Chapter Five: First Day Of School [...part two...]

After third period it was time for lunch, Kara sat at the table with two of her new friends that she had quickly made between brakes.

There was Ruby Lopez, she had dark black hair and brown eyes, she was kind to Kara and Kara really liked her style. She wore a white shirt that went with a blue skirt, a jean jacket went over it and white boots, her hair was put up into a ponytail and curls at the end.

There was Luke Strange, he had white-blonde hair it hanged over his ocean blue eyes, he wore a white t-shirt under a brown hoodie and khaki pants.

Once they were all seated Ruby came up with this idea of getting to know each other and so they began talking telling one another little things about themselves.

Kara then felt someone kiss her on the cheek "Hey" she heard Oliver whisper in her ear.

"Hey" Kara smiled at her boyfriend "Guys," she said "This is my boyfriend Oliver Queen," Kara said pointing to Oliver who sat next to her "and his two best friends Tommy Merlyn," she pointed at Tommy who sat next to Ruby "and Laurel Lance," Laurel waved still standing.

"I was just dropping them off with you so they won't cause any trouble," Laurel told Kara "I have to get to Math class" she said walking off waving.

"Your dating Oliver Queen?" Ruby asked Kara who nodded smiling while Oliver had his hand around Kara's waist.

"What's it like having Kara as your boyfriend?" Ruby asked, normally when he got a girlfriend reporters or the girls friends would ask his girlfriend what he was like as a boyfriend or if he was good in bed but what Ruby just asked was a new question for Oliver.

"She's sweet and caring" Oliver answered.

"Gross," Tommy gagged "What were you all talking about before Oliver came and decided to be sweet and disgusting with his girlfriend?" Tommy asked and Oliver kicked him under the table.

"Nothing really..." Kara shook her head "Luke just wanted to see if Ruby and I would go to his place tonight" she said.

"Wait," Oliver paused at the words of her going over to another guys house "Your going to his place?" he whispered in Kara's ear making. "Yeah," Kara nodded.

Oliver just nodded, he and Kara had only been in a relationship for two days and he was already getting jealous. "Any of you joining the Glee club?" Luke asked.

"No" Ruby shook her head eating a fry "I'm going for soft ball" she said.

"Nah," Tommy said "Glee isn't for the football player like us" Tommy laughed.

Kara rolled her eyes, and Oliver just shook his head not saying anything. "What about you?" Ruby asked Kara.

"Uh maybe," Kara said "I was in it at my old school and it was not pleasant" she laughed slightly "Glee kids got bullied" she said.

"I wouldn't let anyone mess with you" Oliver said kissing her.

"So K.D," Tommy said "Are you coming to cheer on your boyfriend for football tryouts?" He asked her.

"I thought he was captain?" Kara said confused.

"I am but coach still wants all the old players including the captain to re-tryout" Oliver explained.

"Then I'll be there!" Kara smiled and Oliver smiled back "It's almost time for next period, I should get to class" she stood up grabbing her tray.

"I'll walk you," Oliver stood up following Kara out after she dumped her tray.

Halfway to her history class Oliver pulled her into a supply closet and placed his lips on her, Kara instantly melted into the kiss wrapping her arms around his neck.

Oliver had her pinned against the wall when her phone rang, the two pulled apart and Kara answered her phone.

"Alex? Is something wrong?"

"Something has to be wrong for me to call my little sister?"

"Oh my...he told you?"

"Who told me what?"

"Clark...he didn't tell you...?"

"Tell me what? Besides the fact that you dating Oliver Queen!"

"Alex..."

"No!"

"He is just like Jake Puckerman!"

"He is nothing like him!"

"You can't date him!"

Kara ended the call and gave Oliver a quick peck on the lips "I really have to get to class, bye!" she told him before leaving.
