"And this force ghost named Bastila or something told me how to save you,"I finished.Anakin smiled at me from across the table,eating some eggs. He finally spoke,"How come you never mentioned this before?"I shoved a piece of bread in my mouth,and ignored the question."Have you told anyone about the...'Locker time?'"Anakin's face reddened,and he looked around,"No,I am still trying to figure it out myself.Have you told anybody?"I shook my head,"No,but I think you should talk to Tahiri about it.I know how you feel about her,and she feels the same.Go to her and talk to her,because you don't want to loss something like that.I did once.Take it from a 57 year old veteran."Anakin was took a deep breath and stood up,"You are right.I will go to her know."I walked him walk away,and I sighed,hoping I made the right choice.

ONE WEEK LATER

I was sitting in my bed with only my bodysuit on,trying to go to sleep when I heard a knock on my door.I grabbed my blaster and stood to one side as I opened the door.I whirled out of the side and aimed the gun,pointing it at a very unimpressed Anakin.He glanced at the gun,"Is that really necessary?"I shrugged and threw the gun back in the drawer,"I had to make sure you weren't a Vong infiltrator."Anakin nodded and made a motion with his hand,and Tahiri came out.Tahiri glanced at me,"What were you doing in there?"I snorted,"Sleeping,like I should still be doing."Subconsciously,I say Tahiri grab Anakin's hand,and saw his respond.It gave me all the information I needed,and honestly,it was quite touching.Anakin looked at me,"So I took your advice about taking to Tahiri,and it worked out really well."O glanced at their untwined hands,"I noticed."Tahiri blushed,but Anakin pulled her closer and kissed the top of her head.I sighed,trying not to laugh at them,"Alright,just let me grab my armor and weapons."A went out a few minutes later,and saw Anakin and Tahiri in the same pose as before.O bursted out laughing,and Tahiri glanced at me."What is so funny," she asked.I took off my helmet and took a deep breath,"If you are trying to keep this relationship a secret,you just blew it.There are security cameras here,and when Mara is going to check on it in the morning,she will see all of this."They immediately detached and Anakin coughed loudly,"Anyway,today is the anniversary of the first day we meet,so we want to celebrate it."I rose an eyebrow,"Is this something just you do?"Tahiri shook her head,"We want to do it know because,well,you know."I nodded in understanding,"Alright.Where do you want to go?"Anakin glanced at Tahiri,and Tahiri spoke,"Tatooine."

"Alright.You have a ship for that?"

Anakin shifted on his feet,"We were hoping you would."I shook my head,"My ship was left on Dantooine,but I know somebody who has a ship."Tahiri nodded,and Anakin sat there,waiting for me to continue.Then it struck him,"No way!We are not stealing her ship."Tahiri caught on to,"This was your idea,Anakin Solo."I rose my hands,"If we get caught or total her ship,I am the one who she will hunt after,got it?"Anakin sighed,"Fine.The things I do to please you,Tahiri."I smiled,"Just come on."

Anakin put a hand on the Jade Shadow,"You sure you can steal this thing?"I looked at him,"I am not stealing it.It was differently procedure,and yes,I know all her codes."Tahiri opened the ramp and went on the ship.I went to the screen and typed 3244 and the ship unlocked.Anakin sat down on a seat and sighed,"Well,I hope Aunt Mara doesn't kill me when she realizes her ship is stolen."Tahiri smiled at him,"Yeah,she is probably going to kill me."I was lifting off the station when I heard the comms ringing.I motioned them to stay quiet,and with a few blinks,made my voice sound like Mara's.The officer's voice ran out,"Jade Shadow,you are not scheduled to launch."I did my best to have a Mara response,"I am a Jedi,officer.I can go where I please.And besides,Ben needs blue milk."The customs officer was silent,before he responded,"Free to go."I turned the comms off and we went into hyperspace.I turned to Anakin and Tahiri,and said,"Tatooine is really close to Vong territory,and is under threats."Tahiri nodded,"I know.I also don't care."I rose my hands in mock surrender,"Alright,then you have two hours to wait.Don't do anything naughty,you two.Do I have to draw you a picture?"Tahiri and Anakin's face reddened,and I roared with laughter."I am just joking!Just relax."

