A brown-haired man was falling into a black void.
He didn't wear a single piece of clothes and had no eyes.
His name is Issei Hyoudou, and he is the final survivor of the DxD.
DxD was an organization made to protect the world from the terrorists and invaders bearing the name of the strongest being their world.
"So, I'm the unlucky bastard who had to outlive everyone. "Issei said as he regained consciousness.
"I reached the top but it didn't matter. "The Sekiryuutei thought as he thought about the cursed time he was known as the Breast Dragon Emporer.
"I was so stupid. "Issei thought about the time he gained a body made by the Apocalypse Dragon, and the Ouroboros Dragon and then returned to being the crimson whore's slave.
A woman with chestnut hair and violet eyes flashed in his mind.
"Irina,..."Issei thought about the most important woman in his life.
She helped him get out of the dark path he almost fell in.
Despite their differences, he and the Angel stayed together.
"I'm sorry. "For the first time in years, Issei Hyoudou apologized for not believing her.
She was the only person who never lied to him. She only ever told him the truth no matter how hurtful it was.
Issei felt his eyes closing as he was losing strength.
"Finally. "Said the tired Dragon accepting his fate with a smile.
At that moment, the world around him turned black.

"Huh. "Issei opened his eyes shocked that he did.
Issei looked around and saw that he was in a bedroom.
Issei looked at his hand in surprise.
He felt that his body was weird.
It felt...too human.
"No, it is human. "Ise thought as he used Senjitsu.
Issei looked around the bedroom and his eyes widened in realization.
"This is my room. "Issei was astonished by this and almost shouted.
"Am I back in the past?"Issei asked himself in disbelief.
Issei looked at his left hand as he closed his eyes.
"Focus on the ever-burning flames that burn everything. "Issei mumbled to himself
In his left arm, a dragon red gauntlet with 2 green jewels and 2 golden spikes.
Issei was shocked when a sword manifested in his arm.
[We finally meet my host. It seems that you are part of my entourage that possesses more than one Sacred Gear. I am expecting a lot from you during our brief time together.]
A voice came from the red gauntlet which was familiar to Issei
That was his partner Y Ddraig Goch.
Issei was saddened by the fact that his friend didn't come back with him.
"It's nice to meet again Ddraig. "Issei said with an informal tone.
[Again? I don't recall meeting you.]
Issei smiled and began talking again.
"Let me tell you a crazy story. "Issei said as he told the Dragon about his regression.
[This is almost an unbelievable story but you don't seem to be lying. Let us work together, Partner.]
"The sword is new to me. "Issei said as he looked over the sword which seemed somehow both Demonic and Holy.
[Astonishly, It seems to me that you somehow have Blade Blacksmith and Sword Birth.]
"Both Blade Blacksmith and Sword Birth!"Issei exclaimed in shock.
[You know them of them. It seems our journey will be enjoyable, Partner.]
The red gauntlet disappeared making Issei make a sad smile.
Issei looked around his room searching for his phone.
"A month before my second year. "Issei smiled as he would get enough time to strengthen himself.
The sword in Issei's hand disappeared and he went down the stairs with a gloomy expression on his face.
"Ise, how are you?"Asked a middle-aged man with brown hair as he was reading a newspaper.
"Are you alright? "A woman wearing an apron asked.
These two were Issei's parents, Gorou and Miki, whom he hadn't seen in a long time.
"It's that obvious to you, huh? "Ise said with a heavy voice, his head was lowered as he didn't want to meet his parents' eyes.
Issei was happy that he had seen his parents and they were on his side.
Issei raised his arm and Magic Circle appeared shocked before their eyes glowed as they were hypnotized.
"I'm sorry but you can't interfere. "Issei said as he turned his back to his parents not wanting to look at them.
"I left Kuoh for a while on a small trip. That's what you going to tell people if they ask you about my location. "As Ise talked, clothes began appearing on him.
Ise felt bad for brainwashing his parents but he had to make sure they were out of his way.
Issei looked at his parents and his eyes widened when he saw a blue transparent window in front of them.
