Raxus Prime.
The Junkers led Starkiller to their main camp, which was a ramshackle Site, nestled in the junk, Rodians, armed with blasters, energy staffs and scrap equipment mingled about, each one giving the dark side apprentice looks of suspicion as he was led to the main tent of the camp.
"Boss." Said the Lead Rodian. "We got an interloper here, who says he wants to make a deal."
The Leader turned, he was a large purple Rodian with one eye, and was adorned in large rusty armor.
"And you are? Friend." The Leader.
"You may call me… Seig." Starkiller replied. "And you…?"
"Drexl Roosh." Said the Rodian, as he shook the Sith Apprentices hand. "Welcome to the Rodian Junk and Salvage Cartel."
"He says he has a… Proposition for us." Said the Lieutenant.
"And that would be?" Asked Drexl.
"How would your Organization like to make credits?" Starkiller asked.
"We're always out to make Credits." Said Drexl. "That's the point of business."
"True, But I'm talking, shit loads of credits." Starkiller clarified. "I mean, you probably make plenty selling all this scrap."
"Of course we do!" Drexl was not understanding where this was going. "What do you-?"
"I bet you would make all that if you just…" He walked over to the desk Drexl was overseeing, and pointed to the map that was on it, pre sicily to a certain structure on it, Drexl noticed this and widened his one eye.
"Oh… Oh no." He said fearfully. "W-We don't go near that place, no credits are worth it!"
"Why not?" Asked the Apprentice.
"B-Because." Drexl stuttered. "T-There's something over in that structure, the place isn't natural! They say a great spirit guards that… That junk tower."
"Great Spirit?" Asked Starkiller.
"Yes! With Monsters that obey it's every whim!" Said one of the other Rodians, Possibly another Lieutenant.
"Well then, if that's the case, perhaps you should get an "expert" on Spirits." Said Starkiller.
"What do you mean?" Asked Drexl.
"Simple really." Starkiller said lazily. "You, my friends, have a problem that you don't seem to understand, But I do…"
Drexl Roosh and his lieutenants were listening Closely.
Meanwhile, On the Planet Kessel.
Over in the mines, a group of Wookies were led from the ship they brought on, and were gathered around by Stormtroopers, One Wookie, a child, was quietly comforted by his father.
"Keep moving!" Barked a Stormtrooper, But before they could, a ship burst out of the clouds, The Ghost swiftly fired on the dock, blowing away the stormtroopers that occupied it, Much to the surprise of the Wookies, it quickly swooped around and opened it's hatch, allowing Kanan, Sabine, Ezra and Zeb to jump out and take shelter behind some crates as the other Stormtroopers immediately began to fire on them, As they shot back, Ezra quickly made his way over to the unguarded Wookies.
"Hey! I'm here to help." He told the Wookies, and he took out a scomp link and unlocked each of the Wookies restraints, One by one, the Wookies roared out and immediately attacked the remaining stormtroopers, But before anyone could celebrate, Three TIE Fighters appeared and fired on the Ghost, which fired back with the aft gun and shot one TIE down, only for a whole Gozanti-Class cruiser to rise from the mist and fire at the dock.
Everyone quickly dodged out of the way, and forcing the Ghost to clear the way as the remaining TIE took after it, The Cruiser landed and from the hatch opened and Agent Kallus was there, with a contingent of Stormtroopers.
"Take them!" He ordered, as his troops opened fire, causing the Ghost crew and the Wookies to retreat back to the crates and take cover, while Kanan called Here.
"Hera!" He called. "Where are you?"
"I can't maintain my position!" Came the reply.
"Then just go! Lead the TIES away from here and give yourself maneuvering room!" Said Kanan.
"I am not leaving you behind!" Hera exclaimed.
"No you're not!" Said Kanan. "We're running a 22 pick up!"
"Seriously?!" Exclaimed Sabine.
"Do you have a better option?" Asked Kanan.
"Jump into the pit and get it over with?" Asked Zeb.
"Alright, I'll be back." Said Hera. "Make sure you're ready!"
"22 pick up?" Asked Ezra. "You'rletting in on the secret?"
"Kid, I'm about to let everyone in on the secret." Said Kanan, as he stepped up from the crates and walked forward, seemingly unfazed by the blaster fire, he pulled out the two pieces of metal from his waist belt and clicked them together, and than, with a press of a Button, a magnificent blue blade of light appeared from it, much to the surprise of everyone involved.
"All troopers!" Ordered Kallus. "Focus all fire on the… On the Jedi…!"
The Stormtroopers all fired upon Kanan, who expertly deflected all the blaster bolts away.