When we got to Tatooine,we landed with very little trouble.Tahiri had no shoes on and breathed in the air,"It feels like ages since I have been here!"I snorted,"I still don't understand why you want to go here.I have meet two people from Tatooine,and they hate this place."Anakin chuckled,"Tahiri is obviously a special case."Tahiri frowned and punched Anakin in the shoulder,"I am right here."I took off my helmet,"Well the least we can do is go to Mos Eisly.I will need a few drinks to sustain myself."Anakin bowed with mock courtesy,"Lead the way."When we got to Mos Eisly,"I sat down at the counter and yelled to the bartender,"Give me a drink.The strongest thing you can find.Give the kids a blue milk."Tahiri grabbed Anakin's hand and glanced at me,"We can handle the drinks."I shook my head,"You are under age,remember?"Anakin rolled his eyes,"We can kill Vong soldiers a land save the universe,but not have alcohol?That is..."Whatever he was going to say was cut short when he turned around and looked at three familiar faces that entered the bar.Anakin leaned forward,"Those three have hostile intentions."I put in my helmet,"They should.You two,be quiet and act like you don't know me."Tahiri looked like she was about to object,but Anakin clamped his lips over hers to shut her up.The lead person,a Trandoshan,walked forward and grabs a drink.I looked at them and tried to speak in my most menacing tone,"Bossk.I thought you died on the Wheel when the Vong took it."He frowned at me,"Who told you...ahh,must have been Han Solo."I glanced at the people next to him,"Looks like you have Cad Bane and Dengar with you again.Trying to start another guild in Tatooine?"Dengar glared at me,"If we were,you won't stop us again."

"Sure thing toilet paper head."

Dengar stiffened,but Cade Bane grabbed his shoulder,"Where is that pretty young lady?The one named Cassa or something."Tahiri looked like she was about to punch Cade Bane in the face,but Anakin discretely put a hand in her arm.Bossk glared at them,"Be nice you two.Anyway,we just got a contract,and we decided to ask if you want to help us.We will even split the profit."I took out my lightsaber and flipped it in my hand,"And what is the contract?"Bossk smiled,"To wipe out some Tuskan Raider clans."Tahiri was here the first punch she grabbed a random bear bottle and slapped it on Cade Bane's head,making his stumble backwards.I saw Anakin reach for his lightsaber,but I grabbed his arm,"No killing,we don't want t on deal with law enforcement."Tahiri went into a brawl with Cade Bane.Anakin Dengar.I fought with Bossk.We spent some time circling each other,before I made the first move.I went for a right hook,and he blocked it before punching me in the stomach.My armor absorbed most of it,but my breath was still knocked out.I head-butted him,sending him stumbling back,and I grabbed a bear bottle.He quickly lunged at me and bit my neck.I swore and quickly slammed the bottle on his head,knocking him to the floor.I saw Anakin use a force enhanced punch to knock out Dengar.I turned around to see Tahiri wallop Cade Bane in the head with a lightsaber hilt.The rest of the bar was staring at us,then just went back to eating.I motioned Tahiri and Anakin outside,and we left the bar.As soon as we left,I took off me helmet and sighed,"So much for a nice quiet trip."Tahiri glared at me,"Don't blame me!That wrinkled up.." I shook my head,"I am not just stating."Anakin grabbed something from his pocket,"I took this from Bossk.The name look familiar?"I read the datapad,and cursed at the employer.Tahiri rose an eyebrow,"I assume you know the person."I nodded,"I meet him once,but him and one of my friend dad has a history.His name is Qibbu the Hutt."

