A/N- Wow! I just reread the previous chapter and was horrified at all the spelling errors. my humblest apologies. I'm visually impaired, don't have a beta and do all the writing on my phone or tablet. I am so happy to see new people have favorites and followed this labor of love that I started way back when COVID was rocketing, especially in the US where I live. Sorry it's taken so long. I'm very center focused and in 2023 I focused on other things and the story unfortunately suffered. The chapters will continue to be shorter than they originally started, but Im just in a different place, writing-wise and I can't put out 5,000 word chapters anymore. I hope you guys understand. In the interest of all of you that have faithfilly followed this over these years I've decided to finish this story up in one or two chapters and I have outlined out another story instead of adding to this one and making you guys wait. My son just started his last year of college so Empty Nest and Scared Parent of a paraplegic child is settig in so I'm not as inspired to write. I promise this story will be completed. I hate getting invested in a story and it never gets finished and I swore I would never do that with my first story. At least 2023 wasn't a waste. I've gotten through basic Spanish lessons and am almost finished my second year. Thank you all for sticking with me and I will make a supreme effort to get something out to you soon. Meanwhile, thank you to all the new readers that have recently followed and favorited the story. It was you that inspired me to add this note after receiving multiple emails. I never expected any responses but the prsonal messages and words of encouragement have been so appreciated! Words cant even express what your kindness has meant to me through this process. I also read the song of Ice and Fire books finally and can't get mad at GRRM for not finishing his story if I can't finish my own. Thanks again and I hope to release a new chapter soon!
