Chapter 6: new friend
As they got start on their reunion party and catch up with what they been up to the last time since they went their separate ways since the end of the hundred years war. Aang is happy to see his friends want to get know his twin sister as he also catch up with Megan now that he find out that she been alive after their parents told her to hid from the fire nation and find him in the future.
Zuko had things arrange where they are in the sitting room of the palace where Zuko have his guests for some personal privacy so they wouldn't be interrupted with people. He had the servants bring in some refreshment for his guests since servants heard about their firelord will have important people be coming for a reunion party last week.
Zuko told his friends about how that it took some time for the servants to be comforting around him and that he is not like his family minus his uncle and mother. Megan approves of her brother's girlfriend as she got to know Katara as a person that she was surprise that Katara was also the last waterbender in the southern tribe during the war.
Megan sits back and listen as her twin brother and friends shared stories of their adventure and how Zuko used to be when he was chase them around the world to catch aang before he decide to changes sides. Then Zuko shock his friends with the story about how he got his scar that leave his friends in tears and they had angry not at Zuko but at his so-called father that don't deserve be called father.
That Zuko was doing the right things for the people but get punishment for doing the right thing from his father because Zuko disobey for speak up as the age of thirteen. Zuko know that his friends were not mad at him and Katara told Zuko said you don't deserve that kind of treatment and how mess up your family is beside your mother and your uncle care about you.
Zuko said i know that now and that is why my uncle been a father to me this whole time through my darkness day that he did tell me that he see me as his son after lose my cousin. Zuko did break the news to his friends after one of them ask about where is Mai that there was mutual breakup between him and Mai.
Zuko also told them that they are better off as friends and that last he heard she take some time with ty lee on Kyoshi island and learn some fighting style that she can do with knifes. His friends understand the situation and now that he is single but he knows that his advisors about find a fire lady plus with an heir carry the royal blood line.
Megan can't believe the things that Zuko have been through in his life with his mess up family and why he wants to fix what his grandfather and father did to the fire nation but he know that his friends have his back with the connection of other nations.
