20. Courthouse Honesty
**Sorry its been a minute. We had a family vacation which limited my writing time. This one is super short but fun :) Enjoy**
Olivia felt his eyes on her before she even turned around. Was he always staring at her? No wonder everyone thought they were sleeping together, he never took his eyes off her, and it was apparently obvious to everyone.
She tried to ignore him, and focus on the conversation she was having with a child advocate lawyer. She smiled and continued the conversation, fully realizing she wasn't going to remember anything that was said. The attorney finally wrapped up the conversation, and Olivia spun around to shoot a much needed glare in the direction of a conspicuous pair of blue eyes.
He smirked. God, she hated when he smirked. She nearly stomped over to him, grabbing his arm, and him into a quiet corner of the courthouse. He leaned into the wall, without a care in the world, while she was fuming.
Where to start? "You have to stop looking at me like that!"
That stupid smirk. "Like what? I look at you normal."
"No." She shook her head in exasperation. "No you don't."
He laughed, "Well then how do I look at you?"
"You look at me like," she wasn't sure how to explain this without it sounding stupid. "Like you're completely in love with me. Like you are undressing me with your eyes. Like," her eyes met his. "Oh my God. Exactly like that! That look." She sighed in frustration and stepped in the other direction before leaning back against the wall.
Smirking. Again. "I can't help it." Still smirking. "This is just how I look at you." His arms came on either side of her, caging her in. Her heart pounded. He was not going to do this in the courthouse hallway. His lips brushed her ear, "I am completely in love with you." His breathy whisper created a wave of tingles down her body. "And I would be lying if I said I never imagined you naked."
She knew the blood flooded to her cheeks and she was likely red all over, and damn it she couldn't breathe anymore.
She put her hands up to his chest, intending to push him away and storm off down the hall, but instead her hand softened against the feeling of his toned chest. Her brain screamed at her to back off, push him away, DO SOMETHING, but she couldn't move. Those eyes held hers, and she felt mesmerized by them.
He leaned into her frozen form, and she knew they were doing this. He was going to kiss her. In the corner of the courthouse hallway. And she was going to let him.
The corner of his lips turned upwards in an annoyingly adorable cheeky smile. Then his lips met hers.
