Chapter Six: The Plan of Despair

Rubble's POV

Me, and Blue were in the kitchen getting ready to make dinner. Today has been a long day for everyone. Especially Ender and Sonic. I'm just glad that the motive has finally ended! The hallucinations were so horrible! Blue went up to me and asked, "Hey bud, are you ok?". I said, "Y-Yeah, I am just nervous about Sonic. I think he's mad at me!". Blue said, "Hey, don't worry. I'll make sure that Sonic won't do anything to you. And I'm pretty sure that Sonic understands.". I said, "I caused his best friend to-". Blue interrupted, "No it's not your fault! Tails wanted people to accuse him. He wanted to be caught. You did Tails a big favor.". He put his ribbon on my shoulder and said, "Everything will be fine! I promise.". I said, "T-Thanks, I needed to hear that!".

Rainer came with a bunch of ingredients and said, "Ok, boys! We're gonna be making Flame's famous cheeseburgers!". Blue asked, "He told you the recipe?". Rainer said, "He told me and Jolt in case he needed help making them for his food stand at the mall.". I asked, "He runs a food stand at a mall?". Blue said, "Yeah, it does well in business.". I don't doubt that. Flame's cooking is really good. We spent some time making the patties. Then we heated the patties using the stove. After adding the cheese and putting the patty on buns we brought the cheeseburgers out to the dining room. We also brought a bottle of ketchup and mustard. Me and Blue volunteered to bring Sonic and Ender their dinners. So we grabbed their plates and went out to the dorm hallway.

As we entered the dorm hallway, I asked, "Is it ok if I go to Ender and you go to Sonic?". Blue said, "Sure, and I'll make sure that Sonic is ok and isn't mad at you.". I said, "T-Thanks. I'll make sure Ender is ok as well. Meet you back at the dining room.". I left Blue and went to Ender's dorm. At Least there's 0% of Ender being mad at me. But I hope he's doing well. I went up to his dorm door and knocked on the door. He opened and asked, "Hello?". I said, "Hey Ender, can I come in?". He said after a couple seconds, "S-Sure.". And he let me come into his dorm.

Ender asked me, "So, is everything ok?". I said, "Yeah I came to give you your dinner". I handed Ender the plate and he said, "Thanks.". I then said, "I also wanted to check in on you. I know how it feels to lose someone close to you because of this game!". Ender said, "I've known her since I spawned! And I could've protected her and-". I said, "I understand the feeling. I blame myself for what happened to my friend. But we gotta escape! Escape for them! I'm gonna leave you alone now.". Ender said, "Thank you Rubble.". I said, "No problem.". I left his dorm.

For the conversation with Ender, I pretended I was Blue. He is better with feelings than me. I honestly didn't think I'd do that good of a job. I met up with Blue on his way back to the dining room and we walked back together. When we entered we went back to our seats and started our dinner. Zeke asked, "How are they doing?". I said, "Ender is doing ok. He's just depressed right now.". Blue said, "I honestly couldn't get Sonic to talk. He was just silent the whole time I was talking to him.". Rainer said, "That doesn't sound like him.". That makes me worried, I'm getting a bad feeling that Sonic is gonna do something bad!

We ate dinner and Red Yoshi and Zeke went to their dorms. Rainer wanted me, Blue and Kamek to follow her. As we were walking, Blue asked Rainer, "Hey, are you sure you're comfortable showing Kamek?". Rainer said, "Yeah, I trust him.". We went into the sauna changing rooms. I'm guessing Rainer is showing Kamek what Jolt managed to do before his death. Kamek asked, "Why are we in the sauna? And by the way, I'm not in the mood to use it.". Rainer said, "That's not the reason why we're here. We have something that could help us out big time!". Kamek said, "Why hide it here?". I said, "Because it has no cameras. Jolt must've figured that out then he hid it here for us to find.". Kamek said, "Jolt hid something?".

