gang needs to be stopped. And if the government won't do it, well... maybe it's time we, the people, take matters into our own hands."The screen went black.

Izuku shook his head, this Harungue guy was beginning to get on his nerves, and not just him. One scroll on social media and it seemed Mutants seemed to be Izuku's main supporters, more Tweets calling Harunge out trending everytime Harungue went live...sighing Izuku closed his phone, he stood outside an old, rundown store, its windows dusty and cracked, the sign hanging crookedly. He let out a sigh, twisting the doorknob and feeling a sense of relief when it clicked open. "At least I don't have to dig around for that spare key again," he muttered to himself.

Stepping inside, he paused for a moment, taking in the interior. Ironically, the place had once been a plumber store—Nezu's sense of humor, it seemed, wasn't limited to the classroom. The shelves were still lined with old, dusty wrenches and tools, but it was clear no one had been here in years.

Shaking his head with a smile, Izuku made his way to the back, heading straight for the restroom. Just like in Mr. Baumann's store, there was a small, dangling chain in the corner. He pulled it, and with a faint hum, the floor beneath him lit up, forming a glowing green circle.

Izuku grinned as the hidden elevator descended. He could never get tired of this. The descent seemed to last forever, the anticipation building until, finally, the doors slid open.

Plumber HQ.

Well, Japan's Plumber HQ. But still!

Izuku's excitement bubbled over as he stepped into the sprawling underground complex. The place was massive—so much bigger than he'd imagined. The clean, metallic walls seemed to stretch on forever, lined with high-tech equipment, sleek consoles, and massive monitors displaying data from all over the world, and possibly beyond. It was both awe-inspiring and slightly terrifying, given how empty it felt.

There were rooms for everything—a prison, a cafeteria, a shooting range, an armory, even a parking bay for spaceships. And speaking of which, Tetrax's ship had been moved here since someone had started cleaning up Takoba Beach. Whoever thought that was a good idea had made hiding the ship a whole lot harder.

Izuku chuckled to himself. One conversation with Nezu, and now they had their own secret base. It's like I'm living in one of those old comic books with the secret identity and the hidden headquarters!

His excitement carried him to the training area, where he spotted Tetrax and Alan already in action. Tetrax was calmly instructing Alan, helping him with his aim as Alan lined up his shot.

"Hey, guys!" Izuku called out as he jogged over.

Alan, deep in concentration, jumped at the sudden voice, accidentally firing a blast straight into the ceiling. A chunk of the wall exploded in a cloud of dust.

Both Tetrax and Alan whipped around to glare at him.

"YOU SCARED THE CRAP OUTTA ME!" Alan shouted, eyes wide.

"IM SORRY!" Izuku yelped, raising his hands in apology.

Tetrax sighed, shaking his head like a disappointed teacher. "Good morning, Izuku. Glad to see you're not late for once."

Alan raised an eyebrow, smirking. "What, no damsels in distress this morning? No cats stuck in trees?"

"Very funny," Izuku deadpanned, rolling his eyes. But as he glanced around the training area, his smile faltered. "Hey… where's Uraraka?"

Tetrax and Alan exchanged looks, the faintest flicker of annoyance crossing Tetrax's face. "She contacted me earlier. Said she couldn't make it today," Tetrax replied, sounding more than a little frustrated.

Alan sighed dramatically, crossing his arms. "Lucky her. When do I get a day off?"

Izuku ignored the joke, his expression growing more serious. "What's up with her? She's been skipping training a lot lately. And at school, she's either too busy or too tired to even have a conversation." His tone edged with frustration.

Tetrax frowned, considering for a moment. "I'm not a fan of it either, but she probably has her reasons. My theory is that she's found someone else to train with."

Both Alan and Izuku's heads snapped toward Tetrax. "Huh?"

Tetrax rubbed his chin, deep in thought. "The few times shehasshown up, my ship's scanners picked up on some changes. She's been getting into better shape every time."

Alan snickered, shaking his head. "Tetrax, dude, there's one thing you need to learn about Earth. You don't comment on a girl's fitness—or her weight, for that matter. It's a death wish."

Tetrax blinked in confusion. "Why not? It's a compliment."

Izuku, though, didn't find it funny. In fact, he looked almost… hurt. "If she's training, why not with us?" His voice was quieter now, laced with uncertainty.

Tetrax winced slightly, realizing he'd hit a sore spot. "I don't know, Izuku. But you're her friend. If it's bothering you this much, maybe you should ask her."

