The earth was no longer recognizable. It was turned into a desert wasteland. Sand everywhere, sand covered the entire earth, with only skyscrapers rising from the sand.

The sky was filled with a dark purple fog, a grim reminder of who destroyed the world and has now become its god.

A false god risen from anger, hate and insanity.

Adve had destroyed the earth, killing the entirety of the world's population. Or so he thought…

"AAHGG FUCK! What the hell happened?" I yell out as I woke up covered by sand. Not so strange when everything around me was nothing but sand, next to the obvious there was a hand sticking out of the sand.

"Huh? Hey!" I yell out while grabbing the hand and pulling her out.

cough cough

"G-Greg?" Koakuma said with a shocked expression on her face.

"Hey! Glad you're okay!" I responded.

"What happened?" She asked.

It took a while for her to take in the new scenery.

"Oh, oh no!" She eventually realized.

"I know, I know. Let's look for everyone else, it's going to be okay!" I reassured.

"Everyone is dead" A familiar voice said from behind me.

"Spooky Dave, Ivy?" Dave was hovering above the ground while Ivy sat on the sand with a saddening expression.

"Believe it or not we-" I interrupted whatever Dave wanted to say.

"Where's Alice?"

"Greg, she's dead."

"Where is she?"

"She is dead!"

"WHERE IS SHE?! SHE CANT BE DEAD!"

"Everyone is dead." He simply said.

"W-wait, what about Patchouli?!" Koakuma asked.

"EVERYONE IS DEAD!"

We went silent for a while.

Koakuma quietly wept while I'm seething with anger, so I walk away.

"Where are you going?"

"Anywhere but here!" I responded.

"I-I-I I'm g-going too!" Koakuma said while she flew away.

Dave sighed in response.

"What about you Ivy?" He asked.

"I'll, I-I'll get over it!" She said.

"Let them get their minds straight for a moment."

Both of them concluded and sat down to wait for them to return meanwhile watching the three new neighboring moons up in space.

Koakuma joined my stroll through the desert, we were silent for the most part until Koakuma let her emotions go broke down completely.

"I can't take t-this anymore!" She cried out.

"I should have fought better, maybe everyone else wouldn't be dead! Maybe if I had been smarter with my power! If I-if only!" I stopped walking and turned to Koakuma staring at her.

"I'm sorry! I'm the absolute worst!" Koakuma made herself tiny as she kneeled down to the ground.

"Koakuma, I could say the same about myself." I admitted as Koakuma was still sobbing I walked up to her and kneeled beside her.

"I too was not using my power to my limit; I don't know my limits and I should have trained more to know better!" I added with my voice cracking. Koakuma raised her head looking at me in shock of me taking blame.

"W-wait Greg n-no it's me who did- I- I am the one to blame!" She argued. "No! Its, I-it's not just you! I am to blame too!" I let out my own emotions now.

"Everyone is dead because I fucking sucked!" I finally cried out.

I couldn't take it anymore, the only thing I could think about was Alice.

She isn't here anymore, no one is.

But the thought of Alice, just Alice dragged me to break in tears.

The tears were contagious and Koakuma started crying harder.

As we did, we both hugged and sobbed in each other's shoulders, it lasted some time before we finally calmed down.

"We can't sit here forever." I said after I got back on my feet.

"Huh? What are you suggesting?" Koakuma asked.

"I'm going to kill that motherfucker and tear him from limb to limb and when I'm done, I'll slowly pull out his heart so the only things he feels is pain.

My sudden change shocked Koakuma.

I only felt anger, the need for death to fall upon the bastard.

"I'm going back, if you seek revenge, come with me." I concluded.

Koakuma nodded and she too got up and walked back.

"Back so soon?" Dave asked with a grin on his face.

"Get that disgusting grin off your face, I came here to beat up Adve." I snarled at Dave.

"Oh sheeesh your attitude sure has changed after you failed.

His comment made me throw sand in his face and punch him afterwards.

"I could say the same to you, since you can summon anyone you'd like but never even considered it you fucking bastard!"

Dave fell to the ground after my strike.

"You idiot, have you not noticed? I gave my powers away to summon the man who could kill Adve!"

"Well then where is he?"

"It's you! You are the one that can kill Adve, and not only that, but you've also got our help while at it." I look at him in confusion.

Dave noticed and explained further.

"One can't simply rise one other from the dead, It took most of my powers to bring you back to life.

I did so because I made a deal to resurrect you.

It was all a part of me and your father's plan to stop Adve because only you could defeat Adve with your ability, but to get you into Gensokyo you needed to die, because one also cannot simply walk into Gensokyo.

Well exemptions are made for the food for the Youkai.

And while you were dead I gave you the last bits of my power, remember?"

I nodded to confirm him.

"I let you choose your companions, but you'll have to say goodbye to them soon too I'm afraid, Greg, I am the last key to destroy Adve.

