~~Hello, readers, I'm back with a new chapter.
I don't own anything from Pokemon or Sofia the First.
Only my original characters belong to me.~~
Sioku and her Flareon had just been transported to an unfamiliar castle by a mysterious portal.
Sioku continued to explore the garden until she found a wooden bench near a fountain.
She sat down and listened to the peaceful sound of streaming water.
Flareon sat on the grass near Sioku.
"I wish I knew why you and I came to this castle," said Sioku to Flareon.
Flareon let out a relaxed yawn in response.
Much to her surprise, Sioku spotted a young girl with wavy, auburn hair passing by.
Her outfit consisted of a lilac princess gown, a pearl-hemmed and studded lilac petaled skirt, a yellowish petticoat with a lilac band;a swirly tiara inset with pink sapphires, white pearls, and a turquoise diamond; and violet slippers with bows and mid heels.
"Wow, she looks beautiful," commented Sioku while studying the princess.
Flareon wagged her tail gently in return.
The princess curiously approached Sioku and Flareon.
"Hello, Mis, my name is Sofia. Do you need any help?" she greeted in a soft voice.
"Hi, Princess Sofia, my name is Sioku Marie. I am a Pokemon trainer from the Unova Region. A mysterious portal randomly transported my Pokemon and me here a few minutes ago," Sioku explained.
Before Sofia could respond, Flareon rested her front paws on the girl's shoulders.
Sofia smiled while petting Flareon's back softly.
Sioku's cheeks flushed with embarrassment as she watched her Pokemon.
"Get down, Flareon," she scolded.
Flareon immediately lowered herself to the ground.
She then sat down by Sioku's feet.
"I apologize for my Pokemon's behavior, Sofia. Flareon isn't supposed to jump on people. I'm training her to be a service Pokemon," said Sioku with a remorseful expression.
"It's okay, Sioku, your fox wasn't bothering me at all. She's really cute," replied Sofia happily.
A brief period of silence passed by.
"Pardon me, Sofia, what is this place?" asked Sioku curiously.
"Sioku, you and your creature have arrived in the kingdom of Enchancia. Welcome to my castle," answered Sofia cheerfully.
"Thank you, Sofia, I'm glad to be here. Your garden is really pretty," said Sioku with a smile.
"Thanks, I spend a lot of my free time out here with my animal friends. Would you like me to show you around?" Sofia replied.
Sioku nodded, then stood up.
Flareon shook off with excitement.
Sioku held onto Flareon's fur collar as she followed Sofia toward a stone staircase.
Sofia happily led her new friends up the stairs and through the castle doors.
Sioku and Flareon followed the cheerful princess down a long corridor that led to a dining hall.
A man, a woman, and two children were seated around a table.
"You're just in time for dinner, Sofia," said the queen.
"Thanks, Mom," replied Sofia as she led Sioku to a seat next to her.
Sioku carefully situated herself in the chair.
"Thank you, kind princess," she said softly to Sofia.
"You're welcome, Sioku," replied Sofia quietly.
Flareon laid down under the table.
The king looked at Sioku, then at his youngest daughter.
"Who's your new friend, Sofia?" he asked.
Sofia pointed at Sioku and answered, "Her name is Sioku Marie. I found this girl and her fox creature in the garden."
"I'm pleased to meet you all," said Sioku politely.
"Welcome to Enchancia, Sioku. I am King Roland," replied the king.
"I am Queen Miranda. You are more than welcome to have dinner with us," added the queen.
"Thank you very much, Your Majesty," said Sioku graciously.
"We're glad to have you here," responded King Roland.
Sioku watched the servant with a delighted expression as he set a tray of food and a glass of ice water on the table in front of her.
"Thank you, sir," she said with a smile.
"You're quite welcome, Mis," replied the servant before he stepped away.
A long period of silence passed by as Sioku and the royal family enjoyed their meal.
"Excuse me, Sioku, where did you come from?" asked the girl with long, blond hair.
Her outfit consisted of a chartreuse gown, gold heels, red earrings, and a crystal tiara inset with peridots.
"I was just going for a walk with my Pokemon when a mysterious, bright light suddenly appeared and swirled around us. Then, a glowing portal hovered above my head. I grabbed my Pokemon before the portal carried us away. Several minutes later, my Pokemon and I landed in your garden. That's where we met Princess Sofia," Sioku explained.
"That sounds like an interesting adventure, Sioku. My name is Princess Amber," responded the blond-haired girl.
"Sioku, do you know how to get back home?" asked Miranda.
