This is my ninth story as it is also another rated M just like the last story. It's going to be some blood, but I will also save some of the characters I like in this story.

Theory 1: One has a Right Match is the Best Match

"Ten years ago, our country managed to be the first to land on the planet Mars in a manned vehicle."

A spacecraft was flying through space as it intercepted the planet Mars. It landed down in a space probe on the ground, this makes it the first country to land on a planet before any country out there did. One asteroid was outside as he explored planet Mars for research, but then he stumbled upon an old and abandoned ruin, there, he found something unusual. A mysterious-looking box artifact.

"When they returned home they discovered on Mars, a mysterious artifact…..The Pandora's Box."

As the asteroid touches the mysterious artifact and picks it up, the box suddenly glows brightly.

Standing on stage in front of a press conference there was a young man with short black hair, maroon eyes, and a goatee, he wore a gray work uniform and black shoes. His name is Gene Himuro.

"And ever since that day we thought it was the blessing guide to the Light of Mana but that day of a new beginning turned into a nightmare," he said as the press took pictures of the man. "Even today, our country lives in the aftermath of that tragedy.

In the past at the celebration of this nation's first landing on Mars was a success and retrieved the mysterious box known as the Pandora Box the press came as well as the leaders of their country.

"As humanity has dreamed of pursuing the key to solve the mystery of space thanks to the Light of Mana, today we are taking another step towards that result we will solve," the man said on stage in front of the press, the Pandora Box was there in a glass case container. "We the Project Prominence are here today to make an announcement breakthrough, this object believes to be a product of some form of civilization on Mars."

But unknown to everyone one man was standing there before he made a run for it. "Has been brought back from Mars to-" the man on stage did notice as he was push-off stage interrupted as the man tries to reach out the Pandora Box, but security came and tries to apprehend him, unfortunately, they weren't able to stop that man as he reaches to the glass container and removes it before touching the box.

The Pandora Box started to glow brightly, everyone screamed out, panicking. Then a crack of red light appeared on the ground causing some people to fly.

"Strange light appeared during the ceremony celebrating when the expedition group returned, the result was the appearance of a giant wall our nation calls it… Skywall."

Soon a giant wall appeared splitting the entire country into three parts.

"Our nation was split into three and each of it has its capital; Hokuto in the north focuses on social welfare, Seito in the west pursuing economic recovery, and Touto in the east adheres to traditional pacifism," he explained.

"The thing that divided us deepened, our country was torn apart, we also lost the power to the Light of Mana. We were all rejected to this world from the other countries we were known as the lost mana. But we manage to survive over the years! We foreign powers, like vultures looking for the chance to annex these turned capital regions, to do that, we must decode that box and learn its secrets to unlimited powers! For we will have greatness! As the Touto, one of the Three Capitals" The man hollered and the entire press cheered, applauding the man as he bowed down to the press.

It was nighttime as the streets were empty and quiet at least, for now.

In the streets there was a white-looking creature that has a large long pointing needle on his face, with black legs at the bottom, his body is white, as he gets up spikes extended from his back his finger extends to a sharp nail and swings it.

But then someone blocks its attack before getting kicked in the stomach. The creature backing away there was a mysterious man, he charges towards it and swings a drill-like sword.

The white creature punches him before the mysterious man deflected it with his drill-like sword he counters back with a kick, it attacks back but is deflected again and reserves a jab in the chest.

He took out a red bottle and inserted it into his drill-like sword.

"READY GO!"

The drill-like sword starts spinning, charging up looks of energy the white creature charges towards him as he swings it to the right, slashing it, the white creature yells, exploding green before collapsing on the ground.

The mysterious man walks up to it as he is holding a blank white bottle in his hand and points right at it to gather all of the energy the white creature was now an ordinary man, the bottle circular with markings on it. "Good" he muttered, turning the cap on top.

The mysterious man jumps up to a building and lands on top with the moon shining behind him, his eyes bowing blue tank-like and red rabbit-like.

Build: Crossing of Ange

It was morning now in a room that looks like a laboratory with equipment blank boards and chemical elements cards hanging on the ceiling. There was someone down revealing to be a young man sitting on a chair as he had black hair, he was wearing a white shirt, a light brown coat, and a blue shoe on the right and a red shoe on the left. His name is Yuuma Obucis.

He was down there after last night, Yuuma had his eyes closed sleeping in exhaustion, a marble rolling on the tin from the ceiling as it fell to a swirling tub and landed down on the button to a coffee maker as it started to make coffee.

