Chapter one: Revelations

It was a sunny, if a bit Breezy day in Konoha, the birds were chirping, and everyone was happy, well almost everyone, it certainly wasn't happy for a certain blond Ninja who currently was in the hospital, why is he in the hospital? its because three days after the fourth great Shinobi war, his chakra started to attack him, acting as a poison, Kakashi and Sakura brought him to Tsunade, who ran some tests, but yet couldn't figure out why this was happening, this brings us to the current moment.
*At the Hospital*
It was a busy day at the Konoha General Hospital, Nurses running all over the place, doctors barking orders, and several staff members nursing headaches, the reason for all the chaos: one Naruto Uzumaki.
"Nurse izumi, give me the latest test results on Naruto Uzumaki" said Tsunade, the fifth Hokage of Konohagakure no sato.
"Right away, Hokage-Sama" said the Nurse, handing Tsunade the results.
'hmm...it seems Naruto's illness stems from an energy that is not chakra, his chakra is fighting against it, thinking it is a foreign entity, unfortunately we have no experience with this type of energy...' Tsunade muses as she is interrupted by a series of knocks.
"come in..." said Tsunade.
Two people walk into the room, one has skin the color of lavander and purple hair with a magenta streak running through it, she is wearing a lavender dress that has a red sparkle surrounded by white stars on it, the other has dark blue skin with hair that looks like it belongs in the night sky and is wearing a dark blue dress that has a black splotch with a white crescent moon on it.
"Hi my name is Twilight Sparkle and this is Princess Luna, are you the leader of this village?"
suprised by their appearance, Tsunade quickly calms herself down.
"Yes i am Tsunade, the current Hokage of the village hidden in the leaves, what is it that brings you two here?" asks Tsunade.
"It has come to our attention that as of recently large bursts of magic has been sensed in this area, upon arriving we have since traced the source to one of your Shinobi, one Naruto uzumaki is the source of the magic we have sensed, although we sensed a different type of energy fighting it, if the clash isn't stopped i fear it will bring upon great disaster upon Naruto." replied Princess Luna.
"is that what that energy is called?" asked Tsunade.
"yes, its an energy that is tied to a unicorns emotions, we were sent here by Princess Celestia to prevent the magical backlash from killing Naruto, his chakra needs to be removed or absorbed, you probably noticed his body no longer generates chakra, he no longer needs it to survive, for chakra is a human concept and Naruto is half human, half unicorn." replied Twilight Sparkle.
*flashback*
In the throne room of canterlot, a pony with alabaster colored fur, a multi-colored mane with a large horn on her head wearing a gold necklace with a purple gem sits on the throne looking through a crystal ball.
this is Princess Celestia, co-ruler of Equestria and raiser of the sun during the day.
'I hope Twilight got my summons' thought Celestia.
suddenly a guard pokes his head inside the throne room.
"Princess Celestia, Twilight Sparkle is here to see you." said the guard.
"Thank you, send her in" replied Celestia.
The door opens and Twilight Sparkle comes trotting into the throne room, hooves clopping on the floor.
"You wanted to see me princess?" asked Twilight.
"Yes, you see as of a few hours ago, i have detected large bursts of magic coming from outside Equestria, i want you and Princess Luna to investigate the matter and to help in any way possible." replied Celestia .
"i'll leave right away, do you know the source?" asked Twilight.
"It seems to be emanating from a person in the elemental nations, a continent that resides in a different dimension that closely mirrors ours, yet has some extreme differences, mainly that the people are governed by a feudal system, and are protected by shinobi, the various nations military." said Celestia.
"got it, ill find princess luna and leave right away"
*flashback end*
"we left right away and started tracking the magic, which led us to your hospital." said Luna.
"so can we see him?" asked twilight.
Tsunade thought about it and quickly agreed.
"follow me" said Tsunade.
they walked down a long corridor and turned right, they soon came across a door being guarded by two Anbu.
"Hawk, Dove let us in and don't interrupt us" said Tsunade.
The Anbu nod and steps aside allowing the three into the room.
"Hey Naruto, how are you feeling?" asks Tsunade.
Naruto turns his head, eyes widening at the two people beside Tsunade.
"in a lot of pain Tsunade-sama, have you figured out whats wrong and a way to help? and who are the two people behind you?" said Naruto, grimacing in pain.
"my name is Twilight Sparkle and the person to my right is Princess Luna" said Twilight.
"Nice to meet you" replied Naruto.
"do you mind if i run a scan? i may not know much about medical spells, but i know some minor healing spells and a medical diagnosis spell." asked twilight.
"go ahead" replied Naruto.
Stepping forward, twilight wills her magic to scan Naruto, the moment Twilights magic comes into contact with Naruto, it connects to the foreign energy that is Naruto's magic, instantaneously all pain disappears as magic overwhelms Naruto's chakra and absorbs it leaving magic being the only energy that remains.
after this happens, Naruto's hair changes, it grows a little longer and gains red streaks in his hair, wings sprout from Naruto's back and a horn materializes on his forehead.
Tsunade looks on wide-eyed, surprised by the changes.
Luna and Twilight are shocked by the development.
Tsunade sighs remembering who his mother is, and that she now has to reveal th truth.
"Naruto, it's time I revealed the truth, i know that you know of your mother Kushina?" said Tsunade.
"yes, i do, i met her during training to master Kurama's power during the war, she said her real name wasn't Kushina, and she wanted me to figure out what my connection was to the sun, why?" replied Naruto.
Twilight and Luna's eyes start getting big at the mention of the sun, turning toward Luna, twilight asks her a question in ponish.
"Luna, you don't think he's 'her' son, do you?" asked Twilight.
"I think he is, it would explain why my sister has been depressed on a certain day every year" replied Luna.
"Naruto, your mother's real name is Princess Celestia, she is the co-ruler of Equestria and raiser of the sun, yes, you're a prince if that's what you're asking, you also have a sister as well, her name is sunset shimmer." said Tsunade.
Twilight and Luna's eyes widen as their mouths drop in surprise, not knowing that Celestia had two children.
"Naruto, for your safety, i believe the best thing to do would be to move to Equestria to be closer to your family, a place like the elemental Nations is no place for a pony like you, you may have brought the land some much needed peace and harmony, but i believe your destiny is not yet finished, you only completed the first chapter of your life, consider this an S class mission of indefinite length and time." said Tsunade.
"Luna, he is just like your sister." twilight told Luna.
"yes he is." said Luna.
"ok, ill go to Equestria, but i will write to you whenever i can." said Naruto.
"that's good to hear, Twilight and Luna will show you where the portal is." said Tsunade.
Twilight and Luna both nod in affirmation.
"well Naruto, now that you are better ill release you so you can say your goodbyes" said Tsunade, filling out the release forms.
"come my nephew, we have a lot to do and so little time." said Luna.
"yes Auntie Luna." replied Naruto.
well, thats the end of the chapter, next chapter is his departure and a reunion with his mother and sister.
