Coming Up Next: Nozomi is back on the warpath, still under the influence of violet's hypnosis pollen, which means the spies will have to either hope for a miracle or hope that W.O.O.H.P.'s antidote spray can get to them quickly. Even if they can free Nozomi, Violet's still building her army somewhere in Tachikawa. Can the spies unearth her lair and whatever her major scheme is?

Act 2: A Spray a Day Keeps the Plant Away

4:16 P.M. – Fukushima Prefecture

Rising Lights Middle School

"W-Wait, Nozomi?" Sam gasped when she realized that Nozomi was advancing slowly towards them.

"Oh, I don't like that look in her eyes," Dawn quipped.

And sure enough, Nozomi took one more step forward before breaking out into a run and charging to attack the spies.

"Whoa!" Melissa gasped as Nozomi jumped towards her and tried to knock her down with an overhead snap kick. Nick raised his hand to project a psychic barrier that stopped the kick cold.

"Anyone have any ideas?" Blaine wondered.

"If Nick's wake-up pulse isn't going to work, we may have to just try and hold her off until that antidote spray is ready," Mat quipped.

"Yeah, but how long will that take?" Bridget asked.

Before anyone else could go on the offensive, though, Nozomi retreated towards the school, silently daring the others to follow her.

Nick took the bait, rushing off after Nozomi and following her inside the school, which was thankfully just about empty with classes done for the day.

"You're not taking anything else away from me, you wackos!" Nozomi exclaimed as she struck out at Nick.

"Nozomi, you've gotta snap out of it!" Nick shouted as he defended himself from Nozomi's kick, and then the two of them began to exchange blows rapid-fire like they were in one of their old karate classes.

"Don't worry, Nick, we've finished our batches of the antidote spray, and we're sending a Skyskimmer your way to drop 'em off," RiCO called out from Nick's X-Powder. "Just try and hold her off until then!"

"That's pretty much exactly what I'm doing," Nick quipped as he and Nozomi continued to attack each other.

Their battle took the two of them across many familiar locations that Nozomi remembered from her time at this school (she had often messaged Nick talking about that kind of thing before they'd officially reunited in Beverly Hills), and Nick was certain that Nozomi would be surprised to see that everything in this school that she remembered was mostly intact if she hadn't been hypnotized.

After about five minutes of this back-and-forth, Nozomi ducked under a sweeping windmill kick from Nick and booked it towards the nearby stairway, with Nick in hot pursuit. They quickly found themselves on the school roof, where Nick had an interesting flashback about some stuck-up jerk from their karate class actually challenging Nozomi to a duel on the school rooftop. Naturally, Nozomi had wiped the floor with the guy, but then he had tried to...

Nick's reminiscing was interrupted when Nozomi lunged towards him with a cross chop, forcing him to take a few steps back, an opportunity that Nozomi capitalized on by charging towards him in an attempt to pincer him down.

Nick dodged away from the grab, but Nozomi continued to fall forward, her momentum too much to stop on a dime, until Nick quickly realized that this meant she was about to fall off of the roof, and she didn't currently have her Jetpack Backpack on, no doubt taken by Violet when she'd hypnotized Nozomi.

Nick ran as fast as he could, and just before Nozomi could fall all the way off, Nick reached out to grab her hands and keep her steady.

As Nozomi looked up into Nick's eyes, wondering why he'd saved her despite them fighting, her eyes suddenly briefly dulled and she closed them, groaning in pain like she'd had a headache, before opening them up again and looking back up at her boyfriend. Nick was very glad to see the sparkle he knew back in her eyes.

"N-Nick? What the heck are we doing back at my old middle school?" Nozomi asked when she got a good look around and recognized where they were. "...and why does it look like I fell off the roof?"

"You almost did," Nick answered as he wrapped Nozomi in his telekinetic hold to pull her back up to safe ground. "Did you come back to Tachikawa all by yourself?"

"I just wanted to see for myself," Nozomi admitted, now looking like she was about to start crying. "I didn't want to believe it, so I actually went towards my house, but... everything after that until right now's just a blank."

"You can blame Violet for that," Nick stated. "She had you under the effect of her hypnotic pollen."

"W-Wait, Violet Vanderfleet? She's here?" Nozomi gasped.

And then Nozomi's eyes narrowed in fury when she made the connection.

"...ooh, if she's the reason my parents are fighting, I'm gonna snap something on that little cluck," Nozomi growled.

"Let's save the snapping for when we actually catch up to her," Nick chuckled.

