Welcome to some bullshit I've actually been promising since my early days back on FF! Since the good ol' days of Eldritch Gamer back in 2016!
Prologue
Alipheese Fateburn the First winced in guilt and shame as the agonized and terrified screams of the deformed human she had unwittingly summoned echoed throughout the realm. She had attempted to escape the Six Ancestor seal by trying to break into a neighboring dimension, and then re-enter their home world so as to not alert Ilias, and deliver a surprise attack.
What she didn't account for was other things, people, from this neighboring dimension, that could fall through the hole she made in reality… or what the process of crossing over could do to them.
The human that fell through, a male… his body was ravaged by the process. His chest had been ripped open, deformed ribs pointed skyward and organs on display as he squirmed pathetically. His face had most of its skin torn due to how warped and enlarged one of his eyes had grown in his skull, while the other dangled from its socket uselessly. Most of his limbs were misshapen and broken beyond repair, his one working arm thrashing about, reaching for something.
"Oh my goodness, I am so sorry!" Alice the First apologized as she rushed to the side of the lump of flesh and bone that was once human.
"Shall I devour him, mother?" Her daughter, Kanade, the ancestor of slimes, asked. "It's been so long since I've had a man~"
"Gah! Don't hog him all to yourself. None of us have had a man in ten-thousand years either." Kanon, the ancestor of plant monsters exclaimed, "Though his screaming is getting annoying, can someone just kill him already? I prefer it when they're melting in pleasure as I devour them~"
Minagi, the ancestor of the succubus monsters, walked up to the growing group in a sultry fashion. "Useless as livestock. Worth nothing more than food. A snack at best."
There was a gap nearby, it was Hiruko, the ancestor of scylla monsters. "Food!? After soooooooo long?"
"Useless as a man or not, he is the first delicacy we've been presented with in so long. We should savor him." Saja, the ancestor to all lamia and harpy monsters, said with an authoritative tone. "I, of course, will have first taste~"
Tamamo, as usual, remained still and silent. She had been able to escape the seal in a weaker body and keep tabs on how monster life was progressing throughout the years.
A pulse of dark energy shut them all up. It washed over them with a clear rage directed at them for their words.
Alipheese, after ten-thousand years with her daughters, felt disgust at their actions for the first time. Her opinion on humanity was rather neutral: she pitied their weakness, sure, but it was never truly her concern. She had never really participated in her daughters' gluttony and sadism as she loved them too much to scold them. It was why she'd created the Critical Ecstasy system in the first place, to make capturing their prey easier. She herself had never harmed humans directly. She had heard their pitiful moans of ecstasy, their pleas for mercy, but there was always a certain distance between her, and what her daughters did.
She herself had never harmed a single human. Until now.
The screaming pile of flesh and bone on the ground had been her doing, and it struck a deep dormant chord with her. A chord called Remorse. Her first instinct upon seeing the mangled state of the human was to rush by his side and apologize, as useless as her apologies were. Her daughters were bickering amongst themselves over who got first taste.
Not even a single second to consider helping the poor man.
This was what she had wrought upon the world? Upon humanity? She felt nauseous. No, she felt outright sick, the bile rising up from her stomach.
What she had done… it was no better than Ilias. Perhaps even worse. The creepy, selfish, twisted bitch cared for humanity in her own messed up way. It was more than what could be said of Alipheese.
The human's hand grabbed hers. Its grip would've been painfully tight by human standards. It clung to her, nor to harm her, but for warmth. For some modicum of comfort to ease his pain. Alipheese doubted that he could see with his misshapen eyes, or even hear. But it was clear that he could feel her. How his finger sunk slightly into her seemingly delicate skin, feeling her body heat.
He stopped panicking, not completely, but the screaming had mostly died down into whimpering.
…Into crying.
Something in her broke. She felt moisture gather in her eyes as she looked at the human. He was so young too, judging by his soul he was just barely into his twenties. He had his whole life ahead of him and then… she did this to him. And her daughters had been doing this to people for so very, very long.
Was there any question that they deserved this prison?
She wrapped her fingers around his, and spread her dark magic over his body, numbing the pain as much as she could. She couldn't heal him, the state of his body was beyond the help of magic. He stopped his trashing, the sound of labored breathing echoing through the realm.
"I'm sorry," She began, she spoke to his soul as his body was now deaf, "This was all my fault. I was just… looking for a way out." She wiped some of the blood and tears off of what was left of his face. "I have no excuses for what I have done to you, I dare not ask you for your forgiveness."
She felt the emotions of his soul. The raging flame of anger that burned when she said she was responsible rose only for a few seconds before simmering down to annoyance. He held no grudges against her, he felt that she was truly remorseful for what she'd done. But that only made her guilt rise.
"I… can't fix you." She admitted. "I'm so sorry. But I know who can."
Ilias had greatly overestimated how ignorant she was from inside this seal. She knew the happenings of the world from those who carried her cells. From Tamamo to that despicable Black Alice. Every Monster Lord from Alipheese Fateburn the Second onward served as another pair of eyes into the world, and she knew quite a bit. Maybe even more than Ilias did. In particular, she knew of a certain fallen angel that was as devilishly smart as she was curious. Someone who Black Alice requested the freedom of to further her own plans after her crushing defeat at the hands of the Hero Heinrich.
It was a gamble and a half but she could kill two birds with one stone with this. It didn't sit right with her now though, to make this poor man bear even more burdens, to use him like a pawn instead of just mercy-killing him here and now like any reasonable person should.
She was disgusted with herself with what she was about to do.
Three distinct large pulses of dark energy pulsed throughout the realm, Alipheese and the human being the epicenter. As a goddess, she could grant mortals blessings, and she had given him three.
Immunity to Critical Ecstasy.
The Ability to cause Critical Ecstasy to monsters and angels.
Finally, passive absorption of dark energy through sex with monster girls and absolute control and manipulation of it, second only to Alipheese herself.
He was practically a perfect weapon against monsters with those alone. But it wasn't enough, it would never be enough for what she had done to him. For what she was about to do to him.
Using her powers over space and time, she ripped another hole in reality, trying to get as much attention from the locals as possible with the energy output. Fresh air greeted her for the first time in ten-thousand years.
Alipheese picked up his body, she was as gentle as if she were carrying the most precious of treasures. "I dare not ask you for forgiveness, but I ask of you to endure my unreasonable cruelty for just a little longer. And when the time comes, you may have my life if you so desire. But until that day, I wish you luck, my Hero of Darkness."
Alipheese placed him gently on the green grass just before they were caught by the approaching angels, and closed the crack in the seal.
Slowly, she turned to her stunned daughters with a resolved expression. "Does life truly mean that little to you my children?"
She knew she wouldn't like the answers she would receive, but it was all the more reason to see that they needed to change.
