This is the 62nd chapter. I don't own the series of My Hero Academia or the series of Justice League.
Return of Bruce Wayne, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne
Two weeks have passed since the Hero Provisional License Exam has been hold thanks to the Joker and his group. Many of the parents mourned the deaths of their kids who're the students in different academies, and the students survived were traumatized when they've witnessed something horrific. The Bat Family, Oguro Family, and Superman Family informed the Justice League and the Teen Titans about the return of the Joker and his members of Royal Flush Gang, Prank, Punchline, and Partyman, and them turning the arena into a death trap for the students. It made them shocked and furious of the Joker's return from the dead, meaning that someone is stupid enough to bring the Clown Prince of Crime back by using the Lazarus Pit. Even Harley Quinn is stunned of the Joker's return since she used to work with him, but being used and manipulated while held up in prison many times.
The students of U.A. High continued their training since they've got time to extend their powers and combat before the exam could start again. The U.A. Staff members decided to take extra precautions by adding surveillance cameras for the safety of their students and preventing Mineta on looking at the girl's dorms and sneaking in. The JMP and the Police Force are patrolling around the city to keep an eye on the criminals while some of the heroes are helping them.
Now in Gotham City, Batman and Robin were patrolling the city since the Joker is now back and the civilians are about to be in for one hell of a nightmare. They're currently listening to the radio broadcast in case the Joker is around in the city.
"You're still looking for the Joker?" Batgirl asks. "We've been patrolling and looking for him for 2 weeks. Still no sign of him."
"We have to keep looking, there's no telling when the Joker shows up." Batman told him.
"Batman, I get it you're looking for him, but finding Joker the old-fashioned way is like we're finding a needle in a haystack." Knuckleduster points out. "I'm zeroing the coordinates of where we can find him...There! He's at the Ace Chemicals."
"Ace Chemicals? Isn't that the place where Joker falling into the chemicals after Batman interrupting the heist?" Delta questions as they drive their vehicles to head that direction.
"Yeah, but it not only changed his appearance, but it also turned him into what he is." Nightwing answered. "He made a lot of enemies besides Bruce Wayne."
"Like who?" Catwoman inquires.
"Roman Sinois, AKA, Black Mask, he's the crime lord in charge at Sinois Steel Mill which it's a cover up to manufacture drugs and preparing his plan against Batman. Which you guys had some pretty good ideas about how it went." Nightwing explains. "Anyway, Joker kidnapped him and hired only 8 assassins for 50 million dollars on Batman's head."
"Then, he discovered the truth of Joker's plan and rescued Black Mask, Batman took down 8...well, 7...he arrested the Joker and dragging him to Arkham Asylum." Red Hood adds. "Though, I'm pretty sure Bruce told you about him."
"He did. He also told us how the Joker manipulates Harvey and having her known as Harley Quinn." Batman replied. "She's not exactly very bright whenever she tries to impress him."
"That and she's being used after getting caught many times while the Joker got away." Batgirl adds.
"But didn't he died after succumbing too much Venom?" Robin asks curiously.
"Yeah, but for some reason, he cheated death and decided to join the Legion of Doom to fight against the Justice League and the Titans. We lost many, including myself, Jason, Tim, and Damian. Bruce killed the Joker and retired since he breaks the 'no kill' code." Nightwing explains. "That is until you guys came along. You guys took up one of our mantles and carrying out the legacy of the Bat Family."
"Actually, I'm carrying out mom's legacy as the new Catwoman, Elijah became Red X, and Tamao is Delta. James, Emily, Ethan, and Eri are carrying out their legacy." Catwoman points out as Nightwing and Red Hood chuckled a bit.
"You know what he means." Knuckleduster said with a smirk.
At the Ace Chemicals, the Bat Family, Delta, Red X, and Catwoman have arrived and quietly went inside of the building when they split up, using their gadgets to launch themselves in between the ventilation system, the doors, or taking down a group of thugs since the Joker didn't think of the security system. Then again, Joker made the Industrial District as the base of operation last time back in Arkham City and Bruce always find way in while taking down the thugs quietly.
