I've been dealing with medical issues, so here's a couple of short chapters for you
Ruby was feeling quite loopy at the moment, energy rushing to the wound in her side and her godly constitution fighting the poison. She vaguely heard Erza call for her to stay conscious and reached her hand up to touch Erza's face, "'ll be fine, go hit them for me."
"I'm not leaving you!" Erza said, tears dripping down from one eye onto Ruby's cheek. Ruby was vaguely aware of Natsu saying something about getting Wendy back. And that Erza should stay with her.

Wendy continued to struggle against the far larger and older man's grasp; kicking him in the shin, stomping on his foot, and elbowing his sides. If Brain felt it, he didn't show it, just carrying her further into the cave until they came across-
"Jellal!" Wendy gasped at the unconscious, crucified man. Immediately, memories of the time they traveled together, before he left her at Cait Shelter, flooded her mind, "What did you do to him!?"
"We didn't do anything, it was Fairy Tail, and Erza Scarlet and Natsu Dragneel in particular who left him like this. We took you so you can heal him, maiden of the sky."
"Things'll be easier," Cobra said, "I managed to poison their God Slayer before I left."
"Did you finish her off?"
"No point," Cobra shrugged, "Nobody's survived my poison."
"Nobody you used it on had the constitution of a god! I'm sure her body is fighting the poison, and likely winning, as we speak."
"Then I'll hit her with more next time! There's only so much poison anyone, even a god, can take before they go down."
"If you say so," Brain said simply, before turning back to Wendy, "Now, maiden of the sky, it is time for you to heal Jellal."
Wendy's hands shook as she approached Jellal. She knew Oracíon Seis wasn't doing this out of the kindness of their hearts, they definitely had some use for Jellal, but she couldn't leave him hurt. He was like her big brother, she couldn't let him be hurt.
—
Natsu flew down with Happy, landing and immediately beginning to rush towards where they had seen the Oracíon Whatever go. Ruby was hurt.
Ruby. The one who played the roll of the fun big sister in the Guild, who thought of the guild as family over anyone. The one who had pulled Mirajane out of her funk after Lisanna's death, and had been a shoulder to cry on to Erza about Jellal. Someone that by all rights she should have felt some amount of jealousy towards that Erza still had feelings for years later.
The girl who, upon finding out she had a long lost sister, had brought her and her friends into Fairy Tail. More than anyone besides maybe Gramps, Natsu couldn't imagine Fairy Tail without Ruby.
Behind him, Gray slid off an ice slide and immediately rushed to keep up with Natsu. They ran through the forest until they hit their first obstacle.
The very same bastard who had put Ruby in this position in the first place, a smug grin on his face. Immediately, Natsu barked, "Gray, you go on ahead, this one's mine!"
It said something about the seriousness of the situation that Gray didn't argue, just nodded and ran past Cobra and the snake as Natsu charged them, "Fire Dragon's Sword Horn!"
Somehow, the snake and Dragon Slayer slithered out of the way before taking off into the sky, calling "Happy!" the winged cat grabbed him and took them off into the sky.
—
Ruby rolled off of Erza's legs to throw up. Bile mixed with red poured out, the stomach acid immediately beginning to burn through the ground as the poison bubbling and popped like a boiling broth. Ruby staggered upright, huffing and puffing.
Erza quietly said, "Ruby? You're… You're alright?"
"Yeah, took a bit for my body to work through that poison," Ruby said, only to catch a hug from Erza, "Hey, hey, hey, hey."
"I was so worried," Erza said.
"It'd take more than a dragon to kill a god, Erza. Now let's go fight the Oracíon Seis."
