Izuku gulps as he walks into the American Highschool having been given a scholarship after impressing the American pro heroine, Celestia Shimmer, known as Burning Day. Her quirk is that she's able to turn herself into a miniature humanoid sun, where she doesn't just control plasma but also radiation and gravity. Making her one of the most powerful pro heroes in the world.

Flashback -
Celestia was visiting Japan with her sister Luna for something when she came across the sludge villain attack, where Katsuki was trap in the body of the villain. The heroes on the scene just stood by while Katsuki was tossed around as he wildly used his quirk trying to free himself. Celestia was about to step in when Izuku ran towards the villain and tried to free Katsuki. That's when both boys were pulled freed from the sludge villain and the sludge villain was lifted up into the air high in the sky before he burst in flames, reducing his mass.
The villain was dropped to the street where Celestia stomps on his body, knocked out from the pain. Being a tall beautiful mature woman, pink, dark-blue, pale-green and sky blue, with light-violent purple eyes, and pale grayish-pink skin. The power suit she's wearing does little to hide her K cups of her voluptuous body. Made her the center of attention quickly.
"3 so called pro heroes on the scene and instead of running in to help, you 3 stood back and watch. At least the kid did something," Celestia said to Mt Lady, Kamui Woods, and Death Arms.
"Hey who are you?" Death Arms asked.
"She's Burning Day, former number 1 pro hero of the Untied States before she retired and run her own school. And ex of All Might," Izuku said.
"Worst mistake of my life. Can't believe we ever thought it would work," Celestia said with a huff while the crowd stood in amazement.
"What are you doing here?" Mt Lady asked having heard of her when she was younger.
"Doing your jobs from the looks of things," Celestia said as she lifted the out cold sludge villain with her gravity power and toss him into the arms of Death Arms. "Now take care of the mess."
"Hey," Death Arms said holding the sludge villain.
"Now, young man I'm impress. Instead of doing nothing like those waste of money," Celestia said.
"Hey!" Kamui Woods said.
"How would you like to be an exchange student for my school, Canterlot High?" Celestia asked Izuku.
"What but he's quirkless," Katsuki snaps.
"And in America we have quirkless pro heroes. I dump All Might for my late husband One Bullet and he was quirkless. And he's the one who caused that famous hulmilating picture of him, with his head ram through a painting of a horse with his head coming out of the butt," Celestia said causing All Might who is watching covered his face remembering that.
"One Bullet?" Izuku asked.
"That's all he ever needed to take care of a villain," Celestia said.
"Then what happen to him then?" Katsuki asked.
"Plane crash," Celestia answers and turns to Izuku. "So kid, want to go overseas to learn to be a hero?" (1)

