Life is constantly fleeting. Draining. It drags and pulls you down until you can no longer move.
"How does it feel, Helios...?"
Life hurts you in more ways than one. It rips you in half and tears you apart limb from limb.
"Do you enjoy making others suffer...?"
Helios had found himself used to the feeling of pain. He also found himself liking it, wanting more each time. Both Celestial entities were similar in that regard; the pain fueled them. It made him sick to his core of how similar he was to It.
"How you're being torn from the inside out... do you enjoy it?"
Helios held back a gasp as he felt sharp edges piercing into him. His eyes widened, watching the world around him with stars in his vision.
It held him tighter, "You fail to realize what I am capable of..."
Helios felt burning tears pricking his eyes. He squirmed in its grasp, trying to break free.
"Allow me to show you."
"Augh-!" The dwarf star yelled, eyes rolling to the back of his head as a loud hissing was heard. Everything faded to black despite his senses screaming at him to stay awake.

Sun laughed off the other's comment, "Hahaha, I have no idea what you're talking about, Nine!"
Nine raised an eyebrow, "So a black hole isn't going to destroy our home?"
"Yes," Sun nodded before his eyes widened as he quickly realized what he said, "Wait- I mean, no!"
'Gotcha...' Nine smirked, crossing his arms.
Sun glared at the Celestial, "Nibiru-!"
Nine raised a finger, "Ah-ah-ah, you can't get mad at me when you're the one keeping this from everyone else, but I would like an explanation..."
Sun growled, "Is this your way of getting me back, Nibiru? All those times that I tortured you and the others..."
"Has it all led up to this? I dunno. I'll leave it for you to decide." Nine shrugged, "But if you don't tell me, then I'll end up telling Neptune, who we both know will blab to everyone else."
Sun eyed him with a piercing stare. He sighed, scowling, "I hate that you're right."
"I always am."
"I'll tell you, but don't even think about telling the others," Sun uttered.
"I wouldn't dream of it." Nine placed a hand over his chest.
'I'm going to regret this...'The Guardian huffed, "First things first, Sagittarius A* is not to be taken lightly."
"Oh, I know- I was just wondering if you were working with him."
"'With'...? Hehah, teamwork is not a thing when it comes to black holes... they don't take 'no' for an answer." Sun grinned before humming, "Wait, you know? How would you know what Sagittarius A* is like...?"
Nine didn't respond, his eyes pointedly looking away.
Sun furrowed his eyebrows, "You know it..."
"It was only one time." Nine uttered, "And I'll never forget it for the rest of my existence..."
"What did it make you do? It wouldn't approach a planet unless it were desperate."
Nine peered over his shoulder to where the Rocky Planets and Luna played cards. He clenched his fists, his stomach twisting with anger and overwhelming guilt.
He took a harsh breath, looking at the Sun with sharp eyes, "I eradicated the dinosaurs."
"You did- what!?" Sun exclaimed, his eyes blazing red. His voice was heard throughout the solar system, causing the other Celestials to turn toward the commotion, eyeing the Sun warily. The Guardian blinked, recovering from the initial shock as his eyes returned to their original glowing pale yellow. He cleared his throat, hissing in a low voice, "What do you mean you did that? Jupiter told me he did it and he wasn't lying!"
"That's because he thought it was the truth."
"So, you-" Sun paused, shaking his head as his gaze fell, "Of course... of course, it would use my own planets against me."
"...If it's any consolation, I used a smaller asteroid." Nine spoke.
Sun gave the other a deadpan look.
"Right. Not the time."

"So, what you want to do is go up to him and give him this." Europa levitated a Mars-sized rose, handing it to her planet.
"Uh, where in the Milky Way did you get this from?" Jupiter raised an eyebrow, twirling the planet in his fingers.
"Earth." Europa responded, "He has a lot of pretty things like this rose, so might as well put it to good use."
"You can thank me for getting it." Callisto spoke, "Those two are still on the Rocky Planets' bad side and the Earth only tolerates me since I saved him from getting hit by asteroids."
Jupiter sighed, eyeing the rose, "Right... well, okay then."
"Trust us, this is the way to go." Europa smiled, "As long as there are no-"
"Jupiter!"
Europa's face fell into a grimace, "Distractions."
The Giant Celestial turned, spotting the biggest moon of Saturn, "Hey, Titan! What brings you here?"
Titan seemed to have flown across the orbits in a hurry as his breathing was heavy, "Uh, well, I-I'm not sure... I think there's something wrong with Saturn. H-He won't wake up and he's been twitching and moving a lot and there's this... black substance coming out of his mouth."
Jupiter frowned, overwhelming dread pooling in his stomach, "Show me."
Titan led the Giant across orbits, and the latter's A-Team followed closely behind.
Once they reached where Saturn was, Jupiter and his Galilean moons went stock still with shock.
Saturn's eyes were closed, his head and hands jolting around as if he were in pain; a black liquid seeped from his mouth and down his chin.
Jupiter opened his mouth, but he was too stunned to speak. His core hammered in his chest, and all he wanted to do was reach out and hug Saturn- to protect him from the distress he might be feeling.
He eyed the black substance around his mouth, reaching out to see what it was.
"Don't touch him!" Yelled a voice.
Jupiter's arm was yanked away from the ringed Celestial as Nine held it back.
"What the- what are you doing!?" Jupiter exclaimed.
"Stopping you from doing something idiotic- as always!" Nine furrowed his eyebrows, "No one is to touch him!"
"Why not?" Jupiter pushed the other away, "Tell me, why do you know so much about what's been happening?"
"What's going on here, mates?" Uranus flew up behind them, looking at them cautiously. Neptune followed behind him before floating off to hug his brother, who wrapped one of his arms around Neptune.
"Yeah, Nine, care to explain?" Jupiter glared daggers at the other.
"I..." Nine stopped short, squinting his eyes, "I can't explain it, but do not get close to Saturn."
"Why not?" One of Saturn's moons, Dione, asked. She kept a calm exterior, showing no emotion, yet Nine saw through the mask.
"Because..." Nine glanced at Saturn, "He's been corrupted."
« . . . »
"Wh-Where...?"
Prying his eyes open, the ringed Giant found himself in an inky abyss. There was nothing as far as his eyes could see. He was alone in a wasteland.
"Wh-What is this place...?" He asked no one in particular. He raised his hands to his chest, breathing in and out slowly as he tried to collect his thoughts.
"Doesn't it just eat you up inside?" Saturn jolted upon hearing a rumbling voice from all around him.
"Huh- Who's there!?" Saturn looked around, yet found no one. He was still alone.
"Aren't you terrified of the consequences?"
"What...? I-I have no idea what you're-"
"Don't try to lie to me, Kronos... after all, I know everything- I see everything! You've done more wrong than right."
"I..." Saturn bit his lip. He turned his gaze down, clasping his hands over his ears, "No! I will not listen to you!"
There was a laugh, "It's funny how you think that would work."
Saturn forced his eyes shut as the voice reverberated through his mind.
"It's clear to me that talking won't get you to listen..."
"Agh!" Saturn yelled, feeling a crawling sensation within his chest. He felt a rush of heat as something drove into him.
Opening his eyes, the Celestial gasped, the pain of it all crashing into him.
His chest. Oh, his chest.
A wide, gaping hole separated his layers, showing off his rocky and metallic core.
