This is something i always thought about, because Emily was always secretive about her life in the earlier seasons until season 6, also it makes me sad that she always ends up alone.

A young woman walked into the BAU building looking out of breath, pulling up her side bag that keeps slipping off her shoulder and on her other hand holding on to the wrist of a little girl carrying a school bag pack, who seem to be running compared to the big steps taken by the young woman and just holding on to her dear little life. The young woman walks up to the reception desk and the security makes a call, then gives them visitor's badges and directs them to the elevators and she continues to rush dragging the little girl.

As the elevators open they rush out and she is looking around the room like she is expecting to see someone she knows.

A woman's voice from behind startle the young woman; "You said you got a package for agent Prentiss?" says the woman.

"ah yes. Not how I put it but close. Where is she?"; says the young woman as she continue scanning the room.

"She is not here, she is out in the field at the moment. I work with her, how can I help? I can give her the package on your behalf? And you are?" says the woman.

"I got a call from the school since they couldn't reach Emily and I also tried to reach her but it went to voicemail. I had to bring her along to my afternoon classes but now I need to go for my hospital rounds and I cannot bring her along. Policies, I checked. " says the young woman who seem to be panicking and running out of breathe, pointing to the child.

With a confused look on her face the woman says; "What?".

The young woman bends on her knees to the height of the child, fixes the child's hair and bag pack then hold out her hands in her palms rubbing the top of her little hands and look into her eyes; "You gonna stay with this nice lady, what's your name?".

"Penelope. Wai-." She says before getting cut off.

The woman look back to the child; "Penelope, she works with your mom, I'll come fetch you if she still hasn't come back and take you home. Keep your phone with you and don't give her trouble. We will talk about today." She kiss the forehead of the child then stands up fixing her side bad and rushing to the elevator as they are about to close but makes it in. Penelope seem to be out of words, the child just stares her back in silence for a while.

"Her name is Monica by the way. Penelope Garcia?"; say the little reaching her hand in to shake Garcia's with a smile.

"Yes."; says Garcia with hesitation and confusion.

"Micah. I am sorry, she is not always like that. I have heard a lot about all of you."

"Please follow me."; says Garcia heading to her office. She runs to her monitors as the phone is ringing she picks it up but doesn't say anything to the team. After the phone call she turn to face the girl who is still standing by the door.

"Don't tell her that I am here, she is going to worry. She needs all her focus to catch bad people."; says the girl moving closer to Garcia.

Garcia just nods and turn back to her monitors, she got so many questions but she forces herself to focus. It had been 11 hours, the girl was sleeping on the floor , Garcia created a little cushion with blankets she got from the storage room. Monica came to fetch her but didn't want to wake her up so decided to go home and shower and asked Garcia to text her when Micah wakes up.

Emily looks at her phone and realizes that when she and Morgan were chasing an unsub and her phone fell it switched off. She finally attempts to switch it on, she only then realizes the missed calls and texts from both the school, Monica and Garcia. She excuse herself and calls Garcia, confused that she has spoken to Garcia the whole day she said nothing.

"Hey Garcia. Where is she?"; says Emily in a rushed soft tone.

"She is sleeping. And so cute."; As she smiles and takes a picture to send to Emily.

"Thank you, I didn't realise my phone was off and -"

"Emily. She is fine, we actually had a great time. We will see you guys when you land."

It's around 5am and the team is arriving, Emily seems anxious to get out of the elevator looking at the numbers as they head up.

Morgan notice; "Em are you okay?" "You look like you are in a hurry."

She ignores him and the team all just brush it off. Garcia was waiting outside the elevator doors and as soon as the doors open, Emily pushed Reid and rushed to out bumping into Garcia.

"My office!"; scream Garcia.

"What's up with Emily?"; asks JJ to Garcia.

"She had a package."

"Must be Important.";says Morgan.

Emily rushes in and kneel next to the girl, and whispers into the girl's ear as she runs her fingers through her hair. "Oh peanut. Look at you, come here."

As she picks her up into a hug and holds her very tight and kissing her cheek. The girl stirs awake but still fighting sleep.

"Did you the bad people?";says Micah in a sleepy tone.

"Yes we did. Come there are people I want to introduce you to." Emily says as she walks out and go to join the team with Micah clinging to her like a cub.

"I missed you.";says Micah to Emily.

"I missed you more." Emily clears her throat to get the team's attention; "Hey guys, there is someone I like you to meet."

Everyone's face is shocked and maybe a bit surprised too. She taps Micah's butt, puts her down and holds her hand walking closer to the team.

"This is JJ"

"Reid"

"Rossi"

"Hotch and Morgan." Everyone this is Micah, my daughter.

"Hi" says Micah as she waves and smile to the team. Morgan kneel down and shakes Micah's hand; "It's nice to meet you, Micah. I don't know about everyone but I am hungry. What do you say?"

"Yeah"; Micah says looking up to Emily, who agrees.

They all grab their bags and head out to eat except for Hotch who goes to his office. They get at the diner the everyone orders and they all chatting. Reid asked Micah what she did to get expelled. And she shares how she punched a 5th grader after finding out his the reason one of her classmate is not coming to school lately from the bullying. Morgan, Reid, Penelope and Rossi seem to be impressed and giving Micah high fives except for JJ and Emily who seem to try and stop the cheering.