"Now, I shou.."Issei stopped when he felt his body wasn't as it should be.
"This impossible! "Issei exclaimed not believing what he was feeling.
"This body is made from them. "Issei said as he thought about a young-looking black-haired girl and a gigantic red Dragon.
They were the True Dragon Great Red and the Infinite Dragon God Ophis.
They are the strongest beings in the world, and they were the ones who created a body for him when he foolishly lost it.
"I better talk to Tanin and reveal myself as their son to get his partial cooperation. I can't fully trust him because he's currently a Devil. "Issei thought as he prepared to move into the Underworld using the Dimensional Gap.
Issei discovered long ago that thanks to his body that was made from Great Red he could move undetected by anyone but two.

Issei was transparent to all his surroundings.
He was flying inside the Underworld until he sensed a familiar presence.
"Ravel?"Issei said as he felt her moving using Transportation Magic.
Without thinking much about it, he crushed into her causing a slight explosion.
As he fell to the ground, he created a black hood that covered the apart part of his face slightly.
He looked up and saw a group of 16 people. Nine of them were unconscious, and the rest were slightly injured.
Issei looked them up and saw that they were Riser Phenex's Peerage.
He scanned the group finding out that the unconscious ones weren't in a dire situation before shifting his attention to the now hostile group.
A voluptuous woman with long, wavy purple hair that falls down her back and matching eyes. At the front, the right side of her hair falls over her breast and covers her right eye, while the left side falls near the top of her skirt in the front, she was Rise's Queen Yubelluna.
To her left side a tall young woman with long black hair with a dark blue tint and brown eyes. Her hair features five thin ponytails going around her head, which are held up by a golden hair accessory on top of her head, she was wielding a Zweihände, and to her right a young woman with light brown hair and green eyes; her outfit consists of a full set of silver armor with black accents that appears to be a cross between a European Knight (her chest plate, gauntlets, and greaves) and a Japanese Samurai (her hip plates and shoulder guards), and wears a headband that goes across her hair and forehead and she was holding a broadsword and a dagger. They were Riser's Knights Siris and Karlamine.
Behind them, there was a well-endowed young woman of Chinese descent with shoulder-length black hair and blue-green eyes. Her hair has two Chinese-style buns on both sides of her head, while the front features bangs that form a slight V-shape across her forehead and a voluptuous woman with short, light brown hair and grey eyes. Her hair has three red highlights across and wears a plain white mask that covers the right side of her face, her outfit consists of a black jacket and matching jeans. Thyer were Riser's Rooks Xulan and Isabela.
They were guarding two blondes one was a beautiful young girl with dark blue eyes. She has long blonde hair tied into twin tails with rd large, drill-like curls and blue ribbons keeping them in place a tall and handsome young man in his early 20s with short blond hair and dark blue eyes. They were the only daughter and the third son of the Phenex Clan Ravel Phenex, and Riser Phenex.
"Who are you? How dare you attack Riser?"Riser shouted as Issei looked at him uninterested.
"Almost forgot how arrogant he was?"Issei thought while shaking his head.
Issei smiled as he flared his aura.
"You've made a poor decision. "Issei said in a cold and harsh tone that closely resembles Ddraig's voice.

Issei was walking in the streets of Kuoh.
He was thinking about what to do to have as much freedom as possible.
Issei stopped when he noticed that he was in a familiar location, and felt a familiar presence.
"This place, huh? "Issei smiled as entered a cafe.
This cafe was special because people came here to play mind games such as chess.
As Issei entered, he noticed a bespectacled young woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut, and violet eyes. She was wearing a T-shirt along with jeans.
She was Sona Sitri the Heiress of the Sitri Clan and the sister of Maou Serafall Leviathan.
The girl was alone, sitting in the corner, making it easy to approach her without making her notice.
"Hello, Shitori-Kaicho. "Issei greeted her, using her fake name Souna Shitori, making her look at him a little surprised.
"Hello, Hyoudou-Kun. "Sona returned the greeting before taking an analytic look at him.