I smacked the bantha,"Can't this thing go any faster?"Tahiri smirked from the other banta,"It won't "Anakin had his hands around Tahiri's waist to prevent him from falling off,and he grunted,"So what is the plan again?"I glanced at him,"We go over to the tribe and hope we can talk to them because Tahiri was a Tusken.We talk to them about are plan,and we storm Qibbu's palace.Remember to keep your face wrapped."Anakin sighed and wrapped his arms tighter,"The Tuskens seemed scared of me for some reason."Tahiri shrugged,"I was never told the reason,just that the name 'Anakin' is a bad omen.I disagree."I shook my head,"The Tusken's fear Anakin because Anakin Skywalker wiped out a tribe of Tuskans after they killed his mother."There was silence before Anakin spoke up,"You really know how to kill a mood."I shrugged,"It is a skill."Then Tahiri suddenly stopped the bantha,"I see them!"We got off are bantha's and tried to look as harmless as possible,which is a hard feat for a man with Beskar armor and a ton of weapons.The lead raider of the tribe,a woman,stepped up and looked at Tahiri coldly,"Why have you came back,Tahiri."Tahiri gave her a look just as cold,"Hello Vexa.Our you the leader here?"The Tuskan,Vexa,nodded,"I am."She looked at me,then Anakin,"I recognize the boy,but who is this...thing."Tahiri clenched her fists,"That boy arm that thing have a name.I want you to use them."Anakin stepped forward and put an arm between the two,"Alright,let's talk about this peacefully.We are here to warn you about something,okay?"Vexa nodded,"Very e with me."

That night,I was sitting down,eating some soup,watching Tahiri and Vexa talk.Anakin was entertaining the Tuskans by making shapes and figures with fire,something I didn't know he can do.I saw Vexa pull out a lightsaber,and I flinched in recognition.It was Cassa's lightsaber.I saw Tahiri tear up,and Vexa stood up and walked straight to me.Vexa sat down next to me,"Our you there protected?"I nodded,"They don't need much protection.I just help them."Vexa took out the datapad,"I read the information on this device.What is your plan for stopping Qibbu the Hutt?"

"Me,Anakin,and Tahiri barge in and kill him,while you and the Tuskan Raiders snoop around and pick off any stragglers."

Vexa nodded,and I enjoyed the night in peace.

The next morning,I walked out the tent and saw Anakin and Tahiri already sitting outside.I rose my eyebrow at them,"Dos you guys share a tent?"Anakin's face suddenly looked like it was grazed by blaster fire,"Yeah."Tahiri buried her head in his chest,and I chuckled,"I won't tell anybody,don't worry.Know come on.We have saving to do.When we got to the place,I was disappointed."I thought he got a palace," said Anakin,"Instead he is in a dumpy old bar."Tahiri shrugged,"Hopefully that means there is less guards."I walked in,and was greeted by a Rodian.He pulled out a blaster,"Get out."I looked down at the muzzle,"That is not very customer friendly."The Rodian just blinked,and I backhanded him.I used my back knuckle plate,so he immediately was unconscious.I walked in,and was face to face with Qibbu the Hutt.He blinked at me,"Strill?I thought you were dead."Tahiri stepped forward,"And you are about to be dead."Anakin grabbed her and pulled her into him,and gave me a hurry up look.I turned to Qibbu,"I am thinking of killing you,but answer this question.How did you get the money to hire Bossk and his compadres?They don't come cheap."Qibbu blanched,"I will tell you nothing!"I didn't respond,I just took out my lightsaber and chopped off his tail.I expected Tahiri or Anakin to express disgust at me,but they seem perfectly fine with my actions.I waited for Qibbu's cries of pain to stop before I leaned forward,"Can Hutts really regenerate?Know tell me what I want to know,or I will take an eye."Qibbu started talking,"It was the Vong!They gave me a lot of money and told me to help them take over Tatooine!I used most of there money to make a fleet of my own,but I don't have the crew."I suddenly got an idea,a stupid,reckless idea.One with high risks,and high rewards.Just my type of plan.I leaned backwards,"Listen shag.I got an idea.You give me control of your fleet,and I will let you go free.Just when I take Nal Hutta back,you and your Hutt buddies go back and never bother the Tuskens again."Qibbu's eyes flickered,"You can't be suggesting..."