Rainer said, "Yep", then opened the locker to reveal the computer. The computer said, "Accessing All Files, 83%". It has gone up 10% since the last time we checked in on it. Kamek said, "'Accessing all files'. So this computer is accusing Monokuma's files?". Blue said, "Yes, hopefully the files will provide us with new information.". Kamek said, "This is very useful information. Why did you tell me?". Rainer said, "Because I trust you!". Kamek said, "Well keep this hidden from everyone else. This has to be between the four of us! No one else!". The three of us agreed and Rainer closed the locker. We exited the sauna, and then we went to the dorms. We said goodnight and went inside our dorms. I went into my bed and closed my eyes. The day has finally ended.

(POV: Third Person):Monokuma was sitting on a chair in front of monitors in an unknown room. A shadowy figure comes up to him. Monokuma turned around and said, "Ah, Mastermind! Good job in the class trial!". The Mastermind said, "Thank you Monokuma! Seeing the despair grow within those losers is so rewarding! Speaking of them, I need those two detectives gone!". Monokuma asked, "Why sir?". The Mastermind said, "They're giving everyone hope! Hope is not welcome here!". Monokuma said, "I fully agree with you!". The Mastermind said, "Luckily I got a plan on how we can get rid of those pests!". Monokuma said, "OOH, I'm all ears Mastermind!".

(Rubble's POV): The wake up call woke me up. I'm so glad that I had no nightmares last night! I opened my door and saw Blue and Rainer approaching my dorm. Blue said, "Morning bud! How did you sleep?". I said, "Way better than the last couple nights!". Rainer said, "Good to hear! Wanna help us cook breakfast? I was thinking about making cinnamon rolls today!". I said "Sure.". Rainer said, "Cool! Let's go!". As we walked I asked Blue, "That sleepover we did like two nights ago was nice. Is it ok if we have another tonight?". Blue said, "I'm surprised you asked.". I said, "I don't know why but I felt safe that night. And I'm really nervous about my safety right now.". Blue smiled and said, "Of course we can have another sleepover!". I smiled and then we entered the kitchen.

We spent around 1 hour and 30 minutes making cinnamon rolls and brought them to the dining hall. Red Yoshi, Kamek, Zeke and surprisingly Ender were sitting at the table. Blue said, "Ender! It's good to see you, how are you doing?". Ender said, "Better.". Blue then asked, "How about you Zeke?". Zeke said, "Honestly I'm not bad. I just don't know how to feel.". Rainer asked, "How about you Kamek and Red Yoshi?". Kamek said, "Not bad.". Red Yoshi said, "I uh, didn't get a lot of sleep.". Blue asked, "Is everything ok?". Red Yoshi said, "Yeah, I have a lot in my mind.". Kamek said, "So does everyone else.".

Zeke said, "Especially since today is new motive day.". Blue said, "Oh yeah, I forgot about that.". Sonic said as he came in, "That stupid bear can give us whatever motive he wants but that won't stop me!". Rainer said, "Sonic?!". Sonic said, "I'm gonna stop him no matter what!". Blue asked, "Hey, Sonic. How are you doing today?". Sonic said, "Not that good." as he took his seat. I looked at him with a nervous face. I'm honestly surprised to see him out of his dorm. Sonic looked at me and asked, "Are you ok?". I was too nervous to answer. Blue said, "He's worried about how you feel about what happened.". Sonic said, "Well none of you should be worried. The only worried one should be that bear!". Zeke said, "We can't hurt that bear though. Believe me I would've broken him by now!".

We ate our breakfast then we heard ding dong bing bong. Monokuma said, "It's time to reveal the next motive! Please meet in the gym.". Rainer said, 'Well it's time to see what is gonna be used to torture us next.". The eight of us headed out for the gym. Another motive to destroy friendships! I just hope that they leave our heads alone again. I know that my other hope is most likely not gonna come true. I also hope that Sonic isn't gonna do anything stupid! When people go to the stage that Sonic is in, they tend to do stupid stuff out of rage. Please don't let Sonic be one of those people.

