"GANG WAY!" Rattrap shouted as he and the others with him were blasted into the base.
"CLOSING THE BRIDGE!" Rhinox shouted before he sighed and frowned "It's been a week, and we're still on the back foot since they can control which one is going to come down, please tell me you saw it?"
"Yeah, that gremlin Kickback is back" Rattrap said
"Terrific" Optimus Primal said "And while they're growing in strength we have no way of getting new allies" he sighed before looking at Grimlock
"Do you want us in the field?" Grimlock asked
"I would, next pod that drops is highly likely to contain a Predacon, and when that happens I want you to be there" Optimus said as he frowned "Meanwhile Rhinox you keep looking for the Xantium. I have a feeling there is going to be something in their to even the playing field"
"Yes sir" Rhinox said.
"Come on girls, just another lap" Itsuka said as she Setsuna and Shiozaki were running, wearing a sports bra and jog pants. They were panting
"Seriously prez?" Setsuna asked
"Yeah we've been running for awhile now" Shiozaki panting
"Okay, five minutes for a water break" She smiled as the stretched to cool down
"So how are you and Izuku going?" Setsuna asked
"we're doing great, and you and Tetsutetsu?" she smiled
"we're going slow" Setsuna said "You guys hear about Mirko?"
"Indeed, I've been praying for a swift recovery" Shiozaki said
"Those predacreeps" Itsuka growled as she gripped her fist. She wanted to punch them "How did it maim one of our pro heroes"
"Indeed, I wish we could teach them a lesson" Setsuna snapped
"Okay now that the water's break let's go" she shouted as the trio started to run again, ope they didn't noticed a green coloured bridge opening and the jogged through it.
"Excellent, yes Excellent with your help Tarantulas we've gotten more powerful. Even if they have the Dinobots" Megatron smirked
"Indeed" Razor Claw said
"So who's next?" Kickback asked as he walked over to Hardshell
"Maybe another one of our old friends" Ravage said
"We're trying to find one, but there are a lot up there" Tarantulas said
"Too bad we can't get up there and get them all at once" Blackarachnia said
"I think there is a way, I heard rumours of an Autobot ship still on Earth: The Xantium" Hardshell said "If we capture that then we can rescue our allies and bring an end to the Maximals. Then we conquer this planet" Hardshell laughed
"I'm liking the way you think Hardhsashell" Megatron nodded
"But royalty, where would it be?" Inferno asked
"Good question" Megatron said as he turned to those who used to be Decpticons.
"The Xantium is on Earth, but we don't know where" Ravage said
"True, but not even Sundwave could find it" Laserbeak said
"And with my system, I can try and find it" Tarantulas laughed
"Indeed, and when we get the Xantium there is nothing will stand in our way" Megatron laughed.
The three girls were shocked when then saw snow and ice.
"Pres, where are we?" Setsuna asked
"I'm not sure' Itsuka asked
"I'm cold" Shiozaki shivered.
"I know, but" Itsuka looked around, any hope she had in her was quickly dying out
"THERE! I see a cave over there!" Setsuna shouted
"Let's go!" Itsuka shouted as the three ran over and hid trying to avoid the cold.
"THIS IS NUTS!" Setsuna shouted
"Where even are we?" Shiozaki asked shivering
"I don't know" Itsuka frowned.
"Snapper, Kickback, Hardshell, Jetstorm, Seawing, Tantrum, Skullcruncher. All of you have joins our little brigade in the last week thanks to Tarantulas" Megatron said making the new Predacons cheer out loud.
"So what's the pay Royalty?" Inferno asked
"Oh quite simple my dear Inferno, WE STOMR THE MAXIMAL BASE!" Megatron said grinning
"Are you serious?" Scorponok asked shocked
"But don't they out number us?" Blackarachnia asked
"They do, which is why we're going to be sending the Dinobots on a side quest, yes. Taratulas make it look like a pod is coming down" Megatron ordered
"Yes Lord Megaton" Tarantulas said as he cackled, while using the system
"But sir, we don't even know where the Maximal base is!" Manterror said
"Oh I have a fairly good idea where it is" Megatron said.
"I love this plan, YEE HAH!" Skullcrusher called out
"Still they may be able to bridge out" Terrorsaur pointed out
"Not if we shut down their systems" Tantrum said
"I agree with my team mate" Razor Claw said
"Yes, but make no mistake, by tonight THE MAXIMALS REST IN PIECES!" Megatron called out as it was followed by a chorus of Predacon laughter.
