Sequel of Power Rangers Jungle Fury
Episode 2:
Defenders of the City
The Shark, Bat, and Elephant Rangers are fully morphed! They face the RinShi, John yells "attack!" He and the other two rangers charge. They use their moves that they have learned from the temple in the henchmen. The rangers feel more powerful than ever. They use their animal spirits to finish off the remaining henchmen.
Knocking them out one by one, they fight off the henchmen. They face the General Beast, 'Grimly'. The cloaked beast throws his sharp steel claws at the rangers. They are hit, but they get back up and face the beast. "You three think you can stop me!" Grimly says with a laugh. John says to the cloaked figure "we will never back down!" Grimly charges towards the rangers. The three rangers unleash their animal spirits. A Shark, Bat, and Elephant charge towards the figure. Grimly gets knocked down, but he throws a few claw missiles at the trio. Grimly teleports away.
The rangers look around, they demorph into their civilian forms. "We could've had em!" yells Elliot. Blake responds "well, excuse me! You got in my way. You were supposed to aim to the legs!" Elliot snaps back at Blake "the legs? That's your animal spirit! You have the Elephant!" John keeps the duo under control "it's all of our faults! We let that thing get away but we saved the town!" he calls out.
The group continues to bicker, but they are cut off by a ding. The boys wonder what that sound is? They hear a voice come out of their gloves. "Guys, report back to base!" the voice says. It sounds familiar to them. John asks "is that AL?" he asks, while looking into his morpher. AL responds "yes, it is I. Report back to base!" he says to the rangers.
ALs Car Mechanic - Yoga Room
AL talks to the rangers about their first battle. AL is impressed with how they morphed, but is disappointed with their negative attitude. Al explains to the trio "You all did a well done job, but however. Your teamwork is starting to slack. You are not gonna take down Slayer if you keep blaming each other over the whole battle" he crosses his arms after explaining all of this. "We had that thing there. But not one person did anything to stop them!" Elliot says to his master.
'WHAM!' A loud yardstick echos in the room. The boys turn around to see Connie, she gives them an angry look. "You three is what the problem is!" she yells at the trio. The trio stand there not knowing what to do. AL stands there watching his wife give orders. "Why you three are here is your lack of teamwork! And blaming others is what will destroy our team! The biggest weak spot in our teamwork!" she yells out towards them. Connie takes out her whistle and blows into it. She makes the boys go down on the ground and makes them do push ups. "You three will do push ups until I say you are done!" Connie says to the trio. John looks at AL "Master, can you please control your wife!" he says, gasping for air. AL shrugs his shoulders "sorry sonny. It's out of my hands!" he says to him. Blake groans, wanting this to be over.
Slayers Cavern - Deck
Slayer is outside of his cavern, he practices his moves destroying each and every target he sets up. He takes out his weapons and throws them at the sandbags, they pop, sand falls out of each and every one of them. Slayer looks at the symbol, it represents the Pai Zhua Academy. Slayer growls in anger, he throws a laser like spear at it, causing some damage.
Klong hides behind the door, he looks at Slayer, feeling very impressed. He wonders how much hate he has towards his former academy.
Slayers Cavern - Temple
Klong wanders around, wondering how Slayer has become 'Slayer' he walks around and sees an old book. It is the book of Dai-Shi, how he has given his powers to help gain more and more allies. Dai-Shi was a powerful being. He taught the students of his academy how to be evil and use hate to conquer the world.
Klong puts the book down, he notices Grimly walk into the temple. Klong looks at him "what brings you back here?" he asks Grimly. Grimly responds "these things, they're called the Spirit Rangers! They took me down, but I gave them a bit of damage" he says to him. Klong nods, he thinks to himself. "These Spirit Rangers, they're powerful but I think they came from the Pai Zhua Academy!" Grimly says to him, explaining more about their powers. Klong nods, he knows that they could be a threat to Slayer. Klong looks through a portal, he sees that the city is filled with fun and loving people. He thinks back on his planet, his whole town discriminating against him, disrespecting him, treating him like garbage. Klong growls at the sight of loving people, he throws the book on the ground "get back there!" he says in an angry tone. Grimly gets confused "what?" he asks him. Klong turns, with an angry and furious look on his face "DESTROY THEM!" he screams in command, facing Grimly with a demonious look on his face. Grimly is frightened by the look of Klong, he scurries out of the temple, afraid of him. Klong looks at the portal "they'll feel the same wrath that my people felt on my home planet!" he says to the portal.
