Sitting in the darkness of his icy cold deep under Gotham City, Mr. Freeze brooded.

"Batman doesn't respect me anymore," he said. "The fear is gone from his eyes whenever he faces me now. Those white, resolute eyes..."

One of his henchmen approached him. "Maybe you should try jokes?"

"What?"

"I mean, Boss, just look at the Joker. He really gets under Batman's skin by cracking wise and mocking him. Maybe you should try doing that?"

"..." the armored man contemplated pensively.

"I can write some for you, if you'd like," the henchman offered.

"Show me what you got..."

The Bat and his youthful partner dropped into the museum, crashing through the skylight.

"Ah, Batman!" Freeze said, taking aim with his ice cannon. "Do you know what killed the dinosaurs? The Ice Age!"

Batman blinked, and then just stared at him. "...?"

Freeze sighed and drooped his head. "I knew this was a terrible idea. I feel so stupid now..."

Batman threw a Batarang at his head.

"So what are you going to do to the henchman? Kill him?" the Riddler asked from the next cell.

"No," Freeze said. "It was my own fault for taking his advice. I sent him with a recommendation to the Joker's gang."

"... Joker's going to kill him sooner than later, you know that, right?"

"I said that it was my fault, not that I was a reasonable man."

First Ascension: Freeze in his Batman The Animated Series gray armor with goggles.

Second Ascension: Freeze in his The New Batman Adventures armor. He loses the goggles and his eyes are red. The suit is now black for the most part.

Third Ascension: Freeze in his Batman Beyond armor. It is the most sinister design and it makes him look much taller.

Final Ascension: Same armor as the Third Ascension. Freeze holds a snow globe with a tiny Gotham City in it, and looks at it with nostalgy.

Biography:

Victor Fries was the abused and neglected only child of a wealthy marriage of German immigrants in Gotham City, United States of America. He studied diligently and became an expert in the field of cryogenics. He also fell in love with and eventually married a woman named Nora Smithy. Sadly, things took an unfortunate turn soon after. Nora became terminally ill with the rare Mc Gregor's Disease, a degenerative syndrome, and to stop it from taking her life, Victor put her into suspended animation. His devotion to Nora led to his downfall.

Ferris Boyle, the CEO funding Victor's work shut down his experiments and, in the process, caused a horrible accident, errantly releasing coolants in his lab that did irreparable harm to Victor's body's chemistry. Transforming the former Dr. Fries into an pale skinned monstrosity, the coolants made it impossible for him to survive above freezing temperatures. To counteract this, Victor constructed a special, ultra-durable suit to keep his body alive and at the right temperature. He embraced his new persona and became Mr. Zero.

Zero was stopped in his quest for revenge by Gotham's vigilante, the Batman. He would change his name to Mr. Freeze and embraced a criminal life, wielding a freeze gun and using ice and cold to wreak havoc—mostly in Gotham and against Batman, but he'd turn his chill upon anyone standing in his way.

Freeze scoffs at most human companionship and it takes a very special person to ensure his loyalty. He is used to life in frozen wastelands all on his own, and so he sees no issue with wandering off to pursue his own research far from his Master.

The Servant never prevailed over the supernatural in his life as a human and as such he only has the absolute lowest rank necessary to qualify for the Archer class.

Cryogenics: A++

Freeze was perhaps the top expert in cryogenics of his time and even the centuries to come, a focused brilliant genius in his field.

While he does not have the Territory Creation and Item Creation skills, this skill allows him to build machinery intended to freeze and defrost and laboratories of the proper size to house them as long as those are their sole goals. These places will invariably be under zero temperatures and humans only can walk into them wearing suitable protection.

Freeze's weapon of choice is a heavy freezing gun, but even if he is deprived of it he still can freeze others by releasing coolant from his gauntlets.

Freeze's armor was designed and built by Fries himself, and it is bulletproof and fire resistant. It also grants him super strenght to a limited degree.

Animal Dialogue: D

Freeze is an expert tamer of polar bears and seals, and he easily establishes communication with and command over those animals.

They can be easily used as attack beasts but otherwise the Servant is not able to control any other animals.

Emotional Fortitude: A

Being mostly numbed down to emotions after losing his wife, Freeze is immune to most attempts of mental manipulation, blackmail or seduction.

Only promises to bring his wife back will convince Freeze to switch sides, but he isn't dumb and will see easily through most lies.

This grants him a powerful resiliance to discouragement in the battlefield, basically functioning as an equivalent rank of Bravery.

Freeze deploys a gigantic manned cannon that shoots massive pulses of ice. They freeze anything on their path, instantly. The proccess only can be revoked by turning the machine back within a span of five minutes, something that demands for at least all three Command Seals once Freeze has put his mind on activating the Noble Phantasm.