However, during his sleep he started to have a vision of himself he opened locked in a glass container and tried to get up but couldn't escape. Yuuma then saw people wearing hazard suits and gas masks, and with them was a mysterious black-suited man with his yellow visor shape of a bat, all he saw from him was watching on his throne laughing.

Soon the toaster oven pops up toast starting with Yuuma, he wakes up with his eyes open. They were heterochromia with his eyes different, the red ruby on his left, blue sapphire on the right. "What…..a terrible night that was," he yawned before grabbing a toast and taking a bite out of it.

Yuuma walks to his desk before a zapping nose rings. He looks as a microwave-like door opens itself, smokes coming out, he immediately rushes up to and places his hand in it and pulls out a white bottle with a picture of a Hedgehog on it.

"Now this is terrific!" Yuuma said excitedly as he scratches his head a hair pop up before calming it back to his regular hair, before looking at the hedgehog bottle.

"I wonder what this hedgehog does" he wondered what that bottle does. "I'll just test it later" Yuuma then walks to a big machine that he built. "With this terrific machine I built, I can take the essence from that Smash and turn it into a power-up for Build!" he explained himself remembering that white needle monster he fought last night. He took the energy from it with the bottle and placed it in the microwave-like last night. "However, that machine takes lots of energy but will lose power right away. I need to find a source of power. I'll just do that later" he shrugged before leaving the room and heading out.

Outside was a cafe-restaurant with the sign called 'Nascita's' a man with black hair and eyes, wearing a light blue button shirt, brown pants, and an apron. This is Ian Keria, owner of this cafe.

He was sweeping the front door side with his broom to clear off some dirt; once he was finished he looked at a posted sign that he made, Ian placed his right hand on his hand and sent a kiss in the air.

"Now that's what I call a great homemade sign" Ian chuckled before walking back inside of the cafe.

As he walks through he hears someone coming out, Ian looks at the refrigerator suddenly it opens up revealing to be Yuuma stepping out. But what he didn't know is that Ian was hiding before jumping up in surprise.

"Good Morning, Yuuma!" Ian greets him good morning.

"Man, you scare me," Yuuma said as he was startled by Ian's surprise before remembering the bottle he got from last night and showing it to him. "By the way, here's the fruit from last night when I was out" raised his hand with the bottle, Ian swipes it from him and takes a closer look at it in interest.

"Excellent work Yuuma, you're doing everything you can to make this city safe," Ian said proudly of him before taking a seat next to him. "Anyways, do you remember now?" He asked.

"Remember what?" Yuuma blinked as he stared at Ian.

"Your past! Your memories! Twenty plus years of memories you've lost!" Ian reminded him.

Yuuma had a case of his memories that he lost so long ago he was diagnosed with amnesia as he can't remember what happened or how he lost his memories.

"Well, I did have a dream with people wearing gas masks…..doing experimentation…and there's also some bat looking man" Yuuma explained to Ian as he recalled the dream he had and tries to remember.

However, that was all he can remember as he lets out a sigh of disappointment, as well as Ian.

"Guess there's nothing else huh?" Ian asked him. "Even so, finding that bat-looking guy was the reason why you became Build in the first place," he said, slapping him on the back cheering him up.

"Then what am I supposed to do? Even though I turned Smash back into normal people, I still don't remember a thing" Yuuma asked, taking a bite out of his toast.

"You still have plenty of years left to worth and let's not mention the rent to build up" Ian passes down a paper of rent as Yuuma looks at it stunned.

"Rent?!" Yuuma gasped when he saw his bills for rent. "I thought I was living here for free!?"

"Even if you're living, heroes sometimes need to pay up" Ian grinned, cracking into a laugh.

"You're kidding!?" Yuuma was dumbstruck while looking through the bills groaning. "Is that the reason why you want me to work in that lab!?"

"Come on, you should go there, it is your first day on the job anyways. Speaking of work, shouldn't you go by now" Ian asked him where he should be.

Yuuma checked his watch and saw the time, causing him a shock.

"I'm late! I'm gonna be late!" Yuuma panicked as he got out of his seat and was about to rush through the door. "But before I go, there's something I wanna show you this," he pulls out something from his pocket and shows Ian a smartphone, and a yellow bottle with the picture of a lion.

"Are you gonna call in sick?" Ian wondered what Yuuma was going to do with a smartphone.