Alan frowned, scratching the back of his head. "You sure that's a good idea? What if she's keeping it a secret for a reason?"

"Maybe," Tetrax acknowledged, his tone thoughtful. "But if you're really worried, a true friend will tell you the truth when you ask. It's better than letting it eat away at you."

Izuku nodded, his eyes drifting upward as his thoughts wandered. "Yeah… I'll ask her next time I see her."

But even as he agreed, his mind raced with questions.

What's going on, Uraraka?

Read this latest chapter, and it's okay, we get development with Nezu being connected with the plumbers and tetrax already being acquainted with him.

The only headscratching thing about the story so far is What does Will Harague get out of his campaign against the team of vigilantes in japan?

also, why set up a shop in japan, and what's his quirk in the story?

I can see him being with the creature rejection league due to mutant quirks or with humanise at least as a mouthpiece to spread hate among mutant quirk users since they are an easy target for ratings, because in cannon of Ben 10 I think he targeted ben for views as well no matter the situation at the time.

Hope you capitalise on this aspect because i dont think the audience ever got to see Harague get any repercussions due to his stunts, and it would be nice to see him face some punishment for them

good chapter. i hope you can do more.

haha i appreciate the critism, itll help make the story better in the long run! Thank you very much let me know what else i should work on any suggestions are always appreciated.

Yes Nezu is affiliated with the Plumbers, i was thinking who would be good Magister for this planet? And thought why wouldnt it be the smartest person who also their whole job is teaching and training heroes, seemed like the best candadite to me lol.

As for Harangue you're defienetly in the right ball park, but he wont be to relevant other than his little tyrants about Izuku on the news for a bit. He will defietly play a role in the future though and probably minor roles in future chapters. As for why hes in Japan? I was thinking of just making him live here and not really having a why seeing it dont really matter but idk maybe ill add a reason other than hes just a civillian. Dont worry like i said he'll get his in the future, but for now hes just another snob on TV.

wow, I didn't expect to see a Shazam parody like that, and with a Keven universal counterpart, while it was really out of character of Izuku to do nearly half of the stuff they did, it could be chalked up to Izuku either going with the flow, or him wanting to be accepted by his new friend and not wanting to mess it up, why else would he be so irresponsible here, still a great parody, really fun to read.

also liked that you showed cameos of some of the MHA cast, with Mina and Kaminari in the arcade, and with Jiro in the convenient store, that's a really good way to keep the MHA content present and active, by showing other characters making more appearances, maybe you can even have a few properly meet and befriend him, like Uraraka did, and maybe find out about him being the vigilante team as well, it will give them more a reason to be more involve in the story, as well as having more opportunities to grow and develop before UA.

and now Nezu has finally made his move, didn't expect him to be such a high-ranking member of the plumbers, and that he is working with Tetrax too, looks like Izuku will have some real support from now own, and dang the SACT is really coming off as a group that discriminates mutant type quirk users in the eyes of the public, I'm really surprised that they aren't getting more backlash form the mutant community and their sympathizers.

overall great chapter, really liked that you showed how the heroes ignore places that have no benefits to make them more popular, and that Izuku doesn't like that they do that, I can tell that places like that will be his main motivation to be a hero from now on, looking forward for the next chapter.

Hey thanks for reading! Haha i thought the Shazam scene was fun and thought id incorparate it, im glad you enjoyed it! As for Izuku being out of character to do most that stuff? mmmm i dont know, i feel most of it was just testing his abilities and trying to find his limits. Only thing you could say which id agree on was the soda cans and Strip club bit, but in my defence they are only Soda cans and he did have Kyushu egging him on, if it makes it better ill say here and now its canon Deku left some money before they left lol. As for the booty trap? i just found it realy funny LOL chalk it up to Kyushu talking him into it and peer pressure i guess.

Yes Kevin 11 is now in the story! But just because hes Japanese here i thought it would be weird if his name was Kevin still, so i renamed him. His name actually has a meaning to it by the way! kudos if you're able to translate it and figure it out lol. But just so you guys arent confused i wanna make it clear this is meant to be Kevin, not som OC or anything.

Im Glad you liked their sneak appearances! I thought itd be fun if Izuku slowly meets some of them in minor ways maybe Major ways before even getting to UA. ill give you a clue by the way, Kaminari and Mina werent the only 2 in the Arcade...

Yep Nezu, smartest on earth? Not even human? Teaches for a living? he seemed perfect to be Magister.

Thanks for reading!
