(Judith and Oliver)

*Jackson Private Academy*

Judith sat alone on the bench of the quad while she was eating her lunch as she thought about a few things.

Judith was now 18 years old and had a hairstyle that had front and side hair in large rolls, and the rest of it smoothly brushed, with the ends cut in a U shape and curled under.

"I hope Calvin is doing okay. It's truly been over a year since we've last seen him.." Judith spoke to herself before taking a bite from her sandwich as she continued to sit in peace; however, this was interrupted by the sounds of a thud which alerted Judith.

After this, Judith quickly got up from the table and proceeded to run over to where the noise came from, and there, she saw a young man on the floor.

"Are you okay?! What happened to cause you to fall in such a manner?" Judith asked the man with concern in her voice while gently lifting his body and placing him on the tree branch. Soon after, the man slowly opened his eyes and stared at Judith, and he began to speak.

The man was eighteen years old and had short blonde hair, brown eyes, and a look of sweetness that Judith found to be beautiful.

"O-Oh, Hello. I was trying to climb that tree, and I lost my footing..talk about clumsy or what, My name is Oliver, you?" Oliver introduced himself to Judith before reaching his hand out for a handshake.

"I see, and G-Greetings, I'm Judith. It's nice to meet you as well." Judith responded while accepting the handshake which made the man smile.

"Such a beautiful name, and I'm sorry for interrupting your lunch, I know you have to worry about little old me.." Oliver responded with a smile as he chuckled nervously.

Despite this, Judith didn't mind talking to him, and she smiled back at him before speaking.

"You're good. I was getting lonely as well, but have you eaten yet? I-I was thinking of sharing my lunch with that's okay.." Judith responded before looking to her side with a blush on her face while Oliver picked this up.

"I haven't eaten yet, and Of course, I don't mind at all.." Oliver responded in a warm voice and this prompted Judith to get up from the ground.

"I'll be back, so just wait here.." Judith advised the man before running over to the table to gather her lunch.

"He's so sweet. The old terrible me would have bullied him for that, but now I'm sharing my lunch with him…" Judith thought to herself while packing her lunch into the small container before returning to where Oliver was currently resting as she sat next to him.

"Here, I don't want you starving so here's half of my sandwich.." Judith spoke to Oliver while breaking apart her sandwich and handing it over to him which he accepted.

"Thank you, I'm glad to have met you, I was practically starving.." Oliver thanked Judith before taking a bite from his sandwich which he found quite good.

"This is amazing! Did you make this? I've never tasted a sandwich as good as this." Oliver asked Judith in a joyful voice while waiting for an answer.

The compliment made Judith smile warmly as she nodded.

"I-I did, and thank you.." Judith responded while thanking him as Oliver was happy to hear the news.

"That's wonderful, and I enjoyed it!" Oliver responded with a warm smile which made Judith smile back.

"Thank you, you're so sweet, and how's your injuries, I know it's small but that looks pretty bad." Judith responded in a warm voice while also being concerned about the fall; however, Oliver shrugged it off with a smile.

"Oh, it's nothing serious. Just a minor fall, that's all. I guess that's what happens when you're having too much fun." Oliver responded before chuckling at this while Judith watched.

This made Judith feel even more drawn to him since his innocent and kind nature was refreshing to Judith.

"Well, I don't want you to hurt yourself because of it, okay?" Judith responded in a stern yet wane voice before sipping on a water bottle, and during this, she noticed Oliver didn't have anything to drink.

"Thirsty? I've already sipped from the water bottle so I hope you don't mind.." Judith offered Oliver while handing him the bottle with a small blush on her face. This caused Oliver to blush as well before speaking once more.

"Wouldn't that be an indirect kiss or something? I-I heard some guys talking about it, and I.." Oliver spoke with extreme flusterness in his voice while Judith quickly spoke up.

"N-No, we're just sharing water, that's all, Idiot.." Judith responded while blushing and of course, her calling him an idiot wasn't out of malice but rather playful banter.

"O-Oh, right, I should have thought of that, but I'll accept the offer.." Oliver responded with an embarrassed smile before accepting the water bottle from her hand.

After this, Oliver began drinking from the water bottle and once he was done, he handed it over to Judith.

"Thank you, that was refreshing. I needed that." Oliver thanked Judith while she began to speak.

"You're welcome, you seem nice, want to be my friend? I like to get to know you a little better as well.." Judith responded while reaching her hand out for a handshake, and of course, Oliver's cuteness and innocence made her feel flustered.

After hearing this, Oliver happily accepted the friendship.

"Of course, I would love to be your friend, Judith." Oliver responded before accepting the handshake and this sparked a new friendship between the pair.

Judith and Oliver continued to sit next to each other on the tree, enjoying their company in the process, and Judith found this quite relaxing.

"How long have you been going to this academy? I've never seen you around here." Judith asked her new friend before taking another bite from her sandwich while she waited for an answer.

"I'm pretty new here so roughly around three months or so, you?" Oliver responded while Judith nodded understandingly before responding to the question.

"I've been going here ever since I was fourteen years old, so I'm an oldie around these parks." Judith answered before lightly chuckling at what she said while looking over to see Oliver being amused at this.

"Wonderful, It's nice to talk to someone in a new school who knows their way around, tell me more about yourself, Judith?" Oliver responded in a polite and curious voice, and this prompted Judith to quickly gather her thoughts so she could answer the question.

"W-Well, I like art, reading, music, and I enjoy looking at paintings at museums or my home, and I also like to dine at fine restaurants, you?" Judith answered with a smile before turning over to await whatever Oliver had to say.

"That's wonderful. And I'm more into the simpler things such as taking walks, reading, and relaxing, It's boring, I know.." Oliver responded while Judith quickly shot that idea down.

"No, It's not boring, and you're a simple man, I like that, and those hobbies sound fun." Judith responded in a reassuring voice while Oliver smiled at what he heard.

"Thank you." Oliver responded to his friend while thanking her in the process. Soon after, the bell rang indicating that lunch was over and it was time for Judith and Oliver to depart.

"I guess that's the bell huh? I'll be heading back to class, and it was great meeting you, my friend. You seem like a wonderful person, and I'll be seeing you." Oliver spoke to Judith while he and his friend got up from the ground.

"Same for you, and I'm not a good person, trust me, but thank you for keeping me company, my friend." Judith responded while waving goodbye.

Oliver took note of what he heard before speaking.

"We all make mistakes and have regrets, but always know that no matter what, you're a good person in my book, See ya." Oliver spoke to Judith in response to what he heard before waving goodbye as he ran toward the hallway thus leaving Judith alone.

After hearing this, Judith smiled at this, and those feelings slowly grew for Oliver.

"Gosh, what is he? I've never felt this way about anyone besides Calvin. He's so sweet, It's melting my heart.." Judith thought to herself while blushing to herself before running to the hallway for her next class.