After they made their way into the chemicals while taking down those thugs, they were now gathered and looks around for anymore.
"Don't you think this is too easy?" Red Robin asks as the laugh was heard when the lights are on, revealing to be a large number of thugs and the Joker at the catwalk.
"Easy? For me! Sucks to be you!" Joker said with a smirk.
"Joker." Batman said with a brooding glare.
"Batman! So nice to see you and your bat geeks to join in." Joker said. "Here I thought you couldn't make it. I'm starting to get lonely in here."
"Shut it, Joker!" Red X snapped. "We're taking you in!"
The Joker responds with a laugh at his remark.
"Big talk, coming from a skull-head who looks like a rip-off reaper." Joker remarked. "So, I've been gathering all of my friends and make this place as my base. Just like the old days where I can make Joker Venom. And speaking of which, I've got something that comes to mind of my return."
The Joker then points at the window as they turned and saw a giant-sized clown balloon.
"This balloon is filled with gas that has special blend of my own latest Joker Venom. Though, I've been making some kinks of my own." Joker told them. "But there's three other things that I did while you're taking your sweet time in Japan."
And with the snap of his fingers, three shadow figures revealed themselves which happens to be Bruce Wayne, Damian Wayne, and Tim Drake, the original Bat Family who died by the hands of Joker and Ra's Al Ghul. Their attires are similar to the Joker's along with white and red face paint covered their faces and lips. It got them shocked in horror and disbelief.
However, the appearance of Bruce Wayne is different because he looked like in his late 30s while Damian is in his late teens.
"Oh God...no..." Batman muttered.
"After I've been brought back from the dead, I decided to bring those three back with the old assassins pit and make them as my personal sidekicks. Even thought, they have dry humor, better than Harley's anyway." Joker said, then looks at Batman.
"But that can't be! We buried Bruce Wayne!" Catwoman shouts. "And Bruce buried their bodies!"
"Ooh, see that's the thing about it...I was the one who brought them here. And here they are, alive and well!" Joker said with a sinister smirk.
They widen their eyes, realized what happen. Joker somehow secretly swapped the dead bodies with fake and grabbing hold of the ash, but it clicked their minds.
"The Lazarus Pit!" Batman exclaims.
"Smart kid, just like old Brucey, but it won't do you any good." Joker said as he snapped his fingers, causing the thugs to surround them. "I have my own parade to get to, and I can't miss of my 'Welcome Back' event. TTFN: Taa Taa For Now~!"
Joker then lets out a laugh while leaving the group of thugs handling the Bat Family, Delta, and Red X. However, their eyes slowly turn to anger and their fists clenched tightly, hearing the Joker using the Lazarus Pit on bringing Bruce, Damian, and Tim back and using them for his own twisted agenda. While it's true that the Joker is known for becoming a homicidal maniac, a psychopath, and a mass murderer, but him desecrating the dead is a whole new level.

Just as one of those thugs charged toward Batman, he dodged the punch and grabbed his arm, snapping it without hesitation. The thug cried out in pain as Batman followed up the attack by punching him hard to the stomach, causing the thug to fall to his knees and spits blood out of his mouth which was a broken rib. Batman decided to finish it quickly as he grabs his head and slamming him down to the hard floor, knocking him out cold. After dealing with the thug, Batman slowly walked towards the large number of thugs with pure anger.
Nightwing, Red Hood, Batgirl, Red Robin, Robin, Catwoman, Delta, and Red X pull out their arsenals, slowly walking towards the thugs. The group of thugs are starting to slowly turn their expression into fear but doesn't want to let their boss down while showing determination as they charged after them, which the group of thugs are losing numbers when their bones are broken, shot, and slashed.
