Tales as Old as Time.
When I was a child in Venezuela, the only Argentinean comic I knew was Mafalda. Well, I also knew Pi-Pio from the Petete magazine, but I had no idea it was from Argentina. Then I learned of Boogie el Aceitoso (Olily Boogie) I didn't even learn Patoruzu existed until a few years ago.
Mafalda's mom was my waifu when I was a kid. That is the kind of person I am.

Biography:
Don Gil Contento, a jovial Buenos Aires man, received news from the estate of his late uncle, who asked him to look after Curugua Curuguaguigua, a young Indian cacique (chieftain) of the tehuelche tribe. Unable to pronounce the native's name, Gil renamed him Patoruzu after a local popular pastry. The cacique was still young and inexperienced and needed guidance, but Gil proved to be unfit for that task. Later another caretaker, one Julian de Montepio, proved being no better for the job.
Patoruzu wandered across Buenos Aires on his own until he met the manager of a circus, Isidoro Cañones, a bon vivant and nephew of stern Colonel Cañones. Isidoro took Patoruzu under his wing as his new 'godfather' after Patoruzu rescued him from the treacherous gypsy Juaniyo and his wife.
In truth, Isidoro was a would be leech who wanted to wring money from Patoruzu. But over time both young men established an actual friendship of sorts, with Isidoro never completely giving up his wasteful ways but becoming a true friend to Patoruzu. They also saved Patoruzu's young brother Upa from a cave, and later, much to his horror, Isidoro was the target of the romantic pursuits of Patoruzu's younger sister, the hideous Patora.
Patoruzu, while innocent and even naive, is a tireless fighter for solidarity and justice. His weapon of choice are the throwing boleadoras of the gaucho.
He always was willing to help the police, he was intensely patriotic, and he was strong enough to halt a falling airplane with his hands.
Class Skills:
Riding: B
The ability to ride beasts and vehicles. If the Servant has a Noble Phantasm which works as a steed, etc., the Riding skill's rank has to match the rank of that Noble Phantasm for the Servant to be able to use it as such.
Almost all vehicles and mundane animals can be handled with consummate skill. Maneuvers that should be borderline impossible can be performed with some effort.
Patoruzu specializes on horses. He is able to tame even the most rebellious of stallions and mares with little to no effort. He has difficulties piloting flying ships, and only can steer them through the air erratically. He is not able to ride phantasmal beasts or the dragon kind.
Magic Resistance: B
The ability to cancel or diminish the effects of magecraft used against oneself. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether.
At this rank, spells bellow B rank are cancelled, and all spells in the area are reduced by 2 ranks.
Years of fighting the demon Mandinga have gifted Rider with a relatively impressive resistance against the supernatural.
Personal Skills:
Golden Rule: B
As the last tehuelche cacique, Patoruzu owns land all across Argentina. He is so wealthy he can freely give away bags of gold to random strangers as long as he believes they need it, and he always invests on charities, but if he discovers he has been tricked into giving money away to unsavory persons his revenge will be swift.
He owns estancias (farmhouses) along the tehuelche lands, and he is a true potentate, albeit one who is approachable and humble.
Natural Body: B
The posession of a fit athletic body that is functionally imbedded into the Servant's Saint Graph as a function of vitality.
Although he is not conventionally attractive, Rider is lean but quite muscular, fat on his feet and healthy. He thanks this to his good diet and activity.
Bravery: B
The ability to negate mental interference such as pressure, confusion and fascination.
At this rank, the Servant is highly resistant to all mental interferences, including distractions, emotions, illusions, etc. The Servant gains a chance to completely resist mental interference below the level of High Thaumaturgy, and even if they fail, the duration and potency will be reduced.
Patoruzu is incredibly courageous and would never back away from a fight.
His only Achiles' Heel is vulnerability born from shyness to the appeal of beautiful women. He isn't lustful but he's baffled by them, thinking himself ugly.
Noble Phantasm:
Pampero- The Noble Stallion from the Plain: C
Patoruzu's loyal horse, whom he was owned since he was a child. Oddly, he seems to age in human years. He is a proud animal with legendary feats of his own to his name, and he is quite temperamental but noble.
When summoned, Pampero will run ahead and trample the opponent under his mighty hooves. He cannot be ridden by anyone but Patoruzu, unless that person is riding him along Patoruzu, in which case he will be docile, albeit distrustful at first.
Pampero has A ranked Speed and B- ranked Strenght, but his Endurance is C. His luck depends on that of the Master of Rider, and fluctuates according to those parameters. He is nearly sapient and will understand simple commands, although he won't obey them if he believes they go against what Patoruzu would want.

Next: A sulfuric personality.
