Setsuna shuddered visibly. "Ojou-sama, I never think of that, and frankly, I don't believe you should either..."

"Oneesama," the gray haired twins bowed deeply as she walked in.

She bowed back. "Hansel-chan, Gretel-chan. It's been a while," Then she began bowing for the rest of those others present in the room. "Freed-kun, Nui-chan, Himiko-chan, Vega-sama..."

They replied in turn with polite wavings and the occasional twisted smile.

Biography:

Nothing is known in concrete about her origins, just that she was trained from a very early age. It is generally accepted that she was from a noble family, explaining her fine manners when not fighting or teasing.

She was first recorded in human history as an already experienced mercenary fighting Negi Springfield (also summonable as a Lancer, a Caster or a Berserker) and his students in Kyoto, under the employment of Amagasaki Chigusa (also summonable as a Caster) to kidnap Konoe Konoka (also summonable as a Caster). Konoe's friend and classmate, Sakurazaki Setsuna (also summonable as a Saber) defeated Tsukuyomi by shattering her glasses, and Tsukuyomi fell in love with her.

Tsukuyomi was hired later by Fate Averruncus (also summonable as an Avenger or Caster) of the Cosmo Entelecheia organization. She stole the Hina Blade from the Aoyama family (see Noble Phantasm below) and armed herself for a rematch with Setsuna, whom she defeated. However, a third duel while Negi's Ala Alba team fought the Lifemaker Ialda Baoth (also summonable as a Beast) left Tsukuyomi beaten, although she stalked Konoka and Setsuna for years afterwards.

Eight decades later, Tsukuyomi seemed to have grown more rational. She raised Konoka and Setsuna's granddaughters after Konoka and Setsuna's disappearance fighting Ialda again with Negi, and rejoined Fate for his new Ala Alba, battling the UQ Holder team. She retired from fighting after trusting UQ Holder with her charges and with the future of humanity.

The Servant only has the absolute minimum required by the Class.

With a lot of work, managing land vehicles may be feasible. Riding dragons or phantasmal beasts is completely impossible for Tsukuyomi.

Cancellation of spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by greater magecraft and greater rituals, it is difficult for the Servant to be affected.

Fighting magic users during her lifetime has bolstered the rank of this skill.

Saber was obviously unbalanced ftrom the start of her recorded history, but at first she treated violence as a mere game and acted playfully about it. As she grew obsessed with victory over Setsuna and crushed on her, her mind twisted into insanity, deepened by her posession of the Hina Blade. As an adult, she appears to have mellowed and accepted a measure of sanity, lowering the rank of the skill.

She can be reasoned with out of the battlefield, but in the heat of a fight she loses herself to mania and won't listen to orders expressed without a command seal. She is capricious and can turn on her Masters, but there is a method to her madness and she can be bribed with enough money.

Shinmeiryuu Style: A

Even at a short age, Saber already was a veteran practicioner of that school of swordmanship, which utilizes chi to empower the body and soul. The disciple of the Shinmeiryuu specializes on slaying evil spirits, but the techniques also can be used to hurt the living. As Servants have several components of both spirits of the dead and living flesh and blood, the style is extremely useful against them.

These are just some of the Shinmeiryuu moves and tactics the Saber was trained to master from childhood.

Ni-no-tachi: A quick escape tool.

Zanmaken Ni-no-Tachi: It can be used to cut demons, ghouls and fiends without hurting any human trapped between them and the swordswoman.

Zanmanken: It disperses demonic spirits.

Raimeiken: This attack charges the sword with chi loading it with lightning.

Oro Gekka: This attack doesn't involve any blade and shoots spirit energy from the palm of the hand instead.

Resshuuzan Ni-no-Tachi: A reverse spin kick favored by Tsukuyomi.

Cybernetic Implants- Improvement through Future Technology: A

Although as a child and teenager she was fully organic, when she spent decades fighting and received damage from many Fate Averruncus paid for cybernetic upgrades that rendered her long lived and even stronger than before. This is part of her legend and it translates to increasing her endurance and her resiliance after receiving enough damage from enemies. From the outside, she looks normal until enough of her skin is torn apart.

A sealed weapon of mysterious origins passed through many generations of the clans using Shinmeiryuu in Japan. It feeds on the user's soul in trade for empowering their physical might. It corrupts the mind and abusing it can destroy the body.

When Aoyama Motoko got her hands on it in Hinata Inn, she only grew somewhat demented, but when Tsukuyomi stole it from the Aoyamas after failing in Kyoto, it turned her into a bloodthirsty monster. As part of her legend, when she uses it she turns into a lightning juggernaut, but it consumes heavy amounts of mana from Saber and her anchor alike, and it gives her A ranked Mad Enhancement so even the Master may be attacked.
