Backstory:

Goku is one of if not the GREATEST martial artist in the Dragon ball universe and one of the most powerful beings in anime history capable of rivaling God's of destruction and even going toe to toe with beings even God's of destruction can't defeat, but in another part of the multiverse, Universe X, Goku was not born but created, enter Goku-X, created by the residences of the demon world in an attempt to conquer the entire multiverse they combined the DNA of Human, Sayian, Frieza's race, Majin, Hera clan, Namekian, Machine mutant, Jiren's race, Demon, Angel and Eternal dragon which when combined makes for a being that can possibly take on and even replace the Omni-king, Zeno, the most powerful being in the Dragon ball multiverse a being so powerful that he can erase an entire universe with little less than a conscious thought, but fate had other plans while originally sent to destroy the still infant baby before it can grow and learn to harness is unthinkable power, the Angel of Universe X, Vados took the baby and brought him to Earth to be raised by Grandpa Gohan and his adopted daughter Gine, they took the charge of raising the boy as their own, despite his unthinkable power like his main stream counterpart is gentle, protective of those he cares for and the only two things that rival his unparalleled power is his appetite for food and his capacity for good, he's the leader of the X-fighters which are alternate versions of the Dragon ball series we all know and love including being from other universes, like the defected Sayian's Raditz and Nappa, an Android version of Chichi, Granolah, Master Yoshi who wished himself younger with the Dragon balls, Bulma who fights with a powerful battle suit, sisters Kale and Kefla, brothers Bergamo, Lavender and Basil, Frieza's twin sister Frya, Trunks the Time patrol's greatest agent and Goku-X's wife Android 21, Goku-X has fought all manner of opponents, androids, demons, alien invaders, God's of destruction and beings so powerful that they surpass even the G.O.D's themselves like Cumber, Mechikabura, Hearts and even his "brother" Fu, with his power, skill and enormous strength of heart and will Goku-X is one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse who grows ever stronger the more he fights.

(Goku sends out multiple energy spheres attacks that lock onto foes, difficult to avoid)

(Goku releases an omnidirectional dome of energy to strike at enemies that are around him)

Stardust fall

(Goku flies up into the air then fires energy blasts which hits a large area that's under him)

(Goku teleports instantly to a random location on the field to avoid attacks)

(Goku temporarily gains the ability to drain health and add to his own with every melee strike he lands on his foe)

(Goku can place from 1 to 10 landmines made of Ki energy on the field wherever he is standing that detonates when foes get too close)

(A chargeable Kamehameha blast that instead of traveling in a straight line this energy beam has homing capabilities enabling it to lock onto and pursue its target until the attack lands or its blocked)

(Goku creates two, GIGANTIC hands made of solidified, magical energy that attack in a wide, long-ranged area)

(Goku uses Time-defender for a barrage of large, multi-ranged, energy wave attacks in rapid succession)

(Goku uses Ki to temporarily paralyze his foe, leaving them vulnerable to a follow up attack)

(Goku grabs his foe before performing a multiple, 6-hit juggle combo, ending in a toss)

(Goku can temporarily dodge multiple attacks in rapid succession)

Dragon hammer

(A version of the Kamehameha that starts with Goku charging at his foe and lands an extremely powerful punch on them before blasting at point-blank range with a one-handed Kamehameha blast with the same hand)

(Goku enters a temporary alternate form of Ultra-Instinct in order to summon an energy avatar of himself in order to block ranged attacks or strike enemies who get to close in an omnidirectional range)

(A giant orb of energy is fired at the opponent which hits with a medium-ranged explosive blast)

(Goku throws up an energy shield around himself to protect against all manner of attacks and even stagger-locks and damages foes several times if they are in melee range

(Goku attacks his foe with a 10-hit combo attack which ends in Goku triggering a POWERFUL, thermonuclear-like explosion)

Work of the God's

(Goku makes a "black hole" with the Z-sword to slow down foes temporarily with a powerful gravitational pull which grows stronger the closer the foe is to the "black hole")

Instant transmission Kamehameha

(A technique that combines Instant transmission with Kamehameha in which Goku teleports behind th foe and blasts them, this attack can be charged up for more power the longer the charge is held)

Replication

(Goku can make temporary clones after using "Work of the God's" to fight his opponent alongside him for a limited time)

Kamehameha rush combo

(Goku uses Instant transmission in a rapid, teleporting, 4-hit attack with his sword before performing a launching uppercut then teleporting above the launched opponent and finishing it with a 7-hit Kamehameha blast sending the opponent crashing into the ground)

Cutter

(Goku conjures and wields a temporary energy blade in his left hand to double damage output, this move can also be used with "Sword of hope")

Sword of hope

(Goku pools Ki energy into his Time-defender sword to temporarily boost melee attack range, this move can also be used with "Cutter")

Kaio-Ken

(Goku increases his attack, defense, movement speed and attack speed, this move can be stacked and increased up to 5 times and the more they stack the greater the boosts each of the already boosted stats)

Meditation

(Goku becomes temporarily stationary to meditate and regain health, loses potency with frequent usage, this can also leave Goku open to attacks)

Super moves:

Ultra-Kamehameha

(A rushing 30-hit, ending in a beam of Ultra-Instinct energy for a DEVESTATINGLY finishing strike)

Inspiration for this character:

Goku in my opinion is the GOAT of when it comes to iconic, anime characters and one who is almost as famous as Superman HIMSELF, pure of heart, strong of will and an endless drive to improve and surpass his limits, he has been through so much ever since Akira Toriyama created him (May he rest in peace), but while Whis himself said there is only one Goku in the multiverse…what if he was wrong and that is the concept of this character, imagine the Goku we have known for SO LONG but has made different choices in life but with the potential and power of possibly the craziest character Dragon ball ever created, Fu A.K.A "Dark king Fu the bio-android demon mutant" you know the guy from that one Dragon ball game that's been compared to something like Dragon ball fanfiction gone Kaio-Ken times a THOUSAND…yeah, THAT game pretty crazy, but just imagine this…how crazy would it be if Goku had Fu's powers and potential, THIS is the kind of crazy that I like, JUST my style, so I figured I work that into this alternate dimension version of the lovable goober of a money man that every Dragon ball fan knows and loves.
