I love these two, I like their friendship but also them as a couple, I don't mind either way, so this one is open-ended so you can see it how you want. Very short but hard episode to write for!
Just So You Know
Griselda walked down the corridor, not being as cautious as usual as HB wasn't about. Arriving outside her friends room she went to knock but it opened and Fenella stood there with a smile.
"Great minds think alike" Fenella said stepping aside to let her friend enter.
"I couldn't sleep, I am still shaken up from earlier" Griselda replied.
"Me too...I had no idea if we were going to come out of that situation, I want you to know how deeply I care about you" Fenella said as she sat on her bed.
"I think the dust from when the place was falling apart affected your head, you are never so soppy" Griselda commented, sitting next to her.
"I realised we might not make it out and I just wanted you to know that more than anything" Fenella replied.
Griselda hugged her and smiled "I care deeply about you too, always, you are my best friend" Griselda said as she pulled away from the hug and the girls linked arms.
"Want to go raid the kitchens?" Fenny suggested. Gris smirked and nodded.
"What better time than when HB is away? Gris said as they stood up and left the room, arms linked, happy to be together and ready to enjoy their feast, reassured their friendship could survive anything.