"Wait, wait, isn't this just like what happened with that arrogant guy who wanted to challenge me on the rooftop?" Nozomi gasped. "He tried to pounce on me, but I dodged him and he almost fell off the roof because he couldn't stop?"

"We almost reenacted that before you snapped out of it," Nick quipped. "Now come on, let's get back to the others. They're all worried about you."

Nozomi nodded, leaning over to kiss Nick before they made their way off the rooftop, back through the school, and outside to where the rest of the spies were waiting.

"Hey, sorry I worried you, everyone," Nozomi quipped.

"We're just glad you're back to yourself, Nozomi," Melissa responded.

"And we've got even better news, too," Sam chuckled. "While you two were going at it, some Japanese W.O.O.H.P. agents dropped off the antidote spray to unbrainwash anyone who Violet affected."

"And on that note, should we go after Violet?" Britney wondered.

"As much as I'd like to knock her silly, we should probably get back to my house first so we can un-mesmerize my parents," Nozomi quipped.

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea," May noted. "Let's just hope they haven't destroyed the house yet, though..."

With that in mind, the spies set off for the Itou household.

"Mom, dad, I hope you're still okay and it's not too late to save you..." Nozomi stated.

"We better hurry if what we saw earlier is a hint," Haruka emphasized.

The real question was whether Nozomi wanted to stay a spy for W.O.O.H.P. after this, or would this turn out to be her last ride?

"Is there anything else you remember, Nozomi?" Mat asked.

"The last thing I remember before I supposedly got ambushed was getting close to my house and hearing mom and dad fighting," Nozomi explained. "I was just about to go and see if there was anything I could do to smooth things over, and everything after that is a blank."

"Well, that's something," Sam remarked.

Something then came over Nozomi... like she'd betrayed all her morals as a person and as a W.O.O.H.P. agent, even if she were put under Violet's influence. Nick and May certainly noticed this.

"Nozomi, if at all, you're not to blame here," May stated.

"Totally," Clover added, overhearing things. "We can still fix this!"

"And we can get there faster this way..." Bridget told the others. "Time to kick up the juice... Sonic Mode, online!"

Nick formed a psychic bubble, and after Bridget turned up the speed over ten notches, the spies were already moving at a rapid pace to the Itou household.

5:21 P.M. – Fukushima Prefecture

The Itou Household

Thanks to Bridget, the spies had arrived just in time when they saw Nozomi's mom with a sharp piece of glass in her hand.

"Oh my gosh!" Blaine exclaimed.

Thinking fast, Sam reached into her backpack to find her Laser Lipstick.

"Sorry, but that's far from happening today!" Sam quipped and fired a shot.

There was still time to spare whereas Sam's shot was a direct hit and broke the shard of glass Mrs. Itou had in her hand. She then saw that her weapon had been destroyed and looked to see the thirteen spies were back.

"Not them again!" Mr. Itou growled.

"Not today, people!" Mat exclaimed.

Nozomi took the honors to spray the antidote on her parents.

"Exactly what Mat said," Nozomi quipped after the fact.

"Wow, you can totally smell it, too!" Alex chastised, covering her nose.

The Itous could not react in time, and they looked at their surroundings once the odor wore off.

"What the heck happened?" Mrs. Itou wondered and then saw their house was a complete mess.

"Why do I feel like I got hit by a bus?" Mr. Itou added.

"Oh, thank goodness," Nozomi cried as she ran over to hug her parents.

"Nozomi... it's over..." Sam emphasized.

"There's still Violet to really kill if that's your desire," Melissa reminded.

"Somebody want to bring us up to speed on why our house is such a pigsty?" Mrs. Itou asked.

"Well... I hope you guys like long stories," Nick quipped as the spies all pitched in to explain what exactly had been happening.

"...so this Violet character made us fight each other just because she wanted to cause you pain, Nozomi?" Mrs. Itou gasped.

"That's about the long and short of it," Alex answered. "Like we keep saying, a lot of our rogues' gallery does really petty things for really petty reasons. We're kinda used to it by now."

"Yeah, we haven't really argued about anything lately, except for which show we wanted to watch at nine o'clock on Thursday," Mr. Itou chuckled. "There's too many good shows on right now to pick just one."

"Trust me, that's pretty much a debate all on its own," Nick teased as he used his psychic powers to fix whatever he could in the house.

"And now, we've gotta find Violet before she overruns this city with an army of bug monsters," Haruka quipped.

"Oh, god, I could have sworn I saw one of those things before we blanked out," Mrs. Itou shuddered.

