Well my dear readers, I'm back with my latest part of the saga, in here, we'll be exploring a holiday that revolves around Trina and no, I don't mean her "birth week", if you guys recall, in the previous chapter I mentioned that this would be "Trina Appreciation Day", which is ironic seeing as this is a Jori storyline, but trust me, this will all be explained.

Now, surprisingly, I thought of this idea as more of a comedic chapter but it went into a dramatic way that I didn't see coming and I think may explore a bit on how much Jade and Tori love each other.

Finally, this chapter takes place on March 26, a day before Victorious first aired, a day before Jade and Tori met and most importantly a day before their anniversary, so this chapter will take place before chapter 16.

And now that we got all that out of the way, do read and enjoy.

Jade was parked discretely near her intended target, grinning mischievously like the Cheshire Cat, watching and waiting like a lion about to pounce on her prey, she took a sip from her coffee but never keeping an eye away from her main objective.

Trina's doorstep and more importantly what she just dropped in front of it.

"YOU MIGHT BE CRAZY!"

Jade groaned in disdain, she hated how her sister in law's voice was so horrible that it could break glass, what she called "singing", everyone else referred to it as a dying cat being attacked by a lawnmower, the former Goth even called it torture and not the "good" kind.

"Don't go in there and stab her, don't go in there and stab her, don't go in there and stab her." Jade repeated her mantra. "Remember that you love Tori and you don't want to kill her sister."

"AND YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT YOU'RE THE REASON WHY!"

Several neighborhood dogs began howling in despair.

"Even though doing so would probably be a blessing for her neighbors."

Jade and Trina never got along but for many different reasons, from the fact that the Thespian considered the older woman an annoyance while Trina saw Jade as the "psycho who used some voodoo on her sister" but it was due to their connection and love towards Tori that both women had reluctantly agreed to a truce.

... For the most part.

There was a time when Jade really, really hated Trina and always reminded her at any opportunity that "no one likes her" and while now she wouldn't say she loved her sister-in-law these days, the Thespian would now openly admit it didn't make her want to puke blood being in the same room with the older brunette.

And while there were many, many things Jade would change about Trina, there is one thing about her wife's sister that she wouldn't do without.

... Her horrible singing voice, which was rather ironic seeing as she was cursing it not five minutes ago.

That's when Trina opened the front door, looking down with mild puzzlement as she had unintentionally stepped on a box no bigger than a candle. "Hello, what's this?"

"It's show time." Jade chuckles. "About damn time too."

Trina was unaware that she had an audience and simply inspected the box, she soon noticed a card on top of it, she turned it around and in big bold letter it said.

"FROM YOUR SECRET ADMIRER."

The brunette looked around her neighborhood, hoping to see who might have left this unexpected present.

"Well even if I'm off the market, who am I to deny a gift from someone who clearly has good taste?" Trina said arrogantly. "Wonder what it could be?"

She shrugs before getting in back in the house to find out what she received and more importantly, a clue on who delivered it.

The moment Trina closed the door, Jade's evil smile grew to the point that it almost broke her face in half. "And now the fun begins."

Jade opened her glove compartment, moving around a few things in search for a pair of binoculars, such items like unpaid bills, a zombie apocalypse kit and bubble gum were in the way but it was only a mild annoyance, she eventually made an "Aha!" in triumph once she found the spy gear she was looking for, however the moment she turned around Jade's victory was cut short because she yelped in surprise at the sight of her wife staring back at her from the car's window.

... And did not look happy, that much was obvious when she gave her spouse her own version of the "evil eye."

"I'm so screwed." The Thespian thought. "Should have known Vega would find out sooner or later."

Deciding that it was better to simply face the music, Jade unlocked the car and moved her hand, gesturing Tori to hop in. The Half-Latina did so, walking around to the other side of the vehicle and sitting on the passenger's seat.

For several minutes neither woman said anything, Jade really wanted to grab her binoculars so she could watch the rest of the show but she knew doing so would be a move that would lead to a very unpleasant conversation, a conversation that would take place no matter what.

"So I'm damned if I do and damned if I don't... Great."

Tori eventually took in a deep breath, putting her fingers on opposite sides of her nose exasperatedly before giving her wife an ice, cold stare.

"Care to explain why you're so close to my sister's driveway, Jade?"

"Before I answer that Vega, I gotta know, how much did you see?"

"Enough." Tori hissed. "Now I want you to tell me, what are you doing in the middle of the day, sneaking around and giving my sister of all people a fucking present!"

Jade jumped surprise, it was very rare to see her wife so angry, even more so to use profanity directly at her with such intensity that if looks could kill, she would be dead ten times over.

When that happened, however rare it was, Jade knew the best course of action was to come clean with her little tradition.

"Ah damn it to Hell." Jade cursed under her breath. "Guess the gig is up, fine... Ok Vega, you caught me, I did leave your sister a token of my appreciation."

"I saw." Tori said. "How long?"

"Huh?"

"How long have you been doing this?"

"I dunno." Jade shrugs "Seven years give or take."

"THAT LONG?"

Jade nodded.

"I didn't want to believe it." Tori's anger slowly disappeared, her face slowly morphed into one full of sorrow and anguish. "The clues where there all along with how you been different."

Different?" The pale woman parroted "Different how?"

"Don't toy with me Jade!" The Half-Latina cried out. "You know exactly what I'm talking about!"

