While the Straw Hats had made their escape from the boys in blue, the figure in red had decided to disappear into the crowd in order to do a proper analysis on the mysterious figures that had come to London.

"I better head back home and recall everything that I know about these people. They are nothing like I have ever seen before in my life." He said as he walked back.

Meanwhile, he heard the voices of some of the Straw Hats yell.

"DAMMIT LUFFY, WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO?!"

"IT WASN'T MY FAULT! THOSE GUYS WERE PICKING A FIGHT!"

"AND YOU COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT IN PRIVATE?!"

The gentleman couldn't help but sweatdrop at the sound of them arguing.

"For new warriors, they act so childish…" He said to himself.

It was close to sunset in London, and the figure was in his house, a dim light being the only thing illuminating the room. On a table were a few pages from a notebook and a warm cup of tea, as he read through them.

"OK…Let's see what we have." He mused to himself as he picked up the first sheet of paper.

"The man in the Straw Hat. Fairly young for a man with a good build. He seems to be rather attached to that hat, so if I were to confront him, I better not harm it otherwise I would end up like those hooligans. That said…that man's ability to contort his limbs to become like rubber is rather interesting. How does he do it? And most importantly…those emotions…Those colours are so bright! Like I was staring into the sun. There is a power dormant within him, so I better be careful with him as he may be the most dangerous."

He then moved onto the next paper.

"That man in the green hair may also be on par with the young man in terms of danger. That muscle tone indicates that he trains a lot. I better not go up close and personal. Though…those swords are impressive. And what is the bloodlust I feel from him? Still, he must know how to use those blades. It'll be a pleasure to duel him"

He then grinned at the third member.

"That lovely lady. Exquisite curves, perfect skin and long luscious hair. Oh, she will be interesting to carve and see her red. But what is with the staff attached to her hip? And why is she dressed rather frivolously? She may attract the wrong attention…" he said with a chuckle.

He then raised a brow at the next paper.

"Not much to look at the one with the long nose. Has less of a muscle tone than the others. That said… I may need to keep close. His range and aim are off the charts. But if I can scare him…well, he will be easier to take care of."

Next up was the notes on the chef.

"Hmm…Seems more on the leaner side so he is more built for speed and kicks, judging by the tone on his legs and he knows his cuts of meat from his rump to his fillet. I do want to know why he is always fluctuating with the pink and red, though…"

He then sweatdropped at the notes on the reindeer.

"Yeah…How is the pet a threat?"

Nothing more to be said.

He then grinned once more at the other woman.

"Now this is a creature of maturity. Aged like a fine wine with luscious curves and perfectly maintained figure. I may need to be a bit careful though…There is a hidden sign of bloodlust hidden within this woman, so I may need to be careful when approaching her."

He then frowned at the next one.

"The robot will be tricky…A metal body means my blades will be ineffective. I will need to be extremely delicate with him. Surgical if anything. I still don't know his potential of danger, so I better not take any unnecessary risks…"

Next up was the skeleton.

"Ah yes, our undead musician. I am rather curious about how the undead come back to life and is walking amongst the living. Still, as talented as he is in the art of music, I may need to be careful as killing the dead is not an easy feat. Not to mention, that cane he uses may be a danger to me if I know it has a hidden blade. He may be a wonderful duelist however."

Up next was the fishman in the kimono.

"So…a walking fish man. I have heard tales about them but I never would have thought I would see one in person. Still, judging by the fact he fought those hoodlums means he is deadly up close and personal, so I may need to be careful. If he has the instincts of a shark, I may be in trouble."

He then licked his lips at the rabbit.

"Now the female rabbit is an interesting sight. I have always loved the flavour of cutlets. She may be more agile so I may need to be careful though…"

The final paper was on the dragon lady.

"Hmmm…I sense a feeling of nobility and regality from her. That form of her is rather interesting to see. But, I sense a feral emotion from within her. And that club is dangerous…"

After looking through his notes, he got up and moved a hidden panel, revealing a multitude of blades and grappling hooks. Taking one of the carving knives, he grabbed a whetstone and began to sharpen it.

"Well now, I think it's time I made their acquaintance. Let's see how well they can face the Ripper…" He said as the blade glinted in the dim light, showing a wide, crazy grin on his face.

Soon, the moon set behind the building, all the while the Straw Hats had no idea who they were about to meet.