"That was probably Violet riding on one of them," May noted. "Apparently, she's a bit of a kaiju movie nut, which would explain why she keeps making monsters from kaiju movies to try and take us out."

"Speaking of which," Nozomi quipped as she opened her X-Powder. "Is there any sign of Violet and/or her bugs, RiCO?"

"Yup, I just spotted her skulking around Lake Inawashiro," RiCO answered. "I'm pretty sure that she's close to her secret lair."

"Well, then, how about we go find Violet, then?" Nozomi proclaimed. "I've seriously got half a mind to actually wring her neck after what she did."

"We're sending a squadron of W.O.O.H.P. agents to keep an eye on your parents while you're doing that, Nozomi, so you don't have to worry about that again," iCO responded.

"Just be careful, okay, Nozomi?" Mrs. Itou stated. "This Violet character sounds like a real handful..."

"Trust me, we're used to handfuls when it comes to the baddies we have to deal with," Nozomi quipped as the spies all set out for Lake Inawashiro to confront Violet.

5:57 P.M. – Fukushima Prefecture

Lake Inawashiro

"Oh, I definitely remember going to this place for picnics a few times with mom and dad," Nozomi giggled when the spies had arrived at Lake Inawashiro.

"Where do you think Violet could be hiding?" May wondered. "Because I don't see an evil lair anywhere around here."

"Maybe it's underwater," Sam quipped.

Nick did the honors of using his psychic radar to check out the surrounding area, and he eventually did pick up on a familiar set of thoughts somewhere underneath the lake.

"Yup, I can sense Violet's thoughts underwater," Nick responded. "Her lair's definitely down there."

"Well, then how about we get on our UPWATIs and go for a dive?" Dawn proclaimed.

"...up-what-i?" Alex asked, only for everyone to start laughing. The spies knew Alex had only made the joke to release some tension now that Nozomi didn't have to worry about her parents actually splitting up.

Nothing more needed to be said as the spies all equipped their UPWATIs and dove into the lake, swimming downward until they eventually found Violet's lair, a large dome-shaped building.

"Where the heck do these villains get the time and funding to build these lairs?!" Britney gasped. "It feels like they're building 'em a lot faster than should be allowed."

"Maybe some of them build their lairs in advance," Mat quipped.

"If Violet did that and built her lair here, then she was planning this for a while," Nozomi stated. "Ooh, when I get my hands on her..."

"You mean when we get our hands on her," Nick cut in. "You and I both have some lumps to deliver, after all. She's gonna pay for making my girlfriend sad."

Nozomi smiled at Nick as the spies all resurfaced inside Violet's lair. The inside of the lair resembled a distorted greenhouse full of Plant Legion and the occasional Soldier Legion.

"Good lord, they're everywhere," Melissa groaned. "This is still disgusting in every sense of the word."

"That wouldn't be the word I'd use," Violet laughed as she made her presence known, flanked by about five Plant Legion and three Soldier Legion.

"Sorry, but I'm not in the mood for any more of your 'baby' metaphors, so you'll have to excuse me if we just get to stomping you," Alex quipped.

"Um, do you see all of my precious plants that I'm growing all around us?" Violet cackled. "I'm sure even you couldn't take 'em all."

"I would advise against underestimating us, Violet," Nick retorted, his psychic aura flaring to life around him. "After all, you've done that before, admitted to it, even, and look where it got you."

"I haven't finished innovating, after all," Violet proclaimed. "I just need a little more time to complete my ultimate weapon, and then you'll all..."

Violet's rambling was violently cut off when Nozomi charged in and kicked her in the chest, continuing with a jumping snap kick to send Violet reeling back. Not content with just that, Nozomi jumped over Violet, grabbed her from behind, and shifted her weight to powerslam Violet into the ground.

"Get up," Nozomi growled. "I'm not done wailing on you yet."

"What's with the sudden violence, Nozomi?" Violet taunted, only for Nick to telekinetically yank her back to her feet.

"Oh, you know damn well why, lady," Nick retorted. "And let's just say that Nozomi has some lumps for you. Nozomi, go on and give her some hell."

"Gladly," Nozomi chuckled.

"You wouldn't want to hurt a woman, would you?" Violet taunted as if to trip up Nozomi.

"Don't even try that, woman!" Nozomi sneered. "You're going to pay AND THEN SOME for messing with my folks!"

"You don't get one hint of leeway with the numerous lines you've crossed!" Nick exclaimed.

"You picked the wrong one of us to mess with the way you did," Nozomi added with a lot of proverbial fire shooting out of her eyes.