"Hey Rumi, how are you feeling?" Mandalay asked as she checked on Mirko
"Thank for letting me stay here" Rumi said as she rested in bed. The surrounding forests were safe, secured and peaceful thanks to the Maximals being in the same forest. It was touch and go with Miriko. She had lost a lot of blood when they got her to Maixmal base. Shocked Rhinox quickly called for a medical team from Sector 7 which set up a operating room in the lodge of the Wild-Wild Pussycats where she was now staying, Mandalay monitoring her constantly "And I'm fine, just itching to get back out there and kick some con ass!" Mirko growled
"Not until you can be fitted with a prosthetic or cybernetic leg" Mandalay said
"I know, so I heard you guys have been o the back foot for a week" Mirko said
"No kidding, apparently the cons were able to recruit several of their unit back again." Mandalay told her
"Still to think you guys were this close to a bunch of alien machines f who changed into animals" Mirko said
"Yeah, well this was the where they first landed. And Pixie-Bob is related to someone who fought with them in the great war" Mandalay said
"Oh" Mirko said.
"Yeah, and thankfully they haven't fund this place yet" Mandalay said.
"This is going to be hard, Grimlock what was that outpost?"Optimus asked
"Nothing much Optimus, just an old storage area" Grimlock said
"our luck may be looking up, a maximal pod is dropping" Rhinox said
"I don't want to take any chances, Grimlock deploy your team" Optimus ordered.
"Yes sir, DINOBOTS TRANSFORM AND RAMPAGE!" he shouted as they all headed for the bridge ad went through it.
"Something's not right" Optimus said
"It's too convenient" Rhinox growled
"What do you mean?" Cheetor asked
"They send we get a Maximal pod drop after they have been nothing but Predacons for a week?" Rhinox asked
"Yeah that is suspect" Armordillo said
"So if this is a trap we just had our biggest guns leave" Cheetor realised
"Yeah" Optimus Primal nodded.
"It's so cold" Setsuna shivered
"So sleepy" Shiozaki said as she was swaying side to side
"IBARA, DON'T FALL ASLEEP!" Kendo shouted as she braced her friend, the feeling of her skin was cold.
'We need a source of heat, even if we have to cut Shiozaki's hair" Setsuna said
"The snow and ice would liken have dampened them, plus where are we going to get matches from at this place?" Kendo frowned
"I have no clue" Setsuna said before they started to feel the air was warming up. "Is it getting warmer or?" Setsuand asked
"Warmth?" Shiozaki asked as she stopped swaying. The girls were not excepting what walked over to them, for it was a polar bear, and it was getting closer to them, which made it warmer with each step it took.
"A polar bear with a quirk?" Setsuna asked
"Nyet" the Polar Bear said shocking the girls "I am Polar Claw, the Maximal's Winter Combat specialist; And you three, you three are not equipped for snowy weather. Stick by me and I'll will take you back our base, there you can warm up and we will provide proper clothing" Polar Claw said
"Thank you" the three said
"What are you even doing right here, huh? you look ready beach not Alaska" Polar Claw asked
"We were running around our school when suddenly we were...WE'RE IN ALASKA!" Setsuna exclaimed
"As in North America?" Itsuka asked
"Yes" Polar Claw nodded
"How did we end up here?" Shiozaki asked
"I do not know, but maybe it is a good thing, we have been unable to contact the other Maximals forces" Polar Claw said
"Other Maximals?" Itsuka asked
"Yes, we have knowledge of at least two energy signatures, but recently they became one so we were worried" Polar Claw told her
"You have no idea how good it is to hear they have reinforcements at the ready" Kendo said
Why?" Polar Claw asked
"because the Cons have been getting more of their forces back" Setsuna said
"What?" Polar Claw asked angered
"Anything on the perimeters?" Optimus asked
"All quiet. As soon as a con sticks its head out we'll know" Airazor said
"Good, I don't like the idea of having our afts out in full view" Optimsu frowned
"Optimus this is Grimlock, we've been" Grimlock started before the power went off
"And you were saying" Rattrap said in an annoyed tone of voice
"A minor setback" Airazor said
"What's going on, there wasn't anything on radar unless" Optimus realised. "Everyone get ready" Optimus ordered as the Maximals transformed
"This is where I say we're all going to die" Rattrap sighed
"Not on my watch!" Armordillo said before they all opened the door before the rushed out and swept the area.