We entered the gym and waited for Monokuma to appear. After a little bit Monojuma appeared and said, "Hello students! Ready for the next motive?!". None of us answered. Monokuma continued, "Well before I explain the motive, how about you check the motive file?". I pulled out my handbook and checked the motive file. The file says, "Motive #6: Videos!". Zeke asked, "What's this?". Monokuma said, "Hidden in your dorms, there is a motive video for you to watch in the AV room!". Kamek asked, "What's on these videos?". Monokuma said, "Watch the videos to find out!". I asked, "What's stopping us from ignoring these videos?". Monokuma said, "Curiosity. Curiosity gets the better of pretty much everyone! Anyway, catch ya later!". Monokuma jumped and disappeared.

Blue asked, "Doesn't anyone else feel like that the announcement went quicker than usual?". I said, "Yeah, I agree. For some reason that motive announcement felt rushed.". Kamek said, "It probably went like that because there's really not that much to explain.". That could be true but I don't believe it. I have a hunch that Monokuma and the Mastermind is up to something! Zeke said, "This motive is the easiest one to ignore!". Ender said, "We thought the same thing with the money but greed got the better of one of us. Curiosity has a good chance to get the better of one of us.". Rainer said, "Sadly, Ender is right.".

As we were talking I noticed Sonic walking towards the exit. I went up to him and asked, "Sonic, where are you going?". Sonic said, "To my dorm. I want to check out this motive video.". I asked, "Are you sure that's a good idea?". Sonic said, "I want to know how this video is gonna get us to kill. Also there might be something useful for our escape in it.". Sadly he has a point. Plus I'm curious what he has on me. Then Sonic said, "Well I'll see you later.", then he walked away. Blue walked up to me and asked, "Do you think he's right?". I turned around and asked, "You overheard that?". Blue said, "Yeah, I couldn't help but overhear.". I said, "Well to answer your question, I don't know.".

The seven of us left the gym and went back to the dining hall. Rainer asked, "What do you guys think is on those videos?". Ender said, "Don't know but it's probably better if we don't.". Rainer said, "Yeah, I agree.". Kamek asked, "So did anyone find anything suspicious lately?". I said, "Other than the motive announcement. No.". Red Yoshi got up and said, "There's no use talking about escaping.". Blue asked, "What are you talking about Red Yoshi?". Red Yoshi said, "We've been looking for any clues on escaping everyday since we got here. We've checked every floor and every room. And we found nothing! I don't want to talk about false hope right now. So later guys.". Red Yoshi left the dining room.

Zeke said, "Yeah, the dinosaur has a good point. We've been looking for an escape and made no progress.". Rainer said, "There has to be something! Right?!". Blue said, "We just have to keep looking and have hope!". After our talk about escaping, everyone went off to do their own thing. I went to my dorm to look for my motive video. I thought about what Sonic said and I need to know what these videos have on them! After an hour of searching, I found the DVD in my desk. Probably should've started there. I looked at the disc with nervous eyes. I think that I'm too nervous to watch it right now. I'm just gonna wait to watch it.

I guess I can just walk around the school for now. I put the disc in my desk drawer and walked out of my dorm. After a couple minutes I was on the third floor. I was walking by the art room when I overheard a conversation. Blue said, "Thanks for helping me with this!". Rainer said, "No problem! I know he'll love this surprise, I'm honestly surprised that you know how to do this.". Blue said, "I had to learn this.". I do want to know what they're doing but I don't think I should spy on them. I can trust that they're not doing anything suspicious or bad. Rainer said, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick.". Oh no, I need to pretend that I just got there! So I quickly and quietly walked towards the left side of the hallway.

Rainer came out of the art room and noticed me and said, "Rubble, hey what's up?". I walked back towards her and said, "Oh, I'm good! I'm just walking around. What are you doing in the art room?". Rainer said, "O-Oh! U-Um! I-I was just checking the art room to make sure everything was alright!". I asked, "Was there anything in there?". She said, "No, everything is normal! I'm just gonna go to the bathroom. See you later bud!". She rushed off before I could say anything else. I should keep this interaction and what I heard in mind.

