On a bright and sunny summer day, Rosa found herself accompanying her co-star Ace to the Nimbasa summer festival. The two had just finished filming a successful romance movie together, and Ace wanted to celebrate their achievement by spending some time together at the festival. As they approached the Nimbasa Ferris wheel, Rosa, being the normally oblivious girl she was, didn't notice the nervous expression on Ace's face as he fidgeted with the door to one of the carriages.

"Thank you!" Rosa exclaimed as she hopped into the carriage with him following her in.

"No problem!" he stated, blushing.

"Poor fellow," Rosa thought, though still oblivious to Ace's feelings," He's probably just hot."

"So...the producer...Clara de Belle... Offered me another spot for another romance film," Ace slowly stated, his face turning redder.

"That's great!" congratulated Rosa," Also you want to open a window? You're getting red"

"UH! That would be great!" Ace quickly stated, fumbling to open the window then turned his attention back at Rosa," As I was saying..."

"Yes?" Rosa questioned, tilting her head.

"She wanted to offer the other lead role to you again!" Ace stuttered as he squeezed his eyes shut," Be-be-because s-she thought we were... C-c-cute together!"

"Hold up!" a random voice declared, surprising Ace and Rosa."

"Who said that?" Rosa exclaimed as she was surprised to hear a voice.

"OUTSIDE!" the voice rang, a hand dangling in front of the window on Ace's side" HELP ME IN!"

Ace glanced outside his window and his eyes widened with surprise.

"Oh gosh! Let me help you!" he exclaimed," Grab my hand!"

Rosa then saw the all too familiar red and white jacket. She watched the two carefully maneuver the person outside, to safety.

"Whew! I was scared out of my mind!" Hugh exclaimed as he wiped his forehead and plopped himself right next to Rosa.

"Why were you even on top of a Ferris Wheel carriage?" Rosa questioned through clenched teeth.

"Uhhh...Maintenance?" Hugh responded while scratching his cheek.

"Do you know him?" Ace asked with wide eyes.

"This is a friend of mine from my hometown," Rosa sighed," and I guess now he is a maintenance guy too,"

Hugh ignored Rosa's glare.

"Oh, I see! I wonder how you were able to get on without me and Rosa noticing," Ace mused.

"I am really good at being quiet," Hugh grinned, flashing his teeth.

"Mmmm intriguing," Ace stated," and why didn't you try to call for help earlier?"

"Well...I did!" Hugh stated," I banged on the carriage but you guys must've not heard,"

Rosa glared at Hugh knowing he was lying.

"I see.." Ace looked down fidgeting with his fingers.

The carriage was filled with silence before Rosa became too uncomfortable with it.

"You were going to ask me something Ace?" Rosa questioned, finally breaking the silence," Before Hugh interrupted."

"Ah yes!" Ace glanced up hurriedly," Would you consider doing another romance film with me?"

"Do you guys kiss?" Hugh interrupted, with wide eyes as he sat up from his slouching position.

"NO!" Ace exclaimed loudly then blushed..." at least not what I know of."

"I'm going to kill Hugh once we make it back down," Rosa thought.

"So would you do it?" Ace asked, turning his attention back to Rosa.

"I would love to!" Rosa responded with the biggest grin she could give.

"Ok! I'll tell Clara!" Ace exclaimed excitedly while Hugh looked stormily down at the floor.

After a moment of that mood. Their ride was over.

"I'll see you next week for the filming, Rosa!" Ace exclaimed excitedly as he hurried away.

Rosa waved goodbye and then looked at Hugh whose face was downcasted.

"Ok...come here mister grumpy!" Rosa stated, reaching her hand out," It's not my fault you want to keep our relationship a secret."

"I just don't like my girlfriend being in romantic films...it's awkward watching you look like you're in love with someone else," Hugh complained," I mean! Have you seen all the pictures in the media saying you and Ace should get together?"

"Then how about you joining me for the opening night? Then we can finally tell everyone that I am taken?" Rosa offered as she grabbed Hugh's hand.

"I might have too..." Hugh groaned," To make sure that Mister Ace stays away."

"Oh, Hugh.." Rosa laughed and smiled," When you join me as my date to the opening night then Ace will know that I am yours."

"I like the sound of that," Hugh grinned, pulling Rosa closer to him.

"I knew you would," Rosa giggled as she kissed him.