"Especially someone who's skilled in karate like Nozomi is," Nick remarked. "I'd say this is not your lucky day, 'Vile Violet'..."

"...I'm sorry, what did you call me, you little punk?!" Violet growled as she advanced, only for Nozomi to slide forward and leg sweep her off of her feet, following that up with actually stomping on Violet's left foot to get her to stand back up again, and finishing with her patented handstand spinning kick attack.

"See, we tried to warn you," Nozomi taunted.

Nick was about to unleash some attacks of his own until some more plant mooks came to Violet Vanderfleet's aide.

"This should be no different from what we saw earlier," Melissa commented.

"Thankfully, with the underwater surroundings, these will be much harder," Violet sneered.

"Because the right amount of water allows the plants to grow," Sam deduced.

"Someone's studied up on the growth of flowers," Violet remarked. "Plus, a villain always comes prepared..."

The spies looked outside to see some more plant mooks outside that were attacking the plexiglass walls at the spies, including a giant one.

"The water in this lake is really nutritious for my plants," Violet added with a grin.

"You can try all you want, but you're still not going to win..." Haruka emphasized, not looking the least bit surprised.

"Plus, I know we're a team, guys," Nozomi told the spies. "But I'd say this is my fight and my fight alone!"

"We'll give you the 'your fight' part, Nozomi," Britney commented.

Everybody nodded at that statement.

"And I will have your parents going for each other's throats again REAL SOON!" Violet sneered once again.

"Don't count on that..." Mat boldly stated. "Just like how I'm not counting on James Stewart coming back to Supercross this year..."

"And I don't think you counted on how you're getting out of here if your lair is underwater, too," May added to try to trip Violet up.

"Girlie, I had that figured out from the get..." Violet scoffed. "And trust me, you won't like that little wrinkle."

"I'm not even going to question what that means, because I don't think I want to know the answer," Britney quipped as she jumped over a Soldier Legion that had been flying towards her.

Two Plant Legions whipped their tentacles out to grab Sam and start reeling her towards them, but both Melissa and Dawn solved that problem by slashing Platinum Credit Cards out to sever those tentacles, then using Laser Heat Curling Irons to burn them down, noting that it took a little longer this time, most likely due to the underwater environment.

"Never underestimate what a little purchasing power can do," Melissa chuckled, only to gasp in shock as a Soldier Legion snatched her from behind and tried to fly away.

"Bad buggy!" May shouted as she tossed her anchor to hit the Soldier Legion in the back and force it to release Melissa, who landed safely on the ground, then used her Emergency Gadget Transporter to recall the anchor and swipe it towards the approaching Violet, which sent her stumbling back. "I've kinda had enough of bugs carrying people away after the last time we fought Exterminus."

The battle with Violet was just about to be in the spies' favor. That was when the spies were interrupted by Violet's giant mook outside breaking through the plexiglass and trying to spank Nozomi. It then grabbed Nozomi and moved her outside to the ocean and attempted to send her to a watery grave.

"Oh, that won't happen!" Nick exclaimed. "Not on my watch!"

Violet took that as her green light to flee the battle and leave the spies with an eleventh-hour challenge on their hands.

"Come on, spies!" Sam exclaimed as she equipped her UPWATI and dashed out to save Nozomi from losing her breath in the water.

"That was a major no-no, Violet," Bridget quipped as she reached for her brooch. "Especially considering you don't know how well I can adapt. Sonic Mode, online!"

Bridget jumped into the water as the light of her transformation enveloped her, and instead of her normal Sonic Mode outfit, it had reconfigured itself into a cybernetic dark green swimsuit with some of the fancy ruffles from the main outfit.

Indeed, Bridget was glad that Sonic Mode worked just as well underwater, its only real weakness being that she couldn't really do much with it in the air, as she needed to use her feet to be able to use it effectively. And that worked just fine both on land and in water, but not so much in the air.

As the spies swam around to search for whatever had grabbed Nozomi, Nick eventually caught sight of a larger Plant Legion that was attempting to drag Nozomi into its razor-teeth-filled maw.

"Out of the question, plant freak!" Nick shouted as he swam forward to fire a Final Shine Attack into the Plant Legion's face, rattling it slightly but not enough for it to release Nozomi.

"All right, maybe you'll like this better!" Melissa proclaimed as she swam closer, brought out a Helicopter Hand Fan, and activated it, its blades extending so Melissa could swim closer and start bonking the Plant Legion in the face with the blades. This eventually forced the Plant Legion to reel back and loosen its grip on Nozomi, and this finally allowed her to break free.

