Sweet Dreams (are made of this) – Marilyn Manson

Nezu

The Principal of U.A. sat rubbing his temples, looking at Aizawa and Midnight, wondering if it was too late to make a career change at the headache before him.

"I want to make sure I understand this," Nezu said as he looked at his cup of tea and wondered if he needed something more substantial. "Endeavor went to this High Council of the Hunters and told them about Izuku and how he believes his existence is a "threat" to humanity. The Council then pulled together a pack of true werewolves to come and kill Izuku while he was on a date with a young lady. He was forced to reveal some of his abilities to her; they ran, and he sent her away. Then he unleashed his other form willingly?" Aizawa nodded. "It talked to you and appears to be a different entity than Izuku and issued a threat."

"That is correct," Aizawa answered.

"You, Nemuri, we're talking with Himiko when suddenly her eyes turned red as a reaction to the moon, and she burst from home. Turned into a flight of bats and raced to the battle to engage in one-on-one combat with Endeavor and won." Nezu continued.

"I did not see the fight, but the first part is accurate," Nemuri said. "I wanted to make sure that Himiko was okay with Izuku going on a date with another girl. Due to the nature of their relationship, I was concerned that it may trigger negative emotions, so instead of risking her having some outbursts, I felt it would be good for us to bond. Girl time, essentially. She and I are close, and I wanted to tell her I was there and willing to listen."

"How is her reaction to this other woman?" Nezu asked; Aizawa was curious as well.

"Good," Nemuri said. "There is a past between Izuku and this young lady, Cami Utsushimi. They meet by chance, and it has blossomed into a friendship and, as you can tell, romantic feelings. It is a part of his past that he was able to put to rest and move forward in such a surprising way. The lady had done something that one would expect would have caused Izuku to react cruelly or violently, but his reaction was quite the opposite and very wholesome. He is different since meeting her in our sessions."

"During the battle, Cami used her quirk to help them try and escape," Nemuri continued. "She expels a gas that traps the subject in an illusion; I believe that due to the nature of their pursuers, they were able to break free of the quirk and continue their pursuit."

"Okay, so Izuku decides to send her away to confront this pack, only for her to be attacked by a fifth member," Nezu paused and read over a paper. "Who materialized from a window like it was stepping out of water?" Nezu looked to Aizawa.

"An ability that Werewolves call stepping sideways," Aizawa answered. "It allowed them to travel the spirit realm in the past. It was something that they all were capable of, but now it is scarce."

"You mentioned that they are a dying breed and that the loss of this "Silver Pack" is a great blow to their community," Nezu said. "Why are they dying off?"

"No one knows, and if they know, they are not saying," Aizawa said. "All that has been heard is something about atonement and the blessing of Gaia, an ancestral spirit believed to have been worshipped once upon a time. But as a quirk passed down, true werewolves are born in a bloodline. They have no quirk factors, which is not a mutation at play. Most are barren, and those holding on are barely doing so. This barren issue is believed to be tied to the Gaia issue."

"What can we expect for a response?" Nezu said, leaning forward.

"This is a significant blow not only to the werewolves but to the council," Aizawa said. "They will be very cautious in approaching from now on, but when they do, it will be in great force. Izuku will be in danger every time he steps off campus; once he graduates and goes pro, he will have that shield to help protect him, and the same is true for Himiko and, I guess, this Cami girl. The higher profile they can garner, the more it will protect them; popular Heroes going missing or being attacked brings much attention."

"And when others cross over?" Nemuri said.

"Others?" Aizawa said, shocked.

"Himiko was an accident," Nemuri said, "But we would be foolish to think that once Cami becomes aware of the truth, I imagine that Izuku will tell her if this relationship progresses, she may want to be part of him, this, whatever we want to call it."

"She does have a point," Nezu said. "As discussed before, the desire not to be alone and to propagate your species is a powerful instinct. Himiko and him are the only ones, according to Recovery Girl. She has said that he is producing live sperm; Himiko has refused an egg harvest, but her body is still going through the normal cycle one would expect."

"I am torn. Part of me screams at how wrong the concept is," Aizawa said. "Years of hate and hunting these things, the Lord of Blood gave his life to save Izuku. But he is a victim in all this; as long as he doesn't force this on another, I can't generate a logical protest beyond the illogical. It scares me, and I don't like it."

