Doraemon understood that his friend had a slight trauma with the bite and the pair of vampires who attacked them and that's why he dreamed that. Nobita was one of those boys who believed a lot in fantasy and felt the true terror that involved becoming a vampire with a bite.

It seems that on that planet there were also humans but these were different, they also had pointed ears like us, they called themselves Geohumans, although they were on the verge of extinction according to what I understand of the history of the planet"
