In other news, I may need a vacation soon, that, or I may simply change the update day for Foxfire to Tuesdays from now on, and shift the other dates around accordingly. I now have less time to write on Sundays and as a direct result, less time to write good chapters for this. It always feels like the qualuty suffers for it.

...that is an elephant."
"Yuuup." Jinx smacked her lips, producing an audible pop from where she sat atop the beast's head. "Sure is."
Naruto pinched the bridge of his nose. "Where did you even get that thing?"
She tilted her head and flashed him her very best insane smile. "Places."
Places, she said. Of course she did. "Does it belong to someone?"
She looked away, violet eyes flickering. "Yeah, duh. Me."
"Jiiiiinx...!
Naruto planted a fist upon his hip and began to tap his foot upon the floor as he glared up at her. It was a dark day indeed when he had to play the sensible one in their duo. Still, he couldn't just let his lover go stomping about Piltover with something that big. She'd crush people accidentally to say the least, if not deliberately. Silco had asked him to look after her in his stead, and that meant reigning in her worst impulses...

...even if he though the people of Piltover could use a good stomping or two. Mostly the enforcers who were still resisting.
"I may have...borrowed it." Jinx confessed suddenly, alarming him. "
A blond brow rose, quirking toward his hairline. "From who?"
She giggled. "Nobody that matters~!
"Put it back."
Jinx sulked. "Awwww, do I have to?"
"Its not gonna fit in the council chamber and you know it."
She patted the rocket launcher on her back. "Then we can blow it up again!"
"Yeah, no." he crossed both arms before his chest in the distinctive shape of an X symbol, denying her. "I just rebuilt this place."
"Fiiiiine." She flopped down off the elephant's skull with a huff and landed in a clumsy crouch before him. "...then I wanna get married."
Naruto choked on his own spit. "Wha-
"You heard me, buster!" a finger jabbed his nose, much to his amusement. "You and me! Find a priest and an altar! On the double!"
Wait. She'd agreed far too readily.
"This was your plan all along, wasn't it?"
She giggled and latched onto his arm. "Maybe~!"
Wicked woman...
"I just rebuilt it!"
"Deal~!"