"You seem...more decent. "Sona pointed avoiding using vulgar words.
"I got a wake-up call. "Issei said as he gestured at the seat in front of her.
Sona thought about it for a moment before nodding her head to allow him to sit.
"Do you know how to play chess?"Sona didn't know why she asked. Maybe because she beat everyone in the cafe and wanted to play against someone new.
"Yes. Do you want to play?"Issei asked while smirking inside.
"Black or White?"Sona asked.
"I'll go with white. "Issei could feel Ddraig not liking his choice.
Issei wasn't paying his full attention to the match as he had another goal in mind.
He was carefully hypnotizing everyone in the cafe, and disabling all recording devices while ensuring the Devil didn't notice.
"Despite how smart you are Sona-San, you are still inexperienced in this. "Issei thought as he was done preparing.
"Checkmate?"Sona said in disbelief.
Issei looked at the board and saw that he was the one that won.
"I won?"Issei didn't expect to win without even trying, but then he remembered that he was playing with someone technically less experienced than him.
Sona's face turned slightly red as she realized what her loss applied.
"Calm down, Sona Sitri. You can't allow anyone to know about this. If you do, this man's life will be over instantly. "Sona thought knowing that her sister might do something stupid if she were to find out.
"Are you afraid of what would happen if anyone were to find out that you lost in chess, Sona-San?"Issei asked using the girl's real name with a smile.
Sona couldn't hide her surprise and was about to attack him in retaliation but stopped in her tracks.
"Good thing you're able to read the mood. "Issei said sarcastically clearly aiming to provoke her.
"Calm yourself, Sona, and think carefully. Everyone else in this place is under hypnosis. The cameras are all down. You can't communicate with the outside. He managed to do all that without you finding out while defeating you in chess without even focusing on the game. "Sona thought as she looked at him in the eye.
"What are you?"Sona asked.
Issei looked amused by what he was seeing.
"I'm Hyoudou Issei, the son of the Infinite Dragon God Ophis. "Issei said with a smile as he released his Dragon's aura slightly.
Sona didn't bother to hide her disbelief.
How could she?
The person in front of her is claiming to be the child of the most powerful being in the world.
She wanted to say he was lying but couldn't. Her sister already informed her that Dragons are above lying.
"What about his supposed parents?"Was the thought that coursed threw her head amidst the turmoil.
"These two really are my parents. "Issei declared knowing that Sona made that assumption.
"Strip. "Issei ordered.
"If you're going to humiliate me, death would be better. "Sona answered in a cold tone.
"I will only say it a second time. Strip. "Issei released a killing intent as he spoke.
Sona's facade was crushed by the intensity of the killing intent with only a single thought in her head.
"It's even higher than One-Sama's. "Sona thought as her self-confidence disappeared completely.
Sona's clothes disappeared as she became naked with her hands covering her private part.
Issei looked completely unaffected by her figure as he stood up, and dragonified his right hand.
Issei told the Stiri Heiress to lay herself on the floor and stop covering herself.
The Devil did what she was told without any resistance.
Issei placed his dragonfied hand on top of the Devil then he crushed it making some scales, flesh, and blood drop on her body.
As soon it touched the body, a Red Magic Circle that had a snake eating its tail on it appeared. The blood, flesh, and scales shone before transforming into a small red snake.
It was a technique that Issei developed along with Ophis.
Boosting Snake was similar to Ophis's Snakes which increased the strength of the person who had them many times.
Issei's Snakes increase the natural growth of a person along with a chance of simulating abilities that are hidden in one's blood and also reveal their potential.
For Devils, it activates the Demonic Power in their lineage as long they are at a certain concentration of the blood.
"I must admit you're luckier than I thought. "Issei said as he gestured for her to get up.
"Sona-San, you have this much potential yet you were deprived of it. "Issei thought as Sona got up and sat in front of him.
Sona looked almost like a doll making Issei sigh.
"Return to normal *Snap*. "Issei said as he snapped his fingers which made the light return to Sona's eyes.
"How..? You hypnotized me?"Sona said unable to believe that she was hypnotized without her noticing anything.