"Good to see this change in you," Nemuri smiled.

"This other…" Aizawa said. "Now that scares me; if it is a different entity altogether, we don't know its motives or what it wants."

"So far, it holds that it comes out in times of crisis when his life is in danger," Nezu said. "Until that proves otherwise, we must take it as it comes and learn more when those instances arise. Until this incident, we have not seen it emerge. Back to the situation. Ms. Utsushimi was seriously injured; Miriko was able to save her and, between her and Midnight, killed this last werewolf."

"Correct," Nemuri said. "Then Izuku and Himiko appeared, and we could seek emergency services."

"Himiko's battling of Endeavor and winning, thanks to Mr. Aizawa's intervention. The fact that she was engaged with him and not killed beforehand is astonishing. Is this normal in young Vampires?" Nezu asked.

"No, not at all," Aizawa responded. "Though ones made from old or very powerful vampires are the exception, with the power and strength that Izuku has demonstrated and the Other, that would explain her superior capabilities."

"Understood," Nezu said. "Where is Izuku now?"

"He has gone to the hospital to check on Cami," Midnight said. "He insisted."

Cami

She was taken to the hospital and admitted due to her injuries; her parents were notified and reached the hospital as quickly as they could amongst the chaos of the evening. Cami couldn't formulate her thoughts on what had happened that night. All she knew was that she had stared death in the face, and her biggest regret at that time was that she had not kissed Izuku. If it had happened before, there would have been questions about how she lived and what she had done to Izuku. But he had returned to her life, accepted her failures and wrongdoings, and told her to do better. In doing so, the voice inside her that begged to be heard was finally running the show. And her world had just gotten better and better since that day.

Now, she was in love with Izuku Midoriya. She was in love with him, real love, not that false love she told herself she felt for Bakugo. She regretted ever doing "things" with Bakugo now, wishing she had listened to her inner voice or her mother and waited till she had this feeling. But what was done was done; now, if Izuku would have her, she would give herself to him. Give herself to the man she loved. She didn't want to die tonight because she had not kissed him; now, she wanted to live to build a tomorrow with him. To be a hero by his side, there were the questions of his other girlfriends, but they knew they were on a date tonight, and Himiko had seemingly given her approval. Was he dating Midnight and Rumi? They were both pro heroes; she saw how they looked at him as he carried her to the emergency service vehicles.

The kiss they shared when he had to let them take her away still lingered on her lips. The pain in her leg was throbbing alongside it, but she instead focused on the kiss. When her parents arrived, they were by her side, and Cami didn't know what to tell them. How do you say to your parents that while on a date, the two of you were attacked by freaking werewolves? They were after your date and were going to kill you because they said your date was a monster.

Was Izuku a monster? She was before he came back into her life, but no beast could be as forgiving or gentle with her. She knew if he had demanded her to debase herself as penance to him, she would have. A monster wouldn't have seen past her façade all those years ago to the little girl inside screaming to come out. The one he unleashed that day at the coffee shop, where they would meet to study or where he had asked her on a date. She knew she didn't know everything but knew that Izuku was no monster. When she left the hospital, she would ask him to be her boyfriend; she just wanted to see him again.

She stated to the police that she told them the truth that it was some animal that had attacked her and her date. They had gotten separated during the chaos, but he had found her after she was saved by Midnight and Miriko and carried her to the medics, where she was brought here. The officers thanked her and told her they would reach out if they had any further questions, but Midnight and Miriko after the after-action report would suffice.

Cami's leg wound had been treated, and it would leave a scar. And she would need to rebuild the muscle in her thigh; there would be rehab. She wondered if she could make it back in time to take the U.A. exam; she knew that Izuku was and wanted desperately to go with him to the U.A. She would have to ask him to help her with rehab and be her motivational support. Maybe he would reward her with kisses for certain milestones, and the night after the exam, he would reward her with more than just kisses. Cami let herself blush. It wasn't her first time doing those things, but she felt it would be special this time. When the doctor came in to administer her painkillers, her parents stood with her until she fell asleep.

She didn't wake up until the morning, but when she did, she felt someone holding her hand; as her eyes began to open, she heard the most incredible voice, "Good Morning Beautiful," Izuku said.