"I've got nothing" Tigertron said
"And we're stuck without the Dinobots since they're off site and locked out of the groundbridge." Rhinox growled grabbing his chain guns
"I'll take to the air" Airazor said
"Be careful, we don't know where they are" Optimus frowned
"Yes sir" Airazor took to the sky, only to be fired at. "I FOUND THEM, they're 200 meters out coming from the west, north-west" She shouted
"Get ready" Rhinox shouted
"Remember! We're not only defending our base, but the base of the Wild-Wild Pussycats as well" Optimus shouted.
"Hey Big Bot, maybe we can get them to send a signal to Sector 7!" Cheetor suggested
"Not a bad plan" Ironhide said before the sound of missiles were screaming toward them
"INCOMING!" Rattrap called out
"PREDACONS, ATTACK!" Megatron ordered.
"Finally we are back at the ship" Polar Claw said as he transformed "Now get inside and get warmed up, I'm sure that there is warm clothes for you ladies" he said opening the door
"Thank you" the trio rushed in and immediately enjoyed the warmth.
"Welcome back Polar Claw" a computer said
"Thank you Sentinel" Polar Claw said
"What did you find?" a transformer asked
"Three humans, adolescent femmes, probably from the oriental sector" Polar Claw said
"Japan" the three girls said
"Sorry Japan" Polar Claw nodded
"Good to hear" the voice said as a Bald Eagle flew over them
"An eagle?" Shiozaki asked
"Correct, I am Silverbolt, one of the Maximal elders" he said bowing his head as a lion walked over
"Nice to meet you, I am Prowl" the lion said walking over and bowing
"Ah G'Day Mates" a Tasmanian Devil smiled as he walked out "Struth you are a couple of young Sheilas, come on in and slip those shoes off and I'll go get you some Uggies, a jacket or two" he said "Oh by the way, name's Snarl" he smiled
"Isn't Snarl a Dinobot?" Setsuna asked
"Ah yes you met the lizard" 'Snarl' said "I just use that for a feat tactic, me actually name is Rogue"
"Okay" Kendo said as she and the other changed into the winter gear
"They should not be here" a wolf said as he and a ram walked in.
"Ah, Steeljaw and Ramhorn; good most of us are here, any other we're missing?" Silverbolt asked
"Hang on" a female voice said as two more Maximals walked in "The name is Nyx" the female said before transforming into a bat
"Howdy I'm Razorbeast" the last one said
"Incredible" Sihozakis aid
"They can finally win it for them" Kendo said
"And these aren't the last of them I take it?" Setsuna asked
"No there are still more in orbit" Rogue said.
"Which is not good since they have been pulling down Predacons pods" Kendo said
"It must be that satellite, the Feel Good Inc one" Silverbolt said
"Thankfully we have someone up there to take it down" Razor beast said
"Ooh good idea" Nyx said
"If only we can find out what's happening" Kendo said
Megatron was laughing as he blasted away, most of the Maximals taking cover and blind firing
"FOR THE ROYALTY!" Inferno shouted as he fired away
"Fliers, take to the air and bombard them, Hardshell, Kickback attack that human settlement, Taratulas, Blackarachnia try and get in that base to recover any of their systems" Megatron said
"Yes sir" the various Predacons said as they all did their tasked
"Oh great the Insecticons are heading for the Pussycat Lodge" Airazor said "And the air based Predacons are going to bombard us"
"I hate this" Armordillo said "Rattrap, you me and Spots will go to the lodge and hold them off"
"Rhinox get inside and try and get the defences up" Optimus ordered
"You got it" Rhinox said
"Cybershark, protect Rhinox" Optimsu ordered
"You got it Primal" Cybershakr said as the all went to do their own things.
"GIVE IT UP PRIMAL, YOU WILL NEVER WIN!" Megatron laughed
"We won't surrender Megatron" Optimus said
"Oh please this is like the Eukaris hunt all over again. Even if you survive today, it won't be for long as Tarantulas will bring the rest of our forces down, reactivate them and we will rule this world" he laughed
"Not while I still function!" Optimus shouted firing at the Predacon commander
"Then you are a fool Optimus" Megatron called out.
"KOUTA!" Pixie-bob said as she found him staring terrified outside the window, "There you, come on we have to go"
"We can't" Kouta stated, his voice trembling. Pixie-Bob saw what he was staring at and gasped as Manterror, Kickback, Hardsheel and Jetport were walking towards the lodge, thinking quickly Pixie-bob activated her quirk and sent monster made of the every earth after them. Picking up Kouta quickly she ran.
"WE GOT BUGS!" she shouted out as she saw Tiger and Mandalay carrying Mirko
"we've got to get out of here" Ragdoll called out looking worried
"We will" Pixie-bob shouted. They heard an explosion and ducked
"Move!" Tiger shouted as they rushed, only to have one of the Predacons burst through.