One of the villains tried to beat Batgirl with chains, but she kicked him in the sternum and turning her tonfas into a hammer, bashed him in the skull while swings it right at the other thug in the knee joint. The thugs cried out in pain as Batgirl tased them, knocking them out. Catwoman cracks her whip right at the group of thugs, making them lose their weapons while Delta fired her twin Beretta M9 in the heads, killing them. Red Hood swings his crowbar and beat then number of villains while Red X threw his shurikens at them, killing them in the process.
The thugs charged at Nightwing, who also charged after them and swings his batons at them while stunning them with electricity. He then blocks and counter, knocking them down. The thug was about to take him down, but Bruce knocks him down by punching him in the back of his head which Nightwing widen his eyes in shock.
"Bruce?" Nightwing said.
"Thought you need a hand." Bruce told him with a small smile. "Joker may have brought me back, but it'll take more than that to turn against those I deeply care."
Nightwing then nods in respond as he and Bruce continued fighting against the group of thugs. Batman and Robin are teaming up, taking down a large number of thugs while breaking the bones when the Dark Knight grabs one thug and lifts him up in the air, before bringing him down in one knee, breaking his back. The crack is heard by all other thugs and they're starting to panic.
"H-He...he breaks his back! His freaking back!"
Damian grabs hold of the thug by the hand and kicks him in the knee, then slams him down to the floor, knocking him down. The thugs then charges after him, but Damian readied his fighting stance while Batman, Catwoman, and Robin gives him a helping hand.
"So, you're the new Batman Dad is talking about." Damian said, taking one of them down. "Have to admit, you made quick work out of him. And you had the same fighting style as Dad."
"Funny, your Dad and Barbara told me about you. That you're a spoiled brat during your first arrival in Gotham City, and slowly grow in the process." Batman remarked which Damian gave him a dirty look, causing Nightwing and Bruce to chuckle a bit.
"Well, he's not wrong." Nightwing said, then knocks the thug out. "You really are a brat when we first met."
"But did I also mention he never had a childhood and never know how to act someone his age?" Bruce adds with a question.
"You did." Batman answered as Damian growled at that as Tim Drake gives Batgirl and Red Robin a hand by beating those thugs.
"So, I take you're Barbara's kids?" Tim inquires.
"And you're the original Red Robin, Tim Drake." Red Robin counters, then takes down some thugs with his bo staff. "Bruce said you're smart and a natural detective, but you're also a geek when it comes to computers and tech."
"And I'm proud of that." Tim remarked and then delivers a roundhouse kick to the face, knocking the thug out.
Catwoman slides through him, and then delivered a reverse hurricanrana driver. She then blocks the attack and encounter by using spinning heel kick to the jaw. She then swipes the other thug with his claws, followed by her knowledge of pressure points to knock him down. Red X kills one of those thugs with his wrist-blade, turns his body and then threw shurikens right in the neck, killing those thugs. Red X and Catwoman leaps in the air, delivering a kick at the other thugs in the jaw. Red X bob and weaves while delivering a hook punch in the jaw, followed by a knee to the stomach, and then finished by axe kick to the back of his neck. Catwoman delivers a low sweep, grabs hold of his arm and breaks a bone which made the thug cried in pain.
Batgirl and Red Robin punches the thug in the jaw, then delivering a takedown, and finished it by grabbing his legs, then yanks them in opposite directions stretching out his groin area which causes a thug to cry out in pain as they kicked him in the face, knocking him out.
Bruce, Batman, and Robin are working together after taking down the last remaining thugs, knocking them down and breaking bones, ending the fight.

After the fight is over, they tied up those thugs while letting the GCPD take care of it. They decided to head for the Batcave since they still need to find the Joker before he starts spreading the Joker Venom around the city.
At the Batcave, Bruce, Damian, and Tim got rid of their attire along with face paint since they were able to fool those thugs, but Joker will learn about it eventually. Ethan, Emily, Lita, James, and even Eri told them that they met the old enemies like: Scarecrow, Ragdoll, Royal Flush Gang, and even the Main Man, Lobo. It didn't surprise Bruce, Tim, or Damian at all since they too have some encounters during their times as crime fighters.