"Well duh, hello? Of course not! Allow me to demonstrate this invention made" Yuuma said as he inserted the lion bottle into the smartphone.

"BUILD CHANGE!"

Yuuma tosses the smartphone up in the air as it starts to enlarge and changes into a red motorcycle with a diagonal line-like, a gear cog at the front, a yellow-like bottle at the back of the tail fairing, and a touch screen on the dash panel.

"Wow! Now that's impressive!" Ian swine in surprise.

"Traffic isn't it, I built my invention all week, am I a genius or what?" Yuuma said proudly when he made this, he pressed one app on the touch screen at one of the apps as a helmet appeared. Yuuma places it in his head and hops on his bike. "Well, I'll be off to the lab now!" He called out as he was about to ride off.

"Wait a minute, you're not going out while inside, you're still in my cafe" Ian points out to Yuuma realizes he was inside.

He managed to get out of the cafe safely, Yuuma rode down the road on his motorcycle and headed off his first day of work at the lab.

Elsewhere at the sewer, a beautiful young girl was running down before hearing sirens nearby, she hid behind a wall for cover. She had golden short hair and pink eyes. She was wearing my white pants and a sports bra. This is Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi, the former princess of the Misurugi Empire, her name is now just Ange.

Then Ange makes a run for it as she heads outside and hides behind a truck she looks around before she spotted a pile of plastic bags inside where clothes are. Ange runs there and takes one as she puts on a white shirt.

Then Ange noises coming this way as the former princess makes a run and hides behind a truck when two robotic guards appear. They scan the area as Ange slows down on the truck and tries to escape from them.

"Fugitive detected" the robotic guard found her.

Ange looks up and sees the robotic guard swinging its weapons. She manages to dodge it but is surrounded as she raises both fists ready to fight them.

With Yuuma, he made his way to the laboratory just in time and met up with the head of this facility. The man with the goatee, Gene, was with him while looking through his resume form.

"You've answered every question of our test, right? Impressive, however, we were wondering about your resume to the 'A physicist, probably' part?" he asked while looking through and wondered about Yuuma's resume.

As Yuuma replied to his question. "That's because I have amnesia," he answered.

The head of the government research facility turns toward him in surprise. "Really?" Gene blinked as he stared at him. "Well, whatever. After seeing your test result to be a perfect score, or like for you to work on this trying to unlock" he shows Yuuma an image of a box. The Pandora box.

Two of them were now at a large secure seal of the lobby, seeingPandora's box from within through the window.

"No way, the Pandora box. The Martian artifact of mars" Yuuma eyes widens, speechless when he takes a look at the Pandora box.

"Right, they also say that this box contains a type of energy source that is unknown to us, it affects more than nuclear energy," Gene explained.

"That sounds amazing. Civilianization was far more advanced than Earth has," Yuuma said intrigued before scratching his head with a bed head hair lid up.

"Then I assume that you know of Skywall?" Gene asked.

"Who doesn't know that day. Skywall appeared after returning home and retrieved the Pandora box from the Mars mission ceremony, a pop of light appeared dividing our nation into three capitals" Yuuma explained the fact of the event of Skywall rising out.

"It's not just the wall. It also altered some of the behaviour of everyone present as well as losing the blessing to the Light of Mana, it tore our people apart with the aggressive impulse of whoever controls this potential massive energy. But if I'm right, I assumed that the other countries will go after this power as well, including Misurugi"

Yuuma understands Gene's reasons, but the Misurugi, as he heard that they were once the Empire of Misurugi but was reformed with a new empress. He also understands there was a big argument between two nations: The Three Capital of Touto and the Empire of Misurugi, but why exactly?

Then his phone rang as he picked up and answered the call. "Yes," Gene responded to his call before his eyes widened as he was shocked at what he heard. "What do you mean she's here," he said darkly before checking the news on the screen.

"An outsider from the Empire of Misurugi has entered Touto capital, in area C4," the anchorman explained the incident. "The suspect has been identified as the former princess of the Misurugi Empire Angelise of the Ikaruga Misurugi, sixteen-year-old. The last known suspect of the death of Yuno Katsuragi, and now a Norma. She then went on and killed her other research assistants."

"Angelise. That bitch has a death wish of stepping in Touto territory" Gene muttered to himself, staring at the former princess picture footage of her showing fending off one of the robotic guards that were filming.