"I seriously don't, Tori!" Jade replied, and whatever else she was going to say was no longer important once she saw tears running down her wife's cheeks. "Vega... Baby... You're starting to worry me, what's going on?"

"Jade... Have you been cheating on me with Trina?"

Of all the things Tori could have questioned, that wasn't even on the top five, Jade was in disbelief that she had to ask to make sure she hadn't gone crazy.

"Say... WHAT?!"

"Don't make say it again." Tori said meekly, looking down her her hands. "It hurt a lot the first time."

"Vega, look at me."

"No."

"Tori... Look at me." She pleaded "I am not cheating on you with your sister! Do you realise how stupid that sounds, no... How disgusting that is! I would never do that to you! I love you!"

"Then tell me why you been sneaking around!" Tori yelled. "Tell me why for the past few days you been distant with me? If you really love me then I deserve to know what's going on with you Jade! You're my wife! And the thought of you... Just walking away is..."

That's when Tori couldn't hold it anymore and began weeping uncontrollably, Jade went into overdrive and held her crying spouse, shushing her in an attempt to calm her down.

"Tori... Believe me when I tell you that you have nothing to worry about." Jade said firmly. "I'm not nor will I ever cheat on you and certainly not with Trina! The thought of that makes me want to puke! You have to believe me!

Tori mustered all the strength she could to look at her wife and into those green eyes she loved so much, now in all the years they been together, both women had picked up things from the other and that included knowing when the other was lying.

The Latina knew that Jade had a very subtle nervous tick when she was caught in a lie and her left eye would always twitch as a result.

... That didn't happen this time.

"You aren't cheating."

It wasn't a question, it was a confirmation.

"Never."

"I'm so relieved to know that." Tori said washing her tears away before she gave her wife a punch on her shoulder.

"Ohh.. Do it again, Vega."

"Not now Jade!" She snapped. "Do you realise the sleepless night I had thinking I was going to lose you! The anxiety I had wondering what I did to drive you into the arms of my sister of all people! If you weren't cheating then what the Hell were you trying so hard to keep a secret from me?"

"Why don't you have a look for yourself?" Jade said giving Tori the binoculars. "I'm sure you'll get a sense of nostalgia on you look into your sister's window."

Tori raised an eyebrow in confusion but nevertheless did as her spouse suggested and grabbed the binoculars.

She didn't have to wait long because as soon as she saw her sister pass through the window, she couldn't help but lower her jaw, speechless of what was taking place.

Trina's tongue had grown three times its normal size and was running around her living room like a headless chicken trying to figure out what just happened, if Tori had to make an educated guess, her sister was most likely gargling some swear words.

Tori lowered the binoculars and slowly turned around to face Jade was giving her an innocent little grin.

"What did you do to my sister, Jade?!"

"Something I like to call a reenactment my dear Vega."

"Say what now?"

"Vega, a decade ago on this day, Trina took some Chinese Herb Gargle and while you didn't know it back then if she hadn't done that, our lives would be so different and we probably wouldn't have met and believe me, during our time in school ai cursed your sister for that but now, I'm glad her ego drove her to do such an idiotic thing because if she had taken the stage... I never would have met you Tor... I wouldn't have fallen in love with you and more importantly, we wouldn't be able to grow old together, in short, I'm glad your sister sucks."

"Aww Jade!" Tori gushed. "That was the sweetest thing you ever said! But do you really have to making Trina's tongue swell every year?"

"This is why I didn't want to tell you on my little tradition, Vega." Jade said with an eye roll. "It's my own way of showing gratitude that your sister was even born! Plus, we both could use a few days without her coming to our house or calling us, especially since tomorrow is our anniversary."

"I should have known there was going to be more than one reason for this." Tori said, giving Trina a final glance. "The herb won't kill her, right?"

"Nope." Jade replied. "But she won't be able to talk for a few days, it amazes me that I pull this stunt every year and Trina still falls for it."

"She'll believe any food rumour and put it on her mouth if she thinks will help her sing." Tori said. "Trust me, I know."

"I'll take your word for it Vega." Jade replied. "So... What now?"

"I'm hungry... Want to grab a bite?"

"Sure... Why not?"

"Ohh lets go to Karaoke Dokie." Tori said. "But first, I got to do something, just wait here."

Before Jade could ask what she was planning, Tori got out of the car and made her way towards Trina's house, she knocked the times and didn't have to wait long for her sister to answer the door.

"Ri?" Trina gargles "Wh a u oin here?"

Tori had no idea what Trina said but that didn't matter because she took her older sibling by surprise with a big hug.

"Thank you... Thank you... Thank you Trina!" Tori said happily. "I'm so glad you suck big time."

"HEY!"

Jade was laughing all the way to the restaurant once Tori told her what just took place.

"Thank you Trina."

LOL, that my dear readers was my take on the made up holiday, "Trina appreciation Day", I bet most of you thought that it would be something Trina would have made up, but I thought it would be more ironic and funny if Jade came up with this day and let's not forget that even though she was causing Trina some harm, she is still thankful that she is around because it's because of Her that Jade met Tori.

Next chapter is going to be a doozy to write because it will be INVADER ZIM DAY! Since most of you guys know I'm a huge Invader ZIM fan, how could I not show appreciation for two of my favourite Nick shows.

See you on the next update, which I hope will be soon.

Invader Johnny Signing Off.
