(Hey Mason here for those of you who care quick dragon anatomy lesson. The dragons * isn't exposed unlike most other animals it is hidden behind two scales but all it takes for it to come out is for it to get hard this is why the guys in the previous chapter asked the question because it is not just hanging out there all day)
We had landed at school and Mason said
"well its going to be a long day at school for you seines you haven't gotten sleep in almost a day" and he was right and I knew it and almost as if he read my mind (which is a very real possibility) he said "you lot should go get some sleep while you can"
"Well where are you going to go" asked Qibli
"To the teacher's cave I am going to surprise them" And with that we went to our caves. When I got to mine I got in my bed and immediately fell asleep. I don't know how much time had passed all I know is that I woke up to Sunny's blood curtailing scream which could probably be herd from the deep sea palace instinctively I ran over to the teachers caves. When I got there Tsunami had Mason pined to the ground questioning him
"who are you what are you doing here" she barked
"I'll tell you once you get off of me"
"If you talk I might"
"Alright. Mason:god of the multiverse at your service" he said creating a portal beneath him and to the floor next to him and landing on his feet perfectly. "
What the" Tsunami murmured in shock
"Hold on What does god of the multiverse even mean" Sunny said "and what does that have to do with you being in my room"
"It means that I have every power imaginable as for why I'm here I just want to make some friends"
"Why us" Clay asked
"Cause this universe is fun and peaceful at least relatively"
"Why not "make" friend" Tsunami asked"
"Because that's boring plus a waste when I have such great candidates right here"
"Uh…thanks" Tsunami said
"You're welcome anyhow you lot can go now" he said Gesturing to the crowd of students that had formed when he said that we all scattered. I found Camel and said
"so how long have you had a crush on Frost"
"Oh Sandstorm. Um I don't"
"Yes you do I saw you look at him in the cave and blush harder. So when did you fall in love with him"
"Fine. I don't know when it happened but I know when I noticed when I was in love. It was about half way through this year."
"I knew you were acting nicer and were hanging around him more often"
"Oh shut up"
"Alright feisty to day probably from the lack of sleep"
"You're right sorry. just don't get any ideas I'm not searching for a mate right now ok he probably doesn't even like me back that way anyway."
"Alright I won't. We should probably head to class it will be starting"
"Yeah you're right. Race you." She said racing off
"Hey no fair" I said running after her. The rest of the day was normal and I was pretty tired when after today so I fell asleep has soon as I got in my bed. But in they middle of the night I woke up to the end of someone singing a song then I herd them start another one it went like this

Where the hell do they go.
I bet they're finely free floating somewhere in the sea.
Do they miss my feet.

I bet they're at her places a house where I can't show my face.

It was a human singing it then he said
"you going to stand there or come over Sandstorm" it was Mason
"Why are you a Human"
"Because it's my natural form". I was surprised
"What you thought that dragon me was my natural form"
"yeah kind of"
"Well it's not. Actually I'm not even from this series of universes. I'm from I.R.L. universe 7892(No this not your universes but it's identical except for this Mason didn't get powers.) planet Earth. There are no dragons no magic humans are the dominant species but we're centuries head in technology."
"Oh. Wait what do you mean dragon you if you're just shape shifting wouldn't that mean that none of them are you"
"Well if I was just shape shifting and making myself look however I want yes. But that's not what I'm doing you see everyone of every species has a different version of them selves for every species their personality is the same but they look different according to their personality and species they transform into now for most they will only experience being in one of these the one they where born in but for the few that have the ability to shape shift but can't control the specifics like you can with animus magic they can experience many more. Back in my home universe people create themselves as different things from fictional universe that they like and their called personas and senes that is basically what this is that's what I call them, personas"
"Well that makes sense. The song you sang it was nice did you make it."
"No, it's from my universe though I suppose it could be argued that its from many universe. It's called Adventure is out there it's by a band named AJR. Those were just the lyrics to the song theirs music too but I had my headphones on so you couldn't hear them"
"What are headphones?"
"Yeah it's going to be really complicated to explain to you how all this works so it's been a nice chat but you should get some sleep you're going to need it tomorrow"