"No, the portal vanished as soon as my Pokemon and I landed here. I don't know when I'll see another one," answered Sioku with a confused expression.
"You're welcome to stay here as long as you need to," King Roland offered.
"Thank you, your majesty," responded Sioku.
"I am Prince James. What is a Pokemon?" the boy with blond hair chimed in.
His outfit consisted of a blue bo tie, a green waistcoat, white stockings, and black shoes.
"Pokemon are magical creatures that possess their own special powers. Most Pokemon can evolve either once or twice into bigger versions of themselves. Some people keep Pokemon as pets while others train them to compete in Pokemon battles and contests. Trainers can carry up to six Pokemon with them at a time. I recently started my Pokemon journey back in Unova before I came here. I currently have three Pokemon with me; a fire, water, and normal type," Sioku explained.
Brilliant!" exclaimed James.
"I've already seen one of Sioku's creatures," Sofia pointed out.
"I'd be more than happy to let all of you meet Flareon right now. She is my emotional support Pokemon," said Sioku.
She then gave Flareon's fur collare a gentle tug.
Flareon crawled out from underneath the table, then shook off.
All five members of the royal family smiled as they stared at her.
Flareon wagged her tail happily in return.
"This beautiful fox right here is Flareon. She really loves people," Sioku introduced.
Flareon sniffed around as she quietly explored the room.
"That creature looks gorgeous," commented Miranda.
"Its fur does look pretty," Amber chimed in.
"Thank you for the kind words. I've been taking care of Flareon since she was just an Eevee. My mother gave her to me as soon as I started my Pokemon journey," responded Sioku.
"Your creature reminds me of my dog, Rex. He's my best friend," said James.
"I love dogs," Sioku replied with a grin.
Sofia rose from her seat.
"Dad, may I please be excused? I'd like to continue showing Sioku and her fox around the castle," she said politely.
"Of course, Sofia," answered the king.
Sioku also rose from her seat.
"Come here, Flareon," she commanded.
Flareon continued to wag her tail as she rushed toward Sioku.
Sioku ruffled Flareon's fur, then took hold of her collar.
"I'll see the rest of you later. Thanks again for inviting me into your castle," she said to the royal family.
"You're most welcome, Sioku," replied Queen Miranda.
"I hope you enjoy your tour," added King Roland.
Sofia led Sioku and Flareon out of the dining hall.
"Hey, Sioku, I want to show you another one of my favorite places in the castle. I have a friend in there who would be glad to meet you," said the princess.
"Really? Who is this person?" replied Sioku with a joyful expression.
"He is a sorcerer," answered Sofia with a smile of her own.
Sioku grinned and let out a dreamy sigh.
"I've never met a sorcerer before. I can't wait to meet him," she said cheerfully.
"I'm excited to introduce you to him," replied Sofia.
Sofia led Sioku and Flareon up another staircase.
Once at the top, Sioku knocked on a wooden door.
"Come in," answered a mail voice on the other side.
A wooden door automatically slid open; allowing Sofia, Sioku, and Flareon to enter the room.
Sioku held Flareon close to her side as she looked around in awe.
"This place is amazing," she whispered.
"Princess Sofia, what are you doing here?" asked a man wearing a purple robe as he rose from his chair.
Sioku perked up immediately when she heard a British accent in his voice.
She gripped Flareon's fur collar tighter while blushing dreamily.
"Hi, Mr. Ceedric, I want to introduce you to my new friend. I found this girl and her fox in the garden earlier," Sofia greeted.
The man reluctantly walked toward Sofia before stopping in front of her.
"My name is Cedric," he said with irritation.
Sioku couldn't help but giggle at that.
Her face lit up with joy when she saw the black haired man up close.
"Hello, sir, she said shyly.
Cedric cautiously approached Sioku and Flareon.
"There's no need to be shy, my dear. I am Cedric the Sorcerer. Welcome to my workshop," he said smoothly.
"I'm pleased to meet you, Cedric. My name is Sioku Marie," replied Sioku while holding out her right hand.
Cedric shook Sioku's hand firmly.
The sorcerer's gentle touch instantly sent Sioku to a world of surrene relaxation.
In that moment, she forgot about her bullies and their medical video.
Cedric's calming aura was powerful enough to temporarily get rid of Sioku's fears.
Sioku looked away as she blushed again.
Her heart began to race with joy.
"What's the matter, Sioku?" asked Cedric.
"Sioku really likes you, Mr. Ceedric," answered Sofia.
Cedric chuckled softly as he patted Sioku's shoulder.
Flareon began to wag her tail wildly as she stared up at Cedric.
