Hey everyone chipsandfish2 here with a new story.

This has been on my mind for a while now and I decided to finally put it into action. I hope you all enjoy it.

Chapter 1: A Gift Like No Other

Mirabel was nervous. She was standing in front of a glowing dorr, her door. It was time for her to get her miracle. Normally, a member of her family would receive their gift the second they touch the doorknob to their new rooms. However, Mirabel was a special case.

From the moment she could walk, she suddenly to move things with her hands without even having to touch anything.

No one knew how it happened, but her Abuela called it an "Early Miracle".

Now, on her 5th birthday, she was finally old enough to have her own special room.

(Meanwhile)

Grand Master Yoda was sitting in his chambers meditating when he suddenly felt a shift in the force.

"Hm. Unusual, this is." He murmured to himself.

He got down from his seat and walked to the source, following the energy the force was emitting from it.

Back at the Encanto, Mirabel placed her hand on the glowing door. It shined brightly as a new design started to appear.

When the glowing stopped, everyone looked at the design on the door.

There was a symbol that looked a sword pointing upwards and surrounded by a pair of wings.

Everyone was confused as they had no idea what this meant.

While everyone was thinking, Mirabel decided to open the door to see what her new room looked like.

However, instead of a fancy room like her sisters and cousins, she was met with a strange corridor.

She continued through, her family close behind her. The townspeople tried coming through, but some invisible wall blocked their way.

The Madrigals looked behind them and saw the situation. Before they could say anything, a voice spoke up.

"The source of the energy, this must have been."

The family turned and saw a small green creature with pointy ears, white hair, a cloak, and a cane.

"Hello there."

(Scene change)

After recovering from the initial shock, the little green man, who introduced himself as Yoda, led the Madrigal family, consisting of Miralbel, Agustin, Hulieta, and Alma, through the temple.

The family couldn't believe what they were seeing. Not only were they in an entirely different world, but there were so many being that weren't humans. For heavens sake, there was a being who was slithering like a snake. (A/N: we all know who that jedi is)

Soon, they reached a door with an elevator that lifted them up to a chamber. When the doors opened, there were greeted to a small room with different alien species, including the snake-like jedi who came with them.

After entering, the explanations began.

"So this power, the Force, is not magic, but a source of energy that binds all living things?" Alma asked.

That is correct." Plo Koon confirmed. "There is both the light side, the Jedi, and the dark side, the Sith."

"And now you want to take Mirabel into your Order." Julieta asked, nervousness creeping into her tone.

Yoda nodded. "Strong with the force, she is. Much potential, I see in her."

"Absolutely not!" Alma said. "She belongs with her family, at our Encanto."

"Be that as it may, if she doesn't learn how to properly use the Force and control her emotions, she's at risk of falling to the dark side." Mace countered.

Mirabel's parents looked at each other in worry and fear. They didn't want to imagine their daughter becoming evil and commiting crimes with her power.

"Perhaps we can use this in a way that benefits both sides." Shaak Ti spoke up.

Her plan basically consisted of Mirabel alternating between training at the temple and spending time with her family. It would be a test to see if her attachments to her family would have some sort of impact on her ability to use the force. The closest they did to this was with Anakin Skywalker who came to the temple 3 years ago.

Alma was still very adamant about this, but eventually agreed after some persuasion from Yoda.

And so started Mirabel's journey and training as the Jedi of the Encanto.

(Meanwhile)

Bruno returned to his room, an uneasy feeling in his gut. This Force power was unlike anything anyone had ever seen.

To ease the uneasy feeling, he sat down and concentrated. As the sand gathered around, he saw Mirabel, a group of men in some kind of armor, a woman screaming, and finally….

And that's a wrap.

What could Bruno's vision mean? What does this mean for Mirabel? And why do female Twi'leks wear those head things while male Twi'leks don't?
