Chapter 1: Hocus Pocus:
Omi's POV:
I was learning about this holiday known as Halloween. Apparently, on this night, children would wear costumes and ask for candy. I do not understand it, but I do like the idea of candy. Anyway, we are decorating the temple for Halloween.
"You think the Shadow of Fears would be a good idea," asks Raimundo. I then summons a turkey that chases Ping Pong.
"No," says Phineas, "no I don't."
"Halloween," says Eda, "just a night where humans get to make fun of us."
"Yeah, but on this night, I can go out in public," says King, "and get candy just for being me!"
"I wonder what the forces of darkness do on Halloween," I asked.
Jack's POV:
I was carving a Jack Spicer O'Lantern. See what I did there?
"Jack, stop fooling around, we must..." Wuya then stops. "I'm sensing a shen gong wu! Yes... it is... the Pumpkin of Power!"
"Is it anything like the Great Pumpkin," I asked.
Dojo's POV:
Pumpkin of Power: This shen gong wu allows you to control the creatures of the night.
Jack's POV:
"And it activates on Halloween," I asked, "talk about irony!"
"And with it, I will command an army of terror," says Wuya.
"Wow, and to think, Halloween is your night," I said, "because you're a ghost witch..."
"Just get the RV ready," says Wuya, "we have to get to Salem!"
Omi's POV:
We were on our way to Salem to find the Pumpkin of Power.
"They had witch trials in Salem," says Kimiko.
"Yeah, but they never really caught any witches," says Eda, "those guys had no idea what they were doing! Wait, I did read that there were three witches... I'm sure that was just a legend."
And so, we had to go to Salem. We had to get that wu tomorrow!