She tried to pull forward, but Sioku immediately held her back.
"Don't even think about it, Flareon. Sit," ordered Sioku sternly.
Flareon looked at Sioku, then sat down.
"I'm sorry, Cedric, Flareon has a bad habit of jumping on people when she gets excited. I've been trying to teach her not to do that," said Sioku remorsefully.
"Don't worry, my dear, it's all right. Your fox wasn't bothering me at all. Would you like to sit down, Sioku?" he responded gently.
Sioku relaxed and let the sorcerer's soothing voice sink into her mind.
She nodded, then allowed Cedric to take her hand.
"Let's go, Flareon," commanded Sioku.
Flareon quickly rose to her feet.
Before Cedric could lead Sioku and Flareon away, a raven flew toward them while squocking loudly.
"Sioku! Mr. Ceedric! Look out," called Sofia.
Sioku jumped in fear and hid behind Cedric.
"Wormwood! What's gotten into you?" Cedric hollered sternly.
He tried his best to shoo the angered raven away from Sofia, Sioku, and Flareon.
The raven ignored his master and furiously circled above Flareon's head.
Flareon's entire body heated up as she growled viciously at Wormwood.
"Leave the bird alone, Flareon," urged Sioku.
Flareon tried to attack Wormwood by aiming a flare blitz upward.
"Flareon! No!" shouted Sioku fearfully.
Wormwood repeatedly flapped his wings to send the flames back at Flareon.
Sioku bravely pushed Cedric and Sofia out of the way.
"I don't want either of you to get hurt," she said.
"Thank you, Sioku, but Wormwood knows better than to act this way. He is usually well behaved," replied Cedric.
"I'll help Mr. Ceedric distract Wormwood," Sofia offered.
"Thank you, Sofia," responded Sioku as she tried to pull Flareon toward her.
Sofia and Cedric chased Wormwood in an attempt to keep him away from Flareon.
In the midst of the chaos, Flareon unleashed a powerful thunderbolt from the end of her tail.
Both Cedric and Wormwood got zapped badly as volts of electricity rained down on them.
Sioku glared at her Pokemon and said sternly, "Flareon, you know better than to fight without my permission. Sit down!"
Flareon's ears drooped with sadness as she obeyed her trainer's command.
Sofia and Sioku gasped in horror as they watched the sorcerer and his raven collapse to the ground.
Cedrick began to convulse violently as he curled up on the floor.
Wormwood lay motionless near his master.
"Mr. Ceedric! Wormwood!" shouted Sofia fearfully as she ran to them.
"Are they all right?" asked Sioku.
"I don't think so, Sioku, Mr. Ceedric looks hurt. He protected us without using his wand," answered Sofia sadly.
She stood still near the injured sorcerer, staring down at him with a deeply concerned expression.
Sioku knelt down on the floor next to Cedric.
The sorcerer lay beside her, still shaking from the attack.
He stared at Sioku with a blank expression.
"Hey, Cedric, I'm right here. Please come back to me," said Sioku as she hugged him.
Cedric continued to shiver in her embrace.
He then closed his eyes and drifted off.
"Come here, Cedric," she said softly.
She lifted the unconscious man into her lap and held him tight.
Much to Sioku's relief, Cedric was still breathing.
Sofia quickly grabbed one of Cedric's healing potions from a cabinet, then gently applied it to Wormwood's wounds.
The raven's wounds disappeared almost instantly.
"Sofia, Cedric has been accidentally knocked out by Flareon. I need to heal him," said Sioku quietly.
Sofia carefully picked up the raven and replied, "I'll take care of Wormwood for Mr. Ceedric."
The princess suddenly paused with Wormwood in her arms, then looked back at Sioku with curiosity.
"Hold on, Sioku, how can you heal Mr. Ceedric?" she asked with a confused expression.
"I was born with a special healing ability called Cell Activation. It allows me to heal wounds by touching and focusing my energy on them," Sioku explained.
"I'd love to see your power in action," Sofia added with a smile.
In the midst of their conversation, Cedric opened his eyes.
"Hey, Cedric, how are you feeling?" greeted Sioku softly.
"Are you okay, Mr. Ceedric?" asked Sofia.
The two girls were only met with silence.
Cedric twitched nervously in Sioku's arms.
The sorcerer's heart rate increased as he breathed heavily.
He began to sweat profusely as his body heated up.
"You'll be okay, Cedric, I won't leave your side. I promise," assured Sioku gently.
Cedric wrapped his arms tightly around Sioku, then buried his face into her shoulder.