She thought she must have been dreaming, but she could feel his hand. She saw him sitting in the chair by her bed, a book in his lap, and holding her hand. "Am I?" Cami whispered.

"Beautiful?" Izuku replied, "Absolutely." He leaned over and gave her the tenderest and most loving kiss she could remember.

"I don't know if I am going to be able to take the test to get into U.A.," Cami said. "But I want to try and rehab by then; I want to go to U.A. with you."

"I want you there as well," Izuku said, sitting on the edge of the bed and wrapping her in a loving embrace. "After you are released, I promise I will do everything possible to help you. I mean, after all, I want my girlfriend to be able to fulfill her dreams."

"Girlfriend?" Cami said, a little shocked and a bit shy. "You want me to be your girlfriend?"

"If you will have me," Izuku said, staring into each other's eyes; he touched her cheek. "The girl I see is the one from the library, the one that I fell for years ago. This is the girl I want to be with; I hope she also wants to be with me."

Cami blushed. She blushed like a young girl hearing her first confession: "Yes, Izuku, oh my goodness, yes. I want to be with you. Your coming back into my life, forgiveness, compassion, and support have meant so much to me. If you will have me, I can think of very little more I desire right now."

Izuku pulled Cami into a kiss that made her mind whirl and swoon. She stopped noticing the pain in her leg as the kiss deepened, and when she thought she couldn't be pulled any further, he did just that. When they broke apart, Cami was speechless; she could only stare at him with a mix of love and want. They were silent, just sitting there, till the nurse knocked and came in to check on Cami and get her vitals.

"I am going to grab a coffee and be right back," Izuku said, squeezing her hand. "I am with you all day." Cami just smiled as he left.

The nurse smirked, "Is that your boyfriend?"

"Yes," Cami said, blushing. "Yes, he is."

Recovery Girl

Once the blood lost its potency, it did nothing, and the healing effect did not last. Chiyo was sitting in her office, rubbing her aching knee. She had no more blood so that she couldn't continue her experiments. Chiyo felt frustrated. After the first injection, she managed only a few more, but the effect was outstanding. From her calculations, a steady dose would be life-altering for her; she began to wonder what it would do to All-Might if this process could do something about his missing organs. This blood could give the world back the Number one hero in Japan; she sat wondering.

Should she approach Izuku and Himiko and tell them what she needed the blood for? Should she tell them she wanted to draw blood to investigate the healing properties? But that would require a daily draw; how would she explain where it was all going? But she needed more; the painkillers for her knee were barely having an effect, and she almost fell twice today.

In the name of medicine, she would have to press forward; she could avoid asking directly, as she could have asked for samples of their blood due to the battle last night. She nibbled on her lip and wondered if Izuku knew how to prolong the blood so she wouldn't have to ask him for more soon or if she could keep her experiment going until she could show him that I would work.

She sent a message to Himiko asking her to come in for a sample draw and one for Izuku for tomorrow as he was off campus today and not expected back till late. Would his blood have a stronger effect, she wondered; she didn't notice that her knee had stopped aching.

Rei Todoroki

Rei had been locked away since that fateful day when she made a monstrous mistake. It was the same day the last bit of her mind fractured. Trapped in an arranged marriage, her oldest son had self-immolated out of a desperate desire to prove his worth to his father, Enji Todoroki, or as he was famously known, Endeavor.

It was an arranged marriage, but it had the subtext of a quirk marriage. Arranged Marriages, though rare, were still accepted; a quirk marriage was a practice from the early days in attempts to breed more powerful quirks. It had fallen from favor nearly a hundred years ago and was heavily frowned upon in modern society. Enji had made it clear to her parents that he was buying their daughter for that reason.

Her family had been one of those families once upon a time, renowned for their Ice Quirks; they participated in quirk marriages even to second cousins if they thought it would breed the results they were after. That was until such desire led to her great Aunt earning the moniker of Killer Frost, a renowned villain who killed thousands and terrorized a nation till she was brought down. The shame destroyed the family, leaving the once rich and powerful destitute, living in a decaying estate. That was until Enji Todoroki came to their doorstep; Rei had a powerful Ice Quirk, nothing like her Aunts but still very formidable. Still, when her Uncle had tried to rebuild the family name by attempting to go pro, the stigma had hounded him into obscurity, and too many descendants of Killer Frost's rampage still lived. So Rei wasn't allowed to even dream of heroics.