I went down stairs and bumped into Kamek. Kamek said, "Rubble, I finally found you!". I asked, "You were looking for me?". Kamek said, "Yeah, I found something last night. Do you know where Blue is?". I said, "Uh, Blue is busy with something I believe.". Kamek said, "I guess I'll show him later. Follow me Rubble.". I said "Ok?", and then followed Kamek to the second floor's boys bathroom. He found something? Hopefully it could give us some good information.

I asked, "Why are we in the bathroom? Is it because it has no cameras?". Kamek said, "Yes and no. I found something in the storage closet last night.". Kamek went into the storage closet and pushed back the back wall. He revealed a secret room! He went in and then I followed. The room had a desk and a chair. Also an empty bookshelf. I asked, "What is this room?". Kamek said, "This is a room where they kept important files.". I asked, "Why is the bookshelf empty then?". Kamek said, "Before I could finish reading the first file, I was knocked out. When I woke up, the room was cleaned out!".

He went from the bookshelf to the desk and continued, "I didn't get to see who attacked me.". I asked, "Do you think that the Mastermind knocked you out and took everything?". Kamek said, "I don't think so, I know so!". I then asked, "What did the file say?". Kamek said, "It had a list of all of our addresses.". I said, "They documented our addresses?! That can't be good!". Kamek said, "I agree.". I said, "Maybe we should leave before they attack us.". Kamek said, "I agree. I'm gonna head to my dorm.". We left the secret room and Kamek went to do his own thing.

After a couple hours, I was walking around the first floor. I already had two really interesting interactions today. One with Rainer and one with Kamek. I wished that the Mastermind didn't catch Kamek in that room. We could've learned a lot from those files. The fact that all of our addresses are on file is bad news. That explains how they were able to find me. I'm probably the only one who didn't enter the school when they knocked them out. Hopefully that computer has copies of those files or even more important files. I was passing by the gym before I noticed something. Sonic was standing in the gym. I wanted to check in on him so I entered the gym.

As I was walking up to Sonic I felt pretty nervous, but I have a gut feeling that I need to see what was up! Also I want to know if he's mad at me or not. Sonic yelled as I was approaching him, "MONOKUMA COME HERE AND FACE ME LIKE A MAN YOU COWARD!". I said, "S-Sonic, what are you doing?". He said, "Trying to get that bear out here! I need to have a little talk with him!". I asked, "Why do you need to talk to him?". He said, "It's nothing you need to worry about.". I then suddenly asked, "A-Are you mad at me?". He turned around and asked, "Why would I be mad?". I said, "B-Because of what happened at the tria-". Sonic interrupted, "I don't blame you for what happened. You were just doing what Tails wanted. Monokuma is the one to blame.". Monokuma then said, "Why blame me?".

We turned to see Monokuma standing behind us. Sonic yelled, "THERE YOU ARE! YOU WENT WAY TOO FAR WITH THIS STUPID MOTIVE!". Monokuma said, "Awww, did someone find their motive video? Did ya like it?". Sonic yelled, "NO! HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU EVEN KNOW WHERE THEY WERE?!". Monokuma said, "Oh, I have my ways!". Sonic said, "YOU'RE CRAZY IF YOU THINK I'D LET YOU DO ANYTHING TO THEM!". Monokuma said, "Well, all you have to do to prevent their fate is to kill a fellow classmate!". Sonic said, "I'm NOT doing that! But I will stop you!". Monokuma asked, "How do you think you can stop me?". Sonic said, "Easy I'm Sonic the Hedgehog! I deal with evil robots all the time!".

I then figured out what Sonic is about to do. I yelled, "SONIC! DON'T DO IT! REMEMBER THE RULES!". He wasn't listening to me. He was using his spin dash move. Where he uses his speed to roll up into a ball and launches himself at his targets. I yelled, "SONIC YOU'LL GET YOURSELF KILLED IF YOU DO THIS! PLEASE LISTEN TO ME, THERE'S A BETTER WAY! DON'T DO THIS!". All of my yelling was pointless because he wasn't listening to me at all. Anger and rage has clogged his mind and judgment. Losing Tails has affected him this much. He launched his spin attack at Monokuma.

