Chapter 15

Previously in Secret Rendezvous: Thomas gets the surprise of a lifetime and Liam is caught baring his soul

Hospital: Exam Room

"You are not pregnant Hope. But we did see some results that have us worried, so I have ordered a few more tests." Bridgette says to her sister, noticing how quickly the mood in the room changed.

"Are you sure I'm not pregnant?" the younger woman asks.

"I am sure. Aren't you worried about the other results that we got?" the doctor asks, confused. She feels sorry for her sister, it seemed as if she was going down the same road as their mother. Because she had the feeling that disappointment radiating from the young Blonde had to do with a man. And if rumors were true she was after Steffy's husband. Suddenly Hope's face lights up.

"It can't be that serious Bridge, I feel fine." She says.

"Actually..." the older woman is cut off by a knock on the door. The door opens and Finn walks in.

"Are you okay Hope? I just got your text message." he asks. They both turn to face Bridgette.

"I'll give you two a moment." she says with a small smile and walks to the door. Once in the hallway she pulls here phone from her lab coat pocket and makes a call.

"Mom?" she asks.

"Hi Honey." Brookes greets, surprised.

"I am worried about Hope. I think she is going after Finn."

Hospital: Little Phoebe's Room

Steffy is standing in the doorway, tear running down her cheeks.

"I really do hope your mom forgives me for being such a fool and gives me another chance. She is my soulmate and the love of my life." Liam says, not seeing the topic of his thoughts.

Suddenly the young girls eyes flutter open and looks over Liam's shoulder. "Mommy?" she says shyly. Liam turns around and Steffy sees tears in his eyes as well.

"Steffy?" he asks.

"Are you completely done waffling between me and other woman?" she asks back, walking into the room.
"You are the only one for me. And it's not just because you are the mother of my children, but because you bring color into my world, you make me live and you have this love and passion for life that takes my breath away." he tells her as she leans over and kisses the little girl's forehead. Watching the show of love, he smiles.

"I Liam take you Steffy to be my lawfully wedded wife. To have and to hold, from this day forward. For better for worse, for richer or poorer. In sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until death do us part. I've never known anyone like you Steffy, you just never know what to expect. You just have this energy, the way you live life every minute, every hour. You bring something out in me that nobody else ever have. It's this drive to seize every moment. The thing about you Steffy, is that every second in life matters. I'm convinced now that that's the only way to live. I'll be a lucky man if I get to share a life with you, you and our children. Today I give you my whole life and my whole future, joyfully." he recites, changing the wording of some and skipping others. He then wraps her in his arms and brushes his lips against her's, after a second they deepen the kiss. Everything else fades away and they don't notice most of their families (Ridge, Taylor, Bill, and Thomas) until the sound of clapping breaks through the fog. The pair break apart, yet keeping eye contact, conveying the love they both share. They both look at the child when she starts giggling. At the same time the reach over and start to tickle the small girl. When they hear small giggles from behind them, they turn to see Amelia holding Hayes and Kelly standing next to them. Liam goes and grabs Hayes and Steffy takes young Kelly by the hand. They all gather around the other small girl.