"A group of Guardians were able to locate her during their search this morning."

"That's insane."

"I know, who would've thought a Norma like her would be responsible."

"Not to mention be here!"

Yuuma overhears the murmuring of the scientist in surprise, even though this country despises her not because she is from the Empire of Misurugi when they saw footage of destroyed robotic guards from her.

"She destroyed the assets that were in debt/ to retrieve her and it's now on the run."

"YOU GOT MAIL!"

Yuuma hears it before walking away from the others, pulling out his phone and looking at the mail to see a text of Ian that he sends and reads it.

'Did you see that news of the former princess here?'

'That Norma is giving off Smash readings.'

"Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi once the beloved princess to all the people of the Empire of Misurugi is now a Norma after her big reveal during the baptism ritual of her sixteen birthday, she was removed from royalty and sent to a secured location I know" Ian reads through the data about here to Yuuma phone as he listens. "One year ago she was the last known murderer suspect of a young scientist, undoubtedly her family managed to negotiate with the government as she was banned from ever stepping foot on this land. But a lot of people in Touto are pretty angry at her when she kills one of their brilliant scientists. It sparked an argument between Touto and the Misurugi Empire.

"Though the sensor shows no signs of a Smash report, maybe she hasn't become a Smash yet?" Ian said.

As Yuuma is outside of the institute listening to the details of Ian this got him. "I hacked the GPS data from the motorcycle she stole, I'll send it over to you."

Soon Yuuma was on his motorcycle cycle as he drove down on the streets tracking down the former princess, the GPS on his screen-detected someone close by as he knew that was her. Ange turns to the right as she notices someone was behind her, she revved up and tries to get away.

Then he pulls out a gun with the drill reverse into a barrel, aims at a stack of barrels, and shoots it, causing her to lose balance and fly off as she rolls on the ground. Yuuma stops in front of her as Ange gets up, removing her helmet. "Who the hell are you!" She demanded.

"I'm just bringing you back to the authorities," he simply said.

"For what?!"

"Because you a Norma, as well a murder of Yuno Katsuragi" he points out.

"Oh bullshit, this did not kill her!" Ange shouted in denial.

"Do you know how many criminals always say that former Princess Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi of the Misurugi Empire?" Yuuma said to her

"Then why don't you stop running and go back where you came from?" he asked.

"So I can get out of here wherever I am!" She replied, but Yuuma doesn't believe her before his motorcycle shrinks and transformed back into a phone.

"I guess I have no choice. I'm sorry but I'm part of Touto Institution" Yuuma said as he had no choice but to call the authorities.

But Ange her eyes widened as she realized something about him. "You with them, aren't you?" She demanded him.

This gives Yuuma confusion. "Them?" he asks her again to see who she was talking about.

"Like you ever believe a Norma like me!" She shouted in anger before

"Don't lie to me! You're with them!" she hollered before she threw her fist at him, as Yuuma dodged it.

Then he grabbed her arm and dragged Ange near. "What do you mean 'them?'" he asked once more.

"You're lying! You people contain me in some kind of glass containment box guinea pig!"

This causes Yumma to have a dramatic flashback as he was in a glass containment box with a mask on his face, and see people in gas masks on them. Then he sees a man with a bat symbol on it as he was there back then.

But he focuses on her as Yuuma tries to punch her Ange and hits him back. Then the two of them raise kicks with their legs and deflect each other before Ange pushes him then lands a punch in the stomach as Yuuma backs away from her.

"Gotta say, that was impressive for a Former Princess" Yuuma complimented her. "But let's see when you're up for someone like me" pulls out a bottle with a rabbit on it and shakes it up and down, he runs really in a blur as she catches her before landing a kick.

"Y-Your fast…" She started before narrowing her eyes. "You are one of them, are you!"

"Tell me, do those people wear gas!?" He asked questions.

"Of course they were, you're one of those people" she replied as well, speechless seeing him like this.

(Flashback)

Ange was with her squad until something happened to her Paramail as she flew down after her systems were failing as she fell into the seas and drowned there.

But when she opened her eyes she saw people in hazard suits and gas masks. Ange realized she's in a glass container. "Get off of me!" she shouted as the hazard people restrained her, placing a mask on her and locking the container.

Then she heard someone else crying out loud as she looked and saw more kidnap people restrained on her.

Soon people release the gas inside of the glass container as Ange lets out a scream in pain. She breaks out and opens the glass container. They tried to restrain her but were unable to as she was free and ran off.

