Sora, Goofy and Darkwing stared in horror at the vast chamber they had just been led into.

With an air of grim soberty, Darkwarrior Duck raised a hand and gestured at the stuffed rodents in the small airship on one of the stands.

"Illegal vigilantism... the sentence is death."

His hand slowly went over to a top hat, a black coat, and a staff.

"Voodoo intrusions... the sentence is death."

Next he pointed at a half-fish, half-female human skeleton in a glass display. He scoffed at it.

"Tresspassing of Saint Canard's waters... the sentence is death."

"What have I become..." Darkwing said in a tiny voice, his eyes vacant.

Darkwarrior smiled, grabbing Negaduck's hat from a perch and holding it as if about to rip it to shreds.

"Now I don't need to explain this one, do I?"

And then he realized Donald hadn't been listening to him. The whole time, he had been staring up in wide eyed silence at a small, penguin like figure on another stand. There was a frozen look of horror on her cute face with a tiny beak.

"Ah, her," Darkwarrior said, walking to the mage. "I had her preserved her specially. For a bunch of self professed pacifists, her subjects sure put a fight. Hypocrites."

Donald reached over, hand shaking. He gently stroke that hardened cheek. His fingers almost froze. He tried to remember something.

"Incursions from outer space? Law is universal." The tyrant put his fists on his hips. "The sentence is death."

Without knowing why, Donald lunged for his throat.

Second Ascension: Reginella in the look she had adopted by the time of her third story, Paperino e il matrimonio di Reginella. She is wearing a long black dress with a tall red collar and the edges of her long sleeves are also red.

Third Ascension: Reginella in the looks of L'ultima avventura di Reginella. It is a modern upgrade of her original look, but mosre black than red, instead of the other way around. The boots are also taller and red.

Final Ascension: Reginella in her Earth clothes from Paperino e il ritorno di Reginella. She is leaning against the window of a shop, watching whatever is inside with an awed expression.

Biography:

"Duty, time, fate, all tends to divide us and indeed it does, but... sentiment knows no border and joins us as if I had my hand forever held to yours . Farewell!"

Once upon a time, when Donald Duck was swimming in the Pacific Ocean near the Calisota shore, he was lost in the sea. He was found by natives of an underwater civilization and brought before their queen, the beautiful but tiny Reginella. A noble but naive soul whose predecessor had been killed by the excessive use of her powers, Reginella fell instantly for the clumsy duck, who had lost his memory. They spent some time together, but when a jealous Pacifian attacked Donald, against the principles of his people, Donald ran from him.

Donald was deemed a coward unworthy of marrying the queen, and a heartbroken Reginella was forced to return him to Duckburg, with his memories restored. But, some time later, she went to Duckburg to meet him. Alas, the time came for the denizens of Pacificus to return to their birth planet, and so Reginella left in a spaceship, bind by the obligations she had to her species.

Even later, Pacificus was invaded by the evil Bingo, who fell in love with Reginella and tried to marry her. Reginella summoned Donald from Earth, hoping he could help her. Armed with a salt-loaded arquebus on loan from his Uncle Scrooge, Donald overcame his fears and defeated Bingo. He was acclaimed as a hero, but his actions had inspired violence in the hearts of Pacificus' children, and it was decided Donald had to return to Earth to preserve their innocence. A distraught Reginella sent him back to Duckburg with a letter, quoted above.

After two other encounters, one of them dealing with the evil Vampirione overlord from planet Vampirio, Reginella met Uncle Scrooge, Donald's nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie, Grandma Duck, Donald's cousin Fethry Duck and inventor Gyro Gearloose. She once again asked Donald to stay with her in Pacificus, but he had to decline, citing his love for his longtime girlfriend Daisy as a motive. They separated one final time afterwards.

Her mental power sharpens Ruler's ability to identify the identities of other Servants. They also boost the impact of her command seals and their use.

Even Servants who normally ignore command seals through willpower submit to hers. She is a good counter to Gilgamesh, as in addition to her psychic assault she lacks Divinity, she is a modern Heroic Spirit who doesn't fall under the same umbrella of mystery as him, and even so she isan alien, none of her treasures being in his vaults. That doesn't mean that he couldn't overpower her physically after she runs out of seals, naturally.

Magic Resistance: B

Cancels spells with a chant below three verses. Even if targeted by greater magecraft and greater rituals, it is difficult for her to be affected.[

Weather Control: A

Her empathy with nature allows her to manipulate atmospheric weather through her emotions. Usually, that is done unconsciously- and if she is happy clouds part away for the sun to shine, if she is sad it starts raining- but it also can be done at will. Her favored element is water and so it is easier for her to manipulate rain and storms than wind and lightning, which take a lot of taxing effort from her.

Mental Powers: A+

She cannot read minds or outright control others without the command seals of the Ruler class, but she can feel a powerful empathy with those emotionally linked to her, not only her Master. That can be used to track friends down and attract them towards herself. She also can wipe the memories of others, and ever her own.

If pushed into extreme anger, she can focus these powers through a sort of Mystic Eyes and turn an enemy to stone. But normally the thought of doing such a thing would horrify her.

Bravery: A

Despite being physically slow and weak, she won't be deterred in the face of danger, and while not reckless, she will not run or surrender as long as there is a chance for victory. If damaged, her advance won't stop unless she is convinced a retreat is necessary for the Master's wellbeing.

While the body's fighting status won't be kept like with Battle Continuation, the deeds achieved through it receive boosts in the heat of battle for the best of her friends.

Ruler's Reality Marble, the manifestation of her status as the heiress of her royal house, and the most powerful of the Pacificus denizens. The surroundings are traded by a copy of Pacificus' homeworld, an alien realm, where all Earth born Servants are cut off from their mana sources, and their own mana pools start depleting quickly.

In addition, the armed forces of Pacificus surround the enemy and launch an attack at them. While raised as pacifists, for the sake of their queen, they will break their vows of peace. The bond between them and Reginella is just that loving. While they are not skilled warriors, their sheer numbers and their alien technology make up for it.

The loyal advisor of Reginella, the Decanus of her kingdom, stands by her side and dispenses sage advice as long as the Noble Phantasm is functioning.