"But I am," I interrupted.

Qibbu sighed,"Fine,but good luck finding the crew."I just walked out the door,smiling.Anakin and Tahiri tailed behind me,and Anakin leaned in,"You are not doing what I am thinking you are about to do,are you?"Tahiri smiled,"I thought you were reckless,Solo.He makes you look like Corran."I smiled,"Follow me.With luck nobody destroyed the building."When we arrived at the building,I sighed in relief,"Follow me."I lead them deep into the building,until we reached the basement.I flicked on the lights,and Tahiri and Anakin gasped at what they saw.I made a big bravado with my hands,gesturing to the metal army of behind us.

A few days later,I had my plan set.I commed Admiral Kre'fey,and he looked at me shocked."Strill," he said."We were wondering where you have gone.Is Tahiri and Anakin with you?"I nodded and gestured them over and Anakin and Tahiri walked in.Tahiri smiled at him,"Hello Admiral."Fey'lya looked at Anakin,"Young man,you have caused quite a stir among your family."Anakin nodded,"I know.And I don't regret it."Fey'lya barked a laugh,"Maybe I misjudged you,young man.So what have you called me for,Strill."Tahiri stepped forward,"We are planning to take back Hutt Space."Fey'lya scratched his head,"You and what army."I took off my helmet and gestured with my hand,"Admiral Fey'lya,say hello to tactical droid 4-B."The other tactical droid walked in and spoke,"We will take over Hutt Space for the CIS and its glorious leader!"I nodded,"Yes of course."Anakin hit the shut down button,and I turned to Admiral Fey'lya,"I have a small Separatist droid force,and I have three capital ships,300 vulture droids,and seven dreadnoughts.This was all 'donated' by Qibbu the Hutt."Fey'lya raised one of his Bothan eyebrows,"Let me guess.You want me to help you by distracting Choka's fleet.Then you and your squad take over Nal Hutta."I nodded,"So are you in or out?"Fey'lya snorted,"Of course I am in.Just give me two days to get the fleet ready."

Two days later,me.Anakin,and Tahiri were at the bridge,waiting for Fey'lya's comm.Finally,the comm chirped and Fey'lya picked up,"We are ready plan is in motion in five minutes ,got that Strill?"

"Yes."

He flicked the comms off,and I turned to Anakin and Tahiri,"Ready kids."They nodded,and I pointed at Tahiri's new lightsaber hanging from her belt."Is that Cassa's lightsaber?"She nodded,"It reminds me of her.And of what I could have."I nodded,then rose an eyebrow under my helmet,"You are not actually asking..."Tahiri gripped my arm,"Strill,you are the closest thing I have for family.You and Anakin.I want to make it official."I nodded,"Alright kid.We are doing this Mando style.Ni kyr'tayl gai sa'ad Tahiri."Tahiri wiped tears from her eyes,and I saw Anakin doing the same.Anakin wiped his eyes and grabbed her hand,"Why did you do it in mandolorian?"I shrugged,"Quicker,and less paperwork."Tahiri suddenly pulled me in a hug,and pulled Anakin in with us.We stood there for a little bit before I cleared my throat,"We should go back to commanding the ship."We detached and I checked the chrono.I looked at the droid commanding the ships,"Tell all the ships and vulture droids to crash into key bases and cities.Make us crash as well."The droid nodded,"Rodger,rodger."Anakin gave me a curious look,"Why are we doing this?The blockade is still there."Tahiri grabbed his arm and smiled,"That is what Admiral Kre'lay is for."We started are approach,and just then Kre'lya's ships jumped out of hyperspace and engaged with the Vong fleet.We were making a pretty gods approach before I heard Anakin curse.I looked his way,and he pointed at a Vong capital ship,"That ship has a yammosk!It is going to call for reinforcement."I quickly went in the comms,"Droid,get a capital ship to crash into this ship that I marks."There was no response,just a big explosion.We were getting close to the atmosphere,and I waved at Anakin and Tahiri,"Come on!I made sure the Jade Shadow is there for us:"We ran into the hanger and I jumped into the pilot's seat,and Anakin and Tahiri sat in the back.I clicked a few buttons,and we launched.

