[GOKU AND VEGETA SPAR WITH WANDA]
[MOUNTAIN PLATEAU – MORNING]
The sun rises over a vast, open plateau surrounded by towering mountains. The wind whistles through the air, and the sky is a clear, endless blue. It's the perfect setting for a training session. Goku, Vegeta, and Wanda stand facing each other, with Wanda looking around, taking in the wide-open space.
GOKU (grinning excitedly): "This spot's perfect! We've got plenty of room to let loose."
VEGETA (smirking, crossing his arms): "Don't expect us to go easy on you just because you're new to this. If you're going to train with us, you'd better be ready."
[Wanda nods, rolling her shoulders and shaking her arms to loosen up. She looks more confident now, a determination in her eyes that wasn't there before.]
WANDA: "I wouldn't expect anything less. I need to learn how to control my powers, and I can't do that by holding back."
GOKU (clapping his hands together): "Alright, then! Let's get started!"
[Goku and Vegeta both power up, their auras flaring to life—Goku's silver Ultra Instinct aura and Vegeta's deep purple Ultra Ego aura. Wanda takes a step back, feeling the pressure of their combined power, but she steadies herself, raising her hands and letting her own crimson energy swirl around her.]
VEGETA (challenging): "Come on, then. Show us what you've got!"
[Without hesitation, Vegeta launches himself forward, aiming a punch straight at Wanda's face. She reacts quickly, raising a barrier of red energy that catches his fist, but the force of his attack sends her sliding back. Before she can recover, Goku appears behind her in an instant, going for a sweep kick.]
GOKU: "Behind you!"
[Wanda reacts on instinct, twisting her body and using her powers to propel herself into the air, narrowly avoiding Goku's kick. As she hovers above them, she extends her hands, firing multiple blasts of crimson energy down at both Saiyans.]
GOKU (dodging effortlessly): "Not bad! You've got good reflexes!"
VEGETA (deflecting the blasts with ease): "But you'll have to do better than that!"
[Wanda grits her teeth, focusing her energy. She claps her hands together, and the air around Goku and Vegeta warps, creating several red energy tendrils that shoot out and attempt to bind them.]
GOKU (grinning): "Whoa! That's new!"
[Goku dodges the tendrils with Ultra Instinct, his movements fluid and effortless, while Vegeta blasts them apart with bursts of ki.]
VEGETA (mocking): "Is that all you've got, Maximoff?"
[Wanda narrows her eyes, concentrating harder. The tendrils suddenly transform into jagged, crystal-like shards and hurl themselves toward the two Saiyans. This time, Goku and Vegeta have to block, and the shards explode on impact, sending shockwaves across the plateau.]
WANDA (smirking): "Not quite."
[Seizing the moment, Wanda dashes forward, her hands glowing with chaotic energy as she swings at Vegeta, forcing him to go on the defensive. Her strikes are faster and more precise than before, pushing Vegeta back.]
VEGETA (surprised, but pleased): "You're getting better!"
[Suddenly, Goku appears beside her, aiming a punch at her ribs. Wanda twists her body, barely avoiding the blow, but Goku follows up with a palm strike that connects with her barrier, sending her flying backward.]
GOKU (laughing): "You're quick, but you've got to keep moving!"
[Wanda lands on her feet, sliding to a stop. She takes a deep breath, her aura flaring brighter as she gathers her energy.]
WANDA (muttering to herself): "Focus… don't rely on your emotions. Control them."
[She raises her hands, and the ground around her begins to lift and twist, chunks of rock and earth floating in mid-air, surrounded by her crimson aura. With a shout, she sends the debris hurtling toward Goku and Vegeta like a barrage of meteors.]
GOKU (dodging, clearly impressed): "Now that's more like it!"
[Vegeta powers up further, his aura intensifying as he punches through the incoming boulders, reducing them to dust.]
VEGETA (shouting back at her): "Don't just throw rocks—use your power! Make us fight for real!"
[Wanda grits her teeth, her aura flaring even brighter. She raises her hands, and the energy around her warps and twists. Suddenly, multiple copies of herself materialize, each one mimicking her exact movements. The copies rush at Goku and Vegeta, attacking from all directions.]