Launching Monokuma to the back wall where the entrance was. Sonic walked up to him and said, "You messed with the wrong hedgehog!". Monokuma said, "Like how you just messed up big time Blue Blur!". Sonic asked, "Huh? What do you mean?". Monokuma said, "Violence against the headmaster is strictly prohibited! I call upon the spike gods to come and save me!". Sonic asked, "Spike gods? What are you talking ab-". Before he could finish, spikes came up from the ground. Multiple spikes went through Sonic in different directions. Monokuma said as he got up, "Should've listened to your friend Ultimate Speedster!". He then turned to me and said, "Go let the others know about this! Use this as an example on what happens if you break any rules!". He jumped and went through the ground.

I just stood there with a terrified face. Sonic the Ultimate Speedster just died right in front of me! He was one of the nicest and chillest students here. What was on his motive video that caused him to do this! From what I heard, Monokuma might have threatened him by using his friends?! I went up to his body and I noticed something. In his right hand it looked like he was holding something. I opened up his hand and I revealed a Monokuma key. Basically a black key that has Monokuma's head on the top of it. Did Sonic snatch this off of Monokuma when he did his spin dash move? What does this key unlock? I don't know but I should keep this on me or hide it somewhere. But for now, I should go tell everyone what happened.

It was around dinner time so finding everyone was gonna be easy. I went to the kitchen and told Rainer and Blue to go to the dining room. Once I got everyone to the dining room it was time to tell them what happened. Zeke asked, "So what do you want to tell us?". Ender said, "Yeah, you said it was serious.". I said, "Yeah it is serious.". Rainer said, "WAIT! Before you tell us, we should wait for Sonic. He isn't here yet!". Kamek said, "He probably locked himself in his room again.". I said, "Actually this news is about Sonic. Um, Sonic um got punished!". Blue asked, "W-What do you mean?!". I told them everything that happened.

I even took them to the gym for them to see that I'm not lying. Rainer yelled, "OH MY GOD! SONIC!". Ender said, "Sonic. What has gotten into you?! Why did you do this stupid act!". I said, "The motive video. Earlier I heard him say that he was gonna look for the video. I'm guessing he found it and it made him snap.". Blue said, "If the video made him this mad. I'm now even more scared about what is on these videos!". Zeke said, "I thought he explodes when someone attacks him.". Ender said, "I'm guessing that isn't the case every time.". Kamek said, "This is why we need to find a way to escape! Eventually we'll end up just like Sonic if we don't do anything!". Red Yoshi said, "There is no way to escape Kamek! We can't do anything!". Zeke said, "Let's just go have dinner.". So we left for the dining room to have dinner.

We didn't really talk during dinner. After dinner everyone went off to do their own thing. I saw Kamek taking Blue upstairs. I'm guessing Kamek is showing Blue that secret room. Rainer came up to me and asked, "Are you ok? It must have been horrifying to witness that.". I said, "Yeah it was. Thanks for checking in on me!". Rainer said, "No problem bud! I'm gonna go to the pool to swim! Wanna join me?". I said, "No thanks. I'm gonna go to the rec room for a little.". She said, "Ok bud, have fun!". I said, "You too.", and left to go to the rec room.

I spent at least an hour and a half listening to the songs on the jukebox in the rec room. Then Blue came in and said, "There you are bud! I've been looking for you!". I asked, "You have? What's up?". Blue said, "I wanted to see if you wanted to hang out?". I said, "Sure!". We decided to play that pool game. Blue defeated me in our first game and I defeated him in our second game. Blue asked, "So, can you tell me about Sonic's death?". I said, "Surprised you didn't ask before our pool games.". Blue said, "I didn't want to bring it up until I know how you're feeling.". I said, "Well basically the motive video made Sonic snap and he tried to attack Monokuma. Monokuma killed him and told me to tell everyone else.". Blue asked, "Is there anything that you found before or after the incident?". I said, "Can we continue this talk in the sauna?". I winked after saying that. Blue noticed and said, "Oh, sure thing bud!". We went to the sauna.