She was sold like a prized cow, a piece of meat for money. She was happy to escape the decaying walls that symbolized her existence, hoping that at least she could grow and perhaps thrive. But she was wrong; the prison bars were now gilded instead of decaying. Enji was a strong and domineering man, not unlike her father; she had practice in dealing with such types. The wedding was private and quick. That night was the first time she had laid with a man; he had been attentive that first night and in the beginning, making her feel like an actual prize and not just a piece of meat. Her family name was erased from her history; no ties to her disgraced family could be linked to her or Endeavor.

Visions of a better future began to take route; the home was lavish, his attention was focused on her, and his passion overwhelmed her. Once she became pregnant for the first time, he had this joy about him that pulled the veil of lies further over her eyes. When Touya was born with his white hair like her side, there was less joy. But Enji still could keep up the façade, and soon she was pregnant again with Fuyumi. He wasn't overly affectionate to the children, but he was present. He didn't mistreat them, but she ignored the signs.

The façade cracked when it was discovered that Touya only had a fire quirk. To make matters worse, he did not have the resistance to fire that came with such a quirk but instead was resistant to cold as if he had an ice quirk. Enji had begun training him as soon as the quirk manifested, but the cracks grew more prominent when this "weakness" was discovered. Enji was relentless with his training despite Rei's protests; Touya, wanting to be a great hero to dethrone All-Might in his father's name, would throw himself into this training.

Fuyumi, like her mother, had an Ice quirk, but it was weaker; watching Enji dismiss her before the extent of her capabilities was even discovered was the walls crumbling to show the guided bars. The attention he lavished on Rei was gone; now it was rougher, demanding. Natsuo was born, and Enji took a single look and withdrew. He would only drive Touya to the brink because at least he had a fire quirk.

Touya, desperate for his father's acceptance, broke himself to try and earn it. Rei wanted to stop it, but her pleas and cries were ignored. Then Enji impregnated her again; as soon as the doctors delivered her Shoto, she knew this was the child that Enji had bought her for, and so did Enji, and unfortunately, so did Touya. The perfect mixture of red and white hair, the different colored eyes, he was beautiful, and her heart ached at what lay in his future.

Enji's anticipation for Shoto's quirk to manifest was palatable in the home. He barely paid attention to Touya after Shoto's birth, further breaking her son. Then the dreaded day came, and the results of the quirk marriage were fulfilled, a perfect blend of fire and Ice. Everyone else except Shoto and his training, schedule, and diet ceased to exist. And Touya broke attacked Shoto; Enji roared back at Touya for daring to attack his precious, perfect Shoto. "You no longer need to train. You are a failure now that Shoto has arrived; further training would be a waste of my time," with those words, Touya shattered. In rage and anguish, his fire roared hotter than ever, and he was burned to ash. His firstborn, her baby, had killed himself. Rei had already fractured and broken; she needed help and got none.

One day, buried in grief, engulfed in pain and misery, she snapped. Shoto talked about being a hero and how he would be a great hero, better than All-Might. Rei had been boiling water for tea, and those exact words echoed by Enji and Touya in a desperate plea for Enji's approval; Rei snapped. She didn't even remember her words or her actions, but when it ended, the boiling water had been thrown at her sweet, innocent Shoto, leaving him scarred, and Enji had shut her away in a mental institution. He had what he wanted, not to get better but to keep her away and her from interfering. He didn't need the piece of meat anymore to damage his perfect Shoto further.

For years, she sat in the facility, and she did get better, though the nightmare of Touya's death, the scaring of Shoto, and how she had left her other two children alone tormented her. Ate at her: deep-seated anger aimed at her parents and Enji. Boiling over into rage, she would never get out of here; they kept dangling that piece of freedom before her only to snatch it away. Her only source of joy was letters from Fuyumi and Natsuo; they would write her. They weren't allowed to visit, but they were allowed to write to her, and as long as Rei behaved, she would be given the letters.

Rei was reading a book late, but sleep had proved elusive when she was startled by a knock at her window. Rei was on the 8th floor of the ward. She turned and nearly screamed. Standing outside her window was a young girl with ash blonde hair and a toothy grin. Rei was about to hit the alarm when she heard the girl say, "I know what Endeavor did to you."

Rei froze, "I know all his secrets," the girl said as Rei got closer. "I want to help you."

