Kaine Parker was in the shower in his hotel he was staying in for a few days. After he payed a visit to a barber shop where he got his hair shaved well not really bald but very short and having the barber also shaving his beard.
After he was done showering he was standing infront of a mirror Kaine still needs to get used to it seeing "Peter" looking back at him in his own reflection. He had looked exactly like Peter from the day one he was born but after some time that horrible clone degeneration came into his life slowly killing him... not anymore.
after drying himself off in the bathroom he got dressed putting on underwear and wore a simple outfit wearing blue jeans, white t-shirt eventually Kaine decided to get going he went to pay The Hotel for his stay and then he left.
Well he was gonna leave when he locked the door and began walking away from his hotel room not 5 seconds later he heard a voice calling out to him wich stopped him from leaving.
"Kaine? Kaine Parker?!" A familiar female voice called out. Kaine turned around to come face to face with Madame Web Julia Carpenter.
"Julia Carpenter The New Madame Web." Kaine simply stated.
"Hello Kaine i was hoping i could talk with you about something." Julia asked hoping Kaine would listen to her.
Kaine sighed in annoyance knowing fully well this woman will not take no for an answer so he agreed he motioned for Julia to follow him back in his hotel room so they could talk.
when they both entered the hotel room they sat down on the couch. Julia spoke first. "So Kaine you're probably wondering what i wanted to talk you about?" Julia asked Kaine.
Kaine looked at her annoyed to wich he replied "isn't that why were sitting." Kaine motioned to the couch.
Julia took another look at Kaine it peaked her interest in the man. She was surprised when she found out he was a clone of Peter Benjamin Parker or in secret The Amazing Spider-Man. even more so when she witnessed him be the one who killed The Spider-Queen.
"there's going to be a lot of danger in another universe where a center doesn't exist." Julia began explaining about why she wanted to talk to Kaine.
Kaine listened on and he already regretted even bothering to listen to was she wanted to say to begin with. He had a feeling where this was going and he wasn't happy about it so he sighed in annoyance as he listened to her further.
"and?" Kaine simply replied back to Julia in a tone to make her understand he was annoyed and didn't care at all what happened in some other universe.
"a lot of innocent people will end up getting hurt who don't deserve it civilians who go about their lives but might end up losing their lives one day. Because of the danger that exist in that universe." Julia continued on explaining trying to make Kaine care more but it didn't work.
"Again Julia why coming to me with this i don't really care what happens in some other universe!" Kaine argued back making it clear he had enough of what she wanted tell him... well.. ask him.
"Why not go to Peter with this i'm sure he'll be more thrilled for a exciting new adventure he loves playing the Hero... me i have no interest in such ideals!!" Kaine pointing out clear he was not going to do whatever it was what Julia wanted from him.
Julia clearly could see this man before him is nothing like Peter Parker despite looking exactly the same. Being Peter's physical double
"I wanted to send you to this universe and fight the danger that exist in that world." Julia finally explained her reasons for wanting to talk to Kaine.
And just like that... Kaine didn't respond he simply got up from the couch and grabbed his bag with his personal belongings gives Julia Carpenter the middel finger and tell her simply "No!" And then he was about to turned around and to leave his hotelroom and Julia behind.
"Supernaturel creatures exist in that world." Julia explained further and that is what stopped Kaine from leaving.
"Let's say i'll go to this universe if one tiny little part of me wants to go this world i don't know anyone there their lives are not my concern." Kaine argued back to Julia that he doesn't want to do this.
"Just don't even bother anymore trying to convince me. I do not want to go to this world to play SuperHero." Kaine ended this conversation with Julia and he walked out the door and then he left to pay the hotel for his stay.
unbeknownst to Kaine Julia Carpenter was going to use her powers to send him there either way.
As Kaine left the hotel he eventually arrived at a busstop and bought a ticket with the last amount of cash he had on hand and waited. He planned to leave New York and everything about it behind.
It's been quite a few days since he left New York it's been four days exactly since everything changed for him.
Kaine Parker reborn a new man when his genetic template... Peter Benjamin Parker well kinda got the upper hand somehow and beat Kaine's ass all over the lab and then kicked him right into the vat of The Anti-Venom Cure.
It occurred at Horizon Labs during Spider-Island when a spider plague broke out granting people spider abilities similar to Spider-Man only for everyone infected to later go through a horrifying transformation into a Giant Spider Creature.
Now he's like a new man, no longer plagued by that horrible Clone Degeneration that was slowly killing him, now being given a new start, a new lease on life. By the man who saved him by his.. brother... Peter.
the bus eventually arrived everyone got on. Kaine sat in the back the bus drove off leaving New York City.
After a few hours of driving Kaine fell asleep in his seat and dozed off. Not knowing he was going to wake up in another universe.
Headed towards Mystic Falls 11:38 PM
As Kaine woke up from his nap he blinked a few times.. reality came to him.. he was immediately alarmed because he found himself in another bus, not the one he was in before it had even lesser people in it than the bus he was in before he looked out the window and saw it was raining.
Kaine got up from his seat to walk over to the bus driver. But he stopped for a moment when he looked at the man and the bus driver was even a different one. he eventually got closer to the driver and asked him where they were going to or well the destination, he got an answer that got Kaine confused because he knew that's not were they were going originally.
So Kaine eventually returned to his seat.. really frustated and annoyed. And hour later his Spider-Sense went off that alarmed him of danger nearby so Kaine looked around to see where the danger was only for him to realize it came from outside.
Kaine looked out the window his eyes widened and saw the sillouiettes of people running in inhuman speed after the bus. With his enhanced hearing he looked back at the driver and heard the bus driver gasp and suddenly pressed on the brakes. The bus came to a stop.. the bus driver took a few deep breaths. And suddenly looked at us then back outside.
every passenger got up from their seats and saw that the bus was surrounded by people.. Kaine's Spider-Sense went off more simply telling Kaine that those people were incredibly dangerous. The bus driver decided to get out of the bus to confront them only the moment the doors went open Kaine witnessed something grabbing the bus driver he couldn't see who it was but realised it was one of those people outside Kaine looked out the window only to his horror. his eyes widened to see it was one of them biting in the drivers neck drinking from him everyone on the bus could hear the man screaming.
Kaine realised it was a vampire.. those people surrounding the bus were Vampires. The Vampire was taking a break for a second only to see another vampire sinking her fangs in the drivers neck too. 2 Vampire's drinking from his neck both female he could even hear the slurping with his enhanced hearing.
The passengers began to panic from what they witnessed. And began screaming in fear and crying in fear for their lives because of the vampires outside. The doors were still open when they threw the body of the busdriver back inside.
every passenger begin panicking and even screaming more when the female blonde Vampire stepped inside the bus. With a predatory smile on her face looking at their delicious meals.
Kaine suddenly recalled his little talk with Julia about going to another universe where he never wanted to go to is this it? Is in he in said universe Julia was talking about anyway things were going to get ugly very soon with these vampires and Kaine sure as hell wasn't going down without a fight.