When we entered the sauna, I pulled out the key and showed Blue. Blue asked, "Where did you find it?". I said, "It was in Sonic's hand after he died. I'm guessing when Sonic spin dashed Monokuma, he snatched the key from him.". Blue asked, "Do you know where it goes?". I said, "No, that's what I'm gonna find out though.". I went to one of the lockers and hid the key in the locker. I said, "I'll tell Kamek about this tomorrow. We need to keep this hidden from everyone else though. Especially from Monokuma and whoever the Mastermind is!". Blue said, "Yeah I agree. Hey wanna go to my dorm?". I said, "Sure.", and we left the sauna.

We went to Blue's dorm and we just talked for the rest of the night. At 9:55 pm I went to get my blanket and pillow for the sleepover. When I got back I made myself comfortable on the floor. Blue said, "You know you can join me on the bed right?". I said, "I'm good. Don't worry.". He said, "Ok bud. Just let me know if you change your mind.". He had this smirk on his face like he knows what will happen. He then said, "Looks like it's time to go to sleep. Good night bud.". I said, "Good night Blue.". Then the two of us went to sleep and ended the day. But during the night, I heard some weird noises. It was like someone was at someone else's door.

When the wake up call came, Blue woke up and saw me sleeping on his bed. I was on the opposite side of the bed. He said, "Looks like someone changed his mind?". I said while waking up, "I-I got scared because I heard weird noises.". He asked, "You did? What did you hear? Wait, how did you hear it?". I said, "You must have left the door a little open last night. Anyway it sounded like aggressive banging last night. It was like someone was trying to get into someone's dorm!". He said, "We should go to the dining room. If anyone is missing, we'll look for them!". We rushed to the dining room. Please don't let there be another death!

When we entered the dining room Ender, Zeke, and Red Yoshi were sitting at the table. Zeke said, "Can't believe how fast we got here.". Ender noticed us and said, "Hey guys. Is everything good?". Blue said, "We don't know. Rubble heard banging noises last night!". Zeke asked, "How did he hear banging?". Blue said, "I accidentally left the door open a little.". Ender said, "You do know that's really dangerous and stu-". I said, "We know! Anyway we believe that someone might have been attacked last night!". Ender said, "Well Rainer is in the kitchen cooking breakfast.". I asked, "What about Kamek?". Red Yoshi said, "We (yawn) haven't seen him yet.". He looked really tired. Ender said, "We should go look for him!". Blue said, "Agreed". We went off to look for Kamek.

Ender and Zeke went to the dorms, Blue went to the sauna and Red Yoshi checked the school side of the school I believe. I went upstairs to check the secret room Kamek found. If he's alive maybe he's in there (hopefully). I checked the secret room but it was still empty. As soon as I came out of the second floor boy's bathroom I noticed that the library door was open. Someone might be in there. I nervously walked to the library. I knew that despair could be in that room and we would have to go through it again! I entered the room and I saw the reason why the door was opened.

I saw… Kamek looking through some books, most likely from the archive. I went up to him and said, "Kamek! Thank god you're alive!". He said, "Yes I am alive. Why? Did something happen?". I explained everything to him and he said, "So someone tried to get into a dorm last night. Must have been a failed murder attempt.". He got up from the table and said, "We should talk about this with everyone else.". I agreed and we exited the library. After we went downstairs, we gathered up everyone and went back to the dining room. Blue went to the kitchen to inform Rainer on what was going on.

The five of us were sitting at the dining table. Zeke said, "So no one died?". Red Yoshi asked, "So why was there banging?". Kamek said, "Someone might've tried to kill someone last night!". Ender said, "The question is who would do that?". I said, "We should also think about who they were trying to kill? They were knocking on someone's door but we don't know who!". Red Yoshi said, "So one of us (yawn) is being targeted! That's just great!". Kamek said, "We don't know who the attacker or target is. That means we have to be extra careful from now on!". Blue said as he came in, "I agree!". He and Rainer came in with breakfast for everyone. Rainer made bacon and scramble eggs for breakfast today. As Rainer sat down she said, "Thank god everyone is alive! Blue told me everything.".

