Episode 1: A Party Gone Wrong

It is a beautiful day in Mushroom Kingdom. The sun is shining and the birds are chirping. In Princess Peach's castle, there are a lot going on. And Peach is monitoring what everyone is doing. Several Toads are carrying stacks of dishes and cups. Toadsworth is standing next to Peach while telling the Toads what to do.

"You know Toadsworth we haven't had a party like this for years." Says Peach.

"You're right." Says Toadsworth, "I really would like to have a moment where we get to gather and enjoy a good time."

As two Toads carry some chairs, Peach asks, "Where's Mario?" "I don't know."

Says one of them, "Upstairs I guess?"

"I'll go get him." Says Peach. "Mario!" And she goes upstairs to find him.

Mario is in his room looking out the window. Then there is a knock on his door. He goes over to answer it and it's Peach. "Hi Mario." She says.

"Oh hi Peach." He says.

"We need you to help set up the party." She says.

"Sure thing." He says and they both head downstairs to the main chamber.

Among the people helping out with the furnitures and food is Luigi, who is assisting the Toads in setting up the tables and chairs. Daisy is pushing a cart carrying food and drinks. Mario arrives to help. He and Luigi align the chairs on every table and then start to put the food and drinks on top of the tables.

At one of the tables, Wario and Waluigi are setting up food. Wario is licking his lips while looking at a chocolate cake. As he is about to take a bite, someone clears his throat. He turns and sees Yoshi with a stern look on his face and with his fists on his hips. Seeing this, Wario steps away from the cake and goes back to doing his duty.

Daisy then approaches Yoshi. "Yoshi," she says, "Could you please help make some pineapple juice?"

"Sure thing." He says before she puts the pineapple into his mouth. He eats it and turns yellow, then he belches out delicious pineapple juice into a punch bowl.

As Mario and his friends are busy setting up the party, they are secretly being spied on. By none other than his archenemy Bowser, who is spying on them through Kamek's crystal ball.

Upon seeing this, he started to rage. "That Red Stache thinks he can throw a party without inviting me!" He yells. "Plus the food are just so appetizing!"

"You really want to have a bite from their feast?" Asks Kamek.

"Why of course not." Replies Bowser. "I just want the princess."

He then turns and calls out, "Jr! Get in here!"

"I'm coming!" Says a voice. Soon in steps his son Bowser Jr. "Yeah what is it dad?" He asks.

"Call on the Koopa Army!" Says Bowser, "We've got a date with the princess!"

"Alright!" Says Jr. before heading off to do what he was told.

"And Kamek!" Says Bowser. "Make sure that Mario won't interfere with us this time!"

"Got it!" Says Kamek with the hand salute.

"Now," says Bowser, "we'll give them a party they'll never forget!" He starts to cackle wickedly.

Meanwhile at the party, Mario and Peach are setting up a microphone on a stand on top of a stage. He taps and talks on it to test it. "It works." He says.

"Good," says Peach, "Now I'll get started."

Mario steps off the stage while she gets ready to speak into the microphone.

"May I please have your attention?" She says.

Everyone at the party started to look at her. Wario is eating cookies while listening.

"First of all," begins Peach, "I would like to thank you all for coming to our Mushroom Fundraising Banquet." Everyone cheered and applauded. Luigi is sipping a cup of soda while listening. Mario is eating a donut.

As Peach continues her speech, Yoshi is eating from his plate when he sees something in the sky. He stares up at it and could see that it is a fireball heading down towards them. Even worse it's heading right towards Peach, who isn't looking. "Mario!" Yoshi says to him, "Look there's something in the air!"

"What?" He asks before looking up. He then gasps when he sees what it is.

Soon everyone could see the fireball hurling towards them and start to panic. Peach is at first confused. She then turns around to look at what they are seeing. She gasps as she sees fire heading straight for her. Mario runs over to the stage and jumps at her. He saves her before the fire hit the stage and destroyed it.

As he and Peach help each other up, she starts to question. "Where did that come from?"

"I don't know." Says Mario.

Just then they heard a familiar laugh. "Oh no!" Says Peach, "Not him again!"

Bowser is leading his Airship Fleet towards the banquet. On the ships are himself, Jr., Kamek, and his Koopa Army. Everyone start to panic and run at the sight of the invasion. Goombas, Koopas, Dry Bones, Hammer Bros, and more start to jump off their fleet and attack them. Luigi starts to coward while Wario and Waluigi try to fight off the goons. Daisy tries her best to protect herself while Toadsworth runs to hide underneath the table.

Bowser's ship hovers above Mario and Peach. Mario stands in front of her to protect her. Bowser then jumps from his ship and lands in front of them.

"Hello Princess!" He says, "Miss me?"

"Oh would you please just get lost!" She says. "Don't you ever get tired of trying to kidnap me?"

"Well a little." He responds, "But this time I'm going to need you for something important."

"For what?" Asks Peach.

Mario then approaches the Koopa King and says, "Oh yeah?! I'd like to see you try!" He then starts to fight him.

Luigi, Wario, Waluigi, and Yoshi are fighting off the Koopa Army. They seem to be doing good, but the army keep coming back. Bowser Jr. then knocks Luigi out with a shell spin.

"Luigi!" Cries Daisy as she run towards him. "You alright?"

"I'm fine." He says, "Now please find a safe spot!"

Yoshi uses his tough to snag a Koopa, then he spits him at a group of Goombas. Wario and Waluigi both knock out two Hammer Bros. But then a Boomerang Bro throws a boomerang at them, knocking them to the ground.

Meanwhile Mario stomps on a Koopa. He then grabs his shell and throws it at Bowser, knocking him to the ground. "It's over Bowser!" He says, "You can't win!"

"I didn't say I was going to win." He says. "But you should be worrying about your victory." He points at Peach.

As Mario looks back, Kamek unleashes magic that traps her inside a forcefield. She tries to get out but couldn't. "Help me!" She cries.

Mario tries to punch the field, but it knocks him out. Kamek laughs as he levitates the trapped princess in the air and onto the ship. She is being placed and locked up in a cage. Mario and his friends all watch in horror as she is being taken captive yet again.

Kamek then tosses Bowser a device, who catches it in his hand. "You see Mario you are too weak to save your princess. But don't worry I'll take good care of her while you can just wander off in some other world." And with that, he points the device at him.

Mario watches as it charges up and wonders what it is. Before he can do anything, it discharges a blast at him. He ducks, but that blast then opens up a portal which starts to suck up anything near it. Mario is being dragged towards it. He tries to escape, but he ends up getting sucked into the portal. "MARIO!" Cries Peach as it closed and disappeared.

Luigi, Yoshi, and the others are in shock at what just happened. "Where's Mario?" Demands Luigi, "What have you done to him?!"

"Banished him to another dimension." Answered Bowser. And with that, he rounds up his troops and they all leave on their Airships.

After they left, Toadsworth panicked. "This is just great! Peach is taken and now Mario is gone!"

"Banished to another dimension?" Says Luigi. "Where would Bowser send him?"

"I don't know." Says Yoshi. "But wherever it is, it doesn't seem good."