Bridget swam over, her swimming speed enhanced by Sonic Mode, and handed Nozomi an Aqua Lips Waterproof Lipstick.

"...yikes, that was way too close," Nozomi quipped. "Violet's really picking all of the petty options lately, isn't she?"

"Well, when your villain of the week is essentially dealing in kaiju, then yeah, they tend to be even more petty and vindictive than they usually are," May chuckled as she bashed another feeler away with her anchor/

"Then allow me to flash-fry this freak of nature," Bridget proclaimed as she began to swim in circles around the Plant Legion, faster than it could really swing any of its appendages to try and hit her.

After about ten seconds of this, Bridget snapped her fingers and then swam away quickly, her gathered kinetic energy exploding outwards as a shockwave of emerald electricity that swiftly roasted the Plant Legion, Bridget swimming away to make sure she didn't get caught in the blast as well.

"Okay, so that was fun," Bridget chuckled.

"Speak for yourself," Nozomi retorted. "You weren't the one who almost became a crazy plant thing's lunch."

"Violet didn't skedaddle while we were dealing with that, did she?" Mat wondered.

Nick quickly used his psychic radar to double-check. "Nope, she's still in her lair," Nick answered. "So how about we get back there and mess her up good?"

"Music to these ears," Nozomi quipped as the spies all swam back to Violet's secret lair, re-entering through the hole in the plexiglass that the Plant Legion had made.

Once they were back inside, Nick telekinetically ripped a large metal sheet off of a nearby wall and used it to plug the hole in the glass, Sam and Mat sealing it there with Electromagnetic Curling Irons.

"There, that's one problem solved," Alex sighed in relief. "Now let's hurry."

While the spies all continued to make their way through Violet's lair, Nozomi decided to call her parents and check in on them, remembering how events had played out the last time her parents had been affected by their rogues' gallery.

"Is... is everything okay, Nozomi?" Mrs. Itou asked.

"I was actually going to ask you guys that," Nozomi answered. "Considering last time we left you guys at home during a villain attack, the agents watching you all got brain-bleached, so..."

"That doesn't look like it's happening this time, thankfully," Mr. Itou noted. "The agents watching over our house are still doing that, and I haven't seen any of those disgusting plant things crawling around."

"That probably means that Violet's funneling all of her creations into her lair," Sam stated. "For what, though?"

"...ooh, I have a pretty good idea what we might be facing soon, if I recognize this pattern," May quipped. She definitely knew what was coming next, having seen the kaiju movie that Violet's plant mooks were based off of.

"I just wanted to make sure you guys were doing okay, so that's one less thing I gotta worry about," Nozomi replied.

"Oh, but I think you should be worried."

Before any of the spies could ask who had said that, another long plant tendril shot out from the shadows and struck Nozomi's hand, causing her to drop her X-Powder.

"All right, Violet, you wanna be a wise guy, then why don't you get out here so you can take the beating you deserve?!" Nozomi challenged.

"I'm afraid that won't be happening today, you little punks."

"What do you mean by that?" Britney retorted as Violet came into view.

"...and what in the crap are you wearing?" Haruka wondered.

("Wake Up Your Hero" by Lyn Inaizumi plays)

Violet, indeed, was wearing what appeared to be a dress stylized around Legion, complete with the beetle-esque wings of the Soldier Legion, multiple plant tendrils like the Plant Legion, and an overall tacky look.

"Is it not beautiful, spies?" Violet laughed.

"Really, 'beautiful' isn't the word I'd use for this monstrosity," Melissa quipped.

"You're cornered, Violet, so just give it up already! We really wanna get back to our beach day!" Clover exclaimed.

"Well, too bad, because this ocean will be your grave one way or another!" Violet cackled as she flew into the air and started whipping her dress' plant tendrils around like wild, forcing the spies onto the defensive so they wouldn't get snatched.

"Somebody needs to do some pruning here!" Blaine shouted as he started firing his Boomerang Bazooka to try and keep Violet at bay.

"Oh, gladly," Nick chuckled as he took off into the air, formed a psychic blade on his hand, and started slashing at whatever part of Violet's "dress" he could reach. But for each tendril he cut, it seemed to grow back almost immediately.

"I'm sorry, what exactly were you trying to do to me?" Violet laughed as four tendrils surrounded Nick, though he blew them all back with a psychic pulse.