ALs Car Mechanic - Living Room
The Boys are all tired out, they felt like they had ran an ultra marathon with weights on their shoulders. "Drillbit Connie, is a fucking pain" Elliot says to the trio. Blake looks at Elliot "I can't tell who's worse? Her or AL" he says to him. John lies there, thinking about the torture "all of those sandbags, all of those sprints with weighted bags…." he says feeling exhausted. Blake wants to get up, but he is unable to. John looks at Blake, lying down on the ground "Dude, you have the spirit of an Elephant! You oughta have more strength than all of us!" said John, he then turns to Elliot "and you have the spirit of the Bat. You have more senses than all of us do!" He then gets up and looks at himself in the mirror "and I have the spirit of a shark, most likely to attack" he says about himself. Blake nods to John "you're right, we oughta know our strengths and put them to good use!" Blake stands up and stretches "it's what we can do as a team to strategize. We can't just rely on ourselves individually" he says to John. John nods "right, we gotta rely on ourselves as a team! And as a team, we gotta come up with a way to knock down evil together instead of being an individual!" he says to the group. Elliot gives in and starts to agree with John and Blake "yeah, maybe you're right…" he says to John. "We just gotta put our differences aside and work together! No matter what problems we have! We were assigned to stop Slayer and we will make sure of it!" John says to the group.
Connie listens in on the conversation, she smiles at her group. She leaves before anyone in the room could notice.
ALs Car Mechanic - Hallway
Connie goes over to AL, she says to her husband "ya see hun! I told ya they would figure it out!" she says to AL. AL smiles "being a team is what we gonna do to understand what's going on!" he says to his wife. "I still remember at the academy, Master Mao really needed us to work together as a duo. And then we fell in love" said Connie, thinking about the good old days. "Now we have our own group of people to mess around with" said AL. The alarms go off, AL and Connie rush over to turn on the main screen. Grimly starts destroying the city.
ALs Car Mechanic - Living Room
John, Elliot, and Blake all watch Grimly destroy the city on TV. AL nods to the group "you guys better get going!" he says to the trio. John nods to his masters "Thank you Masters" he says to AL and Connie. John says to his group "you guys ready!" Blake and Elliot nod "ready!" they say to their leader. "Spirit Rangers! Unleash!" they all say together. The Rangers are fully morphed. AL opens up a portal "use this to get to the city, I"ll explain later!" he says to the trio. The Spirit Rangers jump into the portal and teleport over to the city.
Downtown Mauville
Grimly destroys everything in sight. He throws his claws damaging everything in sight. The Spirit Rangers teleport over from their portal. Grimly turns around and sees the rangers "well, well. We meet again, rangers!" he says to the trio.
John nods to the group, Elliot jumps up high while Blake uses his Jungle Mace to knock a few garbage cans over to Grimly. Grimly knocks a few cans away from him, but gets hit by Elliot. Elliot lands on his feet, he slashes Grimly using his Jungle Fans. Grimly tries to kick Elliot, but Bat Ranger flies away, dodging the attack. John uses the opportunity to attack, he uses his Shark Sabers to battle Grimly in a duel. They fight, Grimly using his claws like swords while Shark Ranger uses his sabers to block every attack by the wannabe grim reaper. Blake uses this opportunity, he whacks the clothed being using his jungle mace, hitting him in the spine.
'CRACK!'
Grimly falls on his knees, not knowing what to do. The Spirit Rangers use their finishers. Elephant Ranger stomping on the ground creating a fissure, Bat Ranger flying in rapid speed, slicing the monster, and Shark Ranger spinning like a drill, using his Shark Sabers to drill a hole in the monster. Grimly falls down and explodes. The rangers celebrate their victory.
Slayers Cavern - Temple
Klong is scared, he knows that he is going to face the consequences from his master. Slayer walks into the Temple, he notices Klong frightened about his punishment. Slayer senses evil within this useless thing, he smirks at him "you might not be useless after all" he says to Klong. Klong is confused, but doesn't say a thing. Slayer walks away, he says to himself "maybe I could give him some kind of power."
ALs Car Mechanic - Living Room
AL congratulates the group on their job well done. But there is still a lot for them to learn. "You three have a lot to understand about being warriors, but I am very proud to see you all work in a group! Maybe I can give you guys an assignment" AL says to the trio. AL signals them to come with him. The boys do not hesitate and follow him.
ALs Car Mechanic - Garage
The boys are dressed up in jumpsuits, they are wondering why they are here? AL explains to them "you three have some oil to drain from these cars. Look at them carefully and learn all about what patience is about" he says to the trio. The boys look at each other, wondering what kind of technique this is? They go under the first car and start working on the oil change.
AL sits next to his wife "you see, I have students and assistants for my garage" he says to her. Connie giggles "you know how to take advantage of this" she says to him. "They definitely need to learn patience, but also it gives me a break to sit back and relax" he says to wife. AL opens up a beer and takes a drink.