GOKU (eyes widening): "Whoa! Didn't see that coming!"
[Goku and Vegeta try to fend off the copies, but each time they destroy one, another takes its place. Meanwhile, the real Wanda hovers above them, gathering energy in her hands.]
WANDA: "Let's see how you handle this!"
[She slams her hands together, and the ground erupts in a massive wave of crimson energy, surging toward the Saiyans like a tidal wave.]
VEGETA (laughing despite himself): "Now you're talking!"
[Vegeta powers up even further, his aura expanding as he counters with a massive blast of his own. The two energies collide, creating a blinding explosion of light and power. Goku leaps into the air, dodging the blast, and reappears right in front of Wanda.]
GOKU (grinning): "Gotcha!"
[Before she can react, Goku lands a gentle but firm tap on her forehead, and Wanda is sent tumbling backward, her energy flickering out. She crashes to the ground, panting heavily, her body trembling with exhaustion. Goku floats down beside her, extending a hand to help her up.]
GOKU (smiling kindly): "You did great! You're getting stronger every second."
[Wanda takes his hand, pulling herself to her feet, still breathing hard but smiling.]
WANDA (grinning, despite her fatigue): "You weren't holding back, were you?"
GOKU (laughing): "Not completely. But you're getting there!"
[Vegeta approaches, dusting himself off, still smirking.]
VEGETA: "You've got potential, but you're still relying too much on instinct. You need to refine your power, learn to control it. Otherwise, you'll never be able to handle the real threats out there."
WANDA (nodding, taking his words seriously): "I understand. I still have a long way to go."
GOKU: "Don't worry! We'll keep training together, and you'll get even stronger. Who knows, maybe one day you'll be stronger than us!"
[Wanda laughs, shaking her head.]
WANDA: "I don't know about that, but I'll keep trying."
[As the sun rises higher, the three of them stand together, a newfound bond of camaraderie forming between them. In this moment, Wanda feels something she hasn't felt in a long time—hope.]
[CAPSULE CORP – WANDA'S ROOM – NIGHT]
The room is dimly lit, with only the soft glow of the moonlight streaming in through the window. Wanda sits on her bed, a towel wrapped around her shoulders, still catching her breath after the intense training session with Goku and Vegeta. There's a sense of peace in the air, but her mind is racing, replaying the day's events over and over.
As she reaches for the energy stabilizer that Bulma gave her, Wanda pauses. Out of the corner of her eye, she notices something strange on her nightstand. A shadowy, eerie presence that wasn't there before.
Her heart skips a beat as she turns to face it fully. There, resting on the nightstand, is a familiar, ancient-looking book. The cover is jet black, inscribed with strange, glowing runes that seem to pulse with a sinister red light.
WANDA (whispering, eyes widening in shock): "The Darkhold…"
[She reaches out with a trembling hand, fingers brushing against the book's surface. The moment she makes contact, a faint red energy pulses from it, and she pulls her hand back as if burned. The book seems to hum with life, responding to her presence.]
WANDA (whispering to herself, shaken): "How did you get here?"
[She stands up, slowly circling the nightstand, never taking her eyes off the Darkhold. The memories flood back—the chaos, the destruction, the obsession with finding her children. This book was at the center of it all. She had abandoned it, believing it lost forever, but here it was, in her room, in this universe.]
WANDA: "I thought I'd left you behind."
[She reaches out again, more determined this time, and opens the book. The pages flicker and turn on their own, stopping at a section that glows with a soft, eerie light. Wanda feels a strange pull, a dark whisper calling out to her from within the pages.]
DARKHOLD (whispering, as if alive): "You need me… you'll never be whole without me."
[Wanda shakes her head, trying to fight the pull, but she can't look away. She sees images flashing across the pages—visions of her past, of battles fought and lost, of her sons, Billy and Tommy, reaching out for her, their faces full of fear.]
WANDA (struggling, eyes filling with tears): "No… I don't want this. Not anymore."
[The Darkhold's whispers grow louder, more insistent.]