(Flashback end)

"Is that all true! Then did you see the Bat-Man! A man design that looks like a bat! I need to know!" He desired.

"What, I don't know who that guy is!? But I did see all those people who were there too. They too were guinea pigs, I expect you know about this you humans kidnapped me!" She shouted. "Besides, no one believes me because I'm a Norma after all. That's what you humans think of me."

Norma is being those who are unable to use Mana of this world, meaning they are censured to be an outcast of human society of this world, unwanted, not loved.

As they argue, there wasn't anyone behind them as the figure approaches them and pushes a car before they both dodge it. After that, they turn and see a creature with black legs at the bottom, as its body is yellow and light blue skin, muscular arms and the body looks like buff up. This is Strong Smash.

The Strong Smash lands a punch at Yuuma as he crashes on the ground and rolls down on the ground as Ange pulls her gun and points right at it.

"What the hell is that!?" Ange shocked.

"Smash" Yuuma replied to her.

"Smash, what's that?" She asked.

"A person that turns into monstrous forms, their violent tendencies" Yumma explains to Angelise about them. "They can't be reasonable unless they're defeated."

The Strong Smash approaches her slowly before Ange reacts and shoots it but it doesn't affect him as the Strong Smash swings its fist downwards and hits Ange. For Yuuma, he was watching this behind the car before the Strong Smash hits the ground with both fists as it makes a shockwave with smoke.

As the smoke clears, they disappear from the area making Yumma confused about their whereabouts.

(Elsewhere)

The Strong Smash jumped up in the air, far away from anyone as it landed on the ground near the Skywall. It drops Ange on the ground as she rolls on it before the Strong Smash walks up to her and swings his fist at her.

But she dodges it before punching it in close combat. It didn't look like the Strong Smash felt a thing before it punched him in the face.

Ange fell to the ground helpless if there's anything that can stop that monster.

"I don't think, fighting a smash with barehanded isn't going to be enough" someone said as they turned and saw Yuuma here for some reason. "But that was gutsy of you facing one, for a Norma" he smiles while Ange wonders why he's smiling.

"But let me handle this," he said before pulling out a black belt with a circle on the right side, small gears on it, and a lever with a red hand on it.

As he placed it on his waist, a yellow strap appeared and strapped on him. Then Yuuma pulls out the red rabbit bottle and a blue bottle with a picture of a tank.

"Now, let's begin the experiment," he said and started shaking both bottles up and down.

The Strong Smash approaches them before noticing equations flowing all around it passing by it.

After he shakes the bottles, he turns the cap of both bottles before inserting the Rabbit bottle in the right compartment and then the Tank bottle in the left compartment.

"RABBIT! TANK! BEST MATCH!"

Then the belt makes techno tune standby as Ange gets herself up from the ground and sees Yuuma grin, as he grabs the lever and cranks it up as the tune changes to a machine noise tune.

Inside the belt is the red and blue liquid flowing through tubes while all of the gears.

After he stopped cranking the lever the tubes went outside and headed opposed with the red at front and the blue at the back. With a set appear as Ange steps back a bit and sees what happened next. As the liquid turns into half armour, the red liquid upfront is now red armour and the blue liquid at the back is blue armour in the opposite of the red one.

"ARE YOU READY?"

Yuuma moves his left arm upfront before he poses.

"Henshin!" Yuuma shouted.

As he stood still before Yumma stood still when the half armours snapped together with his body donned in a black suit with both red and blue armour fuse into one with mostly red on the right side, and blue on the left, but his leg were at opposing side to his upper chest with the right leg blue and right leg red with a spring on it. His chest has a red spike and blue antennae on the upper left side, a silver gem on his forehead points on the left side. The eyes on the left were a rabbit head with the right eye were a blue tank, both rabbit-like ear and antenna of a take were sticking out form into V shape. This is Kamen Rider Build!

"HAGANE NO MOONSAULT! RABBIT! TANK! YEAHHH!"

He poses for a bit before he flicks his right hand.

"What the hell" Ange was speechless as he see the man she just met is now in armour.

"I've found the winning formula!" He then slid his hand on his tank visor up before he flicked it.

Build bend down a bit with spring loading and jump in a dash as he punches the Strong Smash. Then the Strong Smash swings its left fist when Build ducks down dodging it before punching it.