"I don't think so fleshbags" Hardshell growled
"GET OUT OF OUR WAY!" Pixie Bob shouted as an earth beast attacked. Kickback juts kicked the monster in to pebbles before he turned on the heroes
"Aunt Sosaki" Kouta said
"Just stay behind me Kouta" Mandalay said in a protective manner
"Hopefully someone will come" Ragdoll said just as a chain wrapped around Kickbacks' neck
"YEE HAH!" Armordillo said as he pulled the Insecticon outside
"You guys okay?" Rattrap asked firing at the other insect based Predacons. Cheetor join in blasting the cons back
"Thank you two" Mandalay said
"You guys okay?" Cheetor asked
"Yeah, but we need to evacuate" Tiger said before Manterror fired some disks at them
"TAKE COVER!" Rattrap shouted.
"We're in" Tarantulas said
"now for the main computer" Blackarachnia said looking around before
"yes soon we'll have all the data we need to win this war" Tarantulas chucked while Blackarachnia accessed it
"But why does Megatron want it?" she asked
"I don't know, maybe the Maximals have something that megatron needs"
"I doubt it" a voice said making the two arachnoids freeze and look behind them, only to have their heads picked up by Rhinox and slammed together
"Spiders, I hate spiders" Cybershark said as he deployed his blade and swung at Blackarachina
"Move witch!" tarantulas shouted as he pulled out his blaster and fired, Rhinox grabbed the gun and wrenched it out of the arachnoid's hand and struck him in the head with it
"Get out!" Cyberstarhk shouted throwing Tarantulas out. Rhinox quickly went back to reset the power grid to bot the systems up. "wait how were they even going to access the computer if there's a blackout?" Rhinox asked
"I don't know" Cybershark shrugged before the system was back online.
"Now then; activating the defences" Rhinox said
"Armordillo get over here we have the defences back online" Cybershark said
"Will do, once we got rid of their pesky bugs" Armordillo said over the coms.
"Understood" Cybershark nodded.
"Optimus! We have the main computer online" Rhinox said
"YOU LITTLE RIPPER!" Rogue shouted
"What is it?" Prowl asked
"I've picked up something. A Maximal signal!" Rogue said
"That may be the base in Japan" Kendo said sipping a cup of hot tea.
"Can we get a some video?" Silverbolt asked
"I'm on it" Nyx said as she pulled up a video feed sowing the main base being under attack.
"NO!" the heroes said in a panicked state
"Nyx, boot up the engines" Prowl said
"Yes sir!" Nyx saluted
"Wheels up in ten" Polar Claw said
"Soon then that, but hopefully our space bound friend has dealt with that Predacon satellite" Nyx said
"Ah no worries Nyx, I'm sure he has" Rogue said
"Either way Maximals, time to transform and roll out!" Silverbolt said
"YES SIR!" the crew of the Xantium shouted.
"Optimus; we have the main computer on" Rhinox said
"Good work" Optimus said as he glared at Megatron
"Oh my Optimus, looks like you're on the back foot, my forces are overwhelming yours. The Dinobots are not here to help and you are running low on Energon" Megatron taunted him.
"So are you" Optimus spat before he transformed into Beast mode. Megatron snorting and doing the same, letting out a roar. Optimus roared back and charged at Megatron who did the same, only to lower his head smacking Optimus in the gut, sending him flying. With another roar Megatron stampeded over to here Optimus landed and bit down on his knee making the Maximal leader cry out in pain. Laughing the Predacon leader transformed and charged his beam weapon
"Tata Optimtus Primal" Megatron taunted "You lose" he laughed.
G'day Guys Grizz here, and before I get into my author's notes can I just say HAPPY 40TH ANNIVERSARY TO TRANSFORMERS! Hard to believe that this franchise has gone this long heck i remember sitting down and watching Transformers generation two when I was a kid, watching Beast Wars, Robots in Disguise and the Unicron trilogy as a teenager how cool it was to see Optimus Prime up on the big screen and so on and so forth. So Thank you Transformers and I hope you guys see your 50th birthday.
Now back to the main fic and wow that was a way to kick off the final stretch with the Predacons attacking the Maxcimal base and introducing the rest of the maximals, so for the rest of this fic there will be no more stasis pods dropping of things are going to be ramping up and we'll be seeing more heroes actually fighting and more of Sector 7, and what I am hoping is a big shocking climax that no one will see coming for a mile away
