Blossom has elemental breath, Bubbles has sound wave powers, what about Buttercup?

Blossom woke up to a pounding headache.
the last thing she remembered was feeling a weird taste in her mouth after taking a small bite from Buttercups sandwich to check if it tasted weird. next thing she knew she was lying down on a hospital like bed in the professors lab.
"what happened?" Blossom asked, seeing the professor at his desk.
the professor looked at Blossom before replying "oh, you fainted at breakfast. I brought you down here to figure out what happened"
Blossom sat up, feeling as though her brain was pounding against her skull. she pressed her hands against her head as the pain very slowly calmed down as the effects of whatever had caused her to faint began to fully wear off.
"I called you in sick to school today" the Professor added.
a few minutes passed in silence while the pain in Blossoms head became manageable.
"can I go read a book?" Blossom asked.
"go ahead" the Professor replied, not looking away from his testing of the sandwich.
Blossom zoomed upstairs and grabbed a book titled 'how to socialize' on the front.
about an hour passed, the headache leaving Blossoms mind early into the hour.
the Professor walked into the room, taking off his gloves.
"do you want the good news or the bad news first?" he asked.
"uh... the good news?" Blossom replied, sitting up on the couch where she was reading the large book.
"good news, it isn't deadly!" the Professor replied, tossing his gloves onto the dining table.
"what?" Blossom questioned.
"bad news, there was poison in the sandwich, weird news, Buttercups DNA was in the poison, like it was from her" the Professor explained, sitting on the couch across from Blossom.