Ange is shocked at how fitting and well at fighting, as the Strong Smash tries to punch him before Build dodges it as he hops on its fist leaving a footmark on it and flipping over to the front.

Then Build summoned a weapon with a handle and a drill on his hand and slash it at the Strong Smash many times before piercing it in the centre.

The Strong Smash still standing cries out with his fist up, before Build pulls the Hedgehog bottle he got from last night and shakes the bottle, before removing the Rabbit bottle. Then he turned the cap of the white bottle and inserted it in the belt left-right compartment.

"HARINEZUMI!"

Build then crank the lever while the belt makes machine noise tunes before.

"ARE YOU READY?"

"Build up!" he hollered.

With a jiggle tune standing by, his half-red armour changes into half of the armour on the right. With a spike ball on his hand, along with a shoulder pad on the right with spikes on it, and the eyepiece visor has a Hedgehog on it.

Ange was surprised to see him charging his right side change before the Strong Smash charges at him before Build deflected with his right arm with the spike extending out for more damage for it.

"Poke! Poke! Poke!" he hollered while punching the Strong Smash as he also hit his bottom.

The Strong Smash tries to punch Build, but he deflects its attacks with his right hand. Build kept deflecting the Strong Smash attack before he punched it in the face as it caused it to fall.

As the Strong Smash fell on the ground, Build pulled out his Rabbit bottle as he shook it. "And now, the finishing touch," he said as he moved the cap and replaced the Harinezumi and set back to half Rabbit armour back.

"RABBIT! TABK! YEAHHH!"

While the Strong Smash hit both fists as Ange watched what happen next, Build then cranked the lever up.

"One sec" Build said before he stopped cranking the lever.

As he started running away leaving a footprint symbol on the left leg and sparking on the right leg. Build kept running one block away, before jumping up and landing on the ground as he created a hole and went underground with a large white with a dotted line chart that appeared out of nowhere.

It traps the Strong Smash with it before Build reappears from the ground while on a pillar and leaps up in the air.

"READY GO! VORTEX FINISH! YEAHHH"

He went on it and hovered down and headed straight towards the Strong Smash and side kicked it in the face with the blue leg scratching it with tank tracks, before going through it as the Strong Smash cried out loud before it exploded in green flames.

Ange looks at the scene after covering herself, she was amazed by Build's fighting skills. "He's….good."

As Build brought out a blank white bottle, he moved the cap as he faced it at the Strong Smash and gathered energy from it with the bottle circular with markings. "Good," he muttered.

Once Strong Smash reverts to a normal person, Ange narrows her eyes before recognizing that person. "Wait….I know you, you were one of the guinea pigs back there" she remembered him as he was one of the people who were kidnapped by gasmask people. "Hey you, I know, the hell are you doing, killing me!"

"I…..don't know you….what you're talking about…." The man groaned in pain.

This got Build silent as he remembered some of his memories come back to him remembering the same thing with those gasmask people.

(Flashback)

"Who…..am I?" Yummy wondered who he was sitting at the alleyway with Ian there on a rainy day.

(Flashback ended)

"Don't give me that shit! Why are you trying to kill me!" Ange shouted demanding to know while grabbing his shirt and shaking him.

"Whoa, whoa, calm down, that's not how you greet a person!" Build drags her away from the conscious man.

Ange then turns to Build now as she pulls out her gun and points right at him. "Who are you, do you know something about this" she demanded Build but nothing said out of him she approaches. "You better not pull shit on me! What did those humans do to me!" She shouted.

"I wish I knew, but if what you experienced may have happened to me" Build muttered as he knew this happened to her and happens to him with the gasmask as well as that Bat-Man. "Those people who were turned into Smash are experiments."

Then they heard sirens heading this as forces were approaching with robotic soldiers Guardians on motorcycles and a van causing the conscious man to flee away from the area.

The van window opened as Gene was in there. "So you're the Kamen Rider I've been hearing about," he said, heading rumours of an armoured man fighting the Smash. He gets out of the van and walks outside. "Now hand over the Norma to us" he demands.

"Gene" Ange muttered when she looked at him.

"Well, if it isn't the Princess of Misurugi or the former I didn't get their news. What are you doing here, you know you're forbidden in these lands you know after killing one of our people?" He asked.

"You know I didn't kill her Gene!" Ange snapped.

"It doesn't matter, you're under arrest for crossing over Touto territory, " Gene said as his soldier and Guardians aimed their gun at Ange as they approached to arrest her.