DARKHOLD (sinister): "You can't escape what you are, Wanda. The power, the chaos… it's in your blood. You need me to bring them back. To be whole again."
[Wanda grips the sides of the book, torn between the desire for control and the fear of losing herself again. She closes her eyes, taking deep breaths, remembering the kindness and hope she had felt earlier with Goku, Vegeta, and the others. She focuses on that warmth, that light.]
WANDA (firmly): "I don't need you. Not anymore."
[With a surge of determination, Wanda tries to close the Darkhold, but the book resists, its pages flickering wildly, glowing brighter.]
DARKHOLD (taunting): "You can't run from your destiny, Scarlet Witch. You are chaos. You are destruction."
[Just as Wanda is about to be overwhelmed, a hand suddenly rests on her shoulder. She gasps and turns to find Piccolo standing in the doorway, his expression calm but serious.]
PICCOLO: "You don't have to fight this alone."
[Wanda looks back at the Darkhold, its power still swirling around her, but with Piccolo's presence grounding her, she finds the strength to force the book shut. The glow fades, and the whispers fall silent, leaving the room eerily quiet.]
WANDA (panting, shaken): "How… how did you know?"
PICCOLO (smirking slightly): "I sensed a disturbance. Your energy spiked, and I figured you might need some help."
[He steps forward, studying the Darkhold carefully, his expression thoughtful.]
PICCOLO: "This book… it's dangerous, isn't it?"
WANDA (nodding, tears brimming in her eyes): "It's more than dangerous. It's… it's the source of so much pain. It took everything from me."
[Piccolo places a hand on the book, feeling the dark energy pulsing beneath his fingers. He looks back at Wanda, his gaze piercing.]
PICCOLO: "Then why keep it?"
[Wanda shakes her head, her voice barely a whisper.]
WANDA: "Because it's a part of me. I thought I could leave it behind, but it's always been there, waiting."
[Piccolo nods, understanding in his eyes.]
PICCOLO: "You have a choice, Wanda. You can let this book define you, or you can choose your own path. The power inside you doesn't have to be your enemy."
[Wanda looks at him, a spark of hope flickering in her eyes.]
WANDA: "But what if I can't control it?"
PICCOLO (smiling faintly): "Then you ask for help. You're not alone anymore, remember?"
[Wanda takes a deep breath, nodding slowly. She reaches out and closes the Darkhold completely, placing it back on the nightstand. The room feels lighter, as if a great weight has been lifted, but the danger still lingers, unspoken.]
WANDA (softly): "Thank you, Piccolo. I… I didn't think I'd ever have anyone who understood."
PICCOLO: "We all have our demons. The trick is learning how to live with them, not letting them control us."
[Wanda smiles, wiping away the last of her tears. She takes one last look at the Darkhold, her expression resolute.]
WANDA: "I won't let it control me. Not again."
[The scene ends with Wanda and Piccolo standing together in the dimly lit room, the Darkhold now just a closed book, its whispers silenced for the moment. As they leave the room, the faint red glow flickers once more, as if waiting for another opportunity.]
[THE BIG PICNIC]
[CAPSULE CORP GARDEN – DAY]
The Capsule Corp garden is alive with laughter, the sun shining brightly overhead as the Z Fighters, their families, and friends gather for a massive picnic. Long tables are covered with all kinds of food—sandwiches, rice dishes, dumplings, fruit, and an absurd number of snacks. The scent of freshly grilled meat wafts through the air, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
Goku is already seated near the grill, shoveling food into his mouth with astonishing speed, while Vegeta sits beside him, arms crossed, trying his best not to be impressed by the spread. Bulma and Chi-Chi are busy chatting nearby, pouring drinks for everyone and making sure no one goes hungry. Wanda stands to the side, watching everyone with a sense of awe, still adjusting to the light-heartedness of this universe.
GOHAN (calling out, waving Wanda over): "Wanda! Come and join us! There's more than enough food."
[Wanda smiles and walks over, sitting down beside Gohan. She hesitates for a moment before picking up a rice ball, and Gohan notices her hesitation.]