After we ate breakfast, everyone went to do their own thing. Today everyone is gonna be way more paranoid than ever before! Blue and Rainer went to the third floor. They're probably gonna continue what they were doing yesterday. I have no idea where Red Yoshi went. Based on how he looked, I think he went to his dorm to sleep. I figured I'd join Ender and Zeke in the botanical garden on the fifth floor. Zeke was standing next to the chicken coop and he said, "I thought chickens were supposed to be blocky.". I said, "In your area they're blocky. In other areas they're not.". I looked over to the shed and I asked, "Should we check out that shed over there?". Zeke said, "We already checked it out. It's full of garden supplies.". I said, "I know but I want to see it myself.".

I went over to the shed and Zeke was right. It had bags of soil, trowels, rakes, bags of seeds, and other gardening tools. But there is nothing to water the plants. I asked, "Shouldn't there be watering cans in here?". Zeke said, "There wasn't any when we first checked, so I guess no.". I then asked, "Then how do the plants get water?". Monokuma said, "Well I'll tell ya!". Monokuma jumped out of the ground and Zeke said, "Oh great it's you!". Monokuma said, "Yep it's me! Anyways, to answer your question, the plants get watered by a sprinkler system!". Ender confusionly said, "Sprinkler system?". Monokuma said, "Yep, every time it's 12 am and pm the sprinklers turn on!". I said, "Thanks for the information. You can leave now.". Monokuma said, "Fine! I'll catch you later!". He jumped and went through the ground.

A couple minutes after learning about the sprinklers, I decided to leave the garden. I said bye to Ender and Zeke and left the room. It was nice hanging out with them. As I walked down to the fourth floor I found Rainer. She looked like she was looking for something or someone. She noticed me and said, "Rubble there you are!". I asked, "You were looking for me? Why?". She said, "We need you for something.". I said, "We?". She said, "Follow me and you'll see what I mean!". I followed her downstairs. I'm guessing she's gonna show me what Blue and her were working on.

As soon as we got to the third floor we went straight to the art room. When we entered the art room, Blue was waiting for us there. His ribbons were hiding something behind his back. I said, "Hi Blue. Um, what are you hiding?". He said, "It's a gift.", then he revealed that it was a blue shirt with a picture of a rock on it. He then handed it to me and I asked, "Is this what you've been working on yesterday?". He said, "So you knew I was working on a project huh. Well yes it was. I wanted to make you something since you told me that you don't receive gifts.". I told him that during our first sleepover when we were getting to know each other better. I said, "So this is for me? Thank you!". I automatically put the shirt on. He said, "Luckily I knew a way to put designs on shirts without a machine.".

He told me that he made the shirt and the design himself. After we talked for a couple minutes, Rainer suggested that we 'go to the sauna'. Which she meant that we should check on Jolt's computer. We went to the sauna and opened the locker to reveal the computer. The computer said, "Accessing All Files, 92%". Blue said, "Only eight more percent left.". Kamek said, "Looks like I'm not the only one who wanted to check the percentage.". We turned to see Kamek walking in. Rainer said, "Yeah, it's loading faster than I thought.". Blue said, "Hopefully this wait will be worth it.".

Kamek said, "Yeah me too.". He then looked at me and asked, "Hey Rubble can we talk in private?". I asked, "Is everything ok?". He said, "Yeah, I just need to talk to you in private.". I said, "I'll talk to you two later.", and then I followed Kamek. He took me to the dojo and said, "I have a plan that could help us find an escape and I need your help with it.". I asked, "You have a plan? Are you sure that it'll work?". He said, "I'm positive!". I then asked, "W-What is it?".