"Why?" Rei said, her hand on the window.

"Because Endeavor came after someone I love," the girl responded. "I have been called a monster, but I know a monster when I see one. And watching one parade around like he does angers me, and you, your children, deserve better. And better is being away from him."

Rei opened the window, "Who are you?"

"My name is Himiko Toga, and I want to bring Endeavor down," Himiko smiled sinisterly. "Care to help?"

The Brides

"I want to be brought over," Nemuri said, staring into Izuku's eyes.

"But why?" Izuku said, stunned. It had been a week since the attack and the destruction of the silver pack; he looked at Himiko, who smiled while Rumi appeared to be lost in thought. "Himiko was an accident, and we could describe it as such; what will we say about you?" Izuku got to his feet. "You know how the faculty will freak out if then the nature of our relationship is known."

"When you were attacked, we all felt it," Nemuri said; Himiko and Rumi nodded. "But Rumi and I couldn't get to you; we couldn't get to you to protect or help you."

"That saved Cami's life," Izuku countered.

"It did, and that fight nearly cost Rumi hers if she hadn't had some of your blood if I didn't have your blood," Nemuri countered. "I love you Izuku, Himiko and Rumi love you. I don't want decades; I want centuries. I wish not to be on your side; I want to be able to respond when the blood calls me. I cannot explain what it was like to hear that call and not be able to answer the way that Himiko did."

"Rumi?" Izuku said.

"I want to bear your child," Rumi said. "I want kits running at my feet after Nemuri is changed, and we test to see if that is still possible. Then I would want the same thing. I know that your seed is still viable. I feared that it was me, so…" Rumi fidgeted, "I was tested and can carry children. If my coming over was to reduce that even more," she bit her lip. "I want the kits more; I will join you after a litter or two."

"I knew you wanted children," Izuku said, stunned. "I understand, Rumi, but I am young. I don't know how good of a father I can be while in school."

"I will raise them," Rumi said quickly. "As long as you acknowledge them and spend time with them, with me is all I want."

Izuku was stunned, "Why are you so stunned?" Himiko said. "You are loved; you are desired. We understand how you feel about this, but you don't understand what this change is like for me. Consuming your blood was one thing, but since I have been changed, it is completely different. The way I feel or can sense you, the sensation now when I drink from you. The others are still good, but yours was levels above before and got even higher. We are yours, Izuku, we are yours," she whispered the last part as she pulled him down for a kiss."

"How would we even explain Nemi?" Izuku said once the kiss between him and Himiko ended.

"The council was dealt a blow, but they will come after you, Himiko, and Cami again," Nemuri said. "Aizawa said that once you make it pro, that will shield you, especially if you can rise in the ranks, but that will take time. I am already highly ranked; if I am brought over, I can be that shield for you until then."

"You are insane if you think that is going to fly?" Izuku said.

"I could declare my love for you on a stage and let the chips fall where they may," Nemuri said. "I can leak our little movie," she shivered. "I will sacrifice myself and let my love for you ring nationwide. I promise I will resign on the day you graduate and kiss you on that stage. I do not care then!"

"This is insane. I can't believe I am thinking about it," Izuku said.

"This was forced on you," Himiko said. "Had it not been, we would have never met, and this," she pointed to the group, "Would not be. I was an accident; our passion led to me being turned, but when you were attacked, it allowed me to be there and help you. It also brought me closer to you, a deeper understanding between us. It strengthened my love for you, made our bond stronger."

"I want that," Nemuri said. "Izuku, I want that; I want to be tied to you; to put it simply, Himiko is your wife, and I also want to be your wife. She will be by your side in class; let me be your shield to allow that peace of mind not only for the two of you but for Cami as well. She is important to you and, therefore, important to us."

"As do I," Rumi said, breaking her silence. "After I give you kits, I want to be your wife. Paper means nothing to me, but this will be forever till the stars burn out or till death takes me."

"No doubts," Himiko whispered.

"No unknowns," Nemuri whispered as she came to stand before him, her hands on his chest; Himiko took his right arm.

"Together," Rumi said, taking his left.

"You three are insane, but damn do I love you," Izuku said as they all held each other.

Some of them want to use you.
Some of them want to get used by you.
Some of them want to abuse you.
Some of them want to be abused.