"Tsk, it doesn't matter, no one will even believe me because I'm Norma. It's not like they're gonna trust me with what I tell them, humans, they're all the same in this world" Ange said darkly.

But for Build he knows she was right, he knows that she is a Norma, however, the experience that he went through when he lost his memories. He believes her even though she is a Norma as Build needs to know from her and decides to do the unthinkable.

"Man, this is terrible" Build sighs crouching down with his head tilted down as Ange pays attention to him. "I'm gonna regret doing this" he took out his phone inserting his lion bottle in as it turns into his motorcycle surprising Ange as Gene wonders what is he gonna do.

Build approaches his motorcycle as he places his hand on the handle as he was about to get on. "Get on" he calls her but Ange was completely confused as she doesn't trust him. "Oh come on do you have a choice here! Just get on already!" he shouted but Ange was still standing there. "Ahhh! Come on!" Build then rushed over to Ange and dragged her as this shocked Gene.

"W-What the hell are you doing!" Ange tried to get off.

"Saving your life! That's what!" Build shouts back, placing her on as the forces open fires. He starts the motorcycle and drives away from them as one robotic guard grabs hold of his motorcycle. "Move!" Ange moves out of his way and knocks off the robotic guard as it rolls on the road.

"I want both of them arrested! I don't care if they're dead or alive! JUST STOP THEM!" The forces obey his commands as the Guardians chase down Build and Ange as they open fires.

Gene slams his hand on the van gritting his teeth in anger. "We don't need toys that break easily" he growled darkly.

As Build drives rev up his bike with the robotic soldier were at their tails, but one robotic soldier got a lock on them. "Target acquired" one of the Guardians fired a bazooka launching a missile.

Luckily Build manages to dodge the missiles as he drives past another one, then more robotic soldiers show up with bazookas. He noticed them aiming before letting out his right leg with tank tracks moving on his left foot.

"Switch with me, you take the wheel!" Build gets off his bike letting Ange drive it.

"Alright what're you really up to!" Ange shouted.

"Ask questions and talk later!" Build shouted back while holding on to the back with his right leg.

As the Guardians launch the missiles at them Build kicks with his left leg kicks them back destroying some of the Guardians. Now Build was back on the handle as he drove on top of Skywall edges as two Guardians were right behind them. Build stops spinning around with one wheel upfront, he knocks one Guardian to the red light and explodes.

Build then drives down on the wall with one of the Guardians right behind them.

"Ahhh! Are you crazy!" she screams thinking of him insane.

"Crazy I am" Build replied as he pulled out his drill sword and impaled it on the wall he grabbed Ange he held tightly on the handle as they slid on the wall before they stopped. "But a genius I can take" as he was right the robotic soldier passed by them.

As for his motorcycle, it falls but transforms back into a phone form, but the robotic soldier falls to the ground and explodes.

"YEAH!"

Soon after escaping as Build reverts into his old self, he drives down the road safely with Ange riding behind him. "Well, looks like I've become a fugitive now," he said to himself.

Ange looks at him in suspicion. "Why would you do that. I don't need any help back there" she asked him why he did it.

"Well I'm gonna be honest, even if you are a Norma, I do believe you about the gasmask people and the experiments" Yuuma replied to her as this doesn't buy her. "Look I know this is something for a person you just met, but I'm telling you the truth because I'm also one of the human experiments too" this got Ange surprised but still she doesn't believe him.

Then Yuuma smirked as he decided to tell her something. "By the way you fly," he reminded her.

Ange blinked before looking down and seeing her zipped open. "What!? Why haven't you told me!" she shouted, zipping her zipper.

"Like from the beginning" Yuuma snickered.

"And why haven't you told me, you pervert!" Ange yells angrily.

"I don't know, I was busy fighting anyways" Yuuma replied with an excuse.

"Why you!" Ange growled as she wrapped her arms around Yuuma's neck.

"Wait what you're doing I'm driving!" Yuuma shouted.

"You should've told me this from the start!" Ange argues while trying to choke him.

"Let go of me we're still on the road!"

As they kept arguing while driving on the road there was someone watching them at the edge of Skywall there was a man donned in a black suit with red and green lining, silver armour with a yellow bat crest shape on it, his shoulder pads had pipes on it, his helmet has a yellow bat visor and a tube on his forehead.

"Now the war has just begun," the bat figure said as smoke streamed out of his body and vanished.
