(Play: The Journey Starts Today by Walk Off The Earth)

Walking down a dirt path, with nary a creature or human in sight, there were two beings walking along.

A young man with bronze skin, spiky black hair and hazel eyes as well as two z-shaped birthmarks on his cheeks. He was dressed in a blue, sleeveless jacket under a white shirt, black shorts and red trainers with a red and white cap on his head and a green backpack on his back.

On his shoulder was a yellow mouse with brown eyes and red cheeks and a tail shaped like a lightning bolt.

As they were walking, they heard animals calling.

"Huh?" The boy said, the mouse's ears picking up the sound.

"What's that noise?" He said as he ran to where it was.

When they got there, they saw a group of men in black vest loading a variety of creatures into cages on truck.

"Oh no you don't!" He said as he and his partner leapt down.

One of the poachers saw him and alerted his friends.

"Guys! We have company! And it's the World Monarch!" The man said as everyone saw and grinned.

"Get your Pokémon ready!" The leader said, as he held a red and white capsule. They all threw them into the air letting out a pack of large black and grey hyenas, all growling in anger.

"Seven on one? Should've brought more guys. Pikachu! Ready?" HE asked his partner, who's cheeks began to spark in anticipation.

Soon all the goons yelled.

"MIGHTYENA! ATTACK!"

The Mightyena all rushed forward, fangs bared.

"Quick Attack, Pikachu!"

Pikachu soon began to zip and zoom out of the way of every bite and scratch of the Mightyena, before he turned and slammed into three of them like a yellow pinball, sending them back.

One tried to bite the mouse, but he jumped up and slammed his tail on the head with a silver tail.

"OK, now you made me mad!" The lead poacher growled as he then threw two more PokéBalls, releasing two black and red hounds with white markings and two curved horns. The other poachers did the same thing as they released large purple, four-winged bats and the same hounds as the leader.

"Houndoom from below, Crobats from above! Get that brat and his little mouse!"

"Oh, now you are in trouble! Pikachu?' The man looked at his trainer with a nod and soon, let loose a powerful electric yellow aura that made a crater on the field.

All of the Pokémon sweated at the sudden increase in power as well as the poachers.

Except for one, who grinned greedily.

"Oh, now those rumours are true! Ash Ketchum's partner can achieve such a powerful form!"

"And here is something special for ya! Pikachu, Thunderbolt these fools!"

The poacher then yelled.

"All Houndoom, Flamethrower! Crobats! Use, Air Cutter!"

All the Houndoom soon opened their mouths and let loose a torrent of fire while the Crobats flapped their wings and fired razor winds at the two.

Ash and Pikachu grinned with confidence.

"Let it loose!"

Pikachu soon fired an extremely powerful bolt of lightning, that could be seen from miles away, overpowering the flames and air easily.

By the end of it, aside from the Pokémon in the trucks, all the poachers, Crobats, Houndoom and Mightyena are out cold and smoking.

Soon, Ash got out an orange phone with a grin on the back, allowing it to float in front of him.

"Call Officer Jenny and tell them I have some poachers that need to be caught." He said.

Soon, all of the poachers were rounded up and put into a truck.

"Thanks for your help, Monarch. We were after these guys for a while now." He said, saluting him.

"No worries. I was just glad I was in the right place at the right time." He said with a grin as Pikachu leapt onto his shoulder.

Soon, he and Pikachu began to walk away from the site.

"Where are you heading off now?" She asked.

Ash smiled as he picked up a stick and held it in front of him.

"Wherever the road takes me." He said as he threw it in the air and letting it land.

Soon he and Pikachu began to walk in the direction of the stick, not knowing where their new adventure may be happening.

"It's never about the destination. Sometimes, the best thing is the journey."

Zodiac of the Rat: Ash Ketchum, The World Monarch

Yep. Here is the first trailer of Project: Zodiac. Featuring our favourite trainer from the World of Pokémon, Ash Ketchum. Also i was planning on basing these trailers on different songs and for Ash, I chose The Journey Starts Today as this takes place after the last episode of the anime before Horizons. Anyone got any suggestions for songs with the others, let me know in the reviews or DM me, cause there are a few that I need help picking.