"You were vulnerable when I released my killing intent at you which made it easy. "Issei explained nonchalantly without revealing anything relevant.
Sona couldn't do anything but glare at him.
"You better be happy because now you can grow into a Maou-Class Devil or even higher. "Issei informed her with the utmost seriousness.
"What?"Sona exclaimed in disbelief.
"What I did to you will increase your natural growth many times. For the next week, you will get even stronger if you kill creatures with Demonic Energy in them. Also, you gained Demonic Powers that belonged to your lineage. "Issei explained making Sona want to ask how he did it but she stopped immediately realizing that it would be pointless to even attempt to ask.
"What Demonic Powers do I have?"Sona asked giving up on even trying to extort information from the Dragon.
"You have 5 Demonic Powers which are:
Sitri; Water Manipulation: The ability to manipulate Water Magic.
Paimon; Power of Psychic: The ability to use telekinesis and telepathy.
Buer; Power of Restoration: Healing capabilities exceed most Devils and is capable of regenerating damage but to a lesser extent than the Phenex Clan.
Ipos; Foresight: The ability to predict things depending on their skill over their future sight capabilities, mostly range seconds to a minute allowing them to predict attacks for example.
Amy; Power of Blue Flames: The ability to use blue flames much hotter than the Phenex Clan with greater control over them. "Issei said as Sona had her mouth open and her brain likely short-circuited.
"You should know that what I did to you will prevent you from going against me. "Issei gets up from his seat.
"You better use the next two weeks wisely to grow stronger. "Issei removed all of his preparation as he was leaving which made Sona follow him.
As they reached the exit, Issei took her right hand with his.
"I see you are worried about how to explain how you have multiple Demonic Powers. Don't. Your case will be treated as a special case like the others. A sudden mutation had happened to you like the two Super Devils. "Issei finished speaking before kissing the back of her hand like a gentleman.
A minute after Issei had left, Sona suddenly felt her cheeks burning, and her heartbeats getting faster.

Issei who returned to his house was inside his room
Cough*Cough*
Issei was coughing blood and he looked almost ready to lose consciousness.
[Are you better now, Partner?]
"He, he. Right now, I am still too weak to create more than four each month on my own. "Issei answered Ddraig's question as he picked the blood he coughed, and placed it in a bottle.
[Are going to use that blood to create these Boosting Snakes?]
"Yes. My body isn't as pure as before my regression so I will have to use any method possible. The blood that coughed was too pure for my current body to handle so it was rejected. "Issei said as he took pieces of the green jewel from the Boosted Gear and placed it inside the bottle before making it disappear.
[I think you should take it easy for the next few days.]
"I wasn't planning to do anything drastic for a week. The next Snake will be ready in three days, and I will heal in four. "Issei said as he entered his room.
Inside the room, two women were unconscious on the floor.
They were Riser Phenex's former Servants Karlamine and Isabela.
None of them had their Evil Pieces as Riser took them from them before Issei had taken them which made them enter a state similar to a coma.
The room was inside the Dimensional Gap blocking anyone from sensing what was happening.
The two women were being warped inside an egg-like transparent red sphere that had a Boosting Snake warped around it.
[What's happening to them?]
"They are being enhanced but the process will be incomplete until I add another power. That's what's needed in most cases when I use my Snakes on humans. It can be Holy, Divine, or any power that wouldn't harm the body. "Issei explained while looking at the caccons thinking about the danger his and Ophis's Snakes can pose to the body.
Issei took a golden sphere enveloped by a Boosting Snake.
"Grow well. "Issei said to the orb while making the orb disappear.
Issei looked outside as he felt a familiar presence, one he hadn't felt for a long time.
Issei smiled before saying a few words.
"Looks like we will be meeting soon, Raynare. "
Issei will be ruthless to many people even those who were his friends or would've been.
This story will likely be either IsseixIrina or IsseixIrinaxHarem.
Should I make Raynare part of the Harem or at least a friend?
Rias's Peerage likely won't be part of Harem.