Present -
Izuku steady himself as he looked around for his guide that Celestia said would greet him. He accepted the offer and after some paperwork, he's now an exchange student for Canterlot High. A well known school for heroes on the west coast of the United States. Where the Day and Night sisters, two of the most famous pro heroes came from and now run.
American schools are so much different from Japan schools. More relax and after school clubs not being a big thing. The classmates change with what class you go to instead of the teachers being the one who change rooms. There is a school uniform but unlike back home it is more relax and has more variety in the colors and style you can wear.
Izuku is wearing a white shirt, a blue sweater vest, and blue pants.
"Hi, I'm Twilight Sparkle, and you're Izuku Midoriya right?" A purple haired with a purple red stripe girl asked. She has purple skin and violent eyes and she wore glasses. She wears the school uniform of a white shirt, a green sweater vests and a green skirt. She also has a shapely body with E cups.
"Yes," Izuku said.
"Welcome to Canterlot High, I'll be showing you around before first bell," Twilight said. "You have your schedule?"
"Yes," I have my class schedule," Izuku said. "The hero course is also PE?"
"The first years like you first learn the basics before going to more advance classes. Mostly learning how to rescue people from things like car crashes, handle fires, use first aid, building up your body, and how to use support equipment. Which you need to learn before going into the real hero training," Twilight explains.
"Oh ok," Izuku said following Twilight into the school.
"Twilight is that the guy that was with mom when she made the news in Japan?" A voiced called out.
The new girl is taller and buffer than Twilight, with orange skin, blue eyes, and red and yellow hair that looks like bacon. She wore a white shirt, a light blue sweater vest, and a blue skirt. She has an hourglass figure and H cups.
"Your mom is Burning Day?" Izuku asked.
"Yes and I have mom's power as well as grandma's empathetically," Sunset said.
"What's empathetically?" Izuku asked.
Sunset touched Izuku and suddenly Izuku was reliving the roof top encounter with All Might. Sunset let go of Izuku and had a pissed off look on her face.
"Glad that he's not my dad," Sunset said.
"You can read minds?" Izuku asked in amazement.
"Yes and mom is so going to want to learn about this," Sunset said.
"Wait you can't," Izuku said.
"Mom already knows all about All Might," Sunset said. "Now let me show you the rules around here."
"But I'm the one doing it," Twilight said.
"Can it Twilight, you can continue the tour after I tell Izuku how things work," Sunset said walking with Izuku outside to the courtyard where the other students are hanging out.
Izuku noticed that lots of students are all wearing the same style of uniform and are all hanging out together.
"Canterlot always has cliques that come and go with each new generation. With some lasting since the school opened, before quirks were a thing. There's always a top student leading the clique for the grade that they're in. As this is an elevator school. Now let me point out the top students you need to know for their cliques," Sunset said pointing out the students.
The Eco-kids who only wore the white shirt and blue pants or skirts. They're into environment protection and the heroes that come from there are mostly save the earth type heroes. The top student of the group is Applejack whose family runs an organic apple farm. A tall and muscular girl who wears an old-school cowgirl hat on her blonde hair, pale grayish-amber skin and light-sap green eyes, with H cups.
The Techies who wear green sweater vests and pants or skirts. They're tech base heroes and support class. The top student of the group is Twilight Sparkle.
The Athletes who all have the school's crest or the C shaped horseshoe on their clothes. Those are the more combat type heroes, who use sports to build up their bodies. The top student is Rainbow Dash. She has rainbow colored-hair with cyan skin and raspberry eyes, C cups.
The Fashionistas who all wear a bright blue vest and skirt or pants. The heroes are into style and making themselves look good. The top student is Rarity. Who has purple-hair, snow white skin and blue-jewel eyes, and has F cups.
The Drama kids who all wear who wear a dark blue vest and blue pants or skirts. They are good at bluffing and putting on a show. The top student is Trixie Lulamoon. Who has white hair, light blue skin, and purple eyes and has G cups.
The Entertainers who all wear a white shirt and a bright blue pants or skirt. They great at putting on a show and playing the crowd. The top student is Pinkie Pie. Who has pink cotton-like hair with light pink skin and light-blue eyes, and has F cups.
The Band who all wear a white shirt and a green pants or skirt. Those are the sound base and musical heroes. The top girl is Octavia Melody. Who has dark brown hair with gray skin, brown eyes, and has G cups.
The Goths who all wear dark makeup of some kind. The dark heroes and anti heroes. The top student is Tempest Shadow and tall and muscular girl. Who has dark red hair, dark purple skin, amber eyes, and has H cups.
The Autos who all wear a jacket of some kind. The heroes who have their own vehicles. The top girl is Vinyl Scratch. She has blue hair, white skin, and red eyes, and has D cups.
The Gamers who all have a handheld game device. They're into creating games and computer programming. The top girl is Derpy Hooves. She has blonde hair, gray skin, yellow eyes, and has E cups.
"Those are the major clique. And unlike in Japan quirkless heroes are common. Just find what you're good at and work at that," Sunset said.
"I really don't know what kind of hero, I want to be," Izuku said.
"Well there are all kinds of heroes and here you can find out what you want to be," Twilight said.
"Also don't try to be like All Might, he's a good hero but in his social life he has no life at all," Sunset said.
"Really?" Izuku asked.
"He's the his job is his life and without it he's alone and empty. It's the reason why mom dump him," Sunset said.

Elsewhere -
Celestia watched the camera feed of Izuku interacting with Sunset and Twilight who are showing him around the school. In the room with her is Zecora, a woman with dark skin with black and white hair, black eyes, and has I cups. She has the quirk to see visions of the future of what could happen as the future is ever changing.
"Well he's here," Celestia said.
"He will play an important role in the future. He now stands along side Sunset with others who are still in the shadows, facing something now," Zecora said.
"Well in any case at least the trip to Japan also got Luna to be a mother now," Celestia said.
Zecora is the reason why she and Luna went on the trip. She told them that both of them will find someone young who will be important to them. She found Izuku who showed himself to be a hero when no one else would do anything and also to stick it to All Might after she learned that he said only those with quirks could be heroes. Which she went and told to reporters, to stick it to him.
As for Luna she run into a little girl running away from her abusers. Luna made short work of the two men showing why she's Nightmare Moon, the most feared superheroine of the United States. The young girl Eri is now the adopted daughter of Luna who is helping her to control her quirk. After they called in some favors and got all the paperwork done, making it all official.
"With good training she will be a great heroine someday," Zecora said.
"For now we just have to wait and see what your vision has in store for us again," Celestia said.
