Backstory:

Several years after the death of Hamato Yoshi A.K.A Splinter and Oroku Saki A.K.A Shredder, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles continued to be the protectors of New York city serving as protectors from the shadows, eventually each turtle and their human allies built lives of their own, several even married and had children, Leonardo the cool, blue leader of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles eventually reunited with a former enemy of the turtles turned ally, the mysterious and beautiful Kunoichi, Lotus, the two eventually were married and had a son by the name of Hashimoto Yoshi, the oldest of the mutant half-siblings, like his mother, from the tender age of five the young Hashimoto excelled at all eighteen disciplines of Ninjutsu from swordsmanship to unarmed combat to all variations of weapons, horseback riding and more and mastered all of them before he turned ten, combined with his inherited, mutant physical prowess from his father and the training from both his parents plus his mom's prodigy-level talent, Hashimoto is the perfect choice to led the next generation of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Hashimoto is also the only one of his siblings to be trained by other masters of Ninjutsu like the Ancient one, the Daimio and the mysterious Ninja tribunal, Hashimoto is a young master of Ninjutsu, perfect for leading his team and siblings in a seemingly never-ending battle against the forces of evil

(The Yurikawa sword becomes a spinning windmill blade to which Hashimoto throws at his foe which then grinds his opponent for 6 hits-worth of damage, this also stacks up bleeding damage with each hit)

(A push kick followed by two staggering slashes, one ending in a fire wave attack and the second ending in a lighting wave attack, has a chance to either leave burning damage or temporarily paralyze or even both at once)

(A powerful, fast double sword charging attack that sends foes reeling back on impact)

(The Yurikawa sword turns into steel constrictions, temporarily immobilizing the foe)

Iaijutsu

(Hashimoto performs an Iaijutsu-like quickdraw so fast and hard that he sends any melee-ranged foes anywhere around him flying back with the sheer force of his swing alone)

(Hashimoto fires a blast of lightning from the Tengu sword at his foe)

The inspiration for this character:

Leonardo was always my favorite turtle ever since I first saw him and it's stated on the Superpower Wikipedia that he is the most balanced and well-rounded member of the turtles, being both strong and wise combined with skill and honor, but do you hardcore fans of the turtles remember a woman in the original TV series named Lotus, the ninja mercenary that was so naturally gifted, that even at such a tender age she could beat adults who have had years if not decades of experience in combat on her OWN, well Leon eventually developed a crush on her and I thought this would be a nice couple and so, I thought that would make a nice character to put into a fighting game, so I came up with the idea of Hashimoto Yoshi and as a kick I even game him the Sword of Yurikawa which can change into a variety of different things and the Sword of Tengu which was always my favorite sword in the TMNT universe both in appearance and ability.