"Alright I'll go back to bed" I said leaving him. The next day I woke and Camel and Frost were still asleep so I checked if anyone from the jade winglet was awake it was the last day of school and Mason was going to do something I just hoped I wasn't something crazy that destroyed half the school. I walked in to Qibli/Minks room (and Yes it is that Mink her application from the Gide book actually worked.) they were still sleeping so I left. When I got to Moon/Kinkajou/Hawk (Carnelian's replacement ) Moon was awake reading a scroll
"hey Moon"
"hey Sandstorm"
"so quick question what do you think of Mason"
"Well he's strange I mean you would think if he wanted us as friends he would just make us be his friends but no he is actually trying the normal way and why didn't help us before if he did like us and I don't know his intentions I can't read his tries to be are friends but blurts out our secrets like he doesn't care" she said. I thought about when he told everyone about my animus magic.
"Well ouch" Mason said from behind me in his dragon persona
"how long have you been standing there" Moon said nervously
"The entire time and don't worry I don't blame you for thinking that. And to answer your question" he said shifting into his human persona
"I didn't help you before because everything would have been fine and if I did interfere then the timeline would be messed up and things could go horribly wrong"
"Then why are you here now helping now" I said
"Well I don't want to blow your brains up not now a least"
"W-What are we talking about" Kinkajou said waking up
"We were just asking-" I said before Kinkajou shrieked
"Ooooo a human. How did you get here? Do you speak dragon? Maybe he will be a new student."
"Jesus Christ Kinkajou it's me Mason see" he said shifting into his dragon persona
"Will you shut up I'm trying to sleep" yelled Hawk
"Sorry" everyone except Mason said. Mason said
"What are you Carnelian's brother with that attitude" everyone gave him a look
"What it's been two years since she died you can't say it's too soon. Well we should go to the halls" he said returning to his human persona so we did
"as I was going to say before I was interrupted I tell because I don't like them they can ruin a whole lot if you keep them plus the faces that people make are hilarious"
"But aren't you keeping secrets" Moon said
"Yes but I'm going to tell you eventually so they're not secrets just surprises. Well anyway enjoy your your free time see you later" he said disappearing instantly and we did we mainly talked until class started. When I got some free time I talked to Frost and Camel back at are cave about Mason. They thought he was a little strange but cool. Then Qibli walked in.
"Hey guys"
"Hey Qibli" we all said
"Shouldn't you be in history" Camel said
"Yeah but Webs finished this years lessons a day early so he let us have free time. So want to go get the others and race around the mountain" Qibli suggested
"Sure" I said
"Eh why not" Frost said
"I'm down" Camel said so we got the others including Peril we got to the entrance right after Queen Luna, Swordtail, Prince Blue, Cricket, Sundew, and Willow landed (For those attentive viewers you may remember that wait didn't the silkwings have a council now well you're right now you're thinking that if Luna isn't the Queen of the silkwings than who is she the Queen of well You remember the Leafsilk kingdom well that is the place she's Queen and they actually came up with a pretty unique system of how to decide who leads each town has and election of who they think who should be in charge all the candidates from the town election have to be living in that town then those candidates that win go to the kingdom election where everybody votes and the winner serves for life and Luna pretty much won by a landslide)
"Queen Luna" we all said bowing
"Please no need to be formal a friend of Moon and Qibli are friends of mine" Luna said
"Well sweet I friends with even more people that saved the world. Now all I have to do is somehow befriend the teachers and I will have almost all the world savers alive as friends" Camel said We all chuckled at that one
"Well what brings you here" Qibli said
"Where here to discuss Pantalan dragons coming to J.M.A." Cricket said enthusiastically
"But it appears that we're a day early" Blue said just then Sky and Wren landed
"Oh Queen Luna" She said getting off Sky and giving her a nod
"It appears you came a day early too" Sundew said
"Yep" Wren
"We could take you to the founders but there probably busy"Camel said
"We would like that Uhhh I don't think we have met before" Willow said
"Its Camel that's Frost and that one is Sandstorm" Camel said and immediately after she said that we herd Tsunami yell
"Mason were are we going" just as her and Mason rounded the corner "Because they showed up early" he said pointing to the group of visitors
"Oh Queen Luna, Wren your early"
"Hey Tsunami" Sky said who had been unusually quiet
"Sky what did I tell you about being formal" Wren scolded
"Sorry I can't help it"
"It's okay Sky just be formal at the meeting" Tsunami said at which point Sky ran up to us and said
"Hi Camel, Frost, and Sandstorm I'm Sky." Holding out his hand we all shook it and said nice to meet you next he moved on to Peril.
"Hi you must be Peril" he said holding out his arm then retracted it probably remembering that Peril a firescales
"Uh yeah nice to meet you" She said
"Ha two lost siblings reunited after all these years" Mason said "What!" everybody said
"But Kestrel killed my brother" Peril said
"No she didn't. Kestrel was bad but not even she could kill her own dragonets so she faked drowning Sky and after she ran away Scarlets gards She followed the river downstream to find him and she would have too if Wren hadn't gotten to him first" Mason answered
"Wait how do you know this" Wren said
"Right I haven't properly introduced myself yet. Mason Rivera god of the multiverse at your service." He said turning into his human persona
"Queen Luna King Swordtail" he said tipping his hat and nodding his head at the same time
"Oh no no I'm not king yet we're still just dating". Swordtail and Luna were both blushing
"Soon then" Mason said. They started blushing harder
"Well at least not everyone in my family is horrible" Peril said changing the subject
"So I'm guessing our parents weren't great" Sky said disappointed
"Yeah" Mason said
"although Kestrel did actually care though she just wasn't mother material. Chameleon on the other claw didn't really care at all and was stupid too. I mean he had the had the most powerful object in the universe ever and what did he use it for. To do other dragon's bidding I mean seriously what was his plan"
"Uh I'm still confused about what god of the multiverse means" Blue said
"Well basically it means that I can do whatever I want. now we're getting off topic you're here to talk about new students you still want to do that tomorrow"
"Uh yeah sure it's ok with Tsunami" Wren said
"Uh sure you can sleep in the Teachers quarters with us"

"Well than now that that's been settled I have to go Tsunami you should show them we're their going to sleep tonight. Bye" Mason said jumping of the cliff into a portal
"Right then to the teacher's quarters" Tsunami said "follow me" When they were gone Turtle asked
"So we still doing the race".we did it and Peril won. Qibli came in second and Kinkajou came in third. After that class started and the rest of the day was normal. When I got to our room their was a paper on my bed it said
"be at the music room tonight, Mason."