GOHAN (smiling kindly): "You've never been to one of these, have you?"
WANDA (shaking her head, looking around): "Not like this. It's… nice. Peaceful."
GOKU (through a mouthful of food): "You gotta try the dumplings! They're amazing!"
[Vegeta rolls his eyes, but even he reaches for a plate of grilled meat, trying to hide his enthusiasm.]
VEGETA: "You're making a mess, Kakarot."
GOKU (grinning): "I'm just enjoying myself!"
[Wanda takes a bite of the rice ball, her eyes lighting up as she tastes it. For a moment, she forgets about all her worries and just enjoys the simple pleasure of a meal with friends.]
BULMA (calling out): "Hey, everyone! I brought out some games if anyone's interested!"
[The kids—Trunks, Goten, Pan, and Marron—cheer and run over to Bulma, who pulls out a set of soccer balls, jump ropes, and frisbees. They start playing immediately, their laughter filling the air.]
PICCOLO (sitting on a blanket, arms crossed, but clearly relaxed): "I see you're adapting well, Wanda."
WANDA (nodding, smiling): "I'm trying. It's… different, but I think I like it."
ANDROID 18 (smirking): "You'd better get used to it. This bunch isn't going anywhere."
[Krillin sits beside Android 18, his mouth full of food, giving Wanda a thumbs-up.]
KRILLIN (muffled): "Best part is, there's always food!"
[Wanda laughs, feeling the warmth of their acceptance. She watches as Goku and Vegeta stand up, challenging each other to an eating contest. They sit down with a mountain of food in front of them, their competitive spirits flaring.]
GOKU: "Ready to lose again, Vegeta?"
VEGETA (growling): "In your dreams, Kakarot!"
[As they dig in, Bulma shakes her head in mock disbelief.]
BULMA: "Honestly, it's like having two kids around."
[Chi-Chi, clearly used to this, just sighs and sits down beside Wanda.]
CHI-CHI (smiling at Wanda): "So, how are you settling in?"
WANDA: "Better than I expected. Everyone's been so… welcoming."
CHI-CHI: "That's because you're one of us now. We take care of our own."
[Wanda feels a swell of emotion at Chi-Chi's words. She looks around, seeing everyone so happy, and feels a warmth spread through her chest. For the first time in a long time, she feels like she belongs.]
TRUNKS (calling out): "Hey, Wanda! Want to join us?"
[He and Goten wave her over, holding up a frisbee. Wanda hesitates, then stands up, a smile spreading across her face.]
WANDA: "Sure, why not?"
[She joins the kids, and they start tossing the frisbee back and forth. Despite the simplicity of the game, Wanda finds herself laughing and smiling more than she has in years.]
GOTEN (grinning): "You're really good at this, Wanda!"
WANDA (smiling): "Thanks. I used to play games like this with my brother."
[For a moment, her smile falters, memories of her brother Pietro flooding back. But then Pan throws the frisbee to her, and she catches it, focusing on the present.]
PAN (cheering): "Nice catch!"
[Wanda beams, feeling a sense of joy she thought she'd lost forever.]
[The picnic continues, everyone enjoying the day together. As the sun starts to set, they gather around a bonfire, toasting marshmallows and telling stories. Goku stands up, still munching on a marshmallow, and addresses everyone.]
GOKU: "You know, we've faced a lot of challenges, and we've fought some pretty strong enemies… but today, I'm just glad we're all here, together."
[Everyone murmurs in agreement, raising their cups in a toast.]
GOKU: "To friends, family, and new beginnings!"
EVERYONE: "Cheers!"
[They all take a drink, and Wanda looks around, feeling overwhelmed by the warmth and acceptance surrounding her. She turns to Piccolo, who's sitting quietly beside her.]
WANDA (softly): "Thank you… for everything."
PICCOLO (smiling slightly): "You've earned it."
[The camera pans out, showing the entire group gathered around the bonfire, laughing, talking, and enjoying each other's company as the stars begin to twinkle overhead.]
WANDA (whispering to herself, smiling): "I think I've finally found home."