They even informed the Justice League and the Teen Titans about the return of Bruce, Damian, and Tim by the hands of the Joker. Though, they were completely stunned of their return which they knew it's the Lazarus Pit, but they were also pretty mad at the Joker's actions of desecration. Delta and Red X are right now patrolling the city while given them a break.
"Guess you finally met the Justice League and officially joined." Bruce said with a smile, turning to his adopted son. "I'm proud of you and your team."
"Thanks, but we won't have learned if it weren't for you." Ethan said. "But with the Joker here, there's no telling where he'll be heading with that giant balloon since it's a dead giveaway."
"Guys! I found him, and you're not gonna believe this!" Delta informed them as she shows them that the Joker is on a birthday cake parade float along with the giant-sized clown balloon dragged by the remaining thugs who are with him.

They watched from the screen, watching the Joker, who's wearing a fedora hat on his head and a trench coat above his attire with a cyan handkerchief on the coat pocket, and his thugs arrived on a street which it got the civilians attention. They were gathered around, watching the Joker and the thugs riding on the parade float and pulling the giant-sized clown balloon. The crowd were roaring with cheer while Joker is getting to the rhythm of the music, pumping his hands up in the air and turning to the crowd to the left with his hand. Then he turns to the right with a smile a wave of his hand, which the crowd cheered even more.
Joker and the thugs then grab hold of hand full of money, throws it into the air which causes the civilian to grab them with their hands in the air. Even the police grabs hold of money while Joker and the thugs continued throwing money around and the civilians grabbing them. Joker lets out a smirk while dancing.
Delta is watching the entire scene, raising her eyebrow.
"Seriously? He's throwing money around at the parade?" Elijah asks in annoyance.
"You've got to be kidding!" Catwoman adds, also annoyed.
"I wish, but from the looks of it, he's actually here and it's not a joke." Delta told them. "You guys might want to hurry up and get there before Joker starts spreading gas around."
"We're on our way." Ethan said, ending transmission as he and his team are about to head out.
"Hold it!" Bruce called them, earned their attention. "I think it's time I come out of my retirement."
"Plus, you'll be needing all the help you can get against the Joker." Damian adds with a smirk.
And with that, Bruce, Tim, and Damian put on their old suits on as they head out to help Delta, save the civilians, and take down Joker and his gang.
While back at the streets of Gotham City, Joker threw money in the air and pump his hands in the air with a sinister smile on his face and the civilians cheered.

After the music ends, Joker grabs the microphone.
"And now folks! It's time for who do you trust? Hubba, hubba, hubba! Money, money, money! Who do you trust? Me? I'm given away free money! And where is the Batman? He's at home washing his tights!" Joker said as he laughed, but it got his attention when he looks up in the sky and saw the Batwing flying around. "Winged bat who flies through the night and finds. Ready the mask."
The thugs then put on their gas masks, which Delta widens her eyes in realization as she puts on her mask.
"Guys, you might want to hurry!" Delta warned them.
"Sit tight, Delta! We're almost there!" Nightwing informed her.
"And now..." Joker said, pulling out the detonator. "Comes the part where I relieve you, the little people of the burden of your failed and useless lives, but as my plastic surgeon always said, 'If you got to go, go with a smile.'"
Joker lets out a laugh while putting on his mask and presses the button as the Joker Venom from the balloon starts to spread around the street, which the civilians slowly started to panic and scream, running while some slowly started to laugh from the gas. Delta watches the civilians run and died from laughing with horror, hoping her team would hurry. Batgirl drives the Batwing down to the balloons which she and her brother notices the civilians are slowly dying from laughing by the Joker Venom and there were more than one giant-sized balloons floating.
She then uses the Batwing, activating the clippers to grab hold of the ropes, dragging the balloons away which Joker looked up and saw it.
