Hero character-Jerrid Cooper:
The first child and oldest child of the master thief Sly Cooper and Interpole commander Carmelita Fox and the first ever Cooper to become a cop
Original multiverse: Sly Cooper
Backstory:
Sly Cooper, the next in the long line of Cooper master thieves which has been around since the time that the Pharos ruled over ancient Egypt, after his last capper he saved his family history from being erased by Le Paradox but was trapped in ancient Egypt for years, eventually twenty-seven years have passed, when he DOES return thanks to both Bentley and Penelope, he is SHOCKED to see that Carmelita was now…a MOM, she had four children, but not just any children, Sly's children, in this alternate timeline before he returned to his gang during the events of his last capper, he unknowingly left his ex-girlfriend pregnant and for the last twenty-seven years she had to take care of the four children of Sly's bloodline, the last of the Cooper legacy, shocked by this he did something that he needed to do and always wanted to do, asked Carmelita to marry him RIGHT on the spot, at first she denied it but eventually she finally said yes…she couldn't stay mad at him forever especially since he was now willing to fully leave his thieving ways behind for the sake of his new family, the youngest three were Tyson, Bianca and Iris but the oldest, the one who inherited the Thievius Raccoonus was Jerrid, however unlike his father, thanks to his mother he became the FIRST Cooper in the long line of Cooper to become a cop, but of a different variety, he was the leader of the current Cooper gang who are by far the most unique group around, they are private detective's, agents for hire and "legal" thieves who had permission to steal back stolen property to return them to their rightful owners both civilian and military, though originally angry at his father for not being there for a lot of his life, upon marrying her right out of the gate, he was shocked at how easily Sly accepted the responsibility he had to take as a father of four, now soon to be five children, while they have a rocky relationship he can see where he inherited his natural physical prowess and quick thinking from, Jerrid now has a mentor to train him in the skills to be better at his job…provided that Carmelita says it's okay for him to learn certain skills from the Thievius Raccoonus, Jerrid is an honest man, loyal to a fault, good-hearted and a great leader to his team and best friends but just don't cross a line with him otherwise you're in for one HELL of a fight

Inspiration for this character:
OH BOY…Sly Cooper…really one of the best PlayStation game series out there (Or at least in my opinion it is) it's a series FULL STOP will NEVER…get the respect…it DESERVES, while the plot of the story is stuck in Limbo for the past decade PLUS years, many fans of the beloved series all over the world have made COUNTLESS stories detailing what happened after "Sly 4 Thieves in time" and I did so with this character, Jerrid Cooper is the first son of Sly Cooper and Carmelita Fox, who in his timeline when Sly vanished through time thanks to that asshole Le Paradox, Carmelita found out she was unknowingly pregnant and resulted in the birth of the only blood relatives of Sly left in the world and the oldest if Jerrid, but I thought it would be an interesting concept for him to play a "legal thief" like with privateers back during the age of piracy they were given permission to do pirate work, well with Jerrid and HIS team of Cooper's they operate the same way, not only becoming the first Cooper in HISTORY to become a cop and a damn good one, but also one who is respectable in the law enforcement community he's sort of like playing Robin Hood…you know if Robin Hood was legally given permission to do what he did, I just thought it would be an interesting concept.