Sioku stroked his hair in an attempt to sooth him.
"Mr. Ceedric doesn't look so good, Sioku. I've never seen him like this," said Sofia frantically.
"I know, Sofia, I need to start healing him immediately. I apologize for making you worry," Sioku replied remorsefully.
Sioku stood up as carefully as she could while holding Cedric close to her.
She then turned to Sofia and asked, "Do you know where his bedroom is?"
"Yes, Sioku, I'll take you there right now. I'll also keep an eye on Wormwood while we're there," answered Sofia.
"Let's go, Flareon," commanded Sioku.
Flareon stood up quickly before rushing toward her trainer.
Sofia led Sioku, Cedric, and Flareon up a flight of stairs before opening the door to a bedroom.
Sioku entered the bedroom followed by Flareon and Sofia.
Flareon laid down by a chair and closed her eyes.
Sofia led Sioku to a bed where she gently laid Cedric down.
The princess then carried Wormwood to an area across the room.
She curiously looked at Sioku who was helping Cedric get settled in.
Cedric released his hold on Sioku before grabbing her arm.
He focused on her to stay conscious.
"Please stay with me, Sioku," he whispered.
Sioku pulled Cedric into an affectionate hug and whispered back, "I won't leave your side."
"Mr. Ceedric might be attached to you, Sioku," Sofia pointed out.
Sofia's comment caught Sioku off guard, causing her to freeze in place.
Sioku blushed a bit, then forced her feelings back in order to focus.
She released Cedric again, then carefully examined him.
Sioku found both minor and severe burns on his skin.
"Is he okay, Sioku?" asked Sofia.
"Flareon's attack burned Cedric badly," answered Sioku with a saddened expression.
"Are you able to heal burns?" Sofia inquired.
"Yes, Sofia, I can heal these wounds easily. My power will help Cedric recover very quickly," answered Sioku with a reassuring smile.
With Wormwood still in her arms, Sofia rejoined Sioku by Cedric's bedside.
"You're more than welcome to watch the healing process, Sofia," said Sioku calmly.
"Thank you, Sioku," replied Sofia.
Sioku slowly knelt beside Cedric's bed.
She placed both of her hands over a major wound on his chest.
Cedric flinched, not knowing what to expect.
"It's all right, Cedric, You'll feel better very soon. I promise," Sioku reassured.
"I'm here too, Mr. Ceedric," added Sofia.
The girls' words helped Cedric calm down, allowing him to fully relax.
Seconds later, Sioku's hands began to glow brightly.
Cedric focused on Sioku's aura as he stared into her eyes.
"You're doing great, Cedric," Sioku praised.
Sofia watched in awe as Cedric's wound faded away.
"Your healing power is incredible, Sioku," Sofia complemented.
"Thanks, my cell activation becomes more powerful whenever I heal my loved ones or somebody who I feel an attachment to. Unfortunately, there is a down side to my power. I can't use my power for long periods of time because it drains my energy," Sioku explained.
Sioku continued to heal Cedric's wounds until they disappeared completely.
"You've done a great job, Sioku. Mr. Ceedric looks like he never got hurt," said Sofia with admiration.
"Thank you, Sofia, I haven't healed anybody in a long time. I'm glad to see him recovering smoothly," Sioku replied with relief.
Sioku gently pulled Cedric into another hug and relaxed with him.
Cedric returned Sioku's embrace and held her close.
Both his heart rate and breathing returned to normal.
"You look comfortable, Cedric," said Sioku with a smile.
"Yes, Sioku, I'm feeling much better now because of you. You possess an amazing power," Cedric replied smoothly.
Sofia looked up at a clock on the wall.
"Sioku, it's getting late. I need to go to bed," she said.
"Okay, Sofia, you don't have to worry about Cedric. I'll stay by his side," Sioku assured.
"Thank you for helping him, Sioku," the princess said graciously.
"Good night, Sofia," Sioku replied.
Sofia gently placed Wormwood in his cage before leaving Cedric's bedroom.
Sioku and Cedric were now in the bedroom by themselves.
"How are you feeling, Cedric?" asked Sioku softly.
"Tired but fine," answered the sorcerer with a yawn.
"I apologize for my Pokemon's behavior, Cedric. Flareon is usually well behaved," said Sioku as she rubbed his forehead lightly.
"I'm not upset with you, Sioku. Do you know how Wormwood is doing?" Cedric replied softly.
"Sofia healed him with a potion while I was helping you regain consciousness," answered Sioku.
"That's good," whispered Cedric with relief.
The friends held each other as they relaxed in silence.