Nick simply flew around while the other spies kept Violet busy. If this was anything like Felicia Mane's crazy hairpieces, then there was probably a weak spot somewhere on this dress that would make the whole thing literally fall apart.

Violet suddenly spun around to slap Nick with her dress' wings, which caused him to reel back slightly. While this happened, Violet sent out a bunch of tendrils to snatch up Alex, May, and Nozomi.

"I'm only warning you once, Violet," Nick growled. "Let them go, or you're gonna get more than a few fists in your fat face."

"No need to be so violent," Violet taunted. "After all, I figured I had enough time to ask you something."

Nick was honestly expecting this kind of question, and he wasn't really in any mood for it, but he was glad that Violet's yapping had given him enough time to charge up.

Just as Violet sneered and prepared to ask her 'question', Nick snapped his fingers, and this unleashed a golden bubble of light around him that quickly expanded to cover the immediate area. Everything within the bubble except for Nick himself ground to a complete halt, as if frozen in time.

"Yeah, this definitely gives me vibes of Felicia's living hair, and I am not having any of that," Nick chuckled as he flew around to search for a weak spot for him to cut.

And he found it, right on the back hem of the "dress".

Nick reared back before slashing his psychic blade across that spot three times, then flying back to the rest of the spies, slashing apart the tendrils holding Alex, May and Nozomi, and snapping his fingers to undo the time freeze.

Nick couldn't help but watch in satisfaction as Violet's smug expression turned to shock when her "dress" fell apart and left her to flop unceremoniously to the ground.

"Whoa, what just happened?" Haruka wondered.

"I think Nick just did the 'time tango' again," May chuckled.

"...you really couldn't think of a better name for it, May?" Nozomi groaned.

"H-Hey, I workshop a lot of these, and they can't all be gold!" May sputtered.

"H-How in the hell did you..." Violet gasped in shock.

"Oh, what, did you somehow forget I could do that?" Nick taunted. "I just don't use it that much nowadays."

"You ready to give it up now?!" Alex threatened as the spies all advanced on Violet.

"...oh, but did you forget?" Violet laughed, reaching for a device in her pocket. "I told you that you wouldn't like the last wrinkle to this little project of mine."

"Oh, just bring it out already, I know what it is!" May shouted.

"...if you insist," Violet quipped before pressing the button.

The entire area began to shake and rumble in response, as if whatever Violet had awoken was struggling to escape.

And sure enough, it emerged, crashing through parts of the lair like they were mere LEGO blocks.

The monster in question was gigantic, because of course it was, and it had a crustacean-like segmented body that appeared similar to the Soldier Legion, a large spike protruding from its back that extended above its rounded head, said back also protruding out on both sides with five short claws, two mandibles and a large nasal horn protruding straight out that split into two parts, two large, segmented claws at the front of its body that supported said body, and two backwards-facing, segmented legs at the back of its body, one segment of each of these claws and legs extending in a spike to around the height of its head, with two more of these spikes adorning the monster near the end of its body.

"Pardon my French, but what the hell is that?!" Clover shouted.

"That would be Legion's kaiju form, the Mother Legion," May replied. "And wouldn't you guess that I freakin' called it?!"

"I think we need to leave this place, like, right now, because that thing's destroying the whole base!" Alex gasped. Indeed, the Mother Legion rising was tearing the lair apart.

"You heard my fiancée, EVERYBODY OUT!" Nick shouted as he fired a Final Shine Attack to blast a hole in a nearby wall that would allow them to escape the rapidly-collapsing base.

They swam away as fast as they could muster while the Mother Legion tore the lair to shreds, knowing they'd most likely have to fight it when they got back to the surface.

To be concluded...

Next time...

Sam: Whew, somehow we made it out of there.

Mat: I didn't think Violet would go so far as to destroy her own base just to take us with it...

Dawn: That's a lot of our bad guys lately.

Britney: Here they come, everyone!

Haruka: Oh, good lord, that thing is ugly.

Violet: Isn't my grand project just the most beautiful thing ever? I hope you spies have said your prayers, because you're all going down along with this wretched city!

Nozomi: ...I'm sorry, what did you just say?

Violet: Maybe I'll go and pay another visit to that house you seem so uppity about.

Nick: ...oh, now you really stepped in it, Violet! I think it's about time we took down you and your pathetic excuse for a kaiju, next time on the final act of Totally Spies: Family Fracas, "Lost in the Overgrowth"!

Alex: Ah, I really do appreciate the old trick of 'the big kaiju monster is actually just someone in a big rubber suit while we're filming this'.

May: Who, exactly, is wearing the suit during filming?
