Hi, Rain World lovers, I've played a bit of the game and I want to write this fanfiction about Artihunter, (Artificer x Hunter.) I know that they would've never met, but I want to switch the odds around.

In this fanfiction, Arti gets pregnant and gives birth halfway while fighting a lizard. Hunter then appears and saves her. Arti gives birth to pups. Two fresh ones lol. ;) Some motherhood to ease her grief. (Also in this story, they will be female.)

Anyways, enjoy~!

Artificer ran among the stinky piles of rubbish in The House Of chieftain scavenger's mask that she had just killed scraped against the cut on her cheek, and she winced as she ran along the packed dirt floor.

Scavengers watched as the strings that held the pearls on the sides of the mask clattered to the floor, rolling around like solid bubbles and shining like tears.

Artificer's paws ached. She was not used to running on four feet. With her spear strapped to her back, she prepared a blast in her tail.

"Go, go, go..come on.." She muttered. Tail flapping and sore after the explosion, she forced another one out of her. She sailed through the air, rolling on the floor and lying still on the ground. Her fur smoked and

She felt nauseous. Artificer could see the trails of smoke rising into the air, meeting the dark gray sky.

Just then, the world rumbled.

Oh no.

"Scavengers and black blood, I have to hurry. The rain will crush my bones."

Mud stained her paws as she ran for shelter. Cliffs, floating with blue fruit hanging temptingly on their thin dark blue stalks, made Artificer's mouth water.

Lizards screeched and batflies fluttered up to long, silver spikes and dropped down, hiding in between the small and thin cracks.

Finally, when the rain was starting to drop down on Artificer's fur and the world started to rumble even louder, like the screech of a vulture, Artificer scrambled and managed to slip into a shelter as the deadly rain began to fall.