I can distract him and make him weak for just one split moment, and then you strike! I might die and you'll lose your power in a small amount of time after I die."

"Assuming you're going to die, spooky Dave." I replied.

"Ah-hahaha, I'm ghostlike but not completely ghost. I can die."

"But how do we even get his attention?" Ivy asked.

"Good question! Luckily we have someone on the team who can attract him to come over here!" Dave said as he moved his eyes back and forth from us to Ivy a few times.

"Okay and how might she catch his attention?

There's a reason why I was bound to Gensokyo, your father planted a magic power in me: the ability to catch someone's full attention." Ivy Explained.

"Did my dad plant a power in you?" I ask.

"NOO n-not like that no I d-did not mean!"

"Pff, whatever, just do it now." I sigh.

"Okay Greg, here's what my plan is." Dave the ghost explained everything to me afterwards.

Silence is in the air, just a mild cold wind passing by.

Boom!

A heavy landing of a creature could be heard.

Adve laughed when he layed his eyes on me.

Adve stretched his arm into a gap, grabbing Alice's Shanghai doll who was badly in shape, barely recognizable anymore

See this as her last gift to you, since she's kinda not living anymore. Gosh woopsie! My apologies!

"Adve, you did the exact thing that happened to you all those years ago.

BOTH OUR LOVED ONES ARE DEAD!"

I leap even faster this time and managed to grab one of his wings and pulled on it so hard, I tore it off.

GAAAHHH! YOU FOOL!

Adve flew up with whatever wings he had left and summoned thousands of glowing spikes of magic that where aimed directly towards me.

Haha yes die!

The spikes rained down, even quicker than rain but that was exactly a part of the plan.

"Koakuma! NOW!"

Koakuma roze from the sand she was hiding under and snapped her fingers.

All if the magical spikes transformed into mechanical boxes made by my father.

HEY! Whats the meaning of this?

Adve shouted frustratedly.

The boxes flew up and as they got to him, my 4 spirit companions: Mr Beast, Gordon Ramsay, Matpat and Adam used as many boxes as they could to store Adve's magical powers in it.

[hey! What do you THONHG Youre DOING?]

Adve yelled, quickly he used his claws to tear them apart but they kept on coming back to full body in milliseconds!

FOOLS HOW ARE YOU NOT DEAD!?

Adve then realized something, behind him was the last of the Dave brothers besides him, he had done an incantation to keep the spirits alive. But that came to an end as Adve blasted him with a 'Solar flare' but Dave was laughing until the very end.

The spirits finally died and Adve came crashing down to the ground.

"The boxes sealed a big part of your magic away Adve."

"You won't stand a chance against me now!" I state.

Adve laughed as his 4th wing grew back.

I have all I need to kill the likes of you.

Adve used his wings to stab me, but I used a fireball to push him away, and I made a gap which still had one of Yukari's trains in it and used it to run him over.

This- This is my power! How did you?

"First of all, It never was your power. And second of all, I ate the magic that was stolen via the boxes! Now THAT is funny!" I laugh.

I, Was so easily DEFESTED? NEVER!

Adve surrounded me in a dome filled with all of his magic, trapping me inside.

SO WHATS Your GRAND PLAN NOW HUH? HAHAHAHAA!

Koakuma appeared from the sand again and snapped her fingers, transforming the dome into dust.

Huh? My magic my?!

I approach Adve.

YOU! YOU FOOL, DON'T YOU KNOW I'M 2 STEPS AHEAD?

I proceed to approach Adve.

I AM GOD, LISTEN TO ME! I AM-

I took Adve's pinky finger/claw and

Adve turned into a small blue light before us

"Dang, that was it?" Koakuma asked.

"Hope so, now let's restore the world as it once was!"

Using the combined powers of, nah JK I used Keine's power to create a history where right before Adve's last attack on us he died of a heart attack.

"Drillerbones!" Drillerbones said as he checked to see how far Adve's last preperations where going.

"Adve?" He asked.

"Shit" He noticed his dead body.

Despite me creating a whole other timeline, the Dave brothers are all lost, unsavable for a reason I wouldn't know. Meaning my spirit companions are all gone as well, farewell everyone, fly high.

But on positive notes, everyone in Gensokyo returned to their normal lives yet again. Sure Ivy went back home, so did Moistcritical. I can't blame them this world is crazy. But Walter and Jessie stayed! They started a partnership with the Mountain Goddesses.

The family Scarlet is one again! Keine is doing Keine stuff, uhh I haven't checked in the shrines yet, yeah I'm lazy like that because I got more important stuff to do myself!

I run the Hospital Diets Nuts now, also me and Alice have been dating finally because we nearly couldn't because the Adve situation was insane. And that's all I have in my mind for now!

Sure It was a BIIITTTT anticlimactic but I'm sure nothing chaotic will happen for the time being!
