On June 15th, Charity wanted to make Luke's half-birthday breakfast. Luke had left home the night before, just him and his thoughts. He knows they remember, but he wanted time to think. He couldn't do that with everyone crowding him.
"It's not like him to do this…especially today." Charity says, worried about her son.
Luke walked through town as he started to think. He knew they'd probably ruin it. He knew these things now that he was close to turning 18. He remembered a lot of his good half-birthdays, but it was hard to see them as good in his mind.
Lucy was nervous about screwing up. "He left because he thinks we're going to ruin his day. This always happens. We should just accept that he'll never trust us." Lucy says "Luke and I used to be close but whenever Luke's days come up, our bond doesn't matter because something is always out to ruin the parties I plan." Lucy says.
Luke keeps walking. He walks by his favorite breakfast restaurant and looks inside. What he sees sort of surprises him.
"Surprise!" the siblings except Lucy say. And the friends except the cosmic buddies. Lucy didn't invite the Cosmic buddies.
"H-Huh?!" Luke says, surprised.
"It's your half-birthday breakfast for today!" Leni says.
"One mistake and I'm moving." Luke says. He then stares at the candle on the waffle tower that was placed on the table. He wished his family was perfect and blew the candle out. Leni had recorded this.
"Today will be amazing, Luke." Leni says.
Luke eats his waffles as he smiles slightly. Lucy was going to get things ready for Luke's party.
Later, Angry Luigi sees Luke and Jason relaxing as Garrett was working hard on the farm. Jason's farm.
"Put your back into it, Garrett! The berry harvest won't pick itself!" Luke says.
Garrett sighed as Jason finally got a break. Later, Garrett finished picking berries.
"Oliver's coming over and he'll give you your next task." Luke says as Jason just smiles.
"Why am I friends with Jason again?" Angry Luigi wondered in his head.
Henry and Jonathan were finally relaxing when they saw the Foxes come over.
"He's in the pig pen, feeding the pigs." Henry says, referring to Garrett.
They go to see him. Garrett was muddy.
"Okay, what's my next task?" Garrett groaned as Emma and Melody were playing with hay in the background.
"You, me, and the video camera are gonna have a bit of fun in the barn." Oliver smirked and led Garrett away.
"What is happening?" Melody asked.
Oliver was laughing as other dogs barked at Garrett. A monkey slapped Garrett. Oliver's siblings giggled hysterically.
"Now it's time to go film." Shane told Luke. "And Garrett, you're coming with us."
"Awww, great…now we gotta work." Henry groaned.
Filming began as soon as Luke and Shane arrived with Garrett.
"Right on time, boys!" The director says. "Let's get started!"
Lucy was working on the party. She wanted to make sure Luke would really like it.
She began to cry, knowing it wouldn't work, as he'd still be miserable and someone would ruin it. She sniffed, remembering how Luke lied to her, saying it was good when he really hated it.
At the studio, Shane and Luke were doing a beach scene where they entered Garrett in a diving dog competition. Garrett cries, not wanting to do this.
"Please don't make me do it!" Garrett sobbed.
"You had it coming." Luke says.
"And…action!" The director says.
"Oh, look, a diving dog competition! And the winner gets a million-dollar grand prize!" Shane says.
Meanwhile, Lucy was setting up the parade float. Luna took notice.
"Mom approved of my float idea." Lucy says.
"For his 18th birthday, dudette." Luna says. "Me and Sam are going to go see his and Shane's filming."
Lucy teared up, knowing she ruined everything.
"Mom approved of the other things, though." Luna says. "You can set that stuff up."
Lucy nodded and went to do so.
Luna and Sam arrived just in time to see the next scene being filmed. They watch it.
"Congratulations! You won that competition, but lost the money." Luke says to Garrett.
"So, you're gonna help us get that money, one way or another." Shane says. Garrett shivered.
After that, Shane smiled.
In Space Opera Network, they were filming a scene for "Mario vs. Wario"
"So you want me to hide you from Shane? Fine." Melony said.