"Time to go!" He called to Zeb.
"Huh? Oh right.' Zeb was broken out of his trance. "Everyone! Into the containers!"
The Wookies quickly hurried over towards where a group of containers were situated, Sabine, Ezra and Zeb made sure everyone got inside, as the Ghost returned.
"Magnetic seal locked." Came Hera's voice as a great jolt was felt.
"Ah! I hate this part." Commented Zeb, as the Ghost took to the sky with the container, leaving the imperials helplessly looking on.
"First Jedi you ever seen sir?" Asked one of the Stormtroopers.
Kallus said nothing.
Later, in deep space.
Back in space, The Wookies managed to acquire a ship and prepared to leave to return to Kashyyyk, The Father Wookie let out a low roar.
"He says if we ever need help, The Wookies will be there." Said Sabine.
"Good luck Kitware." Said Ezra to the young Wookie. "Try to stay out of Trouble."
The little Wookie waved goodbye and left with his father, Zeb scoffed. "Pft, look who's talking."
Ezra looked down sadly. "So… I guess you drop me off next?"
Zeb looked back, Unsure of himself. "Well uh… yeah… FInally right?"
"Yeah… right." Ezra said sadly, turning around and walking to the ladder, Zeb, Sabine and Kanan just walked past him, But the Wookie's ship detaching from the Ghost, caused a stir, just as Kanan was passing Ezra.
"Oh, sorry." Said Ezra, as Kanan passed, seemingly unaware that Ezra had swiped his Lightsaber.
Meanwhile, Raxus Prime.
"So you're saying… you can get us towards the Junk Tower?" Asked Drexl, as he and Starkiller stood atop a junk pile in the direction of the Junk Tower.
"Trust me." Said Starkiller. "You just need to bring me up to speed on this… "Spirit of yours and I'll handle-" Starkiller paused as he held a hand to his temple.
"What?" Asked Drexl.
Starkiller blinked. "Uh, Nothing, Just… be ready to march."
Drexl said nothing, he just nodded and went back to camp, Leaving Starkiller with his thoughts, and this new tremor in the Force."
Meanwhile, Lothal.
After leaving the Ghost, Ezra returned to the old communications tower on the outskirts of the city. Once inside, he pulled out the Lightsaber he took and looked around his room.
Inside was a collection of stolen Stormtrooper Helmets, old pod racing posters and tools, and yet, he could feel something else now.
"What's the force?" He asked.
"The force is everywhere." Said Kanan. "It surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the Galaxy together, and it's strong with you Ezra, otherwise you'd never have been able to open that Holocron."
"So what do you want?" Ezra asked.
"To offer you a choice." Kanan said. "You can keep the lightsaber you stole, let it become another dusty souvenir, or you can give it back and come with us, come with me, and be trained in the ways of the force, and learn what it truly means to be a Jedi."
"I thought the Empire wiped out all the Jedi." Said Ezra.
"Not all of us." Said Kanan.
Ezra pondered this and found Kanan gone.
Later,
After returning to the ship, Kanan went to his quarters and picked up the Holocron, levitated it in the air with the force and with his own mind, opened it.
"This is Master Obi Wan Kenobi, I regret to report and that both our Jedi Order and the Republic, have fallen, with the dark shadow of the Empire rising to take their place, this message is a warning and a reminder for any surviving Jedi, trust in the force, do not return to the temple, that time has passed, and our future, is uncertain, we will each be challenged, our trust, our faith, our friendships, but we must persevere, and in time, A new hope will emerge, may the force be with you, always."
As the message ended, The door opened and there stood Ezra, entering the room and handing Kanan his Lightsaber back.
Meanwhile, Star Destroyer.
Back on his ship, Agent Kallus made a call to a particular individual in the Imperial ranks.
"Excuse the intrusion, Inquisitor." Said Kallus. "But in the course of my duties, I have encountered a Rebel cell, and the cell's leader made good use of a lightsaber."
"Ah, Agent Kallus." The Grand Inquisitor said, satisfied. "You did well to call."
To Be Continued,
And there you have it folks, That's a wrap on the Spark of Rebellion side of the story, and it is here, where we will leave the Ghost crew for now, as we focus full time on Starkillers story.
But we'll have to wait to see that, As I've got other stories to update, Such as Power Rangers and the Phantom Menace and Quest for the Black Cauldron, I'll also start work on the next chapters for Carrie White, Jedi of the Old Republic and Fazbear Terrors, the later of which I would really like to get back to work on. :)
Until then, Stay Tuned for now. :)