When I landed are ship to the capital,I was disappointed.I pointed at the one Vong patrol,"All that and they don't even have a task force in the capital?"Tahiri shook her head,"The crashing ships killed most of them,and they can't move more people here."Anakin frowned,"What the heck is that thing?"I looked at where he is pointing and saw something that looked like a vornskr,but looked Vongformed."It had a tail with a barb in the end,and had sharp teeth.Then it looked straight at us,and I cursed."It is a tracking dog!It is leading them right to us," I said.The five Vong soldiers came barreling at us,and the thing came straight at me.I didn't bother getting my weapons out,I just braced for the impact.The impact knocked me off my feet,and the thing went right on top of me.I started wrestling with it,grabbing his claws and avoiding his tail.If I didn't have Beskar,I would have been long dead, it this thing will find a whole in my armor eventually.I quickly grabbed a thermal detonator from my belt,but that action made my left side open.The thing slammed his claws to my ribs,and I heard a loud crack.I ignored the pain and shoved the thermal detonator down its throat.I kicked it at a Vong solider that was about to stab Tahiri,and they both went out in a explosion.I looked around and saw that the five soldiers were dead,and that Anakin's me Tahiri was looking at me with concern.I got up,and winced at my broken ribs,"Let's go back to eclipse."Anakin pointed at the thing,"What was that?"Tahiri shrugged,"Let's just call it a...Voxyn from know."I just nodded,and we went back to base.

On the ship,I got the battle report from Kre'lya,and I read it out loud for the kids to hear."So the battle was a complete victory.The Vong blockade commanded by Komm Karsh was wipe out.Nos Choka's fleet took losses,but they retreated.We have token over all of Hutt Space except for Ylesia,which is the Peace Brigade stronghold.We lost a capital ship and 100 star fighters,pretty good loss ratios.Kre'lya liked our strategy and said that he recommends its further use."Anakin whistled,"Guess we did a good job."Tahiri punched my arm,"Good job Dad."I took off my helmet and winced,"Please don't call me that."I landed the Jade Shadow on the Errant Venture,and was greeted by a very sour looking Solo-Skywalker family.I went down the Roanoke first and gave them a broad smile,"So,who is going to yell at me first?"Mara glared at me,"You stole my ship."I nodded,"And it is right here."Then Tahiri came walking down with Anakin right beside her.Han and Leia looked at Anakin,and Han spoke first,"Kid,you had all of us scared.We thought you were kidnapped."Leia rolled she eyes,"He did."Then Jacen walked in,"Is it true that you retook Hutt Space?Anakin,that was so reckless of you.."

Anakin cut him off,"Recklessness is bravery.It is that act of being so brave that you won't be scared.And it was Strill's idea."

Tahiri sighed,"I guess I will leave e on Anakin.See you later,Dad."She did that on purpose,and immediately everybody turned around and started staring at me.I sighed,"I guess I should tell you about what happened on our vacation."Luke frowned,"Do you happen to know if Anakin and Tahiri our..."I held a finger up,"Just be patient.This is a long story."When I was finished,Han just sighed,"I am going to kill that kid."Jaina nodded,"Count me in."I shook my head and walked away,having a feeling that destiny is about to change.

A/N:That is my little short story.The idea was made by Origami Fish and his story,A Destiny Altered.A lot of my ideas came from the story.Next chapter will be an alternate version of Star by Star.It is not going to end how you think it is.