Shane came in. "Where is he?" Shane asked.
"He went on a mission with Mario." Melony lied.
Shane sighs and leaves.
The next scene was Garrett playing video games as Melony sat down.
Later, they filmed a scene of Luke and Shane spotting Garrett and Melony.
"There he is!" Shane shouted.
"Let's get him!" Luke says.
Melony grabbed Garrett and went under a pipe. The scene had a pipe chase scene with them even crossing paths with Captain Toad as a cameo. And then ended with all 4 landing on Earth.
Later, Luke and Shane were walking as they smile.
"Two movies for us? When did we get lucky?" Shane asked.
"Yeah! We truly are stars!" Luke says.
They soon go to get lunch as Garrett had run to Melony's house to see officers taking her to a foster care facility as she was trying to escape.
"Let me go!" Melony says as they lifted her up and put her in the car and drove off.
"Help!" Garrett says to Angry Luigi, who was walking by, but he didn't want to be in Garrett's shoes.
Garrett goes to Kat and Ana.
"Help me, please." He says.
"Okay, we'll help." Kat and Ana say.
They arrive at a park.
"This is our escort." Kat and Ana say as they dressed Garrett like a lady.
Luke and Shane look for Garrett. Luke growled and just gave up as he marched off.
Lana soon dragged Garrett to them.
"Bad boy!" Luke says as girls giggle and laugh at Garrett. Ever since the Penny movie, Garrett had lost his reputation.
Meanwhile…
"As brothers, I've been thinking. Why don't you join our team?" Remy says to Hunter, wanting Hunter to replace Garrett for ANH.
"Me?" Hunter asked, a bit surprised.
"I can train him." Griffin says. "Leave it to me."
Hunter nods. "I'd love to." He says to Remy. Remy smiled.
Later, Lucy is finished and looks over plans she made for Shane. He will be celebrating his half birthday on July 16th.
She finds Luke. "Tomorrow, do you wanna look over my plans for Shane? I know I shouldn't be relying on you so much, but I…" Lucy stammered.
"Hey, I'd love to help. He is my co-star, you know. Only the best will do for him." Luke says.
Later, Lucy prepared Luke's entrance. She then took the stage.
"Ladies and gentlemen, it gives me great pleasure to introduce the guy I know you all came to celebrate… the one and only Luke Huntington!" Lucy says, putting as much emotion as she could into it.
Luke came out, surfing for his entrance as Andrea had a big nose bleed. Girls shrieked with delight.
He surfed for some time, then the party began. He hissed when the attention was no longer on him. He goes back to surf without another word.
After a bit, he opened a few gifts. Some of them were clothes, but he didn't mind the clothes from Leni because her designs made him happy.
Lucy got him a director's chair. Luke loved that it had his name on it. Luna got him a new karaoke system since the ninja twins broke his old one because of their training leading them into Luke's room.
He then opened the gift from Shane. It was a whole new performance and acting wardrobe designed by renowned costume designer, Slater Bishop. Luke screamed with delight.
"The guy is a legend! Shane, how did you get him to do this?!" Luke says, still surprised by this.
"I'm that good. And Slater designs some of the sets and stuff for TeenHeart Street. So I asked him if he could do this for you, and he said, Anything for Grayson Greene." Shane says.
Luke smiled and hugged Shane before opening some gifts from his fans.
Meanwhile Melody groaned, tired.
"I miss Garrett!" Henry says.
"His birthday is in a few weeks…" Jason says.
"Then that means no more doggy Garrett." Henry says.
"Who said that was over?" Jonathan says.
Meanwhile Melony finds Garrett. "Hey, Garrett, listen, I'm sorry. This is my fault. I was the one who suggested getting Akito and his sister and although we didn't plan on having you on the adventure, it still kinda is our fault, so here's the deal. I'm going to take your place." Melony says.
Luke hissed when he saw Melony.
"You better leave him alone!" Luke hissed. Melony sighed and left the party. Somehow, Garrett grew used to it.
Melony arrived at the foster home.