"My balloons!" Joker shouts as she then drags the balloons away from the city and up in the sky. "Those are my balloons!"
While Batgirl and Red Robin (James) are off distance and away from Gotham City, she cuts the rope and the balloons are floating up as she glides back into the city.
"The balloons are out of the city. We're heading back to the city." Batgirl informed.
"Good, we'll meet you there." Batman (Bruce) said, ending transmission.
Joker walks down the stairs and to the road with an angry look on his face, watching the civilians ran as he turns to the thugs.
"HE STOLE MY BALLOONS! NOW I'LL NEVER MAKE THE PUNCHLINE!?" Joker yelled angrily. "I guess I'll do it the old fashion way!"
Delta brings her Barrett MRAD, aiming at one of the thugs while waiting for her team to arrive when Batgirl and Red Robin (James) fly towards them. The Batmobile arrived at the streets along with Red X, Catwoman, Robin (Damian), Red Hood, and Red Robin (Tim) who are riding their motorcycles. They all got out of their vehicles and slowly walk towards them with brooding glares.
"Ahhh, if it isn't the new Batsy." Joker said with a smirk. "I hope you like my little gifts."
"Shut it, Batman!" Robin (Damian) snapped, pulls out his katana. "We're here to stop you!"
"Oh, pu-lease, as if it's not the first time for anything. I just really wish you three duke it out of those brats." Joker remarked with a shrug. "Still, I am very pissed at you for ruined my punchline! So, I think it's time to put you in your place! Boys!"
But just as they're about to pull out their weapons, Delta fires her sniper at one of the thugs hand and it got him scream in pain. Joker quickly turns and saw the thug scream while hold his bloody hand. They then threw their batarangs at them, forcing them to disarm their weapons and charged after them while the thugs did the same.
The Bat Family, Catwoman, and Red X were able to beat them easily, taking them down and breaking their bones. Joker was about to deliver a punch, but Batman (Ethan) blocks and punched him right in the jaw, followed by Robin (Eri) delivering a kick to the sternum while Batman (Bruce) delivers two punches in the jaw. Both Batman and Robin just tag teaming Joker, hitting him over and over. Eventually, Robin (Damian) does a front flip, landing behind him and delivers a low sweep while Batman (Bruce) delivers a spinning heel kick to the face, knocking Joker down to the ground.
"Ugh! No fair! This isn't supposed to happen!" Joker snapped with a groan, stands up with a scowl.
"Then you should've never revived them in a first place, but you got yourself a lot more trouble with us." Batman (Ethan) remarked as he kicks him in the gut and Robin (Eri) delivers a hard kick to the head, leaving Joker stumbled and feeling woozy.
"You're despicable!" Joker said as he fell down, causing them to smirk in respond.
Few minutes later, the GCPD arrested those thugs and the Joker, taking them to the Arkham Asylum while the Bat Family, Delta, Catwoman, and Red X watches from the top of the building.
"You think the Joker comes back to finish what he started?" Batman (Ethan) asks, turning to his adopted father.
"He will, but for now, Gotham City is safe. We can rest easy, but if the Joker is back, we'll be ready." Batman (Bruce) replied.
"And this time, he's gone for good." Red Hood adds which it got his attention.
"What do you mean by that?" Batman (Bruce) inquires. "Hope it doesn't involve killing."
"I'll explain later." Batman (Ethan) said.
While the Bat Family, Delta, and Red X are heading back at the Wayne Manor, the GCPD are taking the criminals and Joker to the Arkham Asylum, but the Clown Prince of Crimes let out a sinister smirk on his face.
"I'll be back, Batman! I always do with a smile on my face!" Joker said. "Count on it!"
And then, the Joker lets out a laugh since he'll be back in Gotham City to continue his work and to take down Batman and his team.

The reason I put 'Trust' song is because it's a tribute to Prince since he's an avid fan of Batman and puts on 9 songs for the Batman movies back at the day.