Blue's POV

After Kamek and Rubble left to have a private talk, me and Rainer went to the pool to swim for a little while. After two hours of swimming I went to the first floor for a walk before dinner. As I was walking I noticed Rubble sneaking into the AV room. I followed him to see what was up. Once I went in I saw him holding a DVD. I asked, "Rubble, is that your motive video?". Rubble turned around and said, "BLUE! You scared me! Um, (sigh) yes it is.". I asked, "Are you gonna watch it? Why?". He said, "Because I want to know what is on these things! I heard what Sonic was saying about these videos before his death. I also want to know what this bear has on me.".

I sighed and said, "You have a good point on the videos.". I pulled out my DVD and said, "I was holding on to this so no one can use this against me. But I'm curious too.". Rubble said, "You don't have to-". I interrupted him by saying, "Bud, I made my decision.". I went up to one of the screens and put in my disc. I also put on my headphones. Rubble did the same thing and we watched our videos.

My video showed a picture of Sylvia and Eve. Then I heard Monokuma's voice saying, "Sylvia Ribbons and her adopted daughter Eve. Aka your sister and niece! I wonder how they would feel if they were in a similar situation as you? If there is no murder in the next couple of days, they'll be new Hope's Peak students!". As soon as he said that, I threw off my headphones. I said, "No! That psycho bear didn't go that far!". I looked over to Rubble, he had his headphones off and he took out his DVD. he split the DVD in half. His video must be as bad as mine. I asked, "Rubble, what was on your video?". He didn't answer my question. He just said, "I-I got to go!". As soon as he said that he ran out of the room.

I didn't go after him because I wanted to give him some space. I took out my DVD and left the AV room. I can't get the video out of my mind. I can't let Sylvia and Eve go through this like we have. But I'm not gonna kill anyone! I have to think of a way to stop this. Attacking Monokuma won't work. Sonic tried that and got killed! There's no way I'm gonna do what that bear wants! There's gotta be another way! I'll have to think about this after dinner. But I can't tell Rainer about this, she's already been through a lot and I don't want her to be even more stressed. I just need her to not watch her motive video. I just hope Rubble is ok.

When I entered the dining hall, everyone but Rubble and Kamek were there. I figured they were arriving late, so I sat waiting for them. When Rainer came in with dinner, she noticed that Rubble and Kamek weren't there. She asked, "Hey where is Kamek and Rubble?". Red Yoshi said, "Don't know. Hopefully they're safe.". Ender asked, "Should we go look for them?". Kamek came in and said, "No need, we're here.". Rubble said as he came in, "Sorry for being late. Got stuck doing something.". Ender said, "I like your new shirt.". Rubble said, "Thanks.", and sat down. I wanted to ask him if he was ok but it wasn't a good time.

After we ate dinner I was about to ask Rubble something but he followed Kamek somewhere. Those two are up to something but I don't know what. But I trust Rubble isn't doing anything bad. He knows the consequences better than the rest of us. So for the rest of the night, I decided to hang out in my dorm. I needed time to myself after the motive video. I don't know if it was a good decision to watch the video but it doesn't matter anymore. When it was nighttime I got ready for bed. Once I was in bed I closed my eyes and ended the day.

The wake up call woke me up and I got ready for the day. Once I was done getting ready, I exited my dorm. I went to Rubble's door and rang the doorbell. I rang three times and each time there was no answer. Did he already get up? Maybe he's in the dining room. So I went to the dining room but no one was there. I thought to myself, 'If Rubble isn't here, then where is he?'. Then I decided to check the kitchen. Maybe he's helping Rainer with breakfast. But when I entered the kitchen, no one was there either. I thought Rainer would be there by now. Then the ding dong bing bong sound appeared. Monokuma said, "A bodyhas been found! Please meet at the martial arts dojo for further instructions!".

A BODY HAS BEEN FOUND?! Someone has been killed once again! B-But who? I have to go to the dojo and find out! I rushed out of the kitchen and went to the staircase! I got to the fifth floor as fast as I could! As I entered the dojo I saw that everyone was already there. Then I saw who was murdered. As soon as I saw the body, I felt despair enter my body! I also could feel the tears in my eyes! Why did it have to be them?! Zeke noticed me and said, "Blue! There you are!". Ender said, "I'm sorry Blue.".