"They did it, I'm going to kill Jason… " Melony says. "Garrett can't compete because he's broken. He can't speak proper English." Melony ranted.
Luke danced with Marcy and Garrett eats his dinner from a dog dish as Charles looks confused.
Luke and the others played games.
"Should I turn him into an actual dog?" Ashley asked. Luke shook his head.
"He's getting his just desserts by being a human dog. And the slave. And maybe another type of slave when the time is right." Luke says. Garrett's eyes widened as he knew what Luke meant.
"What's next, a sex slave?" Penny asked, curious.
"Yes. Exactly." Shane says.
Soon, they played games and then Luke got to ride Garrett as the guests cheered.
After the ride, Luke ate some of his favorite foods and then showed the entire dog competition scene from the R-rated Penny movie.
Penny smiled, although she wondered if people actually liked her movie as most people only talked about the dog scenes. She was relieved that there was a kids' version as most kids seemed to like it, but the adults didn't really watch it for Penny.
"He's such a dog…I can't believe they never invited me." Lana says.
"Why would you want to do it?" Leni asked.
"It's my nature." Lana says.
"Trust me, it's not for the faint of heart." Lori says.
Soon, they showed the new scenes from the separate movies. The dog scenes. Fans were excited for the dog scenes. After that, Luke goes to be alone, like usual.
Lucy went to the vents and thought, would Luke actually like this party? "He probably hates it." She says.
Luke was outside, beating a dog piñata that hung on a tree.
"That wasn't the piñata Lucy planned, but who cares?" Luan says as Lisa was eating.
"A fan left me this. I still want her piñata." Luke hisses.
It was a movie camera piñata. Luke smiled and hit it as popcorn toys and camera toys fell along with candy. Luke smiled at this and grabbed his share.
Later, he noticed Lucy was alone.
"Are you okay?" Luke asked.
"Every party I plan gets ruined…" Lucy says. Luke comforts her.
They soon see the cake with a toy Luke surfing on the Arctic blue cake. He smiled at this.
"Wow!" Luke says as Leni took a picture. Everyone soon began to sing to Luke. Luke wishes Shane would have a good day next month and blows out his candles.
Soon, Marcy feeds Luke his cake as Lucy was waiting to hear Luke complain about a bad day. But Luke was talking about his new movie and how nice the party was.
Lucy was surprised.
Later, there was a sleepover in the manor. Lisa and June were hanging out as Lisa blushed looking at June, who was reading her technical science book.
Lisa looks at it with her.
"Your sister seems to like June." Marcy tells Luke.
"Doesn't shock me." Luke says. "She's had a crush on June since the Chens moved here."
"They're both nerds." Sasha says.
Later, they play some games, then look at the trophies. Ollie was admiring Luke's trophies.
"You do pageants, too?!" Ollie asked, surprised.
"Yeah, but I stopped movie stuff was bigger " Luke says
"Dude, you would be a worthy opponent if you competed against me. I won Mr. Teen Brighton before moving here. You wanna see how I did it?" Ollie asked.
"This is supposed to be about me." Luke says. "But I am interested in seeing this."
Luke thinks about this: he had ANH, then movies, now pageants. And not to mention his appearances on Broadway. Seemed like he was going to be in every source of entertainment.
Meanwhile, Melony was planning to get her revenge on Jason.
The cosmic buddies were just relaxing and heard the news about Luke as he was entering pageants again.
Lucy decided to start planning another party for Luke, for when he wins his pageant. She knew he was better than Ollie. She trusted he could beat Cuphead.
"The Mr. Teen Sunbeam pageant?!" Molly squeals when she hears of that pageant. "It's perfect for you, Ollie!"
"I'll be Mr. Teen Sunbeam!" Luke says, having never lost.
"Oh, we'll see." Ollie says.
Luke and the others then sit and watch the Mr. Teen Brighton pageant.
Everyone was trending as people wanted Ollie and Luke to be pageant rivals. But Luke wasn't exactly sure about that.
"They want me in ANH…" Ollie says. "Next season. For sure."
